I had ordered a moto g 3rd gen. mobile phone with flipkart...i got a message that it will be delivered before 7p.m...but actually i didnt receive it..when i called the customer care they say that coordinate with the field executive..the phone number of the executive displayed in the message is wrong...the customer care exec. says that this is the fault of courier department..i dont understand that why do they tie up with suchn inefficient courier services and hope some action be taken against such inefficient managing systems Arunabh Madan [protected]

        Hello my name is Abhilash I purchased the product from Flipkart I am complaining from 15days.the phone is over heated but if I call nd complaint they r telling to download some app but it is not der there is a error but they are telling if it is not downloading go to service outlet why the hell they have given 30days replacement policy if I ask them they tell (we don't no all those ) so (please help me in dis froud website.             I had ordered a product OD[protected] from flipkart and the address for delivery was my office address as it was a holiday, I had informed that i would be waiting by the office and had asked the delivery guy to deliver the package to me at the specified address.But the delivery guy made me to travel to different locations from the specified address.This was very inconvenient and very irritating.

                Give me the explanation for this, as you have told me that my promise date to deliver the product is 10 of Nov, but still the status of delivery is pending, you guys taken customers as for granted, i am very sure that i would never recommend this daam flipkart to anybody in my relation ship & even i willl pay by my self to send bulk sms & through bulk email to every person who is in touch with me that not to buy product anything from flipkart, this is the second time from flipkart that i have served worst experience, to trust you guys means fooling yourself intentionaly

                  Replacement TV not yet deliverd, this is pending from almoist one month and there is no resolution on this every time they are saying you will get the update from team with in 24hrs time but TV is not delivering, this is second compliant on this portal but till now issue not resolved, Kindly help me on this ASAP.

                    I have purchase asus Zenfone 2 ze551ml model on 3 Nov 2015 my order no- OD[protected] i received my product when i open it phone was faulty i have received complete dead phone after that i compliant regarding same issue to asus company toll free number they also given me compliant number - A[protected] regarding dead phone after i call many times for same issue to flipkart first they told me i will get replacement i also got mail regarding replacement after few day i got mail that your order of replacement as being cancel that second time i got call from flipkart technical support to check my phone while on call they told me to install there smart app to check phone but i received dead phone how can i install app on that phone after charging phone completely for 2 hours then also phone was not turn on. then i called customer care they told we will provide you refund then i got mail regarding refund after few days i my refund request was also cancel now the company is not giving refund and replacement for product
                    the phone i received is completely faulty only once it was turn on after turning on there was problem in battery, camera. after that to check the phone properly once i switch off it after that phone was not turning on and now flipkart is not providing any replacement nor refund I have also mail to sachin bansal on sachin.[protected]@flipkart.com from there also i have not received any reply i have send 10-15 mail regarding same issue but no one is helping me out i have also uploaded images regarding mails please check that

                      I purchased Full HD Sansui Led tv "OD[protected] " from Flipkart and received very low quality product. Screen output does't seems Full HD but very cheap led display.

                      I am very disappointed with delivered product from Flipkart and they are not accepting return or exchange with other brand. i purchased this LED on festival sale offer by trusting on flipkart.

                      led can't play some popular video formats and can't connect my home theatre with it.

                      I made a big mistake buy purchasing from FLIPKART.

                      they are making fool to people by festival sale and sailing chap products, be aware from online shopping such a websites.

                        I had purchased "Vu 40D6575 102 cm (40) LED TV" from flipkart on 16/10/2015, the product was delivered very late. But after delivery when i inquired about the demo and installation, i found that in their record the product is still in transport. I told them that delivery has been done on 27/10/2015. They took my complaint and assured me that the demo and installation will be done within 3 days.But nothing happened. I mailed them and regularly called them regarding the same but every time they mailed a new date and a new time for installation. each time when the given date expires, they used to give a new date without any explanation. on 1st nov 2015 i got a email that i have cancelled the order, when i called them and inquired for the same then they cancelled the cancellation request stating a technical error. On two occasions i was informed that the installation has been completed but in actual no one came. when i inquired about it then they told me its a technical error again. Finally they updated in the records that they have delivered the TV on 6.11.2015 instead of 27.10.2015. After many correspondence by me they installed the TV on 9/11/2015 that too is not showing in their records. Due to this type of misleading information and delay in service i suffered a lot. If they would have communicated about the delay in detail then i would had no problem but they keep on giving misleading information and commitment so i want to make a complaint against them.

                          I've ordered a lenovo A6000+ mobile. The back button, when I press it for the 5th or 6th time it is not sensing my touch and I've talked to the customer care. They asked me to install an app and they said they will check it and they asked me to tap the back key. I tapped it for 3 times the test wizard got closed and they said there is no problem with the mobile. But the problem of sensing is when i tap it for more than 5 times continuously it doesnt sense my touch. But till that time the test wizard is not waiting. They said me to visit a service centre.                             I purchased the Bajaj Solo Microwave Oven. And as it came first of all there was a delay in demo. and as the demo man came they did not gave any satisfactory demo. Then I am told by flipkart that we cannot take back the product. I am unsatisfied with the product and did complained this to flipkart within 2 days. They told that they cannot do anything and cannot take it back. This is totally forgery. This is order number OD[protected] I order this product last month of 14th or 16th and got this product delivered on 19th. and worst demo of that product was given me on 23rd. Two times i got a feedback from Bajaj representative. and was told that this product can bake and grill. and the Flipkart person is saying that name itself suggest that it is Solo Microwave Oven. and solo microwave is only for heating. I asked then what oven means. they were silent on it and says whatever you do we wont take back this product. So please help on this

I called customer care twice on 9 Nov they too told me it will be delivered today i.e 9 nov 2015. Later at 05.00Pm when i called they told they will deliver on 12 nov . Flipcart person refused to take it.. in fact the money was already transferred to flipcart as debit from credit card..                                       HI, I have purchased VU LED TV on Oct 14 2015 @ 12.27 am in a deal price of 4000/- less than the actual price. The estimated delivery date is on 26 Oct 2015. The Flipkart team has missed the delivery date and i have called the Customer care and they have promised the delivery on Oct 30th 2015. Again they have missed it and promised to Nov 1st, 4th and 6th, 7th and 9th and so on. Again on today i have called on 9th Nov 2015, one more time they are asking for more time, meantime i have tracked the courier and it was return shipped to the Narsapur from Rajhmundy. I have brought this product in EMI, i have paid emi as well. The Flipkart team is not willing to give me any compensation nor able to delivery the product in time.                                       Here I have received a call from Flipkart, Would sound to be a kind of threatening call.
                                      They have informed us to wait till 20th of this month other wise cancel it.
                                      He was also advising me to cancel the product and willing on giving 5K- in Flipkart wallet.
                                      I was inquiring the team about the reason on missed out dates and delay on the Delivery Dates to the specified pin code. It is wonder to know now that the source of delivering on the mentioned Pin Code isn't possibly available. So the blame needs to be taken either by the vendor or the Flipkart App Developer
                                      The conversation was dropped/disconnected abruptly. I believe to say that the talk was more on the heavier and impolite.

                                      I wish to see someone possibly help me over this grievance.

                                      Is no one there to punish flipkart for their mistakes???
