I know that flipkart have 30 days policy but they are cheating on me by giving me defective phone. I want my refund of rs.19999 or I have to complaint to police.

              फ्लिपकार्ट एक ऐसी कंपनी है जिस ने अपनी बेहतरीन सेवाओं से लोगों में अपनी जगह बनाई थी। लंबे समय तक अमेज़ोन जैसी कम्पनियाँ भी फ्लिपकार्ट की बेहतरीन सेवाओं का मुकाबला नहीं कर पायीं। कहा जाता है के कोई पेड़ जब बहुत ज़्यादा फलदार हो जाता है तो उस कि टहनियाँ टूटने लगती हैं। फ्लिपकाट के साथ भी ऐसा ही कुछ हुआ। ग्राहकों ने जिस प्रकार इस कंपनी को हाथों हाथ लिया था इस ने उनके विश्वास पर ही वार करना शुरू कर दिया। जहां समान 2 दिनों में मिल जाया करता था अब हालत ये है कि पंद्रह पंद्रह दिनों तक समान नहीं मिलता। ग्राहक से संपर्क किए बिना ही उन के ऑर्डर कैन्सल कर दिये जाते हैं। एक एक हफ्ते तक समान डिस्पैच तक नहीं किया जाता। साठरुपये में दूसरे दिन और 140 रुपए में उसी दिन डिलीवेरी देने की प्रथा शुरू कर के आम ग्राहकों की डिलीवेरी में देरी की जाती है। होना तो ये चाहिए था की सभों की डेलीवेरी अगले दिन की जाती ताकि ग्राहक इस की ओर आकर्षित होते, पर कौन समझाये इन लोगों को। ग़ौर से देखा जाये तो ये लोग ग्राहक को ब्लैकमेल भी करते हैं। और बड़ी कंपनियाँ भी अब इसी पैटर्न को अपना रही हैं। अजीब ड्रामा शुरू हुआ है की प्रॉडक्ट एक्सक्लूसिवल�... फ्लिपकार्ट पर ही मिलेगा। ग्राहक बेचारा क्या करे। ये कंपनियाँ ईस्ट इंडिया कंपनी से भी बदतर हैं जो सिर्फ ग्राहकों का खून चूसना जानती हैं। योरोप और अमेरिका में ग्राहकों के अधिकार हैं इसी लिए वहाँ सेवा देने वाली कंपनियाँ सतर्क रहती हैं, परंतु हमारे देश में हमें इन ही गिद्धों के हवाले कर दिया गया है। और फ्लिपकार्ट उन में सब से भयावह गिद्ध है।

                FLIPKART has proved once again as irresponsible . After rigorous
                talks, they proved as irresponsible and unprofessional.

                I need justification for wasting my time.
                I have placed an order same product 3 times still flipkart has delivered me wrong product and refurbished one. Consecutively they sent me wrong product for the three times.they wasted my time and money is stuck with them..finally they are telling they cannot ship the product..this absolutely bull nonsense. They are trying to offer voucher for this, they are treating customers as beggars..

                    I have ordered (Order ID: OD[protected] a Lenovo K3 Note under 30-day Replacement Warranty on 15th Nov 2015.Within few days, The Touch Screen is not working after some time and requires constant restart of the phone to make it work again. The product was delivered with a 30-day Replacement Warranty at my Pin code: 600026. While placing the order i selected to pay using EMI option (with Interest - HDFC bank) The company is denying the replacement of the product because of the following resons - Flipkart Representative quoted that - i am from Chennai and due to the recent floods the seller is not accepting any more orders - this is not my headache as per the 30-day replacement and is really unfair The company says they can only do a refund but question is why should i near the interest portion of the EMI which they will not refund?                           Speaker is not working. This result in inconsistency of working. Sometimes it is working(i.e. after restart phone). But nowadays speakers are totally not working. Ring tone is louder. Songs are not playable. call leads to silence after some minutes. unable to continue on calls. Need exchange of Moto E2 2nd gen mobile. Replacing is required for this.

                            Lenovo K3 Note cell taken from Flipkart (Order - OD[protected] on Dec 03, 2015. I got this cell on Monday 3rd Dec 2015 at my office address and I started setting up process on Tuesday onwards..but due to my bussy schedule as there was my Sis Marriage, i found my cell touch screen is not working on Day 2 and I had to hold on till today to get rid of this issue as it was too packed up schedule for arranging pre-wedding functions for me .. Cell Touch screen not working and not able to use this cell. I m really irriatated and frustrated due to such bad experience with You and Lenovo. Now let me know how my issue will be get resolved. Frankly speaking i m really very much inconfident to buy any lenovo product and also to use Flipkart now onwards. Arrange to refund the complete amount (I am ok to sacrifice the VAT and Taxes), my issue is to get my money back as i want my hard earned money to get some good cell rather than on cell which is damaged in Quality since Day 1. In past i and my family members have taken all my product from Flikart due to its assurance...but now i m no longer interested to use ur products.                               Two movie tickets were offered during the launch offer of Moto X Play
                              (Flipkart Order ID: OD[protected]. I had sent out the SMS as explained in offer e-mail on 01.Dec.2015, but received no reply from Bookmyshow. Accordingly I complained to Flipkart on 06.Dec.2015 and received reply asking me to contact Bookmyshow. When I wrote to Bookmyshow helpdesk, they replied that the offer validity has already expired on 06.Dec.2015, and hence would be unable to provide the winpin.

                              I have got every proof that I have sent the SMS in correct pattern as required before the expiry date. Please look into this issue as I have been denied the promised offer.

When i checked it was not detected in my computer and wen i checked in other computers also it was no detected . so i requested for return option.                                     I ordered one bean bag from flipkart..and after 2 weeks this is the reply i am getting - We've just been informed that Sais XXL Bean Bag With Bean Filling in your order OD[protected] is unavailable with the seller - SainathEnterprise. As there is no clear date when the Seller will have it back in stock, we understand any further delay wouldn't be ideal. So we've gone ahead and cancelled the item. The amount of Rs. 560.00 will be refunded back to your bank account/card in the next Tuesday, 15 Dec'15.

                                      I had purchased a Tatwam men solid top and Pyjama vide my order no. OD[protected]. The order sheet states that 30 days exchange is allowed. The Tatwamnightwear replacement guarantee states replacement is possible. But when we contacted Flipkart for replacement, they have refused exchange of product. The size of the item was not fitting and therefore I had requested for the replacement immediately. But Flipkart has refused to replace the same. The Flipkart website does not have any policy of complaint redressal. There is no contact no. or email ID on their web site to take complaints from customer. The company is giving false claims on their order booking sheet.

                                        This letter is in regards with the Order-Id OD[protected] i.e for Moto X Play. There are scratches on the bezels of my phone and I had reported for the same with your concerned team. I'm still under the Flipkart 30 days return policy but still the flipkart concerned team says that they had freeze my account([protected]@gmail.com) due to multiple replacement and hence are not giving me any solution. I had gone with the replacement because I was having problem with the phone and not as an hobby to do so. I had mentioned about the problem with their concerned team whenever I went with the replacement. Their concerned team never informed me that if I go with the replacement they will freeze my account. They freeze my account saying that it is under their policy but are nor ready to disclose where this policy's are mentioned I had paid the amount for the brand new phone and not for the used(Second Hand ) phone. I expected for a best support from their team but it was the worst ever experience. I hope I can get the solution from the consumer complaints. Please look into matter and help me with the same.
