This is my order id OD[protected] i placed the order on 24/9/2015 i received the product at 9.15 am on 28/9/2015 immdiatly i received the product i called flipkart and told them i have received a wrong product so they said to call back after the system is updated about the delivery, i called flipkart at 1pm after it was updated the product is deliverd i again told them them the issue they took a retun request and they also took my bank details and in 15 min i got the sms that the product is gonna be picked up today by a ekart courier person and his number was mentioned i called him and he told me to come to a place and retun the product i went there then after going there he told me he got a call from MANIPAL HUB that he should not pick the retun, i asked him why so he said i dont know i got a call from hub saying not to pick it up and he gave me this number of the person in hub [protected] i called that person and he said he cant take the product untill he receive some kind of intimation from flipkart, i called flipkart and asked what is happening so customer care person told me courier person has to pick it up, we dont know why he is not picking it up, if its not picked up today dont worry reattempt will be dont tomorrow and they will pick it tomorrow, again i called filpkart spoke for 30 min and now the representative said we are sorry there was a confusion from our end we are sorry for it and he took a new return request, and very next day that is today 29/9/2015 i got a sms saying the product will be picked up today and i got the courier person's phone number, so i called him and asked are you picking the product today so he said no from hub they told us not to pick the product, and he is not answering to any of my query he is just asking me to call the hub, again i called the hub and the hub person started saying we cant pick it up its put on hold untill we receive an intimation we cant pick it, i told him flipkart is telling me delivery person has to pick it up and they cant refuse it, so this unprofessional, uncivilized, person is saying ask the flipkart to send me an email saying this, why in the hell flipkart will send him an email when the retun request is approved, i feel like ekart manipal hub is frauds, flipkart is telling me ekart has to pick the product but manipal hub is refusing and asking me to tell flipkart to send email, i want them to pick the product and refund my money

Flipkart Customer Care's response Tried calling the customer but unable to reach as there were no response so sent a mail to the customer asking for the convenient time.
