I ordered an i phone from the "well known" flipkart mobile app on 22nd Dec'15. I got a message on 27th Dec'15 at 9 am that it will be delivered before 7pm. Since none of my family members would have been available that day, I requested the delivery person to please deliver it on the next day. He agreed and later in the day I got an order cancellation message from Flipkart. I logged in a complaint and they said they will call me back in 24 hours. But they didn't. I logged in another complaint. Today, I get a call from them saying that they accept that it's a fault from their end but they cant't do anything about it now and asked me to order it again. I dont know if they really care about their customers. Thanks for your poor services Flipkart.

      I had purchased a Revlon product. Due to no stock flipkart cancelled my order without my permission. For the refund to take place it took them more than a month. I used to call them almost everyday and the commitments given by their customer care executives were not fulfilled. I want a proper compensation for the same.

        Today on 29.12.2015, a delivery boy named Madhav Kumar has delivered two items (ID FMPCo[protected] & FMPC[protected]). His behaviour is not sufferable. His was looking in fighting mood and abusing also. It is therefore, reqeusted to avoid such delivery boy who is not comfortable fit to deliver the items. it is not good to the credit of FLIPCART reputation as shows No.1 in India..

Also, He has received Intex Battery - I-AQUA 3G+ with seal broken package. Hence, promised him that replacement will arrange for the same. Customer agreed. Hence, closing the case.
        I didnt get get my Lenovo 310 Core i5 6th... with order id OD[protected] the date of dlivery was5 july and now its 8 july and still now deliverd so please deliver it as soon as possible its urgent

          Dear Sir / Madam, I have purchased Lenovo K3 Note from your website on 1st December 2015 my order number is OD[protected]. I am facing Hardware and Software issue, My Battery is draining continuously today I had 70% or charge in morning till noon it came down 23% and If I talk to 10 mins it catches heat. In software issue, I get errors like Lenovo Launcher Stopped Working… And from flipkart its 28th day and my request is being rejected. 1) Replacement (Return ID:[protected] REJECTED We're sorry. We are unable to process your replacement request. Reason : The issue has been resolved between you and the seller. Hence, there will be no replacement or refund.                 Cheap company never buy anything from this site- especially during sales I had order 5 tyres for my cars during the sale Falken Sincera 835, i had to place a order for single piece as multiple selection was denied. I had placed the order and all five were accepted by the seller, also i personally called and verified the order and told no duplication was done and i require all 5 (set of tyres) for my car. Now the seller(KRTH) has shipped two tyres before delivery date and cancelled the order for the other 3. Why had the seller(KRTH) accept if it had to accept??? Now the executives are giving some blend reasons, like for bulk quantity a written mail is required. This was no where mentioned in the terms and conditions, also i received a call from them for confirming the order. after all this how can anyone cancel the order??? What will i do with the two tires? Now they are asking me to place fresh order for same product where the price is doubled . This is really not acceptable. Also without my concern they have initiated the refund. I just want flipkart to provide my items for the same price. Also want a proper clear explanation for the same.Flipkart is totally responsible as the offer was from flipkart and not the shipper. Request flipkart to have proper check before accepting some one as there shipper.                               I placed an order of asus zenfone 2 mobile on 25 Dec 2015 and on the other day it got cancelled with an explanation that the price feeded was by an error. I feel that company made an attempt to promote that product in such a cheap way for which the company should be caught. I want compensation from the company for fooling me and made me giving time on this for their benefits. Infact I ordered 4 mobiles one by one. And all of them they cancelled...

                              have placed two orders for Ásus zenfone 2' which was shown the amount of 1rs and 40/-for delivery charges on 25th morning around 12:30am, Flipkart accepted / approved those two orders . I got a message, e-mail confirmation'from flipkart and expected delivery date was on 26th december. But on the same morning Flipkart people cancelled those two orders and they said that price was not quoted properly due to some technical problem . This happened due to the fault of Flipkart team . I want my ordered mobiles . Flipkart should process those requests as mistake was happened from their side.

                              When I tracked my orders... it has shown, Order has been placed ----> your item has been confirmed ----> item has been packed ---> then cancelled those 2 orders.

                              Did you pack those items with out knowing the product which the customer ordered?
                              Customers should not suffer from these kind of happenings..

                                Flipkart had a offer between 21st Dec and 23rd Dec on samsung galaxy on 5, they offered a 11% less on what its price earlier. I have seen this and wanted to grab this. Arrangements are, I arranged a smart phone with flipkart application in it. And I was trying to place my order, when I placed it successfully this worse application get crushed.. I tried again it said order has been submitted successfully. But now, when delivery get closer they said the address that given by me during placing this order was incomplete. The customer care of flipkart suggest me to cancel and again place this order but this time I can't get the offer. My question is, if address written over flipkart application's address link was incomplete then how system accepted this? I have gave my mobile number there too, why dont they call me in the time of delivey.? Unfortunately, flipkart owned ekart courrier boy came up to my province for same job. I have talked to him ..he told a different story... Shame on flipkart, they are only offered scheme with diplomatic cunning business mind rather satisfy customers they cheated us. Normal stuff which have no offers were been delived on same addresses but with offers products were not. Ekart delvery boy suggested me today morning when I have called him that my product might be delivered by some other courrier. Thiis is not only sole case to me but also with all in my province who were order for same offer. For instance, Me, Sourav Barik having mobile no [protected] & Chinmay Karmakar having ph no- [protected]. Somebody should take action against this fadualent cases of flipkart as they deceiving innoceny public. Must go to comsumer forum for this.
