I bought moto g3 from your flipkart mobile app and was delivered on 1st december. My tax Invoice no.S:S[protected][1].The problem with this cell is that the touchscreen sometimes don't work while receiving the calls.Other issue is of brightness it gets light and dark any time. Heating issue is also there with this cell phone. I want to return this cell phone as i am not satisfied with the quality of it.

    I ordered 35% TCA PEEL worth RS16K by Cosmaderm from flipkart.I used the product but it didn't work.The product has 10 days replacement warranty which is not enough to test the product.I used the product twice but it has no effect at all.I have used TCA PEEL with lower concentration earlier which was very effective.Please help me get my money back.

I am having problem in the said Handset since Jul 2015.Every month the same problem is happening and the care center B2X, in Kadanchavadi, chennai updating the software .More over they are insisting me to change the Instrument because of same repeated problem occurring. Today (20.12.15) December 2015 also Iam facing the same problem. Iam going for service continuously for 6 months. I believe some problem in the handset . Kindly do the needful.             I tried to order a Moto g 3 gen mobile and it told me that the product cannot be delivered to the provided address... I tried various other addresses ..in Allahabad... I have received my former orders ...N this time it says that the product cannot be delivered to my address... Next I called your customer service...and they told me that the seller is not providing the product to the specified location... Kindly tell me the solution to how I can place my order...it is causing me great inconvenience...!!!

                I purchased a Lenovo A6000+ mobile on 7th July 2015 through flipkart on line. Invoice number is OD[protected] On 12th December 2015, I noticed to me surprise that there is no visible display in the mobile. IMEI numbers of the mobile are [protected] and [protected] I tried to reboot it. But I could not restore. I could not find any on line solution also.                   Hi, I had ordered KeepSake Rollerball Pen Gift Set on 21 Nov 2015 and it was delivered on 26 Nov 2015 but it was defective. I had requested for replacement but it was in vain. Courier had called me to pick the old item to replace with new one and i was unable to make it and I told him to make it after 18:00 O Clock as i would be available at Home after my office hours. twice he made a call on consecutive days and I told him, to make it after 18:00 O clock. since then I then I did not get any call either from Flipkart or Courier.                     Hi, It is regarding refund of my cell phone and compensation for SONY Z1 which i have purchased from flipkart. I am chasing Flipkart from last 2 month on daily basis i am making call and talked with 7 floor managers but no one is responding me in positive way and issue is still at same page. Earlier they have provided my Fake cell phone and bill was of difference IMEI no then i raised a complain to Flip kart that Sony service center is not ready to repair phone. Flipkart told me they will refund my money. Every time Flipkart gave me same answer issue will get resolve within 24 hours but nothing had happened.Now i am getting frustrated.                     i have already provided you alternate no. so many time. i have received a call from flipkart but still issue is at same place and no one has come to pick up the cell phone and refund is still pending to be returned

                    NO one is taking action to resolved my issue and refund my money into my account. I have raised request and compalint as well for picking up of product but things doesnot going in positive way.

                                  I have purchased Lenovo P1ma40 through Flipkart. I have ordered it on 29/11/2015 and it was delivered on 01/12/2015. From starting most of the times this mobile is not getting connected to data even I open the data connection until I reboot the device. Brightness of the display is also getting varied even though I selected the Auto option. Order no: OD[protected]
                                  i had purchased Lenovo P1ma40...ordered on 29.11.15 and delivered within three days.
                                  the ring tone is very much satisfactory initially.. but after few days the sound of ring tone has gone down and slowly picking up again and again going down even though i am not touching it .

                                  Now for any media applications sound is ok but when some one rings... ring tone is not loud and not continuous.
                                  please let me have way to rectify the same. is it possible to replace it with new one?

                                      Sir, 1. With due respect I Vivek Chauhan resident of B-20, Vijay Park, Najafgarh, New Delhi – 110043 want to submit that I have ordered one Mobile Phone “Karbonn Kochadaiiyaan The Legend” from Flipkart (Sold through- M/s Senorita Fashion, U-43, Siddhi Vinayak Platinum, Altahan Bridge, Bamroli Roa, Surat – 395017) vide order No. OD[protected] in the name of my son Master Atulya Chauhan, as I am not computer savvy. On receipt of same on use I came to know that the above mentioned mobile is not working properly, as the property was in warranty, I approached Ms Saraswati International Technologies, New Delhi which is said to be authorized service center of Karbonn mobile had refused to do the needful stating that the ibid handset is duplicate and had written the same on my invoice with stamp. 2. I immediately lodged a complaint to Flipkart on its Toll Free number vide complaint number IN[protected] through operator named Mr Mandhar. On verification I noticed few points which in a first instance reveal that I have been victimized by the firm through forgery which is mentioned below: - (a) The MRP printed on the cover of the handset is Rs 900/- but the same was sold to me by the firm at the rate of Rs 1249/- inclusive of all taxes, means the product was sold to me more than its MRP. (b) The IMEI Sl no of the handset mentioned in the invoice No F01S3GJ16-787 dated[protected] is different from the mobile sold to me. (c) Duplicate mobile is being sold to the gullible customers by the firm and such type of cheating should be stopped. This has lead to me severe mental harassment and physical agony. 3. Further, when I approached to Mr Gaurav and Mr Piyush Kumar on Toll Free number of Flipkart again fake promises was made and fruitful action to resolve the issue was taken by the firm. Mr Piyush Kumar informed me that the matter shall be resolved as per the directions of Reserve Bank of India. However, RBI doesn’t have any concern on the same. All the relevant documents on the matter is held with me in original, as and when asked for will be provided to your respective office. 4. In view of the above, I humbly request your personal intervention to catch the culprit and to stop such malpractice/cheating/forgery adopted by the firm. I hope I will definitely get justice from your august office as I believe in the system and constitution of India which say every citizen of the country is equal irrespective of their financial position, cast and creed.
