I placed an order with flipkart in order to avail a mobile phone on 12th nov, 2015. The seller for the product resides at the same city where i live. The product was initially set to be delivered on 16th nov, 2015 but it does not happen, again the delivery was set for 19th nov, 2015 only after too many remainders from my end over phone with flipkart and they did not do any initiative from their end. Even on 19th nov, 2015 it product was not delivered, after i call regarding the same they told e that the product will be delivered within 23rd nov, 2015. All of a sudden on 21st nov, 2015 i received the text stating that order has been cancelled and refund will happen in 4 - 7 working days. After that i called and asked about it (Alnasir customer care senior agent), they told me that the order was getting cancelled due to cyclone in tamil nadu. Also they told me that they will not be able to place the order from their end and also they will not provide any compensation. I have been waiting for the product so long time after placing the order, even the amount was debited but i did not get the product at the same time for the failure that flipkart did, there was no information or intimation made from their end, each and every time i need to call for the status.
Thereby i was depressed a lot because of flipkart and i need compensation for it.
