This is with regards to the order for my Puma sports shoes. Order no. OD[protected]. This order was booked on one day delivery option and it was supposed to be delivered on 31st Dec before 8 pm. I received a message in the morning that so and so person will deliver the product and a contact number was given. I tried the whole day but the number provided was either not reachable or no one was responding. I was just calling to tell the delivery person to bring the credit card machine as I was going to make the payment by credit card. At the end of the day the person comes without the credit card machine. He asked to reschedule the order and promised me that he will bring the machine for payment on 2nd Jan 2016. I agreed to that. On 2nd again I received the same msg with same contact number and again it was not reachable. I just wanted to remind him to bring the machine. But that no one came to my place and at evening around 7 pm I got a msg that your order has been rescheduled. I called the flipkart customer care and they promised me to deliver the product before 9pm on the same day. But the product was not delivered. The guy came next day again without the credit card swiping machine. I complained about this to flipkart about this. They responded that it is a cash on delivery option and you have to pay by cash and it was my mistake. Seriously what a pathetic, third class service was provided by a huge brand like flipkart. I rejected the order finally coz you guys reallly disappointed me. I was waiting the whole day for 3 days just to wait for the delivery person yo contact me. The customer was waiting for three consecutive days for the product. There was no call crom the logistics service provider. It was really a pathetic experience.

Spoke to customer, he informed FE to bring POS to make a payment through credit card. FE mentioned do not have POS machine and he continuously reschedule date of delivery so he has cancelled the product and apologize for the issue and ensure that it will not repeat again customer agreed.

    I bought 8gb pendrive on October 26th. and since it was not working i asked for refund. They told they processed but money didnt come to my account. I went to bank 3 times regarding this. Flipkart customer care is giving false commitment that it will rectify issue in 1 day but no one is calling after that. I am frustrated and wish to post complaint against them. I even sent bank statement for confirmation.

      Hi, I have purchased godrejrd edge pro 5.1 PD 210 ltr carbon leaf refrigerator on 27.12. 15. But flipkarrt people sended completely wrong product to me. (godrej rd edge SX 5.2 ct 221 letr). I'm not interested with this. Please exchange the product which I was ordered one. As soon as. If not able to replace the product, plse refund my money... I made a complaint to flipkarrt customercare service people on 30th Dec. Still they didn't resolve my issue.always they saying is... Sir, , we have escalat your problem. Our staff will call u end of the day...no one call me about dis. This is totally bad.

            I am drafting this email as an escalation. Please be informed that on 25th Dec night I had the ordered placed on flipkart.com for the ASUS mobile phone, the order got placed successfully and I have also received the order confirmation number which is .OD[protected]. Now coming to the price concern of the mobile phone, I agree that it was in total of rs 41, which I though flipkart might be having some promotional or exclusive offer for the year end or any other offers for the upcoming seasonal holidays. Whatever it is, as per the site I have placed the order and booked for it and I need this to be delivered to my shipping address as on mentioned date and time, today morning I received the below sms alert indicating that the order has been cancelled and the amount would be refunded accordingly. I am attaching the order confirmation snapshot and the email from flipkart assuring the delivery of the product. SMS Alert num # 1""""" ((Your refund of 41 for Flipkart.com order OD[protected] has been initiated. It will be credited to your bank account in next 7-10 business days. Please check your email for more details. Sincere apologies for inconvenience caused)).""""" However, today afternoon I've received one more SMS alert and an email for the same saying... SMS Alert num # 2 ((""Your refund of 200 for Flipkart.com order OD[protected] has been credited to your wallet. Wallet amount can be used to buy any product from WSRetail on Flipkart.com. Please check your email for more details"")) I need my product as promised by flipkart as the money of rs 41 has been deducted from my CITI bank account as a promise of delivery and now the back to back emails and messages from flipkart seems something is fishy. I've been a very regular customer of flipkart till now, I do not want their sorry/apologies email and SMS alerts, please make sure they have the product delivered. Being such a reputed e-commerce / online shopping giant company and have to face such allegations is really unfortunate and I hope you too agree the same. I don't want to know what went wrong or what has happened on that night with flipkart site, as for as I am concerned, I have seen the order, verified the order and then placed the order, which everything went without any issues and also received the confirmation and acknowledgement. If there were any issues you people should have intimated me while placing the order, sending an SMS alert on very next day and apologizing is not at all considered and acceptable. Seeking justice from you. Please do the needful. Thank you.

                14 October - 2015 Order Id - OD[protected] Customer name - Jaideep Shukla I had purchased one lg led from flipkart in this offer airtel dth 799/- was included. The coupon code was C1CHQ. It has to be redeem before 30th November 2015 I had contacted Airtel on 26th November but they had denied to gave me any kind of offer and after lot of reminders mail to flipkart but they haven't responded.                     I have placed the order of a Acer tablet (OD[protected], Incident: IN[protected] on 6th November 2015 and the same was showing deliverable in my pin by 13th November 2015 in flipcart app.Then it was delayed to 18th November 2015 and on 22nd November 2015, their executive called me up saying that it can not be delivered in my address and asked me to change the pin to nearest one and he assured me to deliver the same within 24 hours at the given place. Now while I lodged a complain in their app about this, they reverted after 3 days that they even can't deliver it in that address also. I even confirmed that I will collect my order from their courier partner's place only as I have collected all my previous consignments from Flipcart from the place of their courier partner even after their promise to deliver it on my place. I have reverted on their mail that I have purchased it on the EMI option available on their app so I have to pay the interest anyway for it. So I have mailed them to repay me the interest if they can't deliver it, but they have reverted that they will neither repay the interest amount nor deliver me the order. Now Flipcart have cancelled my order themselves and not have refunded the interest. I have to pay the interest on the EMIs and and waited for 1 and half months but got nothing. All that cost and wait for nothing. Flipcart is cheating with their app as previously also I had to come down to their courier partner's place for getting my consignments even after my order was showing as deliverable in their app . Requesting strict action against Flipcart and compensation for my cost and trouble.

                      I ve ordered a Lenova k3 note on 2 nd of jan.16.Till today morning it is showing the mobile will be delivered by 9 pm to day.As i am waiting at home for the call from the morning onwards.But i didnt got any call from Any body from flip kart. And by 4 pm one sms has sent stating that " you seems to be unavailable to receive the product. we will call you back tomorrow". i am really shocked.What a bloody, idiotic manner it is?.And the store no given by them is not at all working. I ve expected a lot from this company.But this has not grown.Grow up.And check all your system some serious problems is there in your system. Expecting delivery at least tomorrow.

                          HI, i am not getting any help from Flipkart inspite of speaking with several people in Flipkart customer care through there toll free no. My concern was that on 31st Dec 2015 at the time of placing order of Lenovo k3 note, delivery date on product page was 31st Dec 2015 in a day delivery and 4th Jan 2016 standard delivery. But while placing the order dates were different and the only date of 6th Jan 2016 with a standard delivery is reflecting. I called Flipkart Customer care and shared the concern. It has been told to me that because of some issue we are unable to get the details on our system, so please go ahead and book the order as you will receive the order on the mentioned dates that is 31st Dec or maximum by 1st. And it could be the technical issue due to which the mentioned dates are not reflecting while placing order. I was facing issue in placing order through debt card and called more than 2-3 times to Flipkart Customer Care regarding this. On the first time it has been told to me that due to technical error in flipkart website it cannot be done please try after 2 hours. Then also i proactively told her that i am using mobile app t make a payment. Then also the customer Care executive told that yes sir as there are temporary issues in website or something that is why only payment cannot be processed. Please try after 2 hours. Then after few hours i again tried to make payment through debit card for 2-3 times and this time also i got stuck on the usual place. Again i called to Flipkart Customer care and i spoke with Mr. Ibraheem, who told me to clear cache of the app and try again. As per the instruction i tried but nothing works so eventually got no way escape i have ordered but not through debit card but chosen for COD at around 7:00 Pm on 31st Dec 2015. Order No. - OD[protected] Now i waited for around 24 hours as it has been told and then the real struggle of my life starts. And really Flipkart guys treat u BADLY and in order to save themselves or could say to save their As**s they even blame you back. I spoken with Anuj (Asst. Manager), Ankur from Escalation department who was rude and dont want to listen. After that i spoken with a guy who is Floor Supervisor from Escalation department and his name starts with A only i believe. He was VERY VERY VERY, WAS NOT LISTENING, VERY EAGER TO WIND UP THE CALL AND ABOVE OF IT I HAVE SHARED SCREENSHOTS OF THE DATES AS PER THE REQUEST FROM ANUJ(Asst. Manager) WHICH LAST GUY AND ANKUR WERE SAYING IN AN INDIRECT WAY THAT THEY ARE FAKE N YOU MUST BE LYING. AND HOW CAN WE RELY ON THE SCREENSHOTS WHICH U HAVE SENT. Now after the screenshot i have shared as per the request i told them that i will share the screenshot of details/properties where it shows the attributes of the image. Then also they said that those details/properties can be changed, which i believe it cannot be. And after Ankur the Last gut who was Floor Supervisor from Escalation department really made me cry. I was feeling helpless he said that we cannot do anything and many more things he said. I am helpless what should i do. Is this the Customer Service Flipkart Provides that whatever customer do or provide evidence all are fake. Please assist. And tell me how i can contact someone superior like Ombuds or any other governing department or party. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE Tell me how can i reach to any senior department or to OMBUDS because Flipkart Customer Care Executive were pathetic. And i am helpless now what to do and where go so that anyone can help me. Here is my No. +[protected]

                            Purchased a Whirlpool Stainwash Ultra 65H 6.5 kg Fully Automatic Top Loading Washing Machine on 23/12/2015 from Flipkart (order no. OD[protected] where "Flipkart GV worth Rs.1000 on this product" was mentioned as an offer. But till date not get this voucher. Whenever called to customer care executive inform within 24 h I should receive it. 30/12/2015 raised a complain (IN[protected] which suppose to solved within 2/1/1016 at 10 p.m. but all in vain.                               As flipkart says invoice will be sent to the registered mail id within 1 hour after product delivery but i never received any invoice of any product i had to call again and again to customer care for my invoice then only i get my invoice.When flipkart says invoice will be sent within 1 hour then why i am not able to receiving it.                                     I ordered a Iphone 5s on 7 Nov 2015 from flipkart and received a faluty product, I as ask for replacement and they have the given me the replacement but after replacement the new Iphone also i received was faluty I.e haveing heating issue. Now i called flipkart and i asked for the refund for the product, As i received two time faulty product but flipkart is denying for the same and my product having 30 days replacement/refund warranty
