I purchased a mobile Lenovo K3 Note from flipkart and made a payment through SBI Debit Card on 17.10.2015 and gifted it to my relative who is residing at Gaya, Bihar and the promised date of delivery was 30.10.2015. Then after due to non availability of the product, i was given next date of delivery 03.11.2015 on regular contacting Customer Care Flipkart. The product was not delivered on 03.11.2015. When i contacted the Customer care representative, i was told that the product was attempted to deliver but could not be delivered due to incomplete address. Then my relative got a call regarding incomplete address on 04.11.2015 and my relative gave him complete address on which all the postal correspondence is going on. Then after i was given resolving time of 06.11.2015 on mail and was assured that the product will be delivered by that day even before. Due to non delivery by that day, when i contacted Customer Care representative and requested to provide the contact no. or address of his courier partner i will collect the same from or if he has any issue with the address he may contact on the give mobile no. So that i may guide him, but the executive replied that we cannot give the contact no. and assured me that the product will be delivered within 24 hrs and then i got a mail that the issue will be resolved upto 08.11.2015. Then after i was given resolving time of 09.11.2015 and then of 10.11.2015. When i contacted the customer care executive Mr. Kamran at about 22:00 hrs due to non-delivery of the product yesterday he assured me that i will personaly look into this issue and make sure that the product will be deliverd by tomorrow. After that I got an email at 00:05 that the request for cancellation has been procesed and amount will be refunded into ur account within 7-10 days. The cancellation for the product has not been requested by me, then how it was processed. After waiting for this product and after payment for about one month this happened which is very much frustrating. I want my product any how, not the amount.

      I have purchased Sansui Led Tv Order id OD[protected] on 4th of November and delivered after 3 day, Shipping is Fast That's Good,

      I was happy to received another product from Flipkart it's my 2nd Led Tv. I was Quite Excited to receive my 2nd Led TV and wanted to view it's Picture quality and product functions, after turned it on my 1 Impress of TV menu interface is very bad 2nd Picture Quality is worse i have never expected with FULL HD LED TV. I was excited to have FULL HD Picture Quality but never god one it's disappointed me. I played HD and Full HD movies on it and it's totally pixelated. LED Pixels are very bad never expected to have Full HD TV Like this.
      I am trying to play some video formats via use pen drive it's now playing, they have not mentioned on there website what kind of video format's this tv can play.
      Full HD Led has many jerks like low quality video i am playing, I recently purchased Panasonic 32 LED tv. it plays same HD and Full HD Movies like i am watching on Full HD Led TV. Never Saw any jerks while paying and happy to have that one.
      I saw very Positive Reviews from other people then I ordered this product without viewing live picture quality on any TV Stores, I had strong Trust upon Flipkart and customer's review that products is Great but i got disappointed after purchased that one.
      I have Created Return Request to Flipkart to return it and buy another one but they said "We are sorry. We are unable to process your replace request. please refer to flipkart return policy"

      it seems like this product is has very low quality Picture Resolution and than can be purchased @15000/- from market or it defective Item God Knows.
      I Think i made a Big Mistake to Buy This LED Tv from Flipkart but i have strong trust that flipkart will solve this issue positively.

        Hi Flipkart,

        I am a Flipkart First Member since the past 10+ months and have been availing the membership benefits on my home address (PIN: 201011) since that time. I ordered multiple items of clothing on 31st October 2015, and realized that I am not able to apply faster shipping options on the products even though they are being shipped by WS Retail (which you claim is one of the sellers with the Flipkart Advantage). I later went to my account section, and checked my membership details, and to my shock, I realized that for some reasons, the Flipkart First Advantages, which include but are not restricted to Free In-a-Day Delivery, have been removed from my home pin code, and I would not receive any item in one day (EVEN THOUGH I HAVE PAID IN ADVANCE FOR FREE ONE DAY DELIVERIES). To confirm, I was getting the free one day deliveries till 28th September (the last order I placed before realizing that I am not getting the FF membership benefits). I personally checked on a lot of products on Flipkart to assure that this is not an anomaly, and realized that I am not getting the FF membership benefits on any product (to be delivered to my home address at 201011).

        By the way, I still have not received the clothing items that I ordered on 31st October 2015, and since it is almost the end of day on 8th November, I can safely assume that I am not going to receive them today as well. So logically, it will be 10 days before I actually receive the products. Such an awesome service for your 'privileged customer', right?

        Can anyone from Flipkart be sensible enough to contact me and explain what has gone wrong? Why are you guys still claiming on your website that you have the Flipkart first membership benefits available at your location?

          So my ID OD[protected], this product was damaged in transit. They told me that pickup will be done in 5 days and promised date was 7th november . Till today they are not ready to clarify my issue, all they are doing is filing a complaint and delaying the resole date by 24 hours.

            Delivered item is of wrong specification. I purchased Dell X284G 6 cell battery, but, the battery delivered to me is Dell J1KND. the information labeled over packaging box is correct. But, when the box opened and took out the battery from the box, it was found to be a different model.                   After posting my complaint regarding delivery of fake pendrive from flipkart I receieved a confirmation regarding transer of my issue to flipkart. after some time i received a call from Flipkart customer support manager. he asked me my bank details for refund of pendrive cost I thougt it was a genuine response from flipkart but all my account balace is deducted by that flipkart customer support manager who called me. Flipkart is a gang of thieves. i dont understand how flipkart can do this to me. i want my issue to be resolved and my account balance to be refunded.

                  i reprted the issue to flipkart but they did not refund my account balance. they do not care for these issues and it seems they have setting collaboration with cyber thieves and cyber criminals.

                      Thank you for contacting Motorola.

                      We apologize for the inconvenience caused.

                      As per the previous mail to one of our executive we have come to know that the device has discharge issue.

                      As you have purchased the device through snapdeal we would like to inform you that we cannot assure you with any replacement, as we support the Motorola devices which are purchased through only flipkart as it is our official source of purchase.

                      We request you to cross check with the place of purchase.

                      However we suggest you to go through the following steps to improve the battery performance.

                      1.Ensure that you are using a Motorola branded charger and ensure that that battery is charged continuously for 4 hours or more

                      2.Make sure that you are using a wall charger. When charging using USB cable/Car charger, the charging rate would be slow.

                      3.Reduce the brightness to Auto or lower down the brightness levels under Settings--Display-Brightness

                      4.Reduce the sleep timeout- under Settings--Display-Sleep-Set it to 30 sec

                      5.Disable live wallpaper ( if any) under Settings--Display-Wallpaper

                      6.Close all the background applications. Go for settings >> apps >> running apps >> tap on the applications and stop them.

                      7.Check what exactly is draining the battery. Touch Image > Settings > Battery. Tap individual app for more detail.

                      8.Make sure that there is a good signal strength for the network. In case if there is low signal strength, try with a different network for few days

                      9.Turn off Wi-Fi, Blue tooth and mobile data when not required.

                      10.Enable the battery saver mode. Go for settings >> battery >> battery saver and enable the option.

                      11.Finally we suggest you to back up the data and reset the device and check it.

                      To reset your device:

                      1. Touch Menu

                      2. Touch Settings

                      3. Touch Backup & reset

                      4. Touch Factory Data Reset

                      5. Touch Reset Phone.

                      You may take immediate steps to replace the set, giving me immense trouble, day & night. In case a solution is not found in two days, I shall report the matter to PGC for taking severe action against MOTOROLA for duping buyers thus and not responding to calls in the context, since last few weeks. No address or contact Nos. have been furnished for the complaintnant to lodge their grievances is a gross misconduct on your part may be noted and straighened soonest to enable the sufferers to get in touch soonest. Telephonic contact is absolutely nasty and uncalled for.

                      I have reported earlier too, in respect of my Motorola Hand set - moto e bought from you on 14.03.2015 by cash on delivery with IMEI No.[protected] and Model AP3439AD1K8 Motorola XT 1506 by cash on delivery; White colour 2nd Gen. has not been responded yet, getting discharged in no time and had to be charged frequently, and troubling me a lot. Find a quick solution soon and perhaps replace the set with a Fresh piece, else I shall report the matter to appropriate authorities hereinafter, and the Public Grievance Commission, for Cheating and fraud by FLIPKART by duping the customers thus.                       My SIM No.[protected] with Mobile No.[protected] and IMSI No.[protected] bought from Hauz Khas Sanchar Hat has not been activated yet, inspite of my repeated efforts as directed by the MTNL, Hauz Khas, perhaps due to lack of Network Tower in the Area, though MTNL has a Telephone Exchange in the vicinity, even then there is Network problem. Please find a suitable solution to resolve the issue, else, I shall have to look for an alternative service provider.

                          I purchased Lenovo K3 Note VM35906 on 19.10.2015 vide your Invoice no. del_ggn_[protected] . The moment I make a call from the phone it gets heated up within 10 seconds. The heating is so much that I cannot place it on my ear. Moreover, so many times it has happened that the person making a call to me is not able to hear my voice at all and it disconnects. The phone is a defective piece. I requested Flipkart to exchange the phone immediately. But they have not done so and sent the following message to me twice. "We regret to inform that seller has disapproved your return request for Lenovo... in the order OD[protected]. sincere apologies for inconvenience caused. Feel free to reach out to us for any further clarification." It is so difficult to reach out to them or speak to their executives as you can speak to them only when they choose to call you. I sent an email to them on 04.11.2015. But they have not responded so far.

                            Dear Sir, I booked one Samsung Galaxy Duos S3 mobile handset and one Samsung 16GB EVO SD Memory card vide OD[protected] which were scheduled to be delivered to me on 06/11/2015. But to my utter surprise the order was cancelled at their end for reasons unknown to me on 05/11/2015. The full cost of the items of Rs.4518/- was paid by me through net banking on the date of lodging of the order itself. OD[protected]. he sent me a fake product. after complaaint he told me after return rs 6990 credited to your bank and rs 4435 credited to your flipkart wallet account. but till date 4435 not recived. flipkart customer care also not respons me. i am waiting from 8 days. 1st he give date 1 nov.. after 3 nov after 6 nov today 9 nov... but problem not ressolved.

                                  I have ordered a Moto 360 watch and i was supposed to get the delivery on 6th Nov. i wrote and email on 2nd Nov to confirm if i will get the delivery on time, and the company confirmed i will get it on 6th Nov as promised. As there was no update on the app that stated the product was out for delivery on 6th, i was worried and called the company. I was told there is no update, therefore i requested to speak with the manager. The manager informed me that the case will be sent to the fastrack team. This was at 11am. I requested for a follow up at 1pm, which never happened. I then called back at 3 to check, and spoke with the manager again, however i was told there is no updated and they will send another email to the concerned team and i will get an update in a few hrs, however like before, no one called me back. i also suggested that if they cant delivery the product, if they can share the hub where the parcel is held and i will pick it up myself. However, the manager was rude enough to tell me, i dont know where the hub is.. if you know, you can go pick it up.. I called back at 5pm, and spoke with the manager again. I was then told that they will try and it may take time. I was talking to the manager for over 25 mins, and i was told the fastrack team will call me back in 4 hrs. i confirmed if they will call me back by 9pm, and he confirmed they will. As always, i did not get a call.. I called back at 10pm and was told by another manager that it takes 24hrs for an update and he cant do anything. I asked for a further escalation and spoke to a manager named Vishal. i explained the issue and that the delivery wasnt done as promised, and moreover the customer service was rubbish as no one throughout the day had the courtesy to even call back. I also explained that the delivery address is my work address, and the parcel i was expecting was a gift for an anniversary party. I requested if they can do something and change the address. The manager said he cant promise, but he will take the address and forward it to the "fastrack" team. While speaking with him to give the adddress, the call dropped ( i dont know if he disconnected). Post which, he didnt bother calling back to get the address, and i was honestly too exhausted to try and call back again. Im so exhausted, i cant be bothered.. Only if someone can resolve the issue without causing any more hassle. If not delivering the product in time wasnt enough, Flipkart had to provide excellent customer service to make my day even better What i need is my product to be delivered to me. And obviously some sort for compensation for this horrible experience

                                    I ordered several products on flipkart during the big billion sale. But i am amazed to see that Flipkart cancels the order on its own due to some unexplained reason. I dont know why is flipkart doing so. May be Flipkart just wants to advertise over media about its Turnover but actually its a total failure. This organization blocks your money for 20-30 days and refunds you the money...may be to earn interest on the same...????or they dont have the product delivery system at all...My order id nos which where cancelled are: 1. OD[protected]. OD[protected] 3. OD[protected] I was more amazed on the order no three they had started the refund procedure. I spoke to them about why was it cancelled they provided me an excuse that the product is not accepted by the courier partner as it does not qualify for the quality. Then suddenly after two days the same was delivered. Did the same product with their courier partner get right I am really amazed why is this company going hay-where. This is fell was the last experince of me with flipkart...I feel Paytm or Amzon is much better than this companies. You have destroyed my plans for this Diwali. I cannot forgive you.

                                      I have ordered a book Order ID - OD[protected] Product - Cambridge Igcse Economics Workbook (English) through FLIPKART, the cost of the book was Rs299/-. FLIPKART asked me if I want delivery by Nov 5th I have to pay rs100/- extra. I did not made the request. I thought by paying more, I get faster delivery and paid the money. Now the company has not delivered on NOV 5th and says it can deliver by NOV19th. hence I wanted FLIPKART to refund my additional charges as they have NOT kept their word and wrongly charged me extra which I did not request but offered by them and by they breaching the trust.

                                      Resolution: Spoke to customer and informed her that the shipping charges is applied if the product price is less than 500 and same has been charges and also informed delivery of the product will be done on or before Nov 19, 2015.
