I bought moto g phone from flip kart. This phone has red/green/blue lines running vertically when switched on. Flipkart is not taking it back and askign me to go to service centere. They have lied about their return policy. they took Rs 13000 from me, gave faulty product and not taking my phone back or replacing it

    I'm facing an hardware issue on my new lenovo g50-80 notebook laptop. The display of my laptop is starting to blink continuously. I purchased laptop from flipkart Its only been 19days since i purchased the laptop. So i request you to see through this issue as soon as possible and i demand for replacement of this laptop with a new one.

      I order the LENOVO VIBE X2 mobile on[protected], after the delivery i use my mobile but i having lot of issues in the mobile like hanging, tower problem, charging issues currently new problem is touch screen shows orange colour circle on top of my mobile display, totally disoppoint with this mobile from when i bought the mobile now i contact to local lenovo service centre and service team checked my mobile and told me no water & physical damage is on mobile we will take a mobile for service and tell you within 20 days, but service centre executive give the job sheet with conditions apply. i am totally irritated and leave from the place now having the job sheet for my mobile, due to my profession i need a urgent service for mobile i will not wait for 20 hell days because mobile is important for my job. so kindly fix the issue as soon as possible otherwise i will take the legal action with the support of my consumer product lawyers because i using the mobile approx 60 days whats the quality i really not sacrifice with this product replace me the mobile asap dont need a all service for my new mobile so kindly take serious of this issue & dont need of my old mobile piece i will surely need the new piece Order ID: OD[protected] Invoice No : # BLR_WFLD[protected] Sold By : WS Retail Services Pvt.       Spoke to customer, he states that cannot wait 20 days for service and wants replacement. Informed him to wait 20 days because 30 days replacement has been crossed. We need a confirmation from ASC for replacement. Customer agreed and he will wait for 20 days.

        I have bought Samsung Galaxy On5 mobile orderID: OD[protected] and productive is defective and I have raised return request on 30th Nov and approved and got confirmation through sms pick up guy will come on Tuesday. But Pick up guy didn't come. Again I have called Flipkart they didn't responding . Again I have called back this time I got an answer Network is down they can't help. Next day I have called, now they said their next level team will call back to me tomorrow. I have waited full day but I didn't get any call and no response. Next day I have called back to them they are saying that they need to verify it again through internet after 15 days i got this reply. Simply flipkart people time pass with me without resolving my problem. I have all proof and emails and sms, phone conversations. Please resolve my issue asap otherwise i'm going to raise a complaint in consumer court.
        Almost 20 days over no one replied to my request, My request to all users be aware about Flipkart return policy, they are cheating us.

          I have place one order on flipkart regarding my mobile and order has been placed via mobile because cash back is offer is available on mobile app only. After booking my order and pay instant amount but till today i have not recd. my 5% cashback and lot of chasing to flipkart but they are not entertaining and every time one new case number generating and saying 24 to 48 hours it will resolve but till date it is not resolve.           Tried calling customer on [protected], no response, hence arrange for follow up. Note: Payment has states that customer is not eligible for 5% cash back as he has placed an order by using Net banking mode. It will be applicable for Debit / credit card.
          Already this this is discussed from the day one at time placing of order all you CSR are agree that there no terms and condition written while placing the order and why you are calling to[protected], you should call on that number which is mentioned in the flipkart account details all this thing is discussed so many times at the time of conservation. Always your CSR is that concerned department is looking into that but you people are taking such a long time.

              I am complaining about the product Lenovo vibe p1 m. where I got the defective product. I got the product on I believe 7 Dec 2015 but it has defect so call flip kart to replace it bur he denied then I insisted so he took the request for replacement. He promised that you will receive the order on 10th Dec but I did not receive it. My number was updated but the phone require Nono SIM so I cut my SIM. I was unable to use my SIM because phone is replaced yet. I am new in banglore and I dont have phone to use. Flip kart made me in trouble. I cant tell you how am I frustrated. I keep calling customer care representative but no one is listening. Every body saying the same thing that I understand your concern but no one is helping. my order shipped by Ekart Logistics so I have been calling them since yesterday but they customer care number is busy. I am unable to focus on my work and I have sent couple of email but I am getting the same response. I talked to couple of Floor manager of flip kart but no one is helping. Itz leather has got torn from various places forming ugly patches. The bag doesnt seem to be genuine. It iz most probably a fake product of steve madden.                       Hi, My Order number is OD[protected], which got delivered to me 2 months before. Problems with the product are: 1. Its a QUeen size bed, which is really poor quality. Even the carpentor came to assmeble it requested me to pay him INR 3000 more so that the bed will last longer than 6 months. 2. Carpentor was so confident that the bed will break in pieces in very short time. 3. I have raised a refund request within 6-7 days from delivery and have done so many follow-ups; however my request is not resolved so far. No one called me back to resolve or listen to my pain points. 4. The size of the qQeen size bed is not a standard size. It is not even the size size mentioned in the flipkart link. 5. The bed is lying in 1 of my bedroom, which I can not use. And my family has to sleep in the Hall, which is really very annoying. If immediate actions are not taken to my request I will file a case in consumer court against it. So far I have written many email and had made so many calls.                       So far I have not received any call from any stakeholder. Issue still persists and open.
                      My request is not resolved yet. I have made 4-5 calls since the day I updated my issue here. In every call, Flipkart promises that I will be getting a call within 24 hrs where the issue will be resolved; however no one called yet.

After 15 days[protected] i called this service center, Who said with in a two days will ready.                             Had ordered 2 phones on 1/12/15 was told it would be delivered on 5/12/15 two days later I get one phone n thy say that the other will be dilevered by 10/12/15. I contineously called cust care from 3/12/15 they told that I would receive cal from their back up team regarding the same told them to cal me after 12:30 pm but they called me by 8:30 am... Cald them after tht till the 6th of december they we're telling me it would get dilivered by 10/12/15 but on 7/12/15. Wen I called they told me it would be delivered to me by 14/12/15. N tht day also thy told me the back up team will be callin me with in 24hrs. No calls till 9/12/15 from their side but m contineously calling but finally wen I used profanity ovr the floor manager they called me on 9/12/15 evening at around 5pm. Told them thy either give me a consession ovr the product I agreed n told them i[censored]ll can't give consession deliver the product by 10/12/15. In any case but nutting done n on 10/12/15. I receive a msg tht the product is shipped n will be 5elivered by 14/12/15. This company has no cust satisfaction at all

                              I made a prepaid order for lenovo yoga tab 13'' on flipkart and paid rs 44020/ by net banking on 10th november. i received my shipment on 19th of same month. once i opened it i was shocked as i saw a acer iconia 8'' tab inside. once i lodge a complaint seeking refund or replacement. they accepted and canceled my request thrice and held pending the 4th replacement request till now. i mailed so many times to flipkart customer care ends in vein and it seems to cheat me by flipkart. it makes lot of panic and insecure on my mind and also made mental stress for me. my order id :OD[protected] Return ID: 37469722 so i requested for remedy for this reluctant and cheating business of flipkart and make way to get my prepaid money or correct product with compensation. thank you. my address detail muthuvel m plot no: 27 5th sector, morais city--sembattu, trichy-07 cell no: [protected] mail id: [protected]@gmail.com
