Hello Team, I had placed an order on flipkart’s app for the dinning table. On receiving the same it does not meet our requirements as the table seems to have been built for kids and not for grownups. Even the chairs do not go in properly inside the table. The built is improper and the same is not visible on the app. I intended to return the dining table and I have been repeatedly requesting their assistance in this matter. The table was delivered on November 17 and since that day I have been trying to return this table and have been calling the customer support number[protected] FREE. Since we did not receive a positive response, I initiated my email communication with your team starting November 27. They kept on referring to some T&C and when checked for the same on the product listing in the app, I was unable for find the 'NO RETURNS/REFUND ALLOWED" mentioned there. (Attaching the screenshots of the product listing for your reference). If such non-refunding policy does not exist then I think I have a full right to return the product and get my money back. It has been nearly a month since I have been requesting the return of this product but unfortunately the officers at customer service helpline have given a disappointing response and are not bothered to help me out in this regard. They keep telling me the seller isn’t ready to take back the product. The customer service has given me dates after dates for the redressal of my grievance but most of the time they don’t even end up calling on the mentioned date. When they call they say they understand my problem and would have acted similarly like I am doing in this matter but they can’t do anything about it as the seller isn't ready to accept it. I had a faith in this company but with this current situation I have lost all hope and patience. The non-cooperation attitude has left me angry and cheated. You are kindly requested to intervene in this matter and get my issue sorted at the earliest.

    I have received Micromax Bolt Q324 mobile handset against order no: OD[protected] on 8th Dec.2015.Because of some issues with received product, refund request has been generated on 9th Dec. 2015 (return i.d.[protected]. But till today no return pick-up of courier has been arranged. from last 3 days the flipkart customer care representatives were just giving assurance that the issue has been resolved soon.but nothing is happening.

      Hi this is syed before 60 days i have ordered 1 tshirt it has been delivered to my hometown address what i have mentioned when i went there the tshirt i saw was very nice but after wearing 2 -3 times the tshirts cotton is getting removed i dont think the product is very good i am too much disappointed with flipkart everytime i was recommending my friends to buy each and everything from myntra but now i am only getting defective products so what can i say now please dont take this issue for granted do something mark it as a complain from me the tshirt is reeebok men polo tshirt regards Syed Ahsan

        My Name is Praveen Kumar from Ichalkaranji Maharastra led tv with order id OD[protected] and Inv No.mum_bhi_01L[protected] DT 27/11/15 SELLER NAME W.S RETAILER THANE Picture showing negative color the day onwards we received the product. Date of Product receiving is 2nd Dec.We complained on 3rd Dec for this problem but only wall mounted person came on 4thDec and wall mounted the tv set.But problem is as it was. again complain is lodge on 4th Dec with service request R[protected]. msg received spare is not available. After again and again call to customer care they agreed for replacement. but 1 month is going to pass but so far no action has been taken neither picking up shipment nor replace with new one. 1 month is about to pass.If replacement is not going to done then refund my cash Rs.8490 as product is purchased on advance payment basis. I'm suffering a lot and I'm spoiling my time with flipkart in this new year.

        Spoke to customer and confirms that still 20 days pick up was not yet done. issue escalated to concern stack holders to look into the issue and arrange for pick up on high priority. Request for 24 - 48 hours for update. Customer agreed.
        no comment totally spoiling time with flipkart if they can't resolve the problem.

          Hi I m giri babu. I purchased Lenovo K3 note mobile. order no. OD[protected] .This phone is getting unbearable heat while making calls and playing games for just 5 mins.Applications lagging issue and fast battery draining issue is persistent with this mobile. I raised request for product return. Flipkart officials are very irresponsible and asking me to install smart check software and wasting time. They have mentioned flipkart buyer guarantee on their website but they did not know true meaning of that. Pls resolve the issue and revert back my amount Thanks.

My mobile was under warranty period, Service center people told to me"This phone not have a warranty seal, So we are not able take your phone under warranty service, if you want to service please pay the service with cost. i am shock and immediately contact with flipkart customer support, he take the 3 days for my complain resolve. but not resolved again he will ask 3 days. yet now my problem not solved.

                Flipkart products are good but delivery boys behavior is too rude. Amazon india always 100% shown good results to us in product wise and service wise both are excellent. As per my knowledge Flipkart company is number one in India to best approach with there employees (Only in products). That's good to hear. But why Flipkart never understood there delivery boys kanadiga's are too rude to serve the service and they speak in negligence local rude road side act with the customer's. Please, flipkart try to understand what i mean to say it will interrupt your business with such misunderstood delivery boys you should teach them smiley face and how to speak people in good behavior rather than continuing routine behavior of locality and surroundings of home delivery boys.

                    I had ordered 2 nos. Microsoft Xbox controller from flipkart on the 28th of Dec 2015. My office address was given as the delivery address. I went on leave on the 3rd of Dec and the product got delivered on the 4th of Dec 2015. Since I was not physically present in office, my colleagues received the package, but did not open it due to ethical reasons. I joined back office on 21st of Dec and much to my dismay I realise that only 1 no. X Box controller was delivered in that package, though the sheet on top of the box says 2 nos. I called up flipakrt and they said since it has been more than 7 days of their policy, they cannot help me. My point is, if there has been a mistake from the seller's side, and if they match their stock, they will know that they have not delivered 1 more controller. I do not understand, how flipkart cannot take responsibility of something which is serious and yet very simple. Please let me know, how to pursue this. Payment was done through credit card, so my money is also gone in this whole situation. thanks

                          11/12/2015 I have purchased a bag on flipkart but until I can not received my delivery every time I seen the my orders that shows different locations after that finally finally out for delivery displayed but I can't received my delivery and the delivery boy can't call me if he does not find my address then he want to call and ask me but he did not do like this and next day i attent a phone call that person call from flipkart he says our delivery boy can not find your address so am clearly explained my address details after he say today your delivery is delivered but i can't received on that day every time on my orders

                                Have purchased a new mobile handset (REDMI 2 PRIME) on 18th Dec 2015 which was delivered on Sat, 19 Dec 2015 at our home address. During unboxing and troubleshooting the mobile handset, the device found faulty. I immediately contacted the Flipkart Customer Care and requested them for the replacement. The replacement has been approved but delivery has not yet happened. The delivery status as not been updated since past 48 HRS which is actually a concern for me now as the money has already been debited from my Credit Card Account and the EMI has been booked to the Merchant (FLIPKART). I have raised several complains and calls to their CRM team but they are always in sorry state. The order ID is OD[protected] and the ekart Logistics details are: FMPP[protected]. I have written a direct mail to Mr. Sachin Bansal who is the owner and founder of Flipkart.com but have not received any concrete acknowledgement as on date. Flipkart has taken my money of about INR 6999 but have not given a right and genuine product to me.                                 Spoke to customer, he states product reaches Bilaspur warehouse on December 20, 2015 and delivery is not yet happened. He is going on out for vacation on December 24, 2015. He would like to know when the product will deliver to his doorsteps as promised date of the product is December 28, 2015. Informed customer to give us 24 hours time to check with concern stack holder and update on the same.

                                  Dear Team, Please find below the timeline of events which occurred. This is an example of how customer care is just a lipservice to a company like Flipkart. 16-December - Ordered two items (Bed & Mattress) 17- December - I wanted to change the Delivery Address of the Product. I called the customer care (International Call) and asked them to help with this. The incompetent person who answered the call asked me to send an email to [protected]@flipkart.com as he was not able to change the address from his side. At this point in time, I had the ability to 'Cancel' my booking 18-December - I get an email from [protected]@flipkart.com (from Manju P) that Address Change is not possible. So I tried to Cancel the booking and this option was no longer available to me (because 24 hours had elapsed). I wrote an email to cancel my booking on that day to which I never got a reply. On the same day, I called the Customer Care (ISD Call) and spoke to them for 20 minutes. Finally my call was transferred to the so called'Floor Supervisor' who said my issue will be closed by 21-Dec but she will try and solve my issue within 24 hours. She gave me Priority Confirmation Ids which are the following: IN[protected] IN[protected] 19-December - I called them after 24 hours and quoted the Priority customer care references.They had no idea about it. They were still thinking I am trying to change my Delivery Address and not cancel the order. My call was transferred to another Customer Care Floor Supervisor (Name - Shapov) who gave me a personal assurance that it will be closed in a another 24 hours. Nothing happened for another 24 hours. I decided to wait till 21-Decemebr as this was the originally promised date by Flipkart to address my problem. 21-December - I get a reply saying that the Change in Delivery Address is not possible. So even after multiple calls and emails, they are not able to understand that the whole issue is about 'Cancelling' the order and not about 'Changing the Address'. This is the plight after speaking to 4 different customer care representatives, 2 floor supervisors and 4 emails. Also if the first customer service representative had correctly mentioned that I cannot change my address, I would have cancelled the order then and there. Now if this issue is not solved, they will deliver this to the incorrect address and then I need to return it which is a complete waste of resources. Also this shows the inability of Flipkart to control their Delivery Chain End-to-End as well. It will be good if Flipkart can start focussing on Customer Service than mislead them.

                                  @flipkart I am facing the exact same issue right now. They are unable to change my address. The bed which I ordered is not even packed .Order ID: OD[protected]. Do I face the same fate the man above who complained ?
                                  Dear Team, @flipkart Please find below the timeline of events which occurred. This is an example of how customer care is just a lipservice to a company like Flipkart. As product delivery of flipkart was not available at my hometown. I had to order it to my friends place which in another city. So I ordered a Acer Aspire 7 laptop on 6August 12.00am and was searching an option for keeping different billing address but same delivery address (i.e. of my friend) but couldn't find it so i simply thought it is possible that such issue are being solved by customer executive. And i raised complaint regarding this on 12:24am on the same day itself. But didn't get any response from flipkart. So i tried scheduling call from executives from app but of no use, also tried mailing them, no use. Then tried by myself calling them but it's always shown all executives are busy and told to call them later.[Is this your service? ].
                                  I kept trying to change my billing address before it gets shipped but nobody responded to me. Then 2 days later on 8th August package got delivered to my friend. And i am still trying to change billing name and address on my name. I think Flipkart should solve this general issue. I want to clear hereby that i don't need it to claim ITR but for personal use only. Today is 9th August and Haven't unboxed the product but i don't want to cancel/return the order only want to change invoice billing address. I don't any issue with delivery address. Please look into the matter. (I am unable to reach you) it be helpful if you keep any customer support mail id which is in no longer available else be responsive enough to let your customers reach out to you).

                                        I ordered honor 4x and received my order on[protected] but after sometime it started having battery issue and then it got switched off then i contacted the company and they asked me to give it to the service center as per prescribed by them. i gave my cell on 27-10-15 to the service centre( AIR VOICE ) and they said it will take 20days to get repaired because they collect and send the handset to the service center which is in Madras and they said that it is their collecting center. 20days i contacted then they said it will take time wai for 2-3 days then again i waited for that then they said wait for 2 weeks then surely i will get my handset and then i even complained .till now i have not received my cell yet as today is[protected] before buying the handset it showed that service center is in Kolkata therefore i bought the handset . if it is collecting center then it must mentioned as collecting center. this is the fraud to the customers. product details: handsets/VI38003 /HONOR ["[protected]"] INVOICE NO: blr wfld[protected] ( VAT/TIN: [protected] od[protected] dt:[protected] SHIPPING ADDRESS rekha poddar 386, S.K deb road, Shyamvilla, laketown, sardarpara, block-BB9/B10 kolkata-700048 wesr bengal phone no: [protected]
