I ordered 2 set of Shahnaz Husain Diamond Skin Revival Kit under order no. OD[protected] from FLIPKART on[protected]. Item receiver on[protected]. After opening we found that there is only one Kit and same same was informed to FLIPKART customer service. For surity and confirmation, picture of product size, product packaging size etc was also forwarded to FLIPKART, as product package was just sufficient to store one Item only. I got positive response from them and they told to deliver second Kit also. After their response, when I remove transparent wrapper from Kit box and remove the all four creams, found that these are Duplicate items. This was confirmed when we compare the product packaging, sticker and other with original product which we were already using (Image attached). Differences were 1: Picture of Shanaz hussen on original product and that on FLIPKART supplied product. 2: Sticker on both. 3: On bottom of original product, product packaging date, expiry date etc was mentioned, there was no such mentioned on FLIPKART supplied product. I again contacted to FLIPKART with these details and they assure me, they will resolve the issue within 48 hrs. When I did not get and response from them, I again contacted FLIPKART through mail on[protected]. On[protected], I got a mail stating your replacement order is cancelled, and since you have returned a lot of items, you will be no longer able to either place any order or return product.When I check the status of order it shows cancelled. I contacted FLIPKART customer care executive and Mr. Dilip respond [protected]@12:58 on[protected]. As per him since I am unnecessary returning product “they will neither return product nor return money”., and I will have only one duplicate kit. When i insist him that delivered product is duplicate, that AUDACIOUS fellow argued that how you know this is duplicate product.I told him since this is a cosmetic product, we can not use than as this may produce allergic reaction etc., he was continuously arguing “we only sell duplicate product, and picture is not proper, sticker is not proper, no mfg expiry date mentioned, it does not means it is duplicate”. I told him I can not go for lab test of product, since we are using the same for so many years we can differentiate between original and duplicate product just by seeing. I am having doubt weather he was working for FLIPKART or some other rival site, as after his arrogant and audacious behavior neither me nor any of my friends going to purchase from FLIPKART. In this time when other companies are focusing on good customer relation, this is very cheap response from FLIPKART. After doing illegal act by delivering duplicate product, their response was like “Hum to yahi karege, jo karna hai wo kar lo”
As per customer care man Mr. Dilip either I should use the product or get lab test report for them to proof it is duplicate.How can they be so arrogant after wrongdoing.
FLIPKART's seller DEALSASTA (For same above mentioned item) is selling duplicate product and FLIPKART'Sseller review page is full of review against DEALSASTA. Inspite of that they are taking no action against such seller, it shows that FLIPKART is well aware of these fraud sellers.Still why they are neither returning my money for one missing product nor returning other product.
If you people show same pathetic behavior than downfall is not ahead FLIPKART.

    I ordered Asus Zenfone-2 with order id OD[protected] during the big billion day sales. I also opted for the xchange of the old phone which was purchased year back from the flipkard order id Moto G (2nd Gen) - OD[protected].
    Order get delevered to the final hub and went back without any information. I wonder when i saw update saying your order is return due to invalid address.
    Old phone was shipped to same address and even the website shows that address falls under their delevery limits.
    Main points to observer here are
    1) They did not delever the product to the same address on which they provided service last year.
    2) If it was an invalid address they did not even made an attempt to call me.
    3) They sent back the product without my notice.
    4) Customer care is playing fool on this issue without proper response.
    Poor customer service, they have some problem in their online software it seems.

      I had ordered Xiaomi Mi4i smartphone (White 16GB) through Flipkart on 15th Oct 2015 (Order No. OD[protected] . I got a message that phone will be delivered on 26th Oct 2015. I was not in a hurry, so decided to go for standard delivery option only. I got three offers: 1) Flat 3000/- discount 2) Exchange Price of my old smartphone (1500/-) 3) 10% discount on credit card payment Final amount came to 7694/- I kept on checking the status regularly, on 21st I saw it delivered to New Delhi Hub. I was happy that the product will be delivered to my place soon. As I was expecting the delivery anytime, I kept the phone for exchange at my home. On 23rd Oct, I got a call from my family member that the delivery executive was at my place. There was a problem. I had a word with executive, the IMEI number of phone to be exchange did not match with the number he was carrying. I immediately, checked my order on flipkart website. Yes the numbers did not match. The number mentioned on flipkart was [protected] which was wrong. Hence, the delivery executive left my place. I cross checked the numbers. I remember it very clearly that the IMEI number was entered correctly by me. IMEI number is a 15 digit unique number to identify a mobile phone. IMEI number shown in flipkart website is 14 digit with one last digit changed from 2 to 3. Flipkart website does not accept a 14 digit number in first case. I called up the customer service, but to my despair they put all the blame on me stating I entered a wrong number & system cannot be wrong. I requested to crosscheck if the problem was from software end but their reply left me disappointed. On my insistence, my call was transferred to Supervisor. He gave me an assurance that the case will be re-opened & there will be some positive action in next 24 hours. I took this assurance & waited. In few hours, I got an sms from flipkart stating that my order is marked customer rejected. I immediately called up the customer service number stating that the order was not rejected from my end & stated the facts. I was asked to place another order without any discounts, which was very disturbing. I bought books from Flipkart when flipkart was only a online bookstore & carry a regard for this company. But with latest incident that image is tarnished. I work in a bank & see numbers getting changed/ misplaced but have never seen this approach where a customer is not heard at all & he is asked to pay full amount & enter a new order. This is sheer UN-professionalism & harassment of the customer.

              I made some orders on flipkart dated 15/10/2015 for a lenovo 6000 plus Mobile with exchange and festive offers and payment made thru my credit card. Orders got cancelled by flipkart without consulting me, even flipkart courier partnernever call me regarding order, i several time requested for reinstated my order in same offer but flipkart people not agry.               Tried calling customer, RNR, we will do the follow up on the same.
              I ordered Lenovo P1m for Rs 7999. on 18th Nov 2015 and the delivery was expected on 23rd Nov 2015. On the day of delivery they cancelled my order without my consent. And when i reported the problem they asked me 1 week to refund my money. Flipkart customer care is really responding well, but day by day im losing the trust in them
              I want to contact it's retailer (WS retail, Bangalore) but i searched for their contact id and phone no. All over the internet, but i didn't get any results. I'm now doubtful of the retailer and Flipkart. I'm totally disappointed with the service as it was my first purchase from flipkart.
              I want money to get refunded asap.
              I also want to sue the retailer for cancelling my order without my consent.

                On 15th October, 2015, I've booked a Moto X Play, android smartphone from Flipkart application. Afterwards, when I checked my orders on Flipkart app, I found that 2 orders have been placed, although I've booked for only one. Naturally, I cancelled one order from Flipkart app, which automatically cancelled the other order too, much to my dismay. Then, I booked again one Moto X Play using Flipkart app, which again resulted in 2 orders in my order-book. I did nothing this time, as it was on C.O.D, I thought I'll just accept one order and reject the other. Last night I went to check the status of the orders on Flipkart website and found that both have been shipped with the SAME tracking number. This time, I decided that the ordering issue was probably a software problem of Flipkart app. Hence, if I cancel one order from Flipkart website, all will be ok. I did just that, cancelled one order on 23rd October, 2015, which again automatically cancelled the other order also. I have called flipkart customer care regarding this issue, but they refused to resolve it saying that I have actually ordered 2 products instead of one, and that I have requested cancellation for both the products instead of one. They even said that because the orders were being shipped under the same tracking id cancelling one order automatically cancelled the other order, while I did not even placed the duplicate order. I demand a proper explanation of this from Flipkart and compensation for the time and anxiety it caused me to experience.                 Spoke to customer (Chaya), he has states that ordered for 1 quantity of Moto X play (16 GB) but it is automatically generate in to 2 quantity of the product and he has tried to cancel one product but both the above mentioned product was shipped under a single tracking ID and both the order got cancelled. He has placed a new order on October 24, 2015 (Moto X play (32GB)) its in - On hold state. Inform the customer to place a fresh order for Moto X play (16 GB) mobile we will provide you the price difference amount to his Flipkart wallet account.
                Flipkart is an e-commerce retailer, they should take due care & give some space to customers to explain there case as IT has its limitations & there can be errors/ system issues. Putting blame on customers, does not help.

                  My order id is:OD[protected] Name:Sriniwas Potale Email:[protected]@gmail.com On 15th of sept there was an offer on purchase of moto x play along with 9 offers. The offer was 100% cashback for 100 customers buying moto x play between 15th and 20 th of September. For this customer has to share moto x play on ping with his/her friends. I bought moto x play on 15th September and shared it continuously with my friends (3 to 4 friends) and because of which one of tge friend bought moto x play later. On 23rd October the result was e mailed to me by flipkart.com having names of 100 winners. But in the list of 100 winners, some names like Rahul Mahawar was repeated twice and winner no.s 39 to 47, 49, 50, 52 to 57 were missing. There were total 83 names( out of which some were repetition). I was expecting my name in the list because I'm a regular customer of flipkart. But this is a fraud. I Emailed my issue to flipkart thrice but they keep on saying your issue will be solved by 26 th October. I doubt that the whole list is fake.

                      Hi, i ordered 3 products 2 were from [protected] by name deepshikha sharma htc desire 626g+ and carlton london boots carlton london boots -ordered on 7th oct expected date was 19th oct, on 17th oct i got the message that before 7pm it will get delivered to me but your useless lier courier service didnt delivered to me and the same thing happened with me on 21st then on 23rd, on 23rd i got the message that it will be reattempted for the last time and will get automatically cancelled if not delivered. htc 626g+ was also out of delivery but same thing happened it was not delivered my another order by number [protected] rajashtani floral worth 1150 i put a replacement because colour which i ordered was brown and which i got was white its more than a month i have put a mail and with that also same thing happened that i will get my products but not one come to exchange it and automatically after 3 deliveries my request got cancelled well i must say flip kart is the worst site and having worst courier service i have ever seen, totally misguiding people, its a fraud company

                          I had ordered a bag from flipkart and then after a long delay I had called the flipkart services where they informed me that I have to cancel the order since the product seller has cancelled it from their end. To know this update I had to call to the customer service but was not proactively informed by them. The next thing comes when I canceled the order.The amount was refunded to the flipkart wallet and now I can order for only those things which has been ordered by WS seller. I dont understand Why I have to suffer for the mistakes done from flipkart end.I am trying to buy things but not able to cause the product is not sold by WS retailer. But what should I do for that. Where do I wnt to search these things. This is ridiculous. i want you to look into this issue and resolve it for me. Thanks, George

                            I made a order with order no ID[protected], which is Lenovo K3 Note amounting to Rs 9039. The delivery date mentioned was 23rd Oct 15 at the time of order.

                            But till date it is not yet delivered. I was waiting for my orders delivery.

                            Please deliver the above said order asap, or else please let me know so that I can look forward for any alternate.

                              I am really disappointed with flipkart the service is pathetic I ordered
                              ASUS ZenFone 2 on 11 Oct 2015 and phone is facing battery issues its
                              draining very fast I raised the complaint on 19 regarding the issue and
                              since then I have received calls regarding troubelshooting but my problem
                              is still not resolved till date today I received a call from an name
                              Mr.nasir who does not have any sense of talking to a customer I don't know
                              who made him the technical support personal. That joker has mailed me that
                              my problem has been solved can someone from flipkart send their personal to
                              check my mobile phone cause with my moderate usage its giving me battery
                              backup of 2 hrs and in heavy usage its even worst
                              I request flipkart to look into this matter and give me a proper solution

I was supposed to get the delivery as on 22/10/15, however they unable to dispatch the same, and I received message stating that, we couldn't complete today's delivery of moto G3, we will call you shortly to provide further assistance. however on the same night I again received message stating that " your cancellation request for flipkar.com order OD[protected] has been initiated where as I have not initiated cancellation request. I have immediately contacted back to customer care to know the issue, as per executive, the order has been cancelled due to so many reasons and he is unable to tell me, asked to raise fresh request for the same.

                                    Please look into this.

                                    Spoke to customer and informed him that because o[censored]nsuccessful delivery attempt the product was cancelled and also informed him to place a fresh order and get back to us so we can reimburse the promotional discount amount towards his Flipkart wallet. Customer agreed for the same. Hence closing the case.

                                      I have ordered one Lenovo K3 note during big billion sale which got delivered after one week. Used it for a day and found that the call quality was worst and my wifi was not working. Called customer care and they were telling stories. They rejected my request for replacement. I don't want this K3 note now and can't even trust these stupid big billion sales anymore. They have parceled a faulted product and now they are saying they can neither return it nor replace it.                                         Hi Team,

                                        I have already raised a complaint against one of my order of Mi4i phone and complaint number is IN[protected].

                                        Flipkart told me they will try their best to deliver it by EOD Thursday. But still i didn't get it.

                                        The delivery guy came to my home on Wednesday and after checking phone he told he will come in 10 minutes didn't not come back. i called him many times initially he pickup my call then disconnected and then he is not at all picking up. I have already done the payment.

                                        I just want to know is this the way Flip kart treat their customers.

                                        I need the resolution any how by tomorrow or else i will logged a complaint against Flipkart and put all the reviews on social sites and ask my friends to do the so.

                                        Please get this done soon. I know this is what happened when you do the payment in advance.
