Order No. OD[protected] placed on December 2, 2015 and I've paid the order amount of Rs., 399 through visa debit card.., and since the item took too long to be delivered I cancelled the item by requesting for a refund on 8 Dec 2015, , Now in the orders page it shows refund succesfully remitted through original payment mode, by today its been more than 8days past but I havn't received it in my account, , when I contacted then they gave me a transaction ID of the refund with which i visited my bank help desk and returned without any solution for the problem..

        I had placed an order OD[protected] with the reference number, IN[protected]. of nexus 6p however due to your negligence of your customer support i had to cancel it. it has been well over 6 days now my amount has still not been refunded. The Flipkart team asked me to get in touch with MY Bank's Customer Care and register a complaint . i have done that too and here is the complaint number M[protected] however they are unable to backtrack the refund. From last couple of days i have been chasing flipkart for some answers but now they are not responding. I am in desperate need of cash and these guys don't understand at all. What do i do now ? Go to Consumer court adressing of my complaint is that what you want?

            I have ordered a TV unit on 9th Nov at Flipkart but the order is still not delivered yet (after 37days) and Cancel option is also not available. When i checked with flipkart they say 5 day required to resolve the issue but not resolved yet. Flipkart are you thinking a Tamilan and Indian customers are uneducated fellows ?. let me see what I can do with my social community.

              A company by name Dubli is operating an illegal pyramid scheme stating that they are partners with Flipkart and Myntra. People are being roped into the chain stating that they can get commissions and cash backs while purchasing through Flipkart. Poor people are losing money to join the chain. They are exploiting the faith people have on Flipkart and Myntra Dubli is an illegal pyramid scheme which works like a money chain. Why should a company like Flipkart associate with such a scam

With in 20 days have faced some issue in that HP Laptop. then we send mail to flipkart for replacement. For this issue they routed to HP team, then HP team replied after 7 days and also not given proper solution. after all this 30 days crossed, the same issue persist. so Again i contacted Flipkar for my refund, they told it crossed 30 days, so they not able to intiate the request.                     Hi Team, I placed order for "Whirlpool Bloom Wash 360" Date: Sun, 29th Nov'15 After two days when i track the order it was mentioned as "Delay in Delivery" when i saw this message i cancelled the order on Dec 1st 2015. Item was supposed to be ship within bangalore itself. When i call customer care they said item needs to reach back to the seller. when they said delay in delivery and not shipped at all. All the information provided to me is false and more over why do they need 15 days time to refund my amount. Please take serious action against the vendor.                       I bought a cu tv on 3rd of December.later I found that the defect in this tv.I told them about this. But you are making me fool. Every day a new customer executive phone me and tell me to deliver the new piece.again received a call that our technicay person visit at ur address.he came and unstall the tv.then next call received. We will pick the old set and delivered new one.again received a call and he told we received it complaint. Will send our technician.he will unstall the same and then delivered new.againg received a call we will come on Tuesday.then next call received we will come on Wednesday.again received a call sorry we will come on Saturday. What is all this. Send me new set otherwise I'll suit file against you in consumer court.

                            I had purchased a few things on flipkart and returned it due to size issues. I got the refund of the amount paid in my wallet balance option on flipkart. Now everytime i try to use the wallet balance it says that the purchase is only valid on ws retail seller. I think this is extremely unfair as there are very limited and bad options for this seller and its a condition on customers to buy products they are not convinced of. This is not only a bad marketing gimmick but also ways to lose your valued customer as i am a regular shopper on flipkart. This has made me not want to use the website anymore. I request you to change this the website and give your customer the freedom to buy whatever they like and not force a particular retailer

                                  I am Sunny V from Hyderabad has bought a Hero Kids Cycle from Flipkart in November worth 4099 INR. However, i have found the same being sold for lesser price in Hyderabad and declined the delivery twice. But to my surprise, rather than Flipkart accepting the order back and refunding back my money, they have started saying that the order has been delivered. I have raised couple of complaints with them to look into this issue and refund me, however they are taking time every now and then and hold off on it. I have kept escalating the issue to their customer care, but it still didnt workout as they are hanging up on me. Here are my tracking details which i got from the courier people, the item was used to deliver through FedEX.                                         Spoke to customer, he states that product is with the ASC and they have providing any resolution and wants the resolution from our end as he SMRMT has already sent a mail to customer the issue will be sort it out before December 20, 2015.                                         Dear Team, My Phone is in service center since more than 10 days and they are not able to provide me solution. I had visited multiple time but still i dint get any solution. As per service center they are not having solution and even they are not getting update from lenovo. I try to reach lenovo also but no response. Its wasting my time, money and buisenss. Its look like cheating. I request to consumer team, too look into these matter, Work order attach.                                         Dear Flipkart Team,

                                        Sorry to say but Lenovo authorized service centre is not supporting for my issue.

                                        My Phone is with service centre more than 10 days but they are not having any solution. As per Talk with Mr. Vishal Dugar ( [protected] )Lenovo Service centre head, they are not giving any commitment towards solution and clearly saying what ever you want to do you can do. We don't have any update from Lenovo. he is insisting me to do legal action. It's truly unprofessional way to deal with customer .

                                        I had escalated to Lenovo Customer care and their upper executive but as usual No response.

                                        As my phone is with service centre more than 10 days due to these it's spoil my personal and professional life. It's look like mental harassment. Who is responsible for my loss.

                                        Kindly refund my amount or provide me resolution as per committed time on earlier communication (20th Dec 15).

                                        It's affecting my warranty period also.
