I booked a MOTO x play vide the FLIPKART.com vide order id D[protected] Dt 18/09/2015 and received the said item on Dt.26/09/2015 but the said product was damaged and they reversed back the item as per the return policy and delivered a new product of he same but the same product was also manufacturing defect and I initiated for refund for the said as per the policy of the company within one month from the received of the product. They also accept the product defect and a refund was initiated for it vide return id no.36970163. It was initiated on Nov 22/11/2015 and today is 15/12/2015 not initiative for refund of the product has been taken till date. The said product was couriered by my self to the Bangluru Ware House instead of the Chennai Ware house cause that time it was flooded. Now the Bangluru Ware house refuses the product to received and the product is return back and since then I am contacting to their customer care number which is also not responding any thing.I want my money and the courier charges i paid against it

Spoke to customer, he states that shipped the product to Chennai WH and they refused to accept the product and it still is held with the courier team. Escalated the case to concern team to sort it out on high priority.
The worst online shopping i had seen till date . Not responding the customer whatever happened to them

    I have Ordered a "Go Travel Memory Grey Neck Pillow" on 27th Nov from Flipcart, and product expected date was 5 Dec, I bought it for 845 Rs... the product was delayed, I called the customer care on 15th Dec, so they said that they will escalate it and sort it by 18th Dec . Next hour I received a message saying "Refund has been initiated . I called the customer care about it then the manager, he said the product will be delivered as per my request . But the Flipcart escalation team said that the I need to get satisfied with the Refund, the argument with them is just the waste of time ... The thing is the Cost of the product after i bought was allmost the double the price which I bought, So they have canceled the product and initiated the Refund . I need the product in the cost Which I bought, kindly help to sort out this issue

      I purchased a Motog 2nd gen 16 Gb XT1079 through online. I ordered in the month of November 2015. I got it after deepavali. Not even a month has lapsed. Avertical line appears in the centre. I could find it after my daughter came from outstation. What to do next. Please advise. It was found from the very beginning of receipt. I thought that it is not a great fault. But daughter tells that it may sometime lead to other complications.

        I had order a Mobile phone (Micromax X601) through Flipkart which was delivered on 13th Nov 2015, the product which was received is without box & accessories we accept the product . After some 4-5 days we know the mobile phone speaker quality was very poor & the phone get switched off in between so we decided to return the product.The request sent to flipkart to return the product on 22nd November. The Pick up boy comes to pick up the mobile phone but he has not take the product back because the Box is not available, since i have not received the box how i can provide him the Box. the same complaint was given to flipkart in details on Toll free no. they assure me that the pick up will be done from our end without box will be accepted by flipkart. I have waiting last 3-4 days that pick up will be done because i receive daily message from Flipkart that your pick has been scheduled today but end of the day nobody comes for pick up. Today pick up guy come to pick up the same product hence he rejected with same reason that box is not available will not take this product. After several call to customer service with detail brief about the product then also this happen, Today i:e 15th December the pik up was not done.

          Spoke to customer, he wants the issue to be taken care and sort it out on high priority. He was very irate, promised date of the product has crossed. The case escalated to the concern stack holder. We will do the follow up on the same.
          Hi Team,

          Flipkart team is playing and cheating peoples, since the issue has been raised through consumer portal.

          Firstly i received the message stating they tried to deliver the product but i was not available to collect however i was at home all time. the reason shared to me is completely non-sense. I am really sad the way they are treating with me..
          No one has courtsey to call and update the status whats happening at back end. Kindly take strong action against these cheaters.

          A point to think here, before anyone coming to deliver the product their will be a call from the courier guy just to confirm the address and making sure i am available at home. I have not received any call from anyone either from Courier guy or flipkart team.

          Its a year end, i have planned my holidays, i have to cancel all my plans because of this Mess which flipkart.


          I urge your team to take strong action against these guys who are trying to cheat the peoples.

                  I have ordered Uber Urban Jeans and requested for an exchange. The Exchange came and when i open the parcel there is a shorts not a jean. I don't understand how they can give a different product as such.i got very much frustrated and celled the order. Very worst SERVICING. PLEASE LEARN FROM AMAZON GUYS.                     I had ordered these items which got cancelled without my knowledge: 1.kiara Handheld Bag(OD[protected]SMS received on Oct 19th: we couldn't complete today's delivery of Kiara Hand held bag, and will be called shortly for further assistance which was not received at all and the item got cancelled and had to place a fresh order. 2.Leya Diamond Stud Analog watch for women: (OD[protected]delivery date: Oct 23rd : got an SMS message: we were unable to deliver this item on Fri 23 rd Oct, delivery will be reattempted tomorrow, Sat 24th Oct and this item was never delivered and had to place a fresh order as per the customer service request. 3.Oleva Women Casual, Party Multicolour silk clutch(OD[protected]:SMS message received: the item has been marked as Customer Rejected by our E-Kart executive. I couldn't understand the fact that when the agent was unable to deliver how could the item got cancelled automatically. Now after that when I placed a fresh order the item is out of stock. I would like to know who is responsible for this? For the above mentioned orders I got a SMS that they would be delivered before 7 pm but no one turned up for delivery.It continued like this twice and then I get a sms saying the items were unable to be delivered and thus got cancelled by their courier service(Ekart Logistics).I also called their customer service and they assured me that two of the items (2 and 3 ) would be delivered as per their Floor manager but I never received them at all. Then I was told to place a fresh order and nothing could be done with the previous orders.I have never experienced such kind of service before as I got all my orders delivered by Amazon and Shop clues but couldn't understand the reason for their failure of delivery.I also asked the representative if the following orders could be placed by them but they said that I only had to place a fresh order. I lost the hope of getting my products if ordered and I would think twice to place an order ever again on this website.

                              Hi, We have received shoe rack on 30.10.2015. After that we found that is material is compact particle board instead of wood.Which is poor quality cannot with stand weight of shoe.It cannot be worth of Rs 3000/- (before discount Rs 7000/- .It is cheating customer with poor quality material. After we have given complaint .After so many reminders ( Customer support skipped dates from 07.11.2015, 16.11.2015, 20.11.2015, 23.11.2015, 27.11.2015...). Still no body has come for checking the quality of material.. please note that same shoe rack ordered by my brother through flipkart. It is already broken .Cheating customer by supplying poor quality material. Flipkart Customer care was informing us, this has been supplied by third party .But we believe in Flipkart not in third party. This is worst experience we had with flipkart. kindly we request to flipkart return money or replace quality material immediately. snap shots attached .Kindly flikart is not responding for this complaints.                               Spoke to customer and informed that case has been already handled by escalation team (Fast track) and he was very irate the issue is pending since 50 days of time, promised issue will be resolved within 24 hours. He wants the escalation team to handle and do not want to talk to new agents. Hence escalated the case to concern team and closing the case from our end.

                                  Order Id: OD[protected] Subject: Waiting for LG TV installation. I've purchased 43 inch LG Tv from flipkart which was delivered on 9-Dec-2015, but still waiting for installation and Demo from LG service centre. One installation from LG came and was demanding Rupees 800+ service tax for the installation but I refused as installation charge is part of the purchase and its flipkart responsibility. I called Flipkart customer care several times, no proper answer from anyone including their supervisor. Only lie answers. One of the flipkart customer representative even told me that 'flipkart is not my father company or property, if they lose customer and become bankrupt then I will join another company. I dont have to worry, just pay installation charge' was the advise. He also told me to search for the text 'https://www.google.co.in/…' on google. Please you too check the result sir. Please tell me, whether will you send LG installation person to install & demo the product or not? is installation not Flipkart responsibility? Hope you'll reply soon. Thanks, Lokesha

                                  Spoke to customer informed that him to share the snap of the receipt, as he mentioned got a mail from LG for the installation charge. Inform him to share the snap of the mail. Customer agreed. Hence, closing the case until customer revert.
                                  Order Id: OD[protected] Subject: Waiting for LG TV installation. I've purchased 43 inch LG Tv from flipkart which was delivered on 9-Dec-2015, but still waiting for installation and Demo from LG service centre. One installation from LG came and was demanding Rupees 800+ service tax for the installation but I refused as installation charge is part of the purchase and its flipkart responsibility.

                                  I called Flipkart customer care several times, no proper answer from anyone including their supervisor. Only lie answers. One of the flipkart customer representative even told me that 'flipkart is not my father company or property, if they lose customer and become bankrupt then I will join another company. I dont have to worry, just pay installation charge' was the advise.

                                  He also told me to search for the text 'https://www.google.co.in/…' on google. Please you too check the result sir. Please tell me, whether will you send LG installation person to install & demo the product or not? is installation not Flipkart responsibility?

                                  Its sad to hear your ordeal. I too have been betrayed on Flipkart. They are just concerned about themselves - dont care about us, the CUSTOMERS.

                                  I dont think anything will happen and you will have to pay for installation at the end. I'm truly sorry to say this, but I know because I've suffered.

                                  Also, I saw you bought from FLIPWORLD seller. I suggest you should check the rating of the seller before placing the order. The seller's rating is less than 60%! Did you check their reviews? If you did, you won't have placed your order with them. Almost all customers all complained about demo and installation.

                                  Sometimes, cheapest is not the best. And today online - whether Flipkart, Snapdeal or Amazon - cheapest is definitely not the best.

                                  Hope this experience will make you purchase wisely.

                                    I got a defective lenovo phone from flipkart. I asked for a replacement and they told they have initiated. Now its 1.5 months, still i din get a new piece.                                       I have ordered Micromax 42C0050UHD 106 cm (42) LED TV worth rs 35140 with flipkart on Oct 23 rd and i received a damaged product. I have asked for the replacement then technician visit was done he certified as transportation damage and i asked flipkart for replacement they kept me waited for about one and half month still i didn't get any resolution i need the refund to be done as soon as possible ORDER ID OD[protected] Every day i kept on calling flipkart they were postponing my replacement. and even i have to call them for them every day for order issues like requesting technician visit, installation and damage certification though they have to provide them in specified time . they failed in every aspect.they failed in replacing and when i asked for refund they were kept postponing my request I NEED REFUND AS SOON AS POSSIBLE

                                      Spoke to customer and she states that initially received damaged product and she do not want replacement wants refund and now the replacement is cancelled state as RVP team promised customer issue will be resolved within December 16, 2015. Customer wants the issue to be resolved on high priority.

                                        I ordered a Samsung led tv OD[protected] from flipkart. Series of events 1) Order date : Nov 4th, expected delivery date : 10th nov, Product not received 2) Nov 12 th Called Flipkart - they told they will follow up with the seller Multiple calls post that.. 3) Nov 23 - Flipkart calls and tells seller cancelled the product as it is Out of stock. 4) On Nov 23 11Am Flipkart sends a mail saying order cancelled based on my request Post Nov 23, I have been following up with Flipkart, Flipkart told they were waiting for seller response, later they told they are waiting for courier return as the product is shipped :( They took 20 days time and didn't resolve the issue. After doing a lot of search on online, found seller details, called the seller and seller informed me that Flipkart cancelled the order without paying anything and they didn't deliver the product. The b*** of flipkart hold my money for 30 days without deliverying the product and refund. After threatening a legal action, they first committed they will do the price match which they didn't do. And after 40 days these B*** returned money and no apology from these b**** at all.. Can someone tell if there is a right way to penalize flipkart legally as they withhold my money for 40 days?
