my order OD[protected].
This is about my order OD[protected]: Moto E 2nd generation. I have received an mail about it. which says "Item is ready for pickup in this Address: Unit S09, Concourse building, Inside ITPL, Bangalore, Karnataka Opp. Thomas Cook Office, Bengaluru - 560066, KARNATAKA." I was not supposed to go anywhere else other than the provided address!!
Well and good. I had to cut time from my working hours and go to the address.
Now the guys are asking for the 'PIN NUMBER' which is sent to my old fone which is now LOST. This I had updated to Flipkart customer care 2-3 days ago. And I was NOT updated about all this.
I can prove that this is my product, I have my Office ID card which says I AM SABORNI MONDAL. still they need the pin number.
I called the customer care service. The person does not understand simple english. I have told him the problem, and he says "you can cancel the order from your FONE APP"!!! What kind of a lackadaisical answer is that !! His second suggestion was "I am cancelling your order, you will get the money in five days". Now how is that!! Did I order the device because I wanted it to be cancelled!! and my money to be stuck there for ten days !!!
Moreover he hung up the fone ([protected]) on me because I demanded an instant cash back. No documentation was done of the call!!
I called the second time and MR. Anish Bhatt took the call. He does not know anything about a pin number and does not want to clarify. After asking him twice or trice he went to ask someone and finally told me to sit quite and wait for the device. In the mail I am seeing it will be available in the store till 27th nov.15. What is that supposed to mean then!!!
This is not the first time. Anytime you try to buy something from flipkart you regret to death.
Can I just get the products for now? once and for all? I swear I will never again dare to spend my money trusting on you guys !!
