I am sazid khan from Ludhiana. I had ordered a blackberry smart phone on Flipkart as order id is OD[protected]. When i taken out the mobile phone from the box, it was not working. In fact mobile phone box was not sealed at the time of delivery. I opened it to power On but it was not working and on spot i placed a return request. Next day, when the pickup person came to pick up the mobile phone. He said me that i am getting it to show my manager, if the manager said that this cant be picked up for refund then we will return it to you back. But on next evening they returned the mobile phone to me and said it cannot be return because it is not working and it is used.
Now tell me who's fault is this. Company is responsible for this or the customer? I have received a very bad experience with you. My 9950 rupees amount is gone into water. I daily get the message from flipkart that our delivery boy is out for pickup but in the evening when i call the person whose number i got for pickup, i says him that when will you pickup my product and he answers me that he cannot pickup the product because he doesn't have the permission to do so.
Now tell me what should i do. Kindly out me a solution of this problem

Flipkart Customer Care's response Spoke with the customer and informed him that the product is already out for pick up once the product gets picked up the refund will be get initiated.
So closing the case.
