The result was the battery melt down and heating up of Bed Sheet. Kindly look into this serious matter as I was survived from this dangerous situation of defaulted battery

      I ordered a phone Moto x play on 4th Dec ...there was hardware issu with the phone so first I requested for a replacement then I said that I want a refund against it and flipkart did a smartcheck of the phone and siad wait 24-48 hours ur replacement request will be cancelled and we will initiate a refund request..this all happened on 19dec and today Is 26dec still it my issue hasn't been resolved and whenever I contact them they say plz wait for 24-48hr our concern department will update u soon but I don't even get a call or mail from them and I call them 4-5 times in a day...please help me out with this ...         Details of Mobile: Micromax cavas express order no: OD[protected] Mobile taken from Flipkart they have return Policy of 30 Days but Phone is faulty and intence heating issue and within 30 days flipkart is not recieving back. Process Followed 1. On mobile app registered return request 2. flipkart sms recieved that phone will be recived but no one came on calling helpline number we came to know that flipkart told issue was resolved by micromax and consumer (we dont know how??) 3. Ask to perform online check performed they agreed on calling that heating is there but not too much (they just lie) 4. after check they ask to go in micromax servce centre also went but complaint not resolved also miromax didnt gave job sheet (Micromax service centre Kmamgaon) 5. yet they are saying return process is easy how.

          Dear Flipkart Team, I have purchased a Mobile handset Honor 4 x on 3rd Dec 2015. while I receive this product the box was looking old but it was sealed so I thought there wouldn't be any issue. I started using the phone. I have selected this phone for myself as my wife have been using same phone for almost one year which do not have any issue and was purchased through Flipkart only. Within a weeks time, I started facing hanging issue in this phone while searching the contacts and browsing the Net. initially I ignored this assuming a small issue. when it become so frequent I registered a return request on 19th Dec. Flipkart executive done a smartcheck on 20th Dec 8 PM to check the problem and inform me that they do not find any issue, phone is working fine. I will not face this issue again, incase if any I need to inform them. As they suggested I restarted the Phone it was giving same error so I have done the Factory reset.post that new problem started along with the old issue -phone get's re-started regularly. yesterday while I tried to use this phone again I observed new issue : the nos on which I spoken was not showing in the dialed list, even after restarting the phone twice I was unable to see the dialed no...suddenly I have seen the error on screen : process.com stopped working...and get hanged... On 20th Dec your team suggested me to visit nearby Service Center for further testing which is far away from my house and not possible to visit as my office hours is 9 AM to 6:30 PM . Even office is 30 KM away from my house. so request you to arrange a person who can do further testing or do replacement/ refund ASAP. Note : I am not using this phone from last 7-8 days and requested for a return / refund which is well within your replacement policy. you have denied this as per your process. kindly let me know where it is mentioned on your website that incase customer face issue even after smartcheck it will not be returned / replaced.                 I had placed an order of "Asus zenfone 2" which was shown for the amount of 1 Rs. and 40 Rs. delivery charges which is total 41 Rs. on 25th December 2015 around 12:25 AM. Order id is OD[protected]. My payment was approved by Flipkart and they sent a confirmation for the same, The expected delivery date was 02th Jan 2016. I don't know why but they cancelled my order saying it was an system error. If they cannot provide discounts then why do they give Christmas Discount. This is very disappointing from FLIPKART. I have the screenshot and video of their listing for 1Rs. and also have confirmation mail and message. This is not something which happened due to the fault of customer, it is the fault of the Flipkart I just want that product in same price. Review the cancelled order and renew if for rs. 41.

                        We've placed an order of a Ásus zenfone 2' which was left for the amount of 1rs on 25th morning around 12:15am, then i'd got a text message, e-mail and everything'from flipkart side and they sent a message like Rs 41 paid after product delivered and expected delivery to be on 30th dec wed. But on the same morning flipkart people cancelled our order for themselves. So i request u to take a serious action against flipkat for this kind of irresponsible service to the customer.

                          Order no - OD[protected] I have purchased Sansui Led Tv on 19th december 2015 from flipkart and delivered within 24 hrs, Shipping is Fast That's Good, on sunday also that took me in doubt after turned TV on my 1 Impress of TV Picture Quality is worse i have never expected with FULL HD LED TV. it's disappointed me there is lot of problems in this tv its not as full hd ( 1080P ) looks like upscaled resolution 1. worst picture clarity ( colors are too high after some tweaks its ok but ( black and white colours are so high ) 2. very thin sound without bass 3. supports only few video formats ( some plays n some mkv plays without audio ) On Website its not mentioned what kind of videos it can play. 4. When plays Real 1080P Full hd video the video will be partitioned by transparent horizontal line can be seen by naked eyes 5. Cant turn off subtitles when turned off it will be automatically turn on after 1 min. 6. if want to connect smartphone as a data storage using usb cable it will not recognize it. after these flipkart had sent their engineer to verify the problem n guess what engineer says these r so high resolution videos it cant be fixed or your videos has a problems then i have showed him working properly on my samsung 46 inch tv n then he said u cant compare samsung with sansui even it has 1080p written on box, tv or websites then he said this is not a tv problem its your pendrive problem and about the sound he said buy new home theatre i[censored] want better sound spend 3000 Rs more but he didn't accept their tv fault. i have purchased so many things from this website but today after these problems flipkart says we cant refund your money there is no problem in this tv n i[censored] r not satisfied with it we r sorry sorry sorry we cant do anything this is pathetic answer from flipkart never thought from u i have been saying every person flipkart is so much better than other sellers never buy from another websites or shops but this time it hurts my mind is being changed due to this matter hope so i will get my money back its our mehnat ka paisa n if flipkart is not doing good it will start loosing their customers
                          Today after got a call from flipkart senior executive says the videos downloaded from you tube will create these problems ( I think technician doesnt know in these days every person download videos from youtube and play on their tv's ) and your videos and pen drive has a problem according to technician tv is ok and senior executives make excuses like if your videos doesnt work properly this is not our problem and we will send our senior technician to check the problems and they says technician will play our videos and it will work and if your videos doesnt work its not our matter ( I am not happy by the conversation with executives..)

                              What a pathetic experience. I have been shopping online from last 5 years. I have tried snapdeal, amazon, yepme, pepperfry and ebay. Had a really good time with snapdeal, amazon, yepme, pepperfry and ebay. I ever bought anything from flipkart because your price is always high. First time I decided to give u a try and what a pathetic experience. My order # OD[protected]. This order was for orthopaedic sandal for my mom. It took really long for the seller to dispatch the product in the first place. Delhivery courier was going to deliver the package. On 23/12/2015 I got message around 4 pm that package was out for delivery. So I stayed home. Then at 8 pm got a message that could not be delivered when I checked delhivery’s website it stated my address was incorrect and my number was not contactable which is pure rubbish. I double checked the address and phone number. Both were mentioned correctly. I lived at this address for 27 years. 2 passports have been issued to me on this address. So what you are tying to say is that the address that police was able to verify twice for my passport is not right. Second thing is my phone was on all the time. I was using internet on my phones sim so it was connected to the network. If the delivery person would have called me he would have been able to get through. Courier person did not try to find my address and he did not call me for sure. During the same time in the night I wrote an email to delhivery and flipkart to look into it. Message that I got was the order is cancelled and I will receive my refund by 06/01/2016. Its so pathetic that I need to wait this long to get a product and then your courier is lazy and you cancel my order and I have to wait 2 weeks for my money. I will never ever do business with flipkart. And if you guy continue with such terrible customer service I am wondering how long will you survive. Good job flipart on such a disappointing service.

                                I ordered this product on 3 dec 2015 and got it on 8 dec 2015. It costed me rs 1650. But i was very surprised when i saw the quality of the product. The specifications were saying that there is no microphone but the product i got was having a microphone in it. Apart from this, the sound quality was very poor. Even it was not matching with low cost earphones in the same brand. I want genuine earphones otherwise i will be liable to file a complaint under consumer protection act 1986 under section 14. contact me at [protected]

                                    I had left my child @ home with Rs. 302 while waiting for a delivery from FlipKart of value Rs. 292. The person told my daughter it was Rs. 300 and on top of that took the extra Rs. 2 and did not return Rs. 10. I would like to question the type of delivery persons flipkart employees and if they are ready to cheat a child out of Rs. 10 I am not sure what else they would be capable of. I will never order from FlipKart again.

                                      Hi I have bought a Fastrack NE6001SM01 Analog Watch - For Women and it got delivered by 9th June. But suddenly it worked only until August and its not working for past three months. The warranty card along with that shows the period of 2 years warranty. I want to either return and need a refund.
