Hi,
my order id is OD[protected] i order moto x play from flipkart on 20 jan and they deliver me cheap samsung guru 1200 model . when i called cc on 24 jan 2016 they said they will exmine the problem and pickup that particular mobile received by me and they And they assign a refund request for same but courier partner did not come as expected on 25 jan 26 jan &27 jan because I recved message from them that they will pickup product today be reday and bla bla bla….then I again contact cc of flipkart they again open new refund request but this time courier boy came and asking me for 3 original moto x play (I was shocked again ) immediately I contact cc on 2 feb. then excutive told me there is mistake by them and kindly call us again after 7pm. I again called flipkart after 7 pm. Then mr Nikhil said don’t. worry said ur product will be pickup by tomorrow sure.
Then I gain wait for whole day on 3rd feb. but no one came to collect this garbage .then again I called flipkart on 4th feb then I discussed all scenario with senior Executive miss meghna. she again open new refund request and she again said wait .today till 5:23 pm no one is came to collect parcel .kindly look in this matter and give me my money back.

    We have ordered one cloth through flipkart, we have not satisfied the quality, more than 3 to 4 items we have complaint the same. till now no one as arrived to collect the material. ordered one material received one material, worst service. we are keep on waiting for the return and refund.     for last 20 days we are keep on posting a complaint, and receiving a call and mail stating, will come and collect keep the material ready. till now no one has arrived. really we are fedup of this service... we recommend people to dnt order dress material through flipkart. ordered one material and received one material, and we need to wait 20 to 30 days for the exchange, that too no guarantee for exchange. worst service forever. after making a complaint their process to send comprise mail stating will do the needful will send our person, fake commitment.

        My order no. OD[protected] has been replaced . But same mistake was repeated . They delievered the wrong size again . I dont understand why . If they dont have the size then why they had mentioned there . This mistake is repeated by the seller two times . I want my money back with delievery charges. I am disappointed .           I wanted to exchange my old Nokia phone (purchased through Flipkart) on Flipkart last weekend and when I entered my old phones details like brand/model and IMEI number it gave me an error saying that the IMEI number does not match with the brand/model. This could only happen if the Nokia phone sold by flipkart is a fake one. I contacted the flipkart customer service and they said that the problem will be resolved by Feb 3rd but today is Feb 5th and there is no response from them.

          I think everyone should be wary of flipkart and its fake products.

          Issue still not resolved after so many days... Customer support does not even check if the issue is resolved, but they keep calling and telling that the issue is solved. Even today I get the same error that the IMEI number does not match the brand.

                Flipkart has not been able to keep up to the promised delivery date and on top of that have not shared any update whatsoever regarding the status of the product being delivered. Their IVR is repetitive since the last 2 days with no change in status and when I spoke to the customer care people they were clueless about the status of the product to be delivered. As per them, the issue may get resolved tomorrow which is a day after the promised date of delivery.

                          I had 1003 rupees in my flipkart wallet. Someone hacked my account and transferred it to [protected]@yopmail.com. I opened a complaint IN[protected] with flipkart in time and provided all the details they asked. I am not sure why they didn't take the fraud seriously. Even, if someone hacks the account, there should be some checkpoint like OTP on mobile before confirming the money transfer to anybody.

                          I got the call stating that purchased product using my wallet money was shipped on 2nd February. I am not sure why it was not stopped, cancelled or requested courier partner to cancel delivery, I had already intimated about the fraud to Flipkart's customer care on 30th January.

                          I got the response on 2nd Feb from flipkart that the criminal has used my money. Also, they told later that the product was shipped on 2nd feb. Were you waiting for the product to get shipped before taking any action?


                          This is totally irresponsible behavior of flipkart. Please refund my money asap.

                          Just got an update from flipkart that the product was not delivered. But they are still saying that the money can't be transferred back to me as they don't have provision for it.

                          I am unable to understand if they were able to cancel the order and get the purchased product back, why can't they transfer the money back to me. They said that they will get back to me with updates on it. Not sure why they don't have this functionality in their system. Looks like, they need to work on provisioning so many features in their system.

                          No trust on them. Please lets us tweet this to Finance Minister on their Blog and ask them to stop Flip kart from doing Business if they cannot control Such Fraud.

I totally bet it might be their internal employees who are doing this. We need to tweet this in Finance Minister BLOG and request Govt to take necessary action against FLIPKART there by doing justice to Consumers.

Although book was of 6 cell battery. I have contacted you Multiple times but I got no response email or call as promised by your executive.
                              It will be better if the replacement or refund will be initiated in next 2 working days other wise I will take the master to the consumer court.

                                Hi I have ordered Xiaomi Yi Action Camera on 12th Jan 2016, Order# OD[protected]. (worth Rs. 7000)
                                I have received the product on 18th Jan 2016.
                                As per description on the flipkart website the Product package contains 2.7 LCD, but the received package does not have LCD in it. So after few day I raised a request for replacement of product. The flipkart executive took my replacement request and processed the request.
                                Till today (3rd Feb 2016) I have not received any replacement product, so today I raised the refund request but the executive asked me to wait and cut the call after 2 mins. There is no callback after that from any of the executive.

                                Now I have lost my patience and wanted lodge complaint against flipkart service and unethical service support.

                                        I have purchase one no. mobile back cover from Flipkart.com Order id(xxxxxx ) on dated 25.01.2016 two time deducted amount rs.349/- one time 21:13:22 other 21:44:06 while doing the transaction its fail and the amount are deducted from my UBI/Krishnanagar branch with account no xxxxxxx3861 . But the amount which is deducted from my account is still not refunded back to me even after 9 days of purchasee.
