I have Ordered a "Go Travel Memory Grey Neck Pillow" on 27th Nov from Flipcart, and product expected date was 5 Dec, I bought it for 845 Rs... the product was delayed, I called the customer care on 15th Dec, so they said that they will escalate it and sort it by 18th Dec . Next hour I received a message saying "Refund has been initiated . I called the customer care about it then the manager, he said the product will be delivered as per my request . But the Flipcart escalation team said that the I need to get satisfied with the Refund, the argument with them is just the waste of time ...
The thing is the Cost of the product after i bought was allmost the double the price which I bought, So they have canceled the product and initiated the Refund .
I need the product in the cost Which I bought, kindly help to sort out this issue

Flipkart Customer Care's response Spoke to customer and apologized for the complaint on Consumer Complaints and inform him to place a fresh order. Customer agreed. Hence, closing the case as solved.
