I am Sunny V from Hyderabad has bought a Hero Kids Cycle from Flipkart in November worth 4099 INR.
However, i have found the same being sold for lesser price in Hyderabad and declined the delivery twice. But to my surprise, rather than Flipkart accepting the order back and refunding back my money, they have started saying that the order has been delivered.
I have raised couple of complaints with them to look into this issue and refund me, however they are taking time every now and then and hold off on it. I have kept escalating the issue to their customer care, but it still didnt workout as they are hanging up on me.
Here are my tracking details which i got from the courier people, the item was used to deliver through FedEX.
