Have purchased a new mobile handset (REDMI 2 PRIME) on 18th Dec 2015 which was delivered on Sat, 19 Dec 2015 at our home address. During unboxing and troubleshooting the mobile handset, the device found faulty. I immediately contacted the Flipkart Customer Care and requested them for the replacement. The replacement has been approved but delivery has not yet happened. The delivery status as not been updated since past 48 HRS which is actually a concern for me now as the money has already been debited from my Credit Card Account and the EMI has been booked to the Merchant (FLIPKART). I have raised several complains and calls to their CRM team but they are always in sorry state. The order ID is OD[protected] and the ekart Logistics details are: FMPP[protected]. I have written a direct mail to Mr. Sachin Bansal who is the owner and founder of Flipkart.com but have not received any concrete acknowledgement as on date. Flipkart has taken my money of about INR 6999 but have not given a right and genuine product to me. I have been cheated by them and now looking for a complete justice against their fraud being done with me. Thanks! Paras +91-[protected]

Spoke to customer, he states product reaches Bilaspur warehouse on December 20, 2015 and delivery is not yet happened. He is going on out for vacation on December 24, 2015. He would like to know when the product will deliver to his doorsteps as promised date of the product is December 28, 2015. Informed customer to give us 24 hours time to check with concern stack holder and update on the same.

    Dear Team, Please find below the timeline of events which occurred. This is an example of how customer care is just a lipservice to a company like Flipkart. 16-December - Ordered two items (Bed & Mattress) 17- December - I wanted to change the Delivery Address of the Product. I called the customer care (International Call) and asked them to help with this. The incompetent person who answered the call asked me to send an email to [protected]@flipkart.com as he was not able to change the address from his side. At this point in time, I had the ability to 'Cancel' my booking 18-December - I get an email from [protected]@flipkart.com (from Manju P) that Address Change is not possible. So I tried to Cancel the booking and this option was no longer available to me (because 24 hours had elapsed). I wrote an email to cancel my booking on that day to which I never got a reply. On the same day, I called the Customer Care (ISD Call) and spoke to them for 20 minutes. Finally my call was transferred to the so called'Floor Supervisor' who said my issue will be closed by 21-Dec but she will try and solve my issue within 24 hours. She gave me Priority Confirmation Ids which are the following: IN[protected] IN[protected] 19-December - I called them after 24 hours and quoted the Priority customer care references.They had no idea about it. They were still thinking I am trying to change my Delivery Address and not cancel the order. My call was transferred to another Customer Care Floor Supervisor (Name - Shapov) who gave me a personal assurance that it will be closed in a another 24 hours. Nothing happened for another 24 hours. I decided to wait till 21-Decemebr as this was the originally promised date by Flipkart to address my problem. 21-December - I get a reply saying that the Change in Delivery Address is not possible. So even after multiple calls and emails, they are not able to understand that the whole issue is about 'Cancelling' the order and not about 'Changing the Address'. This is the plight after speaking to 4 different customer care representatives, 2 floor supervisors and 4 emails. Also if the first customer service representative had correctly mentioned that I cannot change my address, I would have cancelled the order then and there. Now if this issue is not solved, they will deliver this to the incorrect address and then I need to return it which is a complete waste of resources. Also this shows the inability of Flipkart to control their Delivery Chain End-to-End as well. It will be good if Flipkart can start focussing on Customer Service than mislead them.

    @flipkart I am facing the exact same issue right now. They are unable to change my address. The bed which I ordered is not even packed .Order ID: OD[protected]. Do I face the same fate the man above who complained ?
    Dear Team, @flipkart Please find below the timeline of events which occurred. This is an example of how customer care is just a lipservice to a company like Flipkart. As product delivery of flipkart was not available at my hometown. I had to order it to my friends place which in another city. So I ordered a Acer Aspire 7 laptop on 6August 12.00am and was searching an option for keeping different billing address but same delivery address (i.e. of my friend) but couldn't find it so i simply thought it is possible that such issue are being solved by customer executive. And i raised complaint regarding this on 12:24am on the same day itself. But didn't get any response from flipkart. So i tried scheduling call from executives from app but of no use, also tried mailing them, no use. Then tried by myself calling them but it's always shown all executives are busy and told to call them later.[Is this your service? ].
    I kept trying to change my billing address before it gets shipped but nobody responded to me. Then 2 days later on 8th August package got delivered to my friend. And i am still trying to change billing name and address on my name. I think Flipkart should solve this general issue. I want to clear hereby that i don't need it to claim ITR but for personal use only. Today is 9th August and Haven't unboxed the product but i don't want to cancel/return the order only want to change invoice billing address. I don't any issue with delivery address. Please look into the matter. (I am unable to reach you) it be helpful if you keep any customer support mail id which is in no longer available else be responsive enough to let your customers reach out to you).

            I bought moto g3 from your flipkart mobile app and was delivered on 1st december. My tax Invoice no.S:S[protected][1].The problem with this cell is that the touchscreen sometimes don't work while receiving the calls.Other issue is of brightness it gets light and dark any time. Heating issue is also there with this cell phone. I want to return this cell phone as i am not satisfied with the quality of it.

              I ordered 35% TCA PEEL worth RS16K by Cosmaderm from flipkart.I used the product but it didn't work.The product has 10 days replacement warranty which is not enough to test the product.I used the product twice but it has no effect at all.I have used TCA PEEL with lower concentration earlier which was very effective.Please help me get my money back.

                I have purchased a Moto E on 11.06.2014 vide Inv.OD[protected] . I am having problem in the said Handset since Jul 2015.Every month the same problem is happening and the care center B2X, in Kadanchavadi, chennai updating the software .More over they are insisting me to change the Instrument because of same repeated problem occurring. Today (20.12.15) December 2015 also Iam facing the same problem. Iam going for service continuously for 6 months. I believe some problem in the handset . Kindly do the needful.                             Hi, I had ordered KeepSake Rollerball Pen Gift Set on 21 Nov 2015 and it was delivered on 26 Nov 2015 but it was defective. I had requested for replacement but it was in vain. Courier had called me to pick the old item to replace with new one and i was unable to make it and I told him to make it after 18:00 O Clock as i would be available at Home after my office hours. twice he made a call on consecutive days and I told him, to make it after 18:00 O clock. since then I then I did not get any call either from Flipkart or Courier.                               Hi, It is regarding refund of my cell phone and compensation for SONY Z1 which i have purchased from flipkart. I am chasing Flipkart from last 2 month on daily basis i am making call and talked with 7 floor managers but no one is responding me in positive way and issue is still at same page. Earlier they have provided my Fake cell phone and bill was of difference IMEI no then i raised a complain to Flip kart that Sony service center is not ready to repair phone. Flipkart told me they will refund my money. Every time Flipkart gave me same answer issue will get resolve within 24 hours but nothing had happened.Now i am getting frustrated.                               i have already provided you alternate no. so many time. i have received a call from flipkart but still issue is at same place and no one has come to pick up the cell phone and refund is still pending to be returned

                              NO one is taking action to resolved my issue and refund my money into my account. I have raised request and compalint as well for picking up of product but things doesnot going in positive way.

                                        I have ordered vu 40inch led Tv in mid October. The item is defective And their technesians confirmed the same. But still now not picking Back the Tv. Still saying within 5-7 business days they wil pick up wen I call after those time gap. Return requested around Nov 20.
