        I had ordered for a Samsung Microwave oven on 10th November with Order ID : OD[protected]. Oven was not delivered and Flipkart marked it delivered on 24th November. I raised a complaint about the same on 25th November and since then Flipkart has been giving me replies saying they will resolve the issue in 3 days. But till date neither the Oven is delivered nor Flipkart has given me refund. The order was worth Rs. 4987 which I had paid on 10th Nov. This is a case of cheating from Seller and extremely bad support from Flipkart. I have been following up with customer service every 2 3 days but no solution. I am expecting a full refund or Product delivery along with some compensation for this trouble. I am not even able to buy another product because if they decide to deliver product it will be redundant.

          I ordered an i phone from the "well known" flipkart mobile app on 22nd Dec'15. I got a message on 27th Dec'15 at 9 am that it will be delivered before 7pm. Since none of my family members would have been available that day, I requested the delivery person to please deliver it on the next day. He agreed and later in the day I got an order cancellation message from Flipkart. I logged in a complaint and they said they will call me back in 24 hours. But they didn't. I logged in another complaint. Today, I get a call from them saying that they accept that it's a fault from their end but they cant't do anything about it now and asked me to order it again. I dont know if they really care about their customers. Thanks for your poor services Flipkart.

                Today on 29.12.2015, a delivery boy named Madhav Kumar has delivered two items (ID FMPCo[protected] & FMPC[protected]). His behaviour is not sufferable. His was looking in fighting mood and abusing also. It is therefore, reqeusted to avoid such delivery boy who is not comfortable fit to deliver the items. it is not good to the credit of FLIPCART reputation as shows No.1 in India..

Also, He has received Intex Battery - I-AQUA 3G+ with seal broken package. Hence, promised him that replacement will arrange for the same. Customer agreed. Hence, closing the case.
                I didnt get get my Lenovo 310 Core i5 6th... with order id OD[protected] the date of dlivery was5 july and now its 8 july and still now deliverd so please deliver it as soon as possible its urgent

                  Dear Sir / Madam, I have purchased Lenovo K3 Note from your website on 1st December 2015 my order number is OD[protected]. I am facing Hardware and Software issue, My Battery is draining continuously today I had 70% or charge in morning till noon it came down 23% and If I talk to 10 mins it catches heat. In software issue, I get errors like Lenovo Launcher Stopped Working… And from flipkart its 28th day and my request is being rejected. 1) Replacement (Return ID:[protected] REJECTED We're sorry. We are unable to process your replacement request. Reason : The issue has been resolved between you and the seller. Hence, there will be no replacement or refund. Today I am facing another issue, I placed phone for charging yesterday at 11pm at alarm of 5 am I woke up and battery was 100% and till 9am it was in standby and it became 27%... is Flipkart forcing my to purchase Power Bank ??? Another thing they are insisting for installing Smart Chk App... but when I visit that website it gives me an error that OS is not supported... No flipkart wants to visit Lenova Service Center... how ridiculous that I have to solve my problem my own even I am getting defective piece... Excellent Phone in use but for small issues and in situation that am not able to trust Flipkart in future… Disasters experience….

                        Cheap company never buy anything from this site- especially during sales I had order 5 tyres for my cars during the sale Falken Sincera 835, i had to place a order for single piece as multiple selection was denied. I had placed the order and all five were accepted by the seller, also i personally called and verified the order and told no duplication was done and i require all 5 (set of tyres) for my car. Now the seller(KRTH) has shipped two tyres before delivery date and cancelled the order for the other 3. Why had the seller(KRTH) accept if it had to accept??? Now the executives are giving some blend reasons, like for bulk quantity a written mail is required. This was no where mentioned in the terms and conditions, also i received a call from them for confirming the order. after all this how can anyone cancel the order??? What will i do with the two tires? Now they are asking me to place fresh order for same product where the price is doubled . This is really not acceptable. Also without my concern they have initiated the refund. I just want flipkart to provide my items for the same price. Also want a proper clear explanation for the same.Flipkart is totally responsible as the offer was from flipkart and not the shipper. Request flipkart to have proper check before accepting some one as there shipper.                                 1) I Purchased A Camera Lens Cover In Flipkart. But I Got Wrong Order. Then I Thought Its My Mistake 2) I Call To Customer Care To Exchange The Item With Correct Item. I don't Know Hindi They Are Explaining There Rules in Hindi, I Told Them To I don't understand Hindi Please give Your Information In Kannada . The Only Language I Comfortable With that. But They Are Not Agree To Speak The Language Kannada. 3) The Headquarters Of The Flipkart Is Located In Bengaluru, Karnataka (State), India. The Official Language Of The State Is Kannada. They Had Good Revenue From this State. When People Were Called To Customer Care They Are Facing Language Problem.

                                      I placed an order of asus zenfone 2 mobile on 25 Dec 2015 and on the other day it got cancelled with an explanation that the price feeded was by an error. I feel that company made an attempt to promote that product in such a cheap way for which the company should be caught. I want compensation from the company for fooling me and made me giving time on this for their benefits. Infact I ordered 4 mobiles one by one. And all of them they cancelled...
