I have purchased Blackberry Z3 product from the flipkart and it was 1 year and 5 months old. now my mobile is not working, so i contacted the blackberry service center for the servicing and they asked for the my mobile IMEI number and they checked int he server and it was not registered, so we cant able to do the service in the quthorised service center. and again i called to flipkart for the reason and how to solve it they are telling like we are not responsible for this and telling that you can do the serivce in the local shops and also it is out of warranty period like that. but i can do the service by paying how much it can be, but now i cannot do the servicing. and flipkart is telling like we cannot support you, its upto your risk on buying in the flipkart, we cannot support the issues like this. and i asked can i klogde a complaint and again they are telling that you can do whatever possible and we wont support you. these things hurt me a lot Contact number contacted in the flipkart is [protected]

    Hi, Recently i have ordered the Mircowave oven from flipkart on[protected] and initially quoted the item has to be delivered by Mon, 28th Dec as Standard Delivery. But on[protected] i was surprised by the item status as "Deliveried" where as i haven't received the product at all. So i raised a complaint in Flipkart on 24th and 28th and where they took almost 6 days to track the product. Since currently they mentioned they don't have the Tracking details about the product i was mentally distracted with their responses where i have already paid the amount and the product was not yet received. Product Details: Godrej GME 20CM2FJZ 20 L Convection Microwave oven Order No: OD[protected] Qty: 1 Rs. 8075 OFFERS: 1 Delivered on Thu, 24th Dec'15 where as the product placed on Tue, 22nd Dec04:40 pm with payment status as "Payment Approved". Your item has been confirmed on Tue, 22nd Dec06:51 pm. Your item has been packed on Tue, 22nd Dec06:51 pm. Your item has been dispatched on Tue, 22nd Dec06:56 pm Seller facility ie., warehouse Item shipped by seller and It may take 24 hrs for the tracking information to be updated by the courier on Tue, 22nd Dec06:56 pm Seller facility. Your item is received at the hub nearest to you on Tue, 22nd Dec06:56 pm Seller facility. Your item has been delivered on Thu, 24th Dec10:33 am and Your item has been delivered. After a long calls to flipkart i have received the product on 29th . The problem is with flipkart is because they don't have the tracking details of the shipment.

      I ordered a Hero UT Ds2 cycle from flipkart on 14th December. The cycle came with a 10 day return policy. The product was delivered to me on 21st. However, the product was not of the same color as in the website. I had received a blue color cycle instead of the red and black that I had ordered. I contacted the flipkart customer service. They registered a complaint with the resolution date as 24th. I received two calls on 23rd and 24th from flipkart team asking for information about the product I received. They also asked me to send a picture of the product by email - which I did. My resolution date shifted from 24th to 25th, then 26th, then 27th, then 29th, then 30th. All these days the flipkart customer service assured me to wait and my product will definitely be exchanged. On 29th I also got a call from a flipkart number saying that since you have been waiting for long, we will refund the money to you and then he said sorry the refund button is not working due to a technical issue. Another call on 27th said they have not received the email from me - for which I had got a confirmation mail from flipkart. I resent the mail. Then the flipkart team member said she cannot open the pictures because of poor Internet connection and will call me in half an hour - which she did not do. I have been regularly calling the customer care and getting assurances that my product will be exchanged next day. But flipkart has been missing its own deadlines. I have also received 5-6 calls from them asking for the same information again and again. I am tired of such a pathetic and unprofessional service offered by flipkart. Kindly help in resolving the matter.

      Spoke to customer and he states that instead of red with black color cycle he has received grey with black color bicycle. Request customer to give us a time till Monday to check with seller and get back to you with an update. Customer agreed.

        I bought "Micromax Canvas Express 2" from your app on[protected] { Order ID: OD[protected] Order Date:[protected] Invoice Date:[protected] VAT/TIN: [protected] Micromax Canvas Xpress 2 1. [IMEI/Serial No: [protected], [protected] ] } Now the headphones are not working .. **"when i received the mobile. In the box there was no tag/sticker on the headphones .."** As they are in warranty so, when i took the headphones to the care center of Micromax they are saying that "there is no tag/sticker on the headphones so they cannot make replacement." I told them "that is how they came in box" so they told me to contact Flipkart. now what am i supposed to do..?? how do i get the replacement..??

            Order no :OD[protected] A Kurti was ordered on 27th Nov 2015 with the above mentioned order for delivering at hyderabad. Flipkart wrongly delivered at Vizianagram. The product again got delivered at a wrong place in Andhra.Everyday we get calls from flipkart assuring prompt action but in vain.Still awaiting the delivery of product.

                This is in reference to the product I ordered from Flipkart on October 29, 2015 - iBall WQ149R. My registered Email ID for the particular order is [protected]@gmail.com and registered mobile number is [protected]. Since the day I bought this product I was experiencing problems. The USB slots and the battery were not working. But my exams were going on that time so could not report about it earlier. By 7th December 2015 I spoke with Flipkart representatives in the hope to get the issue resolved but instead was told nothing can be done about it as I had already reached 30 days deadline though there was merely difference of a week and its not like I have called after 6 months that the issue cant be resolved. For the same issue I have called multiple times hoping to get the issue resolved but every time I was disheartened and was not provided with any solution in addition was spoken very rudely by their representatives. Me and my family were regular customers of Flipkart but after this devastating experience I will never ever purchase anything or will recommend Flipkart to anyone. I request Flipkart to provide me a refund for this product.

                            Hi, I have bought this phone 27th Dec after doing lot of research on the configuration. am facing the heating issue from day 1, am not able to hold it in hand, cant keep it at ears and cant keep in my lower pocket. its causing me getting the headache. going forward using this phone would be very very difficult. I request the management to change the phone whichever has low temperature and low heat. pls advice me even if the cost if high am ready to buy. hope you understand this its matter of health ... if you guys fail to do it, I will look for other options (Legal) to proceed further.                               Name- Sameer, email I'd [protected]@Gmail.com I purchase a new handset Nokia 105 on 3 may 2015 from flipkart.Before one month handset create a problem than I go Nokia service center. They told me that this handset have the replacement warranty from the seller and flipkart exucative told me that Nokia service center responsible for that.                                   Dear sir, My order ID is OD[protected] I ordered a jbl bluetooth speaker(FLIP3) as a Christmas gift for my father but when my father open the parcel speaker was missing inside the box Then I request a return request as missing item but seller refuse this request and nobody contact me. and when i see the customers reviews on your website for seller (Tech studio)it was very shocking reviews . People said fraoud seller.. Sir please investigate this issue .
