I ordered a mobile phone Moto X play to flipkart on[protected] via order no OD[protected] and received it on[protected], but it was damaged so I raised a return request and replaced on[protected]. Unfortunately product received again was not in good condition, scrathed on border screen guard was not proper, it seems that this product was bein returned by someone and they sent to me as it is. I again requested for replacement and they accepted it and processed the replacement.
But on[protected] I received a message that your product will be delivered today, but I could not able te receive the product due to some work. I called the concerned delivery person for same, he said that it will be delivered to you next day which was our OFF from office and I told him about this then he said they will be delivering it on[protected] which was my working day and I was present, but no-one came up with delivery and I received a message that re-attempt for delivery is unsuccessful and will try for[protected] and it delivery fails then order will be cancelled for failure of delivery. I called customer care and told that[protected] is our weekly off, they confirmed that its fine and product will be delivered on Monday i.e.[protected] and the order will be not be cancelled. But I tracked the consignment it states that order cancelled due to failure in delivery attempt on[protected]. Again taled to costumer care executive and they assured it will be delivered within 24 hrs, which could not happen. Again talked to customer care and they said that delivery attemps has been made several time dated 09th, 10th, 12 th, 13th and 14th. But I gor intimation for delivery on 10th only and failure intimation on 13th and 14th.
I humbly request you to resolve the issue, flipkart is making fool o[censored]s by delivering old and faulty product.
