Hello, I have got the unstitched dress material though it was written semi stitched in the advertisement. You might have forgot to send the dupatta though mentioned in advertisement. I am highly disappointed with the product I have got. I would like to return it as soon as possible.

    Sir, 1. With due respect I Vivek Chauhan resident of B-20, Vijay Park, Najafgarh, New Delhi – 110043 want to submit that I have ordered one Mobile Phone “Karbonn Kochadaiiyaan The Legend” from Flipkart (Sold through- M/s Senorita Fashion, U-43, Siddhi Vinayak Platinum, Altahan Bridge, Bamroli Roa, Surat – 395017) vide order No. OD[protected] in the name of my son Master Atulya Chauhan, as I am not computer savvy. On receipt of same on use I came to know that the above mentioned mobile is not working properly, as the property was in warranty, I approached Ms Saraswati International Technologies, New Delhi which is said to be authorized service center of Karbonn mobile had refused to do the needful stating that the ibid handset is duplicate and had written the same on my invoice with stamp. 2. I immediately lodged a complaint to Flipkart on its Toll Free number vide complaint number IN[protected] through operator named Mr Mandhar. On verification I noticed few points which in a first instance reveal that I have been victimized by the firm through forgery which is mentioned below: - (a) The MRP printed on the cover of the handset is Rs 900/- but the same was sold to me by the firm at the rate of Rs 1249/- inclusive of all taxes, means the product was sold to me more than its MRP. (b) The IMEI Sl no of the handset mentioned in the invoice No F01S3GJ16-787 dated[protected] is different from the mobile sold to me. (c) Duplicate mobile is being sold to the gullible customers by the firm and such type of cheating should be stopped. This has lead to me severe mental harassment and physical agony. 3. Further, when I approached to Mr Gaurav and Mr Piyush Kumar on Toll Free number of Flipkart again fake promises was made and fruitful action to resolve the issue was taken by the firm. Mr Piyush Kumar informed me that the matter shall be resolved as per the directions of Reserve Bank of India. However, RBI doesn’t have any concern on the same. All the relevant documents on the matter is held with me in original, as and when asked for will be provided to your respective office. 4. In view of the above, I humbly request your personal intervention to catch the culprit and to stop such malpractice/cheating/forgery adopted by the firm. I hope I will definitely get justice from your august office as I believe in the system and constitution of India which say every citizen of the country is equal irrespective of their financial position, cast and creed.         I am not able to receive the calls on my 1 day old phone, called flipkart but they denied help in this regard and told me to visit the service centre for a new phone, they said there is no fault in the phone. I expected a replacement for the 1 day old phone but they rejected.

            I bought a book named How to become a human calculator by S.Chand costing Rs.350. My order no. was OD[protected] and I was going to receive it on 25/12/2015. However I got it on 17/12/2015 and when I opened my Box in which the book was packed It was the book with the same name but of different author named Aditi Singhal and moreover the M.R.P of book was also cutted with a permanent marker. I checked the book rate on internet and it was of RS.167. but i payed my full amount of rs. 350. I am suffering a big loss and expecting some help from flipkart to do full enquiry of this incident. I WILL APPERICIATE THAT ACT OF KINDNESS.

              I ordered lenovo k3 note on flipkart on 3rd November 2015, which was delivered on 8th November, (Order ID-OD[protected] I got the defective piece as the phone gets too much heat even when i dont use to play games and run heavy apps on it.While talking, the speaker side of the phone heats too much.Its impossible to put phone on the ear.

                Order No. OD[protected] placed on December 2, 2015 and I've paid the order amount of Rs., 399 through visa debit card.., and since the item took too long to be delivered I cancelled the item by requesting for a refund on 8 Dec 2015, , Now in the orders page it shows refund succesfully remitted through original payment mode, by today its been more than 8days past but I havn't received it in my account, , when I contacted then they gave me a transaction ID of the refund with which i visited my bank help desk and returned without any solution for the problem..

                      I had placed an order OD[protected] with the reference number, IN[protected]. of nexus 6p however due to your negligence of your customer support i had to cancel it. it has been well over 6 days now my amount has still not been refunded. The Flipkart team asked me to get in touch with MY Bank's Customer Care and register a complaint . i have done that too and here is the complaint number M[protected] however they are unable to backtrack the refund. From last couple of days i have been chasing flipkart for some answers but now they are not responding. I am in desperate need of cash and these guys don't understand at all. What do i do now ? Go to Consumer court adressing of my complaint is that what you want?

                          I have ordered a TV unit on 9th Nov at Flipkart but the order is still not delivered yet (after 37days) and Cancel option is also not available. When i checked with flipkart they say 5 day required to resolve the issue but not resolved yet. Flipkart are you thinking a Tamilan and Indian customers are uneducated fellows ?. let me see what I can do with my social community.

People are being roped into the chain stating that they can get commissions and cash backs while purchasing through Flipkart. Poor people are losing money to join the chain. They are exploiting the faith people have on Flipkart and Myntra Dubli is an illegal pyramid scheme which works like a money chain. Why should a company like Flipkart associate with such a scam

With in 20 days have faced some issue in that HP Laptop. then we send mail to flipkart for replacement. For this issue they routed to HP team, then HP team replied after 7 days and also not given proper solution. after all this 30 days crossed, the same issue persist. so Again i contacted Flipkar for my refund, they told it crossed 30 days, so they not able to intiate the request.                                   Hi Team, I placed order for "Whirlpool Bloom Wash 360" Date: Sun, 29th Nov'15 After two days when i track the order it was mentioned as "Delay in Delivery" when i saw this message i cancelled the order on Dec 1st 2015. Item was supposed to be ship within bangalore itself. When i call customer care they said item needs to reach back to the seller. when they said delay in delivery and not shipped at all. All the information provided to me is false and more over why do they need 15 days time to refund my amount. Please take serious action against the vendor.                                     I bought a cu tv on 3rd of December.later I found that the defect in this tv.I told them about this. But you are making me fool. Every day a new customer executive phone me and tell me to deliver the new piece.again received a call that our technicay person visit at ur address.he came and unstall the tv.then next call received. We will pick the old set and delivered new one.again received a call and he told we received it complaint. Will send our technician.he will unstall the same and then delivered new.againg received a call we will come on Tuesday.then next call received we will come on Wednesday.again received a call sorry we will come on Saturday. What is all this. Send me new set otherwise I'll suit file against you in consumer court.
