I have order one 6 cell hp laptop battery from Flipkart. They have delivered a 3 cell battery and denied the exchange or refund saying that the exchange period over. I have tried to contact them many times, but they didnt respond. After telling them that i will take help of consumer forum they replied saying that the refund or exchange is not possible.

I am writing about order no. OD[protected] . The battery I got is not what I have ordered. I got a3 cell battery instead of 6 cell battery. Although book was of 6 cell battery. I have contacted you Multiple times but I got no response email or call as promised by your executive.
It will be better if the replacement or refund will be initiated in next 2 working days other wise I will take the master to the consumer court.
So please give me a revert mail containing instruction I need to follow.

we are not at all satisfied for the received material. We tried more than 3 times with the following return Id no. 43907658, 43664344, 43198993. but no use. Please do needful on top priority. Within 24 hours our money should be credited.

for last 20 days we are keep on posting a complaint, and receiving a call and mail stating, will come and collect keep the material ready. till now no one has arrived. really we are fedup of this service... we recommend people to dnt order dress material through flipkart. ordered one material and received one material, and we need to wait 20 to 30 days for the exchange, that too no guarantee for exchange. worst service forever. after making a complaint their process to send comprise mail stating will do the needful will send our person, fake commitment.
