One quantity is missing

i order Asian Shoes B13 Walking Shoes 2 quanty on 31st july. but he send only one quantity, this is my od no :OD[protected]. i paid rupees for 2 quantity through cash on delivery also. (499+499) =998 . i inform to customer care more then 100 times, he said your missing quantity will be delivered on august 18 . Not getting refund of my product

Order no - OD[protected]. I received a faulty Lenovo K3 note on 22nd July 2015. After troubleshooting with technical team, I returned the product on 26th July and the product reached Flipkart.warehouse on 2nd August (Blue-dart bill number [protected]). I was also asked to send the scanned courier receipt which I did multiple time as per the request from them. I was promised that I will receive the new mobile on or before 8th August....

Pathetic service from flipkart
