Hi,
I got message from Flipkart that my Mi 4i product will receive today (on 20th Oct'15). Currier boy called me to get the product delivery. When I went to receive the product, he told that he lost it and asked me to cancel the product. I asked him to get the product anyhow, he told to give some time. Now its more than one week, I am trying his call but he is not picking up the call.
I informed same situation to Flipkart Customer Care but they are just telling to wait for tomorrow and so on. No proper response was received by Customer Care. This is very disappointing that I am still waiting for the product but no status update from Flipkart as well as from that Currier Service company.
Following are the product and my contact details that I am sharing, kindly please look into this matter and get my product to me at the earliest. I have already made payment and I don't want to loose this offered product.
