I am drafting this email as an escalation. Please be informed that on 25th Dec night I had the ordered placed on flipkart.com for the ASUS mobile phone, the order got placed successfully and I have also received the order confirmation number which is .OD[protected].
Now coming to the price concern of the mobile phone, I agree that it was in total of rs 41, which I though flipkart might be having some promotional or exclusive offer for the year end or any other offers for the upcoming seasonal holidays. Whatever it is, as per the site I have placed the order and booked for it and I need this to be delivered to my shipping address as on mentioned date and time, today morning I received the below sms alert indicating that the order has been cancelled and the amount would be refunded accordingly. I am attaching the order confirmation snapshot and the email from flipkart assuring the delivery of the product.

However, today afternoon I've received one more SMS alert and an email for the same saying...
SMS Alert num # 2 ((""Your refund of 200 for Flipkart.com order OD[protected] has been credited to your wallet. Wallet amount can be used to buy any product from WSRetail on Flipkart.com. Please check your email for more details""))
I need my product as promised by flipkart as the money of rs 41 has been deducted from my CITI bank account as a promise of delivery and now the back to back emails and messages from flipkart seems something is fishy. I've been a very regular customer of flipkart till now, I do not want their sorry/apologies email and SMS alerts, please make sure they have the product delivered. Being such a reputed e-commerce / online shopping giant company and have to face such allegations is really unfortunate and I hope you too agree the same.
I don't want to know what went wrong or what has happened on that night with flipkart site, as for as I am concerned, I have seen the order, verified the order and then placed the order, which everything went without any issues and also received the confirmation and acknowledgement. If there were any issues you people should have intimated me while placing the order, sending an SMS alert on very next day and apologizing is not at all considered and acceptable.
Seeking justice from you. Please do the needful. Thank you.

Flipkart Customer Care's response Spoke to customer on [protected] and apologized for the cancellation and informed that due to price error it has got cancelled also informed as a goodwill gesture offered Rs.200/- to flipkart wallet.
