Dear Flipkart Team,
I have purchased a Mobile handset Honor 4 x on 3rd Dec 2015. while I receive this product the box was looking old but it was sealed so I thought there wouldn't be any issue. I started using the phone. I have selected this phone for myself as my wife have been using same phone for almost one year which do not have any issue and was purchased through Flipkart only.
Within a weeks time, I started facing hanging issue in this phone while searching the contacts and browsing the Net. initially I ignored this assuming a small issue. when it become so frequent I registered a return request on 19th Dec. Flipkart executive done a smartcheck on 20th Dec 8 PM to check the problem and inform me that they do not find any issue, phone is working fine. I will not face this issue again, incase if any I need to inform them.
As they suggested I restarted the Phone it was giving same error so I have done the Factory reset.post that new problem started along with the old issue -phone get's re-started regularly. yesterday while I tried to use this phone again I observed new issue : the nos on which I spoken was not showing in the dialed list, even after restarting the phone twice I was unable to see the dialed no...suddenly I have seen the error on screen : process.com stopped working...and get hanged...
On 20th Dec your team suggested me to visit nearby Service Center for further testing which is far away from my house and not possible to visit as my office hours is 9 AM to 6:30 PM . Even office is 30 KM away from my house. so request you to arrange a person who can do further testing or do replacement/ refund ASAP.
Note : I am not using this phone from last 7-8 days and requested for a return / refund which is well within your replacement policy. you have denied this as per your process. kindly let me know where it is mentioned on your website that incase customer face issue even after smartcheck it will not be returned / replaced.
