I have purchased one mobile (samsung galaxy e7; order id:
OD[protected] in august 2015, and while purchasing the product, had
selected the 12 months EMI option. I purchased this product just because
the EMI option was available.
In last month i have paid my 1st EMI, according to the calculation of emi
i should get a bill of 1500 rs., instead of this i am getting the bill of
rest of amount (15, 500 rs approx).
I called flipkart people 4 times to check the issue.
Flipkart people are saying that the problem is from hdfc.
Got the Emai from from HDFC bank saying the EMI has been cancelled from Flipkart, now the Flipkart People are not reverting on the mail since last two days.

Flipkart Customer Care's response Spoke with the customer as he is saying that he had made the payment through emi but Flipkart had cancelled the EMI payment as bank had confirmed. So informed to customer that we will escalate the issue to the relevant stake holders kindly give some time we will update you on this regard.
