    I had ordered a Sony z3 compact phone from flipkart.They sent me a damaged product( the sim slot was damaged) and that too in the wrong packaging. the IMEI no. of the phone does not match with that on the box. Now when i want to return the product they refuse it saying the IMEI nos dont match. this is nothing but complete case of fraud. the selling company on flipkart was mirchihint After what i have experienced i would never recommend anyone to purchase anything on flipkart.Better go for other online destinations. ORDER ID OD[protected] PLEASE HELP ME GET MY MONEY BACK

      This is my order id OD[protected] i placed the order on 24/9/2015 i received the product at 9.15 am on 28/9/2015 immdiatly i received the product i called flipkart and told them i have received a wrong product so they said to call back after the system is updated about the delivery, i called flipkart at 1pm after it was updated the product is deliverd i again told them them the issue they took a retun request and they also took my bank details and in 15 min i got the sms that the product is gonna be picked up today by a ekart courier person and his number was mentioned i called him and he told me to come to a place and retun the product i went there then after going there he told me he got a call from MANIPAL HUB that he should not pick the retun, i asked him why so he said i dont know i got a call from hub saying not to pick it up and he gave me this number of the person in hub [protected] i called that person and he said he cant take the product untill he receive some kind of intimation from flipkart, i called flipkart and asked what is happening so customer care person told me courier person has to pick it up, we dont know why he is not picking it up, if its not picked up today dont worry reattempt will be dont tomorrow and they will pick it tomorrow, again i called filpkart spoke for 30 min and now the representative said we are sorry there was a confusion from our end we are sorry for it and he took a new return request, and very next day that is today 29/9/2015 i got a sms saying the product will be picked up today and i got the courier person's phone number, so i called him and asked are you picking the product today so he said no from hub they told us not to pick the product, and he is not answering to any of my query he is just asking me to call the hub, again i called the hub and the hub person started saying we cant pick it up its put on hold untill we receive an intimation we cant pick it, i told him flipkart is telling me delivery person has to pick it up and they cant refuse it, so this unprofessional, uncivilized, person is saying ask the flipkart to send me an email saying this, why in the hell flipkart will send him an email when the retun request is approved, i feel like ekart manipal hub is frauds, flipkart is telling me ekart has to pick the product but manipal hub is refusing and asking me to tell flipkart to send email, i want them to pick the product and refund my money

      Tried calling the customer but unable to reach as there were no response so sent a mail to the customer asking for the convenient time.
      i got your email and i left the message to call me back and you guys have called be back at 4pm i again explained everything and then again you people asked me for 3 days time and you guys have still not approved the return request and you guys have told me concern department is gonna get back to me over email or call and you have sent me a email saying the same, [Copy of[protected]: . [Incident:[protected]]] did you people contact me to ask me time till october 3rd 4pm? if you dont have the authority to solve the issue then why did you even contact me?, today evening i got a call from manipal hub and his contact number is [protected] he asked me for the imei number of the wrong mobile that i received, and i gave him that, why do you people need 3 more days? resolve the issue asap i am very must frustrated with this product, filpkart does not seems to resolve the issue, you guys are good in saying sorry but you people are not resolving the issue, how many more people do i need to talk to before i get the refund?

        Thankyou flipkart for giving me an iron in shape of lenovo k3, now I can press my clothes using my phone. It is heating that much that I can't even place it near my skin. I turned off my phone for 20 minutes and checked the temperature just after turning it on, it was showing 36°C and when I used the phone by making calls and putting it in charge, it was excessively hot. I checked the temperature again, it was still showing 36°C. The device is not showing correct value. I have followed all the steps that was told by flipkart to deduce the heat problem but nothing helped. I don't know why you are not understanding the issue and making the return even after genuine problem. I am totally frustrated with flipkart and I can't take it anymore. I was just trying to buy a phone and use it simply. And with its heating problem now its also showing problem in its screen. I AM AFRAID TO USE MY PHONE, I AM AFRAID THE WAY IT IS HEATING, EITHER IT CAN BLAST IN MY HAND OR NEAR MY EAR. Either physically disabled or dead flipkart will be blamed.           Short Description : * 30th Aug i ordered the Mi4 Mobile in flipkart and paid full payment through my friend Credit Card. * After few days the seller itself cancelled the shipment and arranged the replacement with call notification. They only updated the status. *Delivery address is Tiruvannamalai and i tracked the Product reached until Pondicherry. from their only i started facing the issues and the delivery process was stopped. *Then suddenly 8th Sep 12.15PM i got a call from [protected] this number they itself informing that "your order is cancelled due to some issues, your amount will be credited within 21th September" I not received the amount, They extending the date again and again. Please solve my issues as soon. or else i want to pay interest also after the due date. its really burden me a lot. Complete History: Hello, Flipkart is my favorite shopping place but the name of Flipkart is dragged down to gutter because of the customer support that you provide. Even though 9/10 services provided to the customer are good but that one real bad experience is spoken out loud. There is lot of issues posted and unanswered. I have been hearing about more and more people experiencing issues with Flipkart services. You may have difficulties in identifying real problem and providing solution in short time but end of the day the brand name gets spoiled. There could be problem in the process that is followed by customer care executives or in other words there is a lot of scope to improve the customer care process that you follow right now. I placed order for a mobile phone and was expecting it to be delivered but it did not happen then I checked the status, my order item had reached Pondicherry after which I received a call from Flipkart stating that due to technical issues the order item is returned and a replacement will be made. (During transport how did they identify the technical issue with my order item?). They explained a different story over phone and they write a different story in mail. (What is the real reason? Am I supposed to believe the guy who called me or the mail I received?) After which the replacement order is also cancelled without my knowledge. The least thing I am expecting from you after all the pain I have gone through is to refund the money that I paid for my undelivered order. Customer voice support is playing football with customer’s feelings. Refund initiated officially by Flipkart: 12 September 2015 First expected refund date given by customer care: 21 September 2015 Second expected refund date given by customer care: 25 September 2015 Third expected refund date given by customer care: 28 September 2015 Fourth expected refund date given by customer care: 29 September 2015 No one will appreciate the solution provided after a month or two. And with this many different dates I really doubt that if Flipkart will refund the money or will keep extending the dates. Do any of your employees have authority to decide or will everyone keep passing the responsibilities to others? I have to explain the same stories to the new person after which he will give me a different date. I spoke to the following people. Mr. Sumit Soni (Floor Supervisor) Ms. Kadambari (Assistant Manager) Mr. Ignati (Floor Manager) Mr. Pradeep(Floor Supervisor) Mr. Adnan(Floor Manager) Apart from these peoples I have spoken to few more other un-named customer care executives. I don’t welcome any of the response I have received let it be from the executives or the supervisor or the managers. Standard responses that I received from customer support - “Your refund will be initiated as soon as possible” no matter the date when I called first. When is this as soon as possible? - "Within 24 hours our concern team will get back to you" if this is not the concern team why in the lords name they entertain my call. They should have forwarded my call to the “concern” team when they know this is out of their scope. - “I’m initiating your refund now; give us 7 working days / 3 working days to complete the refund process”. In reality how many times you will initiate my refund and how many days you will need totally. - “The responsible person is not available” doesn’t Flipkart practice professional methods like work delegation or proxy assignment in case o[censored]navailability of resources. - “We cannot transfer call as we are facing server breakdown” – lame old school excuse - If they Can’t tolerate they cut the call(without thinking why customer is worrying) the below two people did for me o Karshima – Executive (She simply said the reason and cut the call) o Adnan – Floor Manager (He said wait I do call transfer to senior manager) Worst Think i found on flipkart “Even with this much effort and follow up I did, they not at all Initiated the Refund yet” With Grievance, Flipkart’s Sincere Customer   Order details: Product Id : OD[protected] Order Date: 30 August, 2015 12:11 PM Adress : XXX Tamil Nadu First Delivery Date: Wed, 16th Sep Replacement (Return ID:[protected] Pick up has been scheduled.             Hi, I bought an ATCO weighing scale on 31st August '15 from flipkart however they delivered some random brand (some Chinese product ). Of course I had to return and get the product I had ordered. Irony is, they replaced the wrong product with same wrong product again. Even bigger irony is, same thing is repeated 4 times over last one month. I also spoke to its executive, who suggested the refund as they failed 4 times. My point is why customer had to go through this pain of waiting and returning for 4 times over a month? Why should I pay higher price buying now as it was on discount then? Another irony is, Flipkart runs a paid loyalty program for which they charge Rs.500 towards annual loyalty subscription and yes, I am one of those.                 I brought a DELL external hardrive 1.5 years back with warrantee of two years. How the hard drive has some problem and it was not working. The DELL company said flipkart has given you out of warrantee product. When I complaint to flipkart they gave me some agency number named SUPERTORN. Supertorn is denying to provide service. Now flipkart is pointing fingers at Spertron and Supertron is pointing fingers at flipkart. They are wasting time as my product will be out of warrantee soon. I have no idea what to do . All my data is been already lost plus I have no way to getting it repaired. This product costed me around 5000. Flipkart shouldn't have supplied that product if they weren't able to provide me the service.

                        Hii.iam Rajat Pathak from gujrat...I previous month I bought a casserole from flipkart.The item has lot of scraches, so decided to return it.At first I put a return request on the site but my mother didn't wanted this product as she was not satisfy with quality of product, so I cancelled the product nd talked to their executives on the abt refund and even gave my bank account details.But for my surprise they sent the product for exchangebut I didn't took it and also told the delivery boy to call their boss.The delivery boy talked abt this problem with his boss and even he registered my problem in his mobile.On the same day I again called the executive again they promised me that the return will take place in 1 day, but nothing happened.And now it's two weeks that iam calling them but every time they just do fake promises.Iam a defence personal I don't have much time, but flipkart is is troubling them too much.I want ask Bansal brother what type of services do you offer to you customers. I have been you regular customer since 4 years and this the way you behave with us.For you 1000rs must be a small amount, but iam a soldier for me its a big amount as I have to to a lots of hard work for it.I want Bansal brothers to take some serious action immediately, else you don't know the power of a common man.And iam also going to tell my friends and relatives to not buy anything from flipkart, don't think that what will happen if two or three people will not buy from my site but listen this will become a chain reaction and you will not be able to understand that what is happening.As I was looking other post also you have many unsatisfied coutomers out here.so this my last warning otherwise be ready to meet me in consumer court.

                          Dear Sir,

                          Im Bhavani Sankar from Rajahmundry, purchased Lenovo A6000 Plus on 8th September 2015 and received the mobile on 11th September 2015.

                          On 25th September the touch keys on the bottom of the display stopped working, the same was brought to the notice of Flipkart on 26th September 2015 by raising a return request on flipkart website. their customer executive called me and asked t update the software, when I tried to do that it was showing was system up to date. still the keys were not working.
                          The return request was declined on flipkart website, called the flipkart customer care on 28th September 2015 and they said that mobile cant be replaced due to unavailability of stock and disconnected the call by not providing any further information. once again a return request was raised on 28th September 2015.

                            I had wanted to buy a headphone of jbl T 26 whose price is shown of rs 500 on the product listing page. however when i click and go to the product page the price is shown of rs 990. this is cheating and fraud from flipkart who is showing the false price on pretext of luring customers for purchasing the product. both the image of mobile and web app uploaded. flipkart customer care showing no response. sad.

                              Hi, I have purchased one i phone 4s from flipkart after using the same i found that phone gets heat and battery drains very fast within 2 days i complaint to customer care the almost 10 to 15 time always they was trying to do some R& D with my phone but problem is not resolved when i asked them for replacement or my my money refund the denied stating that please check at our website as par our policy we can only change any product within the week period only. i was surprised that when i launched a complaint within 2 days of delivery and u people only was trying to resolve problems which never resolved where was my fault in that. after that also i called 10 time for same but not getting any proper response.                               Thanks for your response but still waiting for any solution. have not received any calls for same as committed by your executive . its high time now already more than a month over i make complaints more than 10 time but not getting any solution don't force me to take a legal action against flipkart.

I paid for two braclets and in the parcel i have got single piece.i am very disapointed with this mistake or somekind of froud. Kindly solve it as soon as possible. Otherwise i have to take another action

                                  I had brought ASUS Zenfone(Order Id: OD[protected] from Flipkart.com on 6th OCtober 2014.
                                  But my phone stopped working on 8th September 2015 so I visited ASUS service center. After couple of days they informed me that product is out of warranty and I will need to bear the complete charges for repair.
                                  Then I called Flipkart customer service center for resolution on 12th September 2015. At that time they gave me a resolution date of 16th September 2015.
                                  I waited till 16th Sept 2015 but I didn't receive neither resolution nor any call from flipkart but just a automated mail saying that it will take more 3 days to resolve the issue. Since then I am just getting same mail every 3days with new dates(tarik pe tarik) but no resolution.

                                  I even called them multiple times but always get same words from them...wait, patience, cooperation, assurance, understand, etc...
                                  these are just words for them with no meaning.

                                  I am just helpless now...

                                    I ordered a OTD Sony Mh750 Wired Gaming Headset on 44th September 2015, it was delivered by Seller: DASIMPEX on 24th September 2015, at 7.15 pm. The total rate is Rs. 209/- At the time of delivery i was not in my home. Next day i opened and only found the paper inside. I was cheated. I have many products before in flipkart. But this is the first time i was cheated. I have bought lenovo mobiles, etc., The id of this product is OD[protected]. Please find where the mistake happened. Other people should not be cheated. If Flipkart not answering me, I will tell it to all through Whatsapp, face book, etc., The money is just Rs. 209/-- only. If the amount is too much, the God. I hope you reply me.                                       2nd time I20 Car cover, was deliberately delivered in torn condition. Believing that 2nd time, the car cover will be in good condition, we could not open the packed cover for long time. Now the company deny to refund the money. Pl help me to get my money refunded.                                         This is in regards to order No. OD[protected] which has not been resolved yet so long. if i start from the scratch then its one of fliokart product i.e USB charging cable which was defected and also damaged my original Htc mobile charger. i tried everything, tried to convince flipkart team to do the needful and pay for the loss but i did not receive any help so far. i requested them to look into the matter and do the needful. i am one og the regular customer of Flipkart. If i want, i can get it done other way but i don't want to mess our relationship which has taken so long to reach at this level. please help me because of flipkart crap product i have lost something valuable which flipkart has to pay for.
