I bought a Laptop(Dell Inspiron 15 3521 Laptop) on 26th Nov 2015 but showing Laptop Warranty Period Expired. I am attaching the snap shot of warrant period . I called many time to Flipkart Customer Support but nothing Happen.So please Help me.

I placed a Laptop on 23/11/2015 (Dell Inspiron 15 3521 Laptop) of Rs 35990.00 and it was delivered on 26th Nov 2015.

Next Day I called to Dell Customer Support where I was informed by the support team that your warranty period has been expired and you will not get any support from dell until and unless your warranty period gets updated

So I called Flip kart to update my warranty period so they told me that your Issue will be resolved in 24 Hours.
Next Day the issue was not resolved so again i called to flip kart for the same issue now this time they give me 72 hours to resolved my issue but still after three days issue was not resolved.
So every day when i called to flip kart a new executive pick up the call and every time they gave me a new date to resolve the issue.
I also apply for returned but they kept on saying the same thing it will get resolved in 24 hours
So now 10 Days has been gone and my returned period is also expired(10 Days replacement period).
I think they delivered me second hand product . So i am help less because they are not responding to my issue.I think i am cheated by Flip Kart of Rs 35990
I am attaching the snap shot of warranty period .
please Help me.

    I have bought a royal oak wooden shoe rack from flikart on 15th oct order no: OD[protected], during installation I found may scrathes on the product to which the installation person said that it can be removed with Polish and that he will come with polish material in a day or two. Since no one visited for Polish I requested flikart for resolution to which they sent a person with black permanent marker to cover the scratched even when I had mailed them the pictures of the damaged product. I refused to permanent marked on wooden product and instead asked for the polish. Since there was no reply from flipkart even after continued requested and communications I requested for return of the Product on 5th November to which they replied saying they will resolve the issue. It's been almost 1 month and I have still not received any communication from flipkart let alone any resolution. They have cheated me with misinformation and gave me damaged product which now they are neither replacing nor returning. Please assist.

    Got call from flipkart that issue will be resolved, however the technical person called stating I am sending person in 15 mun to your home to which I had requeted the tecnician that since its Sunday we are not at home and requested him to send person on Monday or any other weekday. I have been still waiting for person to visit. I am seriously fed up with services.

        I bought a handset intex cloud 4g from flipkart. i have replaced my mobile phone two times. At first time, i was unable to charge my phone. And at second time, battery backup was not ok. On 30th october 2015, they gave me set, then the problem was of sim connections. The mobile phone does not have networks. On 22nd november, i mailed them to refund my money.They did not answered of my mail. Then i called them on 28th november, they told that we will send you a link but they did not send. Next day i called them again, the number was not reachable. On 29th november they send me a link for smart checking. I got a text that my request is under processing. they asked for refunding or changing it then i told them to refund they told me that for refunding you have to talk to our senior. On 30th november they text me that seller has disapproved my return request. On 1st december they told me that your mobile phone is out of warranty. They declined or ignored my request again and again. They told me to go to service centre . Please take any action for my problem. I will be obliged to you.           We requested for return of mobile to a new mobile as the battery is draining very fast. But customer representatives are not understanding the problem and forcefully asking to do hard rest and update of software which we have done many times.             Dear Flipkart I am one of your very fond customers and trust you sincerely. This has been the first time I had to return a product because what I received was not what I had ordered. I opted for the refund, returned the wrong product on time. It's very sad that you are not processing the refund. You have AUDACIOUSLY asked me to update my NEFT details TWICE and AUDACIOUSLY sent me a message that the REFUND PROCESS COULDN'T BE POSSIBLE or something. I have given the very right details. You are an internet GIANT and I know such email wont be a big deal for you but I do not trust many websites like you. I READ SIMILAR PROBLEMS ON THE INTERNET THAT OTHERS HAVE FACED. WANT TO BE ASSURED BY YOU THAT THE REFUND WILL TAKE PLACE. DO NOT ASK ME FOR NEFT AGAIN. It would be kind of you to not ignore but REPLY so i know my problem has been acknowledged...and hopefully fixed. I don't want to be a customer who stops using your website.             I got a message from flipkart stating I have received the refund. However the customer support was telling me the wrong account details in which they have processed the refund. my account details that i had provided were different. I want an update from them stating the correct account details in which they made a refund. even my own flipkart account somehow shows me that my bank account is Corporation bank in Silvasa. i dont even live there. i had given the details of SBI bank. what ever is happening please clear it out with me and be transparent with your information instead of blaming me saying i am the one giving you wrong details. if the money is refunded to an account i dont even know of, i will have to make this is a little more serious and deal with it on a higher level.

              I have purchased Distributed Operating Systems and Algorithm Analysis (English) book of Rs 497 from Flipkart with order no.:OD[protected] on dated 27 November 2015 at 21:15 and date of delivery promised by them was Fri 4, Dec 2015. My order get packed for shipment on 28 November 2015 at 01:22 but not get dispatched by 30th Nov. So, then i requested helpdesk for dispatching my order asap on 1 December 2015 at 19:13 they promised me by mail on 1 December 2015 at 19:46 will be delivered to you by promised date. But still not dispatched, so this i intimated helpdesk again on 3 December 2015 at 10:35 to dispatch my order. But on 3 December 2015 at 16:46, they had cancelled my order and started refund process.

                  I ordered nexus 6 midnight blue 32gb through Cash on delivery and received the product, the volume down button was not working on the first day itself so i called flipkart and requested for replacement and asked them to deliver it on a different address, they refused for a different address so then i asked to deliver it after 10th of december as i am out of station, they said i can contact with the courier service and tell them to hold it, the customer care executive's name was ravi, he gave me confirmation himself, and i have not been receiving any contact information since last 3 orders, i complained to flipkart 4-5 times, they didn't do anything, now when i called that i want the delivery after 10th they are refusing, and asking me to request again, they are not providing me the courier serivce's contact. please do something about it as soon as possible. I want my replacement after 10th otherwise i'll file a case.

                      Hello Team, We have ordered onida washing machine in last month and that has been delivered on 17th nov 2015 and flipkart policy says demo installation will be done within 2 to 3 days but we haven't got any demo installation from flipkart infact they are just rescheduling demo installation day by day and saying mobile number is not reachable and closing request without our approval...                           Sir/Madam, I am a new user on flipkart & made my first purchase through flipkart app.. Order No. OD[protected] Product name- Cherokee Slim Fit Men's trousers (3 Quantity) The order was successfully placed & I got an email from the company that it will deliver the order by 1st Dec. Now when I have not received the order on committed date, i thought to Check the website.. But it was embarrassing that the flipkart has marked my order as returned by me (which is never received & attempted for delivery on my address) Now I thought to raise the complaint against them on the website.. But when I have logged to the website as well as flipkart app, it is showing that there are no orders in your account & therefore I am not able to select the option to raise the complaint but then i finally made a complaint through another route.. Now I called there toll free customer care [protected] where they apologize their mistake & told that it is the mistake of courier partner & we will resolve the same within 48 hours.. Today i received the call from Flipkart's Executive Mr. Naim who told me that they will not ship the product to me because i have cancelled my order which is totally a lie(coz i havnt done that).. Now I want to make the Flipkart & its concerned management punish for their fraudulent practices which is unjustified & not backed by law.. I have all the emails/snapshots/recording ready..                             Invoice No : # DEL_LHR_03L[protected] Order ID - OD[protected] I received damaged washing machine from flipkart.com on 19th November and since 20th i am trying to replace from company but they didn't replying satisfactory. Every day they are giving new date to pick the item but till today they didn't picked item. first - i received one day late my product (claimed on 18th but received on 19th ) second - received damaged product Third - After complain many time not picked item till 2nd December fourth - Currier boy come to pick one time on 30th November but refused to pick because they want packed item as it was delivered (which is not possible by any one o[censored]s because earlier it was packed by machine and i dont have any packing machine). their representative speaks very rood - why you open the packing (if i will not open then how i can assume that it is damaged). my money was deducted from first day of order but till date i am not able to get the benefit of the product . tomorrow i will go the consumer court for the same and will see them all in front of the court & media .

                                I have ordered Samsung LED TV 40", OD[protected] on November 4th. The order was not delivered as per promise and I raised a concern first on November 12th. After 1 week of continuous follow up, I got a mail saying "as per your request the product has been cacelled" on nov 23rd. I called Flipkart customer care and they informed that, the product has been cancelled by seller. I have been insisting on delivering the same product by different seller with Flipkart at the same price, which Flipkart said, they will look into it. Even after 8 days, they neither refunded the money Nor delivered the product. On 30th Nov, I received a call from flipkart saying they will refund the amount, and do a price match if I order the same item by 1/12 11AM. Since I didn't receive any response / call from Flipkart today, I called the CS, I have asked to move my call to second level / third level, the senior executive now tells that the order is yet to be received to the origin, hence refund is on hold. As per them seller cancelled the order, now they are telling we are waiting for the return. When I look at the current status of the order on flipkart, its showing as item returned :( ) The most unfortunate thing is, none of their Customer support team keeps their promise, they keep changing the status / reasons why there is no refund. They try to take people as granted. It appears like just by not delivering the product and not returning the money with false excuses one can get a good interest in one month and which I believe they are doing the same... Interestingly they also say, we tried to reach you but your phone is engaged, when I ask if its engaged why can't u do a retry.. there is no answer. And when I ask what is the update you are trying to convey over phone to CS, they will say we don't know :( we will get your issue in 24 hours.. its almost a month Nov 4th to Dec 1st. This to me, appears like a clear ethical issues with flipkart team. Its very hard for me to trust Flipkart on any of those promises and commitments. Everytime you speak, you will hear a different story... such a shame... for claiming themselves a number 1 e-com company.
                                I am still following up with Flipkart, as the amount is big, each day for last 10 days. Few things that happened in past 4 days. I spoke to several people in flipkart, assistant manager to senior manager. All of them have promised me that issue will either resolve in 3 hrs or 6 hrs or 24 hours. and None of them never get back to me. The only time i received the call, the call got disconnected immediately and no call back update post that.
                                The worst part is even senior super visors doesn't look the issue fully and they just try to say a story, its only if i use an abusive language, they actually look into details of the issue and try to do something or at least act as if they are doing.

                                They kept the money for 1 month, credit card interest 2%, number of calls more than 1 each day, and each time i call, they keep me on hold for 20 mins ..

                                It is such a shame that flipkart is doing such a cheap tactics to make money by way of holding customer money and not delivering the product and not refunding immediately.
                                The worst thing about OD[protected], so far they have been telling they are waiting an update from Seller, today i did lot of research and able to found the exact seller and location. I contacted the seller directly, they told me clearly that they didn't receive money or they didn't deliver the product. When the order came, it was cancelled by someone (not sure who). I asked them if Flipkart contacted them in past 20 days either by email or Phone, They clearly told NO, NO NO. What is wrong with Flipkart? Why are they lying and cheating customers? Are these guys taking people for ransom

                                  I ordered a Kartuce Back Cover for Asus Zenfone 2 Laser 5.5 from flipkart, order no. OD[protected]. I returned the item on the very next day of delivery as it was a case of damaged product. The product has been picked up for return but I haven't received the refund money yet, in my account.                                   Spoke to customer, he states on November 11, 2015 pick up has done. Still, no calls made to ask for bank details. Informed customer to share the acknowledgement copy of pick up done. Customer agreed. He will sent us by EOD. Hence, arranging for follow up.
                                  Refund and exchange from Flipkart is like dead body sent to graveyard.
                                  Customers will only have to cry and keep calling the irresponsive customer care - they can't provide any sensible answer.
                                  They will go on telling "give us 24 hours, every time".

                                  Its further waste of time and money calling these customer care.
                                  I have been trying for exchange/ refund for nearly a month. No success yet. Its becoming FLOP KART

                                    I have checked and came to know that laptop supplied to me was previously repaired 6 times, This is clear cheating that I have paid for new laptop but the supplied laptop was repaired one. I need my money back with interest and penalty for wasting my time.

                                      But now they are not providing me the same. I want my money refund or repaired my product.

                                        I ordered an Emporio Armani watch from flipkart, order no. OD[protected]. I returned the item on the very next day of delivery as it was a case of misshipment. The product has been picked up for return but I haven't received the refund money yet in my account. Please refund my money back soon.
