Failed Call backs; Failed promises and continuously harassing me for last 10 days; is this what I paid for?
Did I do any mistake by buying a laptop from you? Why am I being asked same question every day; I have told you already that I need my replacement hand to hand from my Ghaziabad address as I do not have any one in Delhi any more.
Why can't you ask your Vintage Dealer who has cheated here to deliver the shipment to a non service zone since all this kios is created by Dreamdealz. Why did Seller sent me the wrong product and I am not the only one who got it; he has done it with several customers almost to all who ordered this Variant.
I need a resolution my problem asap????
You all have wasted 10 days already and I am back to square one?
AND FOR GOODWIL FOR YOUR BRAND; STOP HARRASING ME BEFORE I PUT THIS ENTIRE CONVERSATION ON SOCIAL MEDIA AND FORUMS.

Flipkart,
This is not what I Paid for; I expect a better and a priority resolution to my complaint. Why am I sent a different variant of Laptop; what are you doing about it. I wrote to your CEO as well and I assume he has also taken the customers for granted as until now I haven't received any acknowledgement or response from him.
I am attaching the screenshot of the Laptop that I received yesterday against the order I placed online. I hope you would understand my aggravation and pain. I am not appreciating this and Flipkart hasn't done justice until now to get this moving. I wouldn't give up and willing fight for my right if I have to go to consumer court!
