I received my booking PARCEL AGAINST AWB [protected] TODAY ON 9th January 2016 and paid Rs.702/- in cash. I was surprised at the cheap packing with newspaper {Gujarati) covering (photo attached)and affixing your label that created a doubt that I may not be cheated by FLIPKART. To my surprise when I removed the newspaper covering, there was a box of Shopclues (photo attached) with half taps of "Shopclues" and half with brown taps. I checked again that I have placed orders with Flipcart and not with "Sbopclues". I think that goods might have been returned by some customer to Shopclues and same might be sent to me. Please advise whether Shopclues are your sister concern. To my further surprise and cheating that size of all the 3 CFL spiril bulbs are different one small other and big one (photo attached) whereas I placed orders for equal size of three bulbs. In view of the above, please advise me what to whether return the goods or replaced.m AMARJIT SINGH SAHNI

    Team, would like to bring this to your attention that leading e commerce player Flipkart is selling 2nd hand moto phones. I bought Moto G 3rd gen in Sep 2015 and took the replacement in Oct as 1 of the sim slot was not working. Got the same issue with replacement product as both sim slot stopped working in 2 months. Flipkart is not providing any assistance and service center just updated the software and returned it back. After 8 days again sim slots stopped working and now its been a week that the phone is lying with the service center. Not able to understand why companies like Motorola are selling refurbished products to the customer.

      I bought on 14 dec 2015 vide od[protected] a huawei honor 4x gold for rs. 10500. Till date i tried with many sd cards only 4gb sd card is working whereas its external memory is upto 32 gb. I tried with several 16 gb also. The msg is could not move. Not enogh storage. I tried in pc to format the sd card still it is ineffective. It happened the next day itself. But my pc went faulty i did not get time now i bought new laptop and registering complaint i tried at trichy thillai nagar service centre mentioned in booklet they said that they do not carry out services on honor they stopped. Hence i request you to kindly take necessary action as it is only few days left for a month

      I too am facing the same issue. 8GB card is working but 16GB is not. I can't understand whats the issue.

          Hello I was a Flipkart first buyer and using Flipkart from last year. my sale has gone above lakhs still I have a balance in my Flipkart wallet is Rs 26626. Now I m ordering from 18 Dec but my order is automatically cancelled As a result Flipkart replied that because of high return created from your site your ID is blocked in present and in future u couldn't buy any of products linked with your E-mail And still I have my Flipkart balance now they are not responding the customer support said that they will not refund your money but no one responded me on this issue!!

            Hi! i am a regular customer of flipkart, but i never face any problem. I bought a Redmi 2 prime mobile on dated[protected] with order ID- OD[protected] with IMEI No.[protected] mentioned on bill. but it was defected product, its mic was not working properly.i make correspondence with flipkart they suggest me to contact service center, i visit there but problem was not resolved, then again i visit another authorised service center as suggested but my problem was not resolved.then i contact to customer care they approved my refund but i was requesting for replacement, as i am not able to get refund in my same account from which i purchase that. then after a lot of discussion they approved my replacement, when the delivery boy comes to my home he refused replacement and said the IMEI No. is mismatched. this is a dual sim mobile and on invoice only one no is mentioned. flipkart also accept that its their fault but they refused to replace it according to their policy. they totally make harras me . some time they say it is out of stock, when it is in stock they said that you have to wait, then again and again this process is repeated but they refused finally .                 I placed my order No.OD[protected] for a smart phone on 22nd Dec with Flipkart against the special offer communicated to me by Standard Chartered Bank stating that " Enjoy 10 Percent discount on all your purchases during the flipkart big shopping day with your standard chartered credit card and debit card.Offer valid from 21 Dec.to 23 dec" Flipkart despatched the item on 22nd Dec. vide invoice no.blr_wfld [protected] without discount. When I checked up with Standard Chartered Bank they have informed me that Flipkart should have made the adjustment when they raised invoice. I sent a message to Flipkart claiming the discount offered for which they replied that the discount is applicable only to those orders placed through their mobile application. I replied to them that when I purchased the smart phone only now and how I could have sent the order on mobile application.Hece I placed the order through their website. They asked me to wait till 9th of this month for resolving the issue. I received a mail yesterday stating thet the transaction for my order is not eligible for cash back as the offer is only for mobile apps which is not ethical.                 Spoke to customer on [protected], customer states this is the first smart phone he has purchase so cannot able to order through app. Informed since you have purchase the product through website and you are not eligible for cash back. Hence, closing the case.
                I appreciate your service to the customers like me . I wish the issue will be resolved soon
                I haven't received any favourable reply from Flipkart regarding my complaint. I would request you to pursue this case and resolve at the earliest.

                  I placed a Hp laptop on flipkart on november 11th, which I received on november 16th. There is a bookmyshow and yatra coupon offer worth 5000 mentioned on the site. Nowhere in the flipkart site, it mentioned that I have make a payment of Rs2000 to avail it, not even in the terms and conditions of that offer. Only after I bought the product and when I tried to avail the offer by going to the registration site, I was able to see that offer needs a payment of Rs2000. I have raised a complaint on this on november 16th. It took one month and more to get back to the issue (multiple calls saying that backend team and escalation team is working on it), and finally what they say is that it has been mentioned a link about the offer. This is the sentence mentioned in terms of conditions of the offer on that product. Registration: Registration for all Offers can be done by visiting the below mentioned Link: http://www.hpshopping.in/amazingdiwali They claim that I should have gone to the mentioned link before buying the product and they cannot do anything about it now( Jan 8th). How would I go to the link which mentioned that it is for registration ? Also Flipkart replied to that too late for me to even make a payment of Rs2000 to avail the offer. When asked about this, they only said that we are sorry and we cannot do anything. I don't anything to about it. I have re-read the conditions many times skipping the registration link, which I thought would have details for the registration which obviously has to be done after buying the product. Now I don't get the product back, I can't make a payment of Rs2000, or can avail the offer of Rs5000. Please help

                    Product is in same condition as i got it and also i paid before delivery. But dont find it useful for me so have rights to take my money back.

                        Worst service provided by flipkart!!! Had been called to flipkart almost 15 times on regarding ascus zenfone2 issue. Had visited the service centre suggested by flipkart but they dnt tke phones on warranty period. Flipkart will be sending automatic mails without reaching saying tried to reach you but no response or saying physical damage without checking phone and fooling customers. Worst service never!!!

I called and mailed them several times but till today i have not received product and my money is also not returned from flipkart.

                                Spoke to customer and apologized for the issue and informed that refund of Rs.2990/- has been initiated on January 09, 2015 and 8 BDs to reflect in your bank account.
                                • Why did you take so long to return my money?
                                • Why was i not told about the product non availability until 45 days?
                                • Why did you make me follow up so many times and you resolved my issue only after involving consumer forum.
                                • If you had apologized and returned my money in last week of October or latest by 1st week of November, i would have accepted it easily, after 3 months you cannot wash off you hands just with the apology and returns of my money, please remember you have returned my money and have not done any fever to me, so don't roar about your cheap settlement as your victory over my issue in the consumer forum.
                                • My advocate has sent you a legal notice on 18th January 2015 which should have reached you by now, so i need a settlement for that, i am not going to compromise with anything less than for my demands.

                                    I have placed an order for ASUS zenfone with order id - OD[protected] which was suppose to be delivered on 4th Jan, 2016 and company has already charged my card for this product. But still after 1000's of emails and phone calls they have still not delivered my product and even they have any idea where my product is. This is pure case of cheating and fraud. This type of fraud online companies are making people fool and robbing them of their hard earned money. Is their any government authority which can keep a check on this type of fraud online companies and penalize them.

                                        I had ordered for a book, Asterix on Warpath (Order No. OD[protected] from Flipkart on 19 November, 2015. I was supposed to be a birthday gift for my wife Sohini Bhattacharya and she was supposed to receive it on 1 December. Then Flipkart rescheduled the delivery date and made it 18 December.
