Hi Team, I am Indrani Pal and currently located in Bangalore. I was forced to contact you regarding an Online Order Cancellation of a Product with only a single attempt of Delivery by the vendor. Following are the Online Order Details: Online Site through which the order was placed: http://www.flipkart.com/ Order No.: OD[protected] Order Date: 12/22/15 Ordered Item: Leaf Jewel Rhodium Plated Cufflink Item Price: Rs. 380 Quantity : 1 Subtotal Amount : Rs. 380 Latest Date of Order Delivery: Will be delivered by Wed 6, Jan 2016 I would like to inform you that I had been contacted by the Delivery Team through phone call (supposed to be Ekart) only once on[protected] and not at all henceforth. Since I was not updated about the delivery time hence I had called the Filpkart Team a couple of times just to ensure that the order is not cancelled even though there was no confirmation about the delivery calls as I had not received nay but one. Today[protected] I received a message mentioning that my order is cancelled. When I called back Flipkart they mentioned that I was not available every time they tried to deliver it hence it was cancelled. I would like to bring to your notice that I had previously faced the same when I had ordered for a Book: GATE 2013: Electrical Engineering order No.: OD[protected] where again the order was cancelled without any confirmation or intimidation of the cancelled. On contacting them that they mentioned that I have place a fresh order and now the item is available at double the amount that is Rs. 604. This incident has really put me in a state o[censored]tter inconvenience and distress. I was at all not prepared for this kind of a situation especially from a well-knowned online shopping like Flipkart. Kindly help me to get this issue sorted. Thankyou. Regards, Indrani Pal

    I have ordered a Nikon AF Zoom-Nikkor 70 - 300 mm f/4-5.6G Lens from Flipkart.com..Order Id is OD[protected]...Today i got the product with well packed & inside the packaging i saw that the Nikon Brand Box was also sealed..No one can ever imagine that inside a brand sealed box there could be a Glass full of Mud/Sand instead of the Nikon lens..They have accepted the refund request, but i want flipkart to take proper action to the seller...

    Even though they called me & told me that there will be no refund for my issue, because i misused their policy(Which i never did)..Suddenly next morning saw that the refund got successful & amount credited to bank account..

    Spoke to customer and informed him that he had abused the return policy of Flipkart and there are high number of returns from his account, moreover there are many account's which is linked with his account, informed customer we will not be encouraging such policy and the account is blacklisted, so we will not be processing him refund or replacement to him. Customer was very quite and did not speak anything hence closing the case.

    what type of justice is this?I use flipkart from so many years, that's why the number of returns are high!!I use only 1 account regularly & before 1 year flipkart themself created 1 another account of mine..This time when u sent a missing product, now u r saying that my account is blacklisted?What is this?I want justice..I know i didn't do any misuse o[censored]r refund policy..I was quite because i was shocked tht u denied to refund my money..Please help me getting my refund..
    Yes same they did with me, flipkart said that I have high no of returns which is not true . Out of 20 only 2or 3 returns included missing and quality issue products.i am old customer of flipkart . I am also shocked when one senior lady from their team called me and said, mam aap jo b action lo humari traf de aap ki koi request nahi li jaygi' they are so rude and unprofessionals now a days . I shopped a lot from they and they said we are closing your account . No order from your side ll be accepted .

    Really shocking behaviour from flipkart.
    Ya i have also got a call from a lady..she was really very rude & told me that my account has been blacklisted by their team & i will get no refund..But next day dnt know how, but i got my refund..i will never order again from Flipkart..

As per offer, I have to get 'Double data on 4G for 6 months and added 6 months free subscription of 'Wynk Plus'€™. I regret that Airtel is not giving me double data on my 4G Sim after 3rd November, 15." As per sms, you have promised to solve my problem by 31.12.15, but no action has been taken so far.             I have received this but the product is already used & problem in headphone jack, total rom is less than the mention on the site(5.5GB).i think don't buy the product from flipkart becoz they are selling used product.In the phone there is video song available.

              I have purchased 43 inch Micromax inch LED TV whose Demo to be given by Flipkart. From the day for purchase 24-12-15 there is alot of calls coming on my phone for the Demo and installation's review but in actual the DEMO is not given to me. Still I am not able to use so many important features of my TV due to pending DEMO. Also they are disturbing me by making so many calls / day but not doing the work exactly.                 Flipkart will give fake promotional offers for increasing their sales. I have purchased this Washing machine due to best offer were give 2yrs comprehensive warranty + 10years Motor warranty were coming with same, however during installation the Onida service man made me aware that there is no such warranty by company, Please check once with Flipkart as they only consider 24 month warranty, there is no 10 years Motor Warranty. I have reported about this them and asked them to provide the confirmation, Instead of giving clarity and justification and solution. They have initiated the refund. I have asked them to send an email about the reason of refund, Instead of getting agee the customer service person "Shilpa" was arguing with me and saying Mam there is no such kind of information mentioned about the warranty. As they have there own site, they can make changes anytime and can fool the customer after selling the goods with lucrative promotional offers. To be honest, now flipkart is no longer reputative company. Do not rely on flipkart. They are just waste company. Just wants to make money no matter whether selling goods on fake offers

                  Here is my worst experience with this FLIPKART portal. I have ordered "Seagate Backup Plus Slim 2 TB Wired External Hard Drive with 200 GB Cloud Storage" on 21 th DEC 2015 with advanced pay of whole money and the seller is "CyclopsInfo" flipkart showed this seller as flipkart advantage seller also. They have given delivery date as 27th Dec, But they didn't update any thing like shipment tracking. I have called them on 26 th DEC but they have given very poor response.after that i called them 27, 28, 29, 30, 31 each time they have given same answer "We are looking your issue". on 31 they cancelled my order with out intimating any thing to me and I have called again to them they have given very rec less answer "seller don't have items to ship" but in flipkart page they showed now also available with same seller. and they refund my money it will reach with in 10 days of refund so totally they have kept my money 20 days and they cancelled my order even without intimating to me.

                              Order Number OD[protected]. Flipkart had taken Rs 35, 160/- upfront payment on 23 Dec 15 and did not deliver the item (Nikon 5300) as promised in their website by 30 Dec 15. On repeated calls they kept giving false assurances that we are looking into the issue and we will resolve it in next 48 hrs. This dialogue has been continuing since 28 Dec 15. Flipkart has intended to earn huge profits by blocking customers money to earn interest on this money and intentionally delaying deliveries. This company is going from bad to worse. Avoid purchases at Flipkart. If at all you have to purchase then opt only for COD. This company would delay your delivery if you make upfront payments.

                                I am receiving Moto G3 and all things are good except Camera issue. The camera is 13 Mega pixel but photos are look like my old moto g1.                                     I have purchase Micromax mobile from Flipkart on line on 20th Dec.15 It was deliver on 22nd Dec.15 on COD basis On checking Mobile operation it was found it's TOUCH operation is not working and giving trouble frequently Asked for RETURN / money back on online FLIPKART on 23rd Dec.14 FLIPKART Order no - OD[protected] Return ID 40077202 But surprisingly Flipkart talk over phone 3-4 time against these complain and not agreeing on REPLACEMENT or Return money at all I longed more 2 complain for RETURN but it getting over ruled by them Please help me in getting money back

                                      This is with reference to the Order no: OD[protected] [Incident: IN[protected]]. I had ordered for a Moto X play in exchange for my Nokia Lumia 925 phone. The IMEI no. of my Nokia Mobile is [protected]. The IMEI no. that was registered by the e kart fellow who came to pick up the order on 29.12.2015 was [protected] (one digit missing). It was accepted by me at the time that it may have been a typographical error or system error. The delivery was therefore postponed. I then immediately contacted Flipkart customer care & spoke to an executive; who informed me that its a minor issue and a declaration form shall be sent the next day which i have to sign & submit after which my product will be immediately delivered. I simultaneously also wrote flipkart an e mail regarding this issue and i was promised a revert within 24-48 hours On the same evening, i got a sms from the Flipkart team that my issue has been escalated & i shall receive a revert by 01.01.2016. On 30.12.2015 morning, again i got a sms from the flipkart team that my issue has been escalated & i shall receive a revert by 03.01.2016.Simultaneously i also got an e mail from the flipkart team that my product will be delivered by 30.12.2015. SO i called up their customer care again to verify & was informed that my product is ready & shall be delivered by 29.12.15(8 PM). Being from the same company FLIPKART, why is a customer given different answers from different teams? Being such a small issue, why is there no way to resolve it? i am sure being such a big company they must be having a common system to update your order statuses. Today at 08:00 PM i got a call from one Mr. Salman who informed me that my issue was sent to the wrong department all this while. He then informed me that it has been forwarded to the correct dept and my product will be delivered by 01.01.2016. Again after 5 mins, i got a call from the same person that he cross verified from the relevant department and my product will NOT be delivered asking me to cancel the order. He gave me really casual answer that i shoud cancel the order & re-book. On informing him that the sa;e period is over, he said you can re-book whenever we have such sales in future if & when it happens. What kind of customer service is this? These people call up customers and give them false assurances? I have been totally stressed & harassed beyond limits by Flipkart. After this experience i must say that the customer service of Flipkart is totally Pathetic. These guys dont update your data nor are your people aware of any issue nor are they capable of giving viable solutions. If for buying a simple phone, we have to go through so much harassment we have better options on other sites who have got excellent customer care.

                                        Hi Team, I ordered IFB Microwave oven from Flipkart portal on 23.12.2015 and I paid the complete amount using my debit card. Expected delivery date was 28 Dec 2015 but still I have not received the product and in Flipkart portal it is showing as being delivered. And there is no information about the delivery like to whom the product has been delivered. I talked to Flipkart customer care executive for the same but they are not able to provide a proper resolution for the same. I want 1000 Rs per day compensation for the delay at Flipkart end but they are also not replying to my emails. Request you to intervene and solve the problem as soon as possible.
