But we have received defect item . And also requested to flipkart to replacement my product there are also accepted but with out intimation my request is rejected, cancelled

Flipkart Customer Care's response Spoke to customer and inform to get back to us with the declaration form for initiate refund. Customer agreed.
Just got a call from flipkart in relation with the mail you have forwarded to them. They are still not providing me the refund/replacement and are saying the same thing that they have deactivated(freeze) my account and hence won't provide me any solution. They are still forcing me to use the same used product they have provided to me.
Please look into the matter and help me with the same.
