This is for flipkart. This is to put into your kind notice that the services that you offer to your customers is really pathetic. My order number is :- OD[protected]. I placed this order on 15th November'2015 to purchase a SAMSUNG 32FH40003 81cm (32) LED TV, which were costing me INR 19, 990 at that time. Once the order was placed, I was informed that the item would be delivered by 22nd November'2015. After that no intimation was given to me regarding the whereabouts of the package. I being a pious customer gave a call at the customer care center on 22nd to have the information about the product delivery time and that was the moment I got know that it has got delayed and that issue will solve by 27th. Then i called courier Service, and they have responded Rudely that the item can not be delivered to the door step. So i have to travel another 25 km to get the package all by myself even after paying the huge amount and got the promise that it will be delivered to the door step. And today all of sudden, i got an update that the package is delivered on 24th Nov 2015. The package not at all came to my place. When i call the customer care, they responded like it will be solved by 30th NOV 2015. I think this is really Bad service i got from Flipkart. Please solve this issue as soon as possible.     The number of problems is increasing day by day with Flipkart for bad delayed customer service!!! How dare your delivery boy (Mr. Suhas) interchange the battery of my Smartphone with a fake Chinese battery during any exchange offer?? How dare your delivery boy (Mr. Suhas) change the internal circuit of my Smartphone and sell fake Chinese product to me in the name of Samsung?? Customer care calls every second day just to say a simple sorry and to say that they are investigating the matter. God knows what they are doing from last 10 days. Just investigating? What sort of investigation they doing where by not a single representative has NOT visited me to see the condition of my Smartphone? Now I am completing trusting consumercomplaints.com and hope so they help me resolve my problem at the earliest.

      Regarding the order no-OD[protected], I called customer care twice but they refused to process tge return as tgere smart check app doesn't detect any issue . This is is very disappointing that I m helpless and can't return even though my brand new phone is covered under 30 days return policy . Please help Thanks Prashant Cell [protected]

          my name is ashish i buy phone Sony Z1 last 5 month ago from flipkart now i having bit problem when i went sony service center i was socked when they said its saudi country phone and they cant help me to get short out my problem please i request to flipkart either they will refund my money or arrange the phone for me under the same budget .

            After waiting a given time frame to deliver my product(mobile)i received a call from flipkart saying that i have to reordered product .as it was stolen by their internal employees. flipkart ...disgusting avoid ordering from flipkart as far sa possible as they change internal part of product also.

            ultimately when flipkart observed that they can not support me then they cancelled my order without any prior information...guys if you are ordering from flipkart then dont expect right thing on right time...
            i have marked mail to CEO of the company regarding customer support but he also avoided my mail and did not give any support.
            guyes Flipkart is cheater company please do not order from it as far as possible because they do not fulfil their promises.

                    Order a furniture from Flipkart and got it delivered after 17 days to my residence address. After the immense delay in delivery, now its another phase of delay in installation of my Order OD[protected]. The dining table is lying at my home packed since 20th November 2015. Tried calling and mailing the Flipkart team but they keep saying it will be installed at the earliest. Spoke to few floor supervisors but nothing came at my rescue. I really find that online shopping sites, especially Flipkart is not meant to purchase Furnitures, Clothes, Shoes, Books etc. They deliver unimaginable quality of customer service post purchase of the product. Had i bought the dining table from a local vendor like @Home, Housefull, i would have got it installed same day or the next day. Following up with Flipkart is a pain. They keep empathizing that they understand the issue and will do the needful at the earliest, but fact is no one is bothered after a product is purchased.

                    Hi, Please let me know who marked this complaint as resolved. I still didnt have the dining table installed. What kind of complaint forum is this? Without even checking whether its installed, someone marked this thread as closed.

                    @Flipkart - Kindly call me on my number using the order ID mentioned in the original complaint. I am going to take even more stronger steps if i dont find the dining table installed by today end of the day.

                          Dear Team, I have ordered microsoft office product(OD[protected] on October 31st however still i haven't received my order yet. Every time whenever i send an email, i get a revised delivery date and still no confirmation yet on my final date. Flipkart very meticulously cheating the customers by just buying the time.First and foremost, my order was supposed t be delivered on first week of Nov but still its being dragged for days and this is giving unnecessary anxiety .Please let me know if this can be taken up to the right forum so that Flipkart understand the plight of the customers and don't put the customer in this precarious situation.Appreciate your assistance in getting the refund of my money as there seems to be no light at the end of the tunnel. My order number is :- OD[protected] I placed this order on 20th November'2015 to purchase a set of footwear which were costing me INR 2425 at that time. Once the order was placed, I was informed that the item would be delivered by 24th November'2015. After that no intimation was given to me regarding the whereabouts of the package. I being a pious customer gave a call at the customer care center today to have the information about the product delivery time and that was the moment I got know that it has automatically been cancelled without informing me. The reason for the cancellation which I got from the customer care executive was that the verification was not done from my side. I am still not getting what verification was that guy talking about. This is not the first order that I have placed on Flipkart to purchase something and nowhere I have been asked for any sort of verification any time. I never received even a single call from any damn person about this verification process. If this verification was required, someone from your side would have intimated me well in advance so that I could have managed the things. The worst part is the solution that I received from the stupid customer care executive. He told me to re-order the product which is now costing INR 2695. Now I would like to know who is responsible for this irresponsible behavior. And why should I pay an extra amouht of INR 270 when I was getting the same item at a reduced price just a few days back. This type of service is not expected from the biggest online vendor of India. You should keep customer satisfaction in mind and should give them utmost importance so that they should not feel cheated and harassed. Plz look at the image on 20th nov.                               Hi, my order OD[protected]. This is about my order OD[protected]: Moto E 2nd generation. I have received an mail about it. which says "Item is ready for pickup in this Address: Unit S09, Concourse building, Inside ITPL, Bangalore, Karnataka Opp. Thomas Cook Office, Bengaluru - 560066, KARNATAKA." I was not supposed to go anywhere else other than the provided address!! Well and good. I had to cut time from my working hours and go to the address. Now the guys are asking for the 'PIN NUMBER' which is sent to my old fone which is now LOST. This I had updated to Flipkart customer care 2-3 days ago. And I was NOT updated about all this. I can prove that this is my product, I have my Office ID card which says I AM SABORNI MONDAL. still they need the pin number. I called the customer care service. The person does not understand simple english. I have told him the problem, and he says "you can cancel the order from your FONE APP"!!! What kind of a lackadaisical answer is that !! His second suggestion was "I am cancelling your order, you will get the money in five days". Now how is that!! Did I order the device because I wanted it to be cancelled!! and my money to be stuck there for ten days !!! Moreover he hung up the fone ([protected]) on me because I demanded an instant cash back. No documentation was done of the call!! I called the second time and MR. Anish Bhatt took the call. He does not know anything about a pin number and does not want to clarify. After asking him twice or trice he went to ask someone and finally told me to sit quite and wait for the device. In the mail I am seeing it will be available in the store till 27th nov.15. What is that supposed to mean then!!! This is not the first time. Anytime you try to buy something from flipkart you regret to death. Can I just get the products for now? once and for all? I swear I will never again dare to spend my money trusting on you guys !! Saborni Mondal

                                This is about OD[protected] order number.There is a problem with flash and camera.I have complained from the first day while opening the product. It was not working from that time i have raised a complain but still customer people are not responding at all.I dont know why Flipkart is harassing customer like this.CAn I know what is the meaning of 30 days return which you have shown in the website.but still harasing the customers.I...One of the worst service from flipkart.They are fooling by not replacing or not refunding money.I want my money back.

                                I have contacted to customer care 20 times but no-one is solving or returning the product.

                                  Dear Sir/Madam I placed on Order on 10th through Flipkart whirlpool double door 245 L fridge. the schedule date was 18th to Deliver the product. But till date not received the status of the product and no body is ready to give the exact delivery date. My waybill no[protected] BLR to HBL. I feel this is letting down the image of the company.

                                    20 nov recd mail the product is available so reply same day to dispatch agaist Rs.7999/-on delivery.

                                      I have purchased two no of vu 32" FHD television during this Diwali offers and found the packing piece itself defective as the the images are appearing on the screen is having no continuous hence I have interacted with Flip kart as well as vu customer care but the people have no capable to acknowledge the complaint until the technician is witnessed but I have received the call from vu technical team as they suggested to go for replacement since the television is having panel defect.
                                      However there is no response for immediate refund / replacement other than demanding for 20 days for uninstallation/transportation/Ware house receipt . Now I cannot trust flipkart due to their substandard service

                                      Requesting you to assist for replacement / refund. Also requesting you to suggest for provision to escalate under legal firm/clause to save the customers from this type of eCommerce platforms.
