I have ordered for a Maharaja Whiteline Nano (MX-147) 500 W Mixer Grinder with the Order no.OD[protected] from flipkart shopping site on 14 oct 2015..The shipment was sent through: Ekart Logistics Shipment Tracking ID: FMPC[protected]...The product was out for delivery on 17 oct 2015..but the item do not reached me because o[censored]nknown reason...and the order was cancelled and returned back without contacting me on 20 oct 2015..i have contacted the costumer care many times during this period and they were reluctant to give me details about the courier service...neither the shopping site and nor the courier service try to contact me on my working cell number...

Spoke to customer and apologized for the inconvenience and informed him that we will not be able to re-ship the item and hence requested him to place a fresh order. Customer agreed, So closing the case.
Actually am not satisfied with that conversation...He actually try to convince me about reasons their conduct..But don't give me any valid reason behind their act..And they can not provide me the same price tag for same item...Then what is the use of that apology...As a corrective measure they should provide the specified item on same price tag...

    I purchased Tupperware Best 4 Container Lunch Box order on Wednesday, JUL 15, 2015 (OD[protected] of Rs830/- Through Flipkart seller by M/S Happy Sell 99 delivered on 22/7/15 on cash on delivery. I took the item without opening the box and left Patna where i posted in service. When i opened the box i found that the item did not match the decription of the product mentioned in Flipkart. I am a valuable regular customer of Flipkart...

I want to purchase "MRSAREE EMBROIDERED FASHION HANDLOON COTTON SAREE (PINK COLOUR)" WITH MRP1799 and the offer price 1199. whenever i login to flipkart i see that " THE PRODUCT IS UNAVAILABLE TO 621212"
    At the same time i see the same product loging through my friends account on his mobile, I see that the same product is available at 621212. Why do you show the difference to order a product ?. Then how can i continue as a customer in flipkart. Can u make me to avail the product in perambalur.

      Hi, My order (OD[protected] has been out for delivery since 2 days. Today[protected], a delivery van came at my door and asked me to take my order but after searching for a while he told me that my order was not there. When spoken with the flipkart support executives they said that there is no way they can contact their delivery partners.I have written 3 mails to their team as well but it seems they do not even read what is written as I have got the same reply that my order will be delivered before the stipulated date.There is no one to complain to as well. It has been out for delivery for two days! The field executive has come to my house without the order! The support team is clueless and very insensitive. I had paid the entire amount beforehand and I regret placing the order.I hope someone from flipkart addresses this issue via this forum. I will wait for some response and if they remain insensitive, I will take this issue to the consumer court.           Hi, I have ordered on big billion day and felt happy that i got confirmation too. And don't know suddenly got messages and mails its cancelled. Its very bad that flip kart cancelled my order almost Rs 16749/- which i purchased through my credit card. I have only one question who will pay my credit card financial charges. Really this is ridiculous and big fault from flip kart side. This is not at all fare, flip-kart is cheating customers. Below orders got cancelled without any intimation.             Flipkart is a big cheater, its executive provide wrong information to the customer due to that information customer stuck in big trouble. i placed a order of moto g 3rd generation mobile on 7-oct-15 with id number OD[protected] promise day was 16-oct-15. i placed that order on EMI and i paid First EMI to the bank 16-oct-15 with interest RS 130 but i did not get my mobile at promise day that was 16-10-15 then i called to the flip kart and asked my product, they said my product has been cancelled. they cancelled my product without any information to me and i was paying EMI with interest to the bank. now they are excuse to me that the Shipment was Detained By Regulatory Authorities of sales tax noida and courier partner has cancelled the order. when i paced the order how courier partner can cancelled my product . if flipkar cancelling my order they should refund my money with interest which i have given to the bank as interest or other solution is they reorder my product and deliver to me as soon as possible. this whole scenario should come to social media platform so that no other person got stuck such type of cheating by the flip kart.

                I purchased two products from flipkart of Rs 13998, I did online transaction with SBI Card on which 10% cashback scheme. According the 10 % of 13998, I should have got 1400 Rs, but they gave me only 730 Rs, I logged a case to flipkart, they are saying that I can avail only 1450 per card, as I already availed Rs 1020 in earlier shopping with same card. My concern is that Your system showed me complete 1400 rs Discount ie 10% of 13998 at the time of transaction. It was showing me the cost Rs 12598 of so I proceed with the order. OD[protected] If your system would have shown me correct message "You will get only 730 Rs discount due to max 1450 rs policy per card" then I would have not proceed with the transaction, Or I could have changed my order with in Rs 730 Discount Or I could have used another SBI Card.                 Spoke to customer, inform about the cashback as per the payment has mentioned in the previous mail as "order, OD[protected] with the reference number, IN[protected]. However, we would like to inform you that an instant discount of Rs.730/- has already been applied to your order during the time of purchase, also for the order OD[protected] and OD[protected] an instant discount of Rs.1020/- each is applied and hence the total instant discount of Rs.1750/- as per the terms and conditions is already availed. So, the total amount for your order is inclusive of the instant discount eligible for this purchase. Customer states he is not satisfy with the resolution, so he has going to take a legal action and disconnect the call.

                    I have ordered few items from Flipkart in 2 different Order Ids and 2 different transactions. 1. OD[protected] mobiles and 2 memory cards) 2. OD[protected] mobile in exchange offer) But at the time of delivery, 2 orders got merged and delivery person unable to delivery the product as one of the order(OD[protected] got cancelled. This is not my fault as because I have ordered separately to avoid exactly this situation. But now both of my order got cancelled. Flipkart is blaming the Seller(WS Retail: trusted seller of Flipkart) as they have packed 2 different order in the same courier pack.But after some discussions now they are blaming me that I should not oder 2 different orders from the same Seller for same delivery address. So I told them to mention this policy in their Terms&Conditions section. The executive persons are very rude and told me that they can't do anything. But in a different call, one of the senior person told me Sorry and told also they will escalate the things and I will get the delivery within 24 hours. But at midnight(12:35 AM) I got the sms that order got cancelled and refund initiated. Now they are saying different reasons for the order cancellation. I am fade up with this kind of behaviour from Flipkart. How can they cancelled a different order without my consent.

                      Hi, I ordered a necklace set from flipkart 2 weeks before and flipkart has cancelled my order giving me an explaination that they routed it to a different city wherein I have entered the right address.It is really upsetting for me when my wedding is around the corner and after 2 weeks I get to know that the order is cancelled.This jewellery I was suppose to wear with my wedding dress.This makes me feel that I made a wrong choice of going with Flipkart wherein they don't understand their customers and their needs.                             I booked a Lenovo K3 note on 15 th october and the order was successfully placed. For 3-4 days the order tracking was showing what appeared to be the location of product. But on the day It said it reached the nearest hub near my location, it showed "Out of delivery area (Pincode-Address mismatch)".I had been waiting for this phone pretty seriously as I have no other. I can't call home and I'm desperate. When I contact flipkart they reply like its usual and all i need to do is order again. I don't even know when they will credit the amount.I bought this phone at a discount price.Now I'm in deep trouble.@flipkart your customer service is full of. Learn from other sites like Amazon.

                              I NAITIK GANDHI [protected] ([protected]@gmail.com) had ordered moto g3 (oreder no. OD[protected] on thu oct 15 6:57pm and ordered moto x play (oredr no. OD[protected] on thu oct 15 at 7:21pm . I wanted to cancel moto g3but it could'nt cancel so i thought to reject it at time of dilevery, but on 19 oct when i received the order the bill was common for both and i couldnt cancel the order for moto g3 . so i requested the person tot come next day . i called flipkart from 3 nos i spoke to yogesh, vikram, akask and 1 lady and 2 men but i couldnt get a positive response
                              i had a talk with yogesh for 15min at around 10:;50pm but he hung up the phone and canceled both my order
                              even akash and vikram just kept my phone aside
                              vikram told me to order motox play once again, but i ordered during sale which was for 16999 and now it is for 18499
                              who will pay me 1500??????????????????????

                              i want my moto x play order to be dilivered as soon as possible at 16999

                                Hi,

                                This is regarding a complaint against cancellation of all my order automatically by flipkart

                                I placed 3 different order on 15th October 2015.Following are the details
                                1)Order ID - OD[protected]
                                Product - Lenovo K3 Note

                                2)OD[protected]
                                Mi 4

                                3)OD[protected]
                                Moto G (2nd Generation)

                                The 1st product (Lenovo K3 Note)was fully paid and other 2 were Cash on delivery.

                                I cancelled one of the product i.e Moto G 2nd gen and all my other 2 products are cancelled automatically without notifying me .I called the customer care immediately and that time they told that, they are uncancelled the other 2 products.To confirm the matter i asked them to send me a email. Also the customer representative told me that he is going to send a email .After 30 mins, I checked the status of products and the statues were still Cancelled.
                                Also i checked the email and i didn't get any mail regarding this.

                                Finally, i sent a mail to [protected]@flipkart.com.to look into the matter and and to process my product.I request them to process at least my 1st order which amount was fully paid.But like coping and pasting the text they sent a big mail without helping me.

                                I called the customer care representative after 1 hr and try to convince them that, this was a fault from their side.They agree on that and told that their web site server is not working so they are not able to process my request.Again i called the customer representative and now they told my products are cancelled because I cancelled one of them.

                                Please let me know what kind of logic you have implemented here, that if someone cancelled one product with different order ids, different payment method and with different time, then automatically you cancelled all the products without caring about to the customer.

However, customer requested to cancelled the moto G (3rd Generation) but by mistake they cancelled moto X play due to same tracking id, but order id was different for both the order . However, customer wanted to speak with the senior, hence call transferred to Gayathri.

                                Flipkart customer care representative are only know one word ...i.e "I am Sorry".
                                They are neither responding to my emails not providing me on any solution for that.

                                After a long try, finally they sent a mail that, I have to freshly order the same product and they will adjust the amount(discounted amount for my new order i.e Rs 8279/- instead of Rs 9999/-) .

                                  Dear Sir/Madam, Here I would like to draw your attention that I Had ordered a Red Colour Ladies suit from Flipkart on 13.10.15. But when the parcel checked, I found the product material is Quite Cheap Quality and different colour than the colour I had ordered. Apart from it no Dupatta material received.! Hence the Product I received is not useful for us. so You are requested to either Exchange the product and provide the the correct one or cancel and refund the amount.                                     I've order a product from flipkart on 15th Oct 2015. However, today 19th Oct 2015 i got a text message stating that ' Your shipment from flipkart with ID S[protected] was attempted today for delivery. We were unable to deliver to you'. I call customer care stating that i didn't even got a call from the delivery guy. The lady (Rosy Customer id 5700) told me that calling customer is not mandatory for delivery. I was like what??? she said it's the policy of the company (flipkart) not to call customer before delivery. I have bought many product from flipkart however this is the weirdest thing i've ever come across. Please update your website so that we as customers will be aware of what's happening.                                       Dear sir or madam.. my name is reshmi from delhi-110086. i m post graduate from delhi university.(mob.[protected]) mene 9 feb 2015 ko ek silai machine flipcart se online order ki. machine mene apni mother k nam pe order ki (ANARA DEVI)after 7 days mujhe mere ghr pe receive hui. id:OD[protected]product id) lekin 15 16 dino bad hi wo chalni band ho gai.fir mene online online complaint nmbr dhunda.mene kafi sarre calls bhi kie but sirf mujhe new number reffer kia ja raha tha jisse me kafi confuse ho gai thi kabhi kisi se bat krti thi to kabhi kisi se but after one month mujhe on call in march me ek nmbr diya gaya wo tha [protected] Mr.Vivek (mumbai) mene just unhe call kia unhone meri problm suni or kaha me abhi bsy hu apko call back krta hu. unhone nahi kia mene 1 week tak wait kia. then mene fir call kia nmber bsy many times and no reply. kuchh dino bad mene fir nmber try kia to mujhse kaha k me abhi kafi bsy chal raha hu bad me call krna in june me unhone thik se rply kia or kaha k apna product id or name sms karo. mene kia. after some day mene fir call kia to unhone kaha k ap mujhe mumbai address pe apni machine post kr do me replace kr dunga. mene request ki k me middle class fmly se belong krti hu courier charge 250 rs. nahi pay kr paungi. then unhone kaha k "HMARA DIMAG KHARAB HE KYA ?JO TUMHARI 1000 RS KE PRODUCT K LIE HM APKE GHR PE LENE AAENGE OR SAHI KRKE WAPIS DENGE." ager replace karani he apko khud machine hamare product center bhejni padegi. fir mene kisi tarah courier company search ki or 3 august 2015 ko 250 charge pe wo machine 116/117 kashiram jamnadas bldg no 5, p d mello road, mumbai-400001 VAT/TIN NO.[protected]C add. per bheji. courier detail---"AGC Akash ganga" courier nmbr 91323177 after 10 days mene confirm karne ke lie call kia ke "have you got it" he replied that i will check and call you back. but 10 dino tak bhi unhone koi reply nahi dia mere bar bar call kerne pe bhi wo bsy kahke call kaat dete. then last time bole k bar bar call krke dimag mat kharab karo hame or bhi bohot kam he apki tarah faltu time nahi. but ek lady customer se ese bat krne per mujhe bura to laga but mene bohot hi politely bat ki or batya ki mujhe sewing machine ki bohot need h app plz replace krke bhej dijie. but ab tak mr. VIVEK(mumbai) mujhse bs kabhi order nmbr bar bar mangte h ya fir ye puchhne lagte he k "APNE KIS COMPNY SE ONLINE YE MACHINE ORDER KI THI" i sent him all details many times on text and on watsup. i have proof.
