I have register complaint through phone and as well as mail on 20-sep- 2015 i got mail will resolve within 4 oct first mail. in next mail i got its extended date till oct 7 10.00 AM. there is no proper response in called again to flipkart executives they told will till end of day. again i have called on oct 8 again they ask to wait end of day. background team is working. they delivery the product quickly but, any problem there is no proper response from flipkart. i have clear said NOKIA 130 service center is not accept the warranty its a replace the mobile from nokia. they told clearly brought through shop they itself it for on behalf by sending the product back to NOKIA and replace give. they clear told all one INDIA this model NOKIA is replacing but flipkart and WS retail not doing replacement or no repsonse from the them. they always to go to service center no service is accepting this model. they told its an instruction from NOKIA sent to shop replace through shops online. But in Online they not willing to replace even its NOKIA company replace the model. But Flipkart ask to go for service only response from them.

    Hi Flipkart, Can you please explain me why you people are fooling the customer? I had ordered a flip cover for my samsung galaxy edge a transparent(clear view) flip cover, but youll have delivered me a leather cover which is totally different and it is of cheap quality. Please deliver me the one i had ordered or else i have to go to consumer forum. I have already requested for return. Return id is : 31379404 Order no. : your order OD[protected] Please provide me the cover which i had ordered. Plz find the attache pic fr ur reference which shows the difference of wt i had ordered n wt ull have delivered. Waiting fr ur rep soon, or else ill have to take a step against flipkart.       I have ordered swipe elite from speedy gizmos through flipkart..I am not satisfied with the specifications as they are not matching the told ones. I generated the return request and they disapproved the request. As they are just here to make fool people and doing fraud business. They are not even checking their given product and directly rejecting the request.
      I Purchased Motorola 2nd Gen Mobile through flipkart on 10th Feb 2015...now i hv problem wid charging. was replace the charger from the B2X store from Pune narayan peth area but after replacement of charger mobile not charging..yesterday i gone to the service centre but they said that ur mobile is physically damaged *not by me* n now i[censored] want to change ur charger pin u want to pay 80% of mobile purchase..My Mobile is in warrenty then why i pay the charges ?

        I have order one casual shirts sep30 but i didn't delivery yet now but when should i track it shows order already delivered . The delivery date shows October3 .i already call customer care so many times they guys are giving excuses ... not taking any action further

          Hello, I had placed the order for an Apple iPhone from Flipkart(Seller name: CoolBuy) after much apprehension due to already existing complaints. The order was placed on Oct 3rd and was promised to be delivered by Oct 7. However, I did not receive the product in time. When I called up the customer executive, he only raised a complaint saying that I'll get a solution by Oct 10, but he couldn't assure me the delivery of the product. I was very much disappointed by their inability to live up to their promise. When I dug in deeper, I found out that the courier service(Ekart Logistic) has had not so pleasant reviews in the past. I am now concerned if I am gonna get my product at all! PFA the screenshot of the order status. What bewilders me the most is that the delivery address is just 500 meters away from the last known location status. I wonder what on earth is causing the delay!

            I got flipkart first subscription in July, 2015. But somehow they merged my two accounts but still it was showing that I purchased flipkart first but from last month this is not working. Recently i placed some orders and have to pay delivery charges for my three orders and when i send the customer care mail regarding this they said me that it will be solved by 5, oct but on 5th received mail that it will be resolved by 7 oct. I replied them that it is not right but they didn't reply any thing. Today is 7 but still I didn't got any thing from flipkart. Oh well one mail I received which tells me that they would have been refunded me 270 for delivery charges if I would have received the product. Bravo flipkart thinking that i knew your plan. But still I have received 3 product by paying delivery charges and plus I am not able to take advantage of a premium customer, so you can pay me for that and also I the one thing I always liked about flipkart was customer care but now it is the one that I hate most.

              I have purchased one mobile (samsung galaxy e7; order id: OD[protected] in august 2015, and while purchasing the product, had selected the 12 months EMI option. I purchased this product just because the EMI option was available. In last month i have paid my 1st EMI, according to the calculation of emi i should get a bill of 1500 rs., instead of this i am getting the bill of rest of amount (15, 500 rs approx). I called flipkart people 4 times to check the issue. Flipkart people are saying that the problem is from hdfc. Got the Emai from from HDFC bank saying the EMI has been cancelled from Flipkart, now the Flipkart People are not reverting on the mail since last two days.

              Spoke with the customer as he is saying that he had made the payment through emi but Flipkart had cancelled the EMI payment as bank had confirmed.                 Flipkart ebook library not work from 25th Sep, 2015.. i am continuosly asking flipkart to solve this issue and it give me a date but that date it not solved then i am send another mail but until today flipkart ebook library not load...only shows offline books. in flipkart mail flipkart says "make patience" how i make patience if flipkart not solve this issue.

                  We are using a seller portal of flipkart We have delivered 1 pc of Dress Material as per order received from flipkart and the order id is OD[protected].Ordered customer has return piece and we have received a different piece from customer.As per several conversation with customer care of flipkart They only reply that seller portal will be updated in 24chours

                    I ordered(OD[protected] Moto G Mobile on 25th September. This product was delivered to wrong address and that too without confirming identity or without calling me. I have called several times to flipkart regarding this and they are just extending dates telling will provide resolution.

                      While searching for iphone 5s 16gb, price stated ₹29499 and when I selected it for buy now option price got increased to ₹38490. This was really strange to see how such a big company is cheating people with price. I really want this issue to be taken to high level for consumer sake. .                         Bought an Oppo phone. Under warranty, the Customer service center issued me a DOA. Have an email from Flipkart that we will give you refund once I send them the DOA. It has been more than 4 days that I have sent them the DOA however Flipkart has not responded. This is a very sad state of affairs.

                          I request everybody to not to purchase any mobile from the FLIPKART or W.S.Retail Services Pvt Limted. I purchased Canvas Xpress2 wide order No OD[protected]. One the first day I found that Battery is draining too fast. I requested them to replace my mobile phone but they replied that Seller has not approved my request as it does not come under their return policy and asked me to reset my mobile and recharge for 8 hours after discharging it full. I did same but still no improvement in battery. My hard earned money has been wasted on purchasing this mobile from FLIPKART

                            I called Flipkart Toll-free no. more then five times to get email Invoice for the OD[protected]... every time they system down call again after 2 hours and also I tried get proper response via email... for that too i didnt get any paroper response... just got a system generated email... Also I logged in to my flipkart Accnt to get invoice... in flipkart page it says email voice sent to ur email id ... i havent received any invoice...                               I have ordered Asus zenfone 2 laser and order id was OD[protected] and paid money as COD option in hard cash. then had hardware prob in phone and returned it .they returned amount 9999 rs. for the product in flipkart wallet and again i have ordered one more phone K3 note . I was tried to use that wallet amt but no option was there so i have ordered it COD.after that my wallet amt showing 0 rs. In between i have requested to transfer my money to my bank ac. and more then 10 times i have given my bank details . whenever i m calling they are telling technical issue please call after one hour or call tomorrow. and they send some mail also that 3rd oct your issue will resolved, but still not.they are not able to tell any solution.where my money went.

                                Sir It is intimated that I have purchased Moto-E vide order ID No.OD[protected] dated 7/6/2014 the IMEI Sl No.[protected]. The phone has been switched off on 5/10/2015 automatically and on contacting service centre at Lajpat Nagar New Delhi, it was intimated that motherboard is faulty.                                   R/sir, i had returned a malfunctioned dell laptop battery to flipkart whose order id is OD[protected]. i returned that product on 20 sep 2015 as it is worse product and one of their employee told me one phone that amount will be refunded in your account on 28 sep 2015 but on today 06 oct 2015 there is no sign of refunded amount and when i call them they use to say that our server is not working please call after 1 hour... sir please solve my matter as soon as possible thanxxx [protected]

                                      I have ordered Tata Swach Water Purifier from Flipkart on 29th September 2015 which was delivered to my address on 1st October 2015 under the order id : OD[protected]. The installation of the above appliance shall be done within 3-4 days is what was mentioned in the website at the time of placing the order. But after 6 days, much to my surprise, they havent sent any personnel for the installation of the water purifier, even though I registered a complaint with their customer care and following up since the 1st of October. Every time any customer care executive says that their system is not updated with the information and would neglect my call to call after 1-2 hrs. As a customer even today I am buying water from bottles outside for drinking and this type of service is not expected from flipkart.com

                                        They refused to replace the phone (heating issue, hanging problem)which was under the 30 day replacement warranty saying that the policy has lapsed.Later they called my that my amount will b refunded if I will bring the job sheet from the service centre stating the issues which I am facing. If the job sheet is made phone will go to repair.
