I had ordered 2 nos. Microsoft Xbox controller from flipkart on the 28th of Dec 2015. My office address was given as the delivery address. I went on leave on the 3rd of Dec and the product got delivered on the 4th of Dec 2015. Since I was not physically present in office, my colleagues received the package, but did not open it due to ethical reasons. I joined back office on 21st of Dec and much to my dismay I realise that only 1 no. X Box controller was delivered in that package, though the sheet on top of the box says 2 nos.
I called up flipakrt and they said since it has been more than 7 days of their policy, they cannot help me. My point is, if there has been a mistake from the seller's side, and if they match their stock, they will know that they have not delivered 1 more controller. I do not understand, how flipkart cannot take responsibility of something which is serious and yet very simple.
Please let me know, how to pursue this. Payment was done through credit card, so my money is also gone in this whole situation.
