      We have brought to your notice that our shop name has been shown by you as
      one of your sellers of mobile phones whereas we have no knowledge of any such registration with you . we have never been an online sellers and we do not want to be any online seller of any mobile phones with you or with any body else dealing in any kind of mobile phones.

      It appears u or any one on your behalf is selling the products in our name and seems to be doing fraud which may involve fraud deals as well as evading Govt of Delhi / India taxes.

      This is a clear case of cheating and fraud for which an FIR is also being lodged by us

      You are requested to take an immediate action in this matter by first removing my name from the list of your online sellers and also investigate the case how this kind of fraud is being operated at your end

      Kindly tell what has been sold by this registered name, from where has it been dispatched and when and how the payment for the same been made by your end.

      An urgent action in the matter will save both o[censored]s from further embarrassment.Thanks

              I ordered a wireless keyboard only 1 quantity but they shipped 2 quantities and my friend has paid for both during my absensce. When I complained about this to flipkart, they said they'll take back 1 keyboard and refund the money for that. They also collected my bank details too. But its been 2 months they are not responding at all. I called them 4 times and they said they will contact me within 24hrs. Everytime they said the same thing when I called them. They never bothered to respond. Very waste customer service and return policy. Amazon is the best. Snapdeal too is better than Flipkart. Cheaters!!!

                On 3 May 2015 i have purchased one television from Flipkart site: Order Number OD[protected]

                It was mentioned there that it is a smart television (smart tv section) and also in the product description and also on the site of the company it is mentioned that that it comes with applications such as Twitter, Youtube, facebook etc

                My concern is flipkart is misleading its consumers by comparing the product with other well established brands and making them use there hard earn money on these VU products which are not worth buying as the applications which are mentioned for smart tv like official Youtube is not working on the television.

                It did worked initially when i purchased the product i.e., for 40 days around. After that i am following up the VU support team but no solution is being provided for it.

                Therefore i want to raise this complaint, and return the product, get my full money back and also flipkart should not compare these new brands with other well established brands as they latter one are taking good care of consumers and are not cheating with them
                not so reliable brands are being promoted by Flipkart and sold to consumers. After that its just a wash from flipkart side "we cant do any thing"
                I agree at the point which is being mentioned here.

                Without a doubt some of the not so reliable companies with almost low quality products are being sold online by giants like Flipkart etc. They actually promote it and create a phishing trap for customers to get in.

                Phishing activity is what i can think of is going on, for 30 days the products will work fine but after 30 days problem starts and the companies wont be bother to return it back as its not as per there return policy. This case should be highlighted. I support the buyer.
                This is a valid case and most of the online buyers are facing similar issue. Phishing Trap i would also agree to call it.

                  My flipkart shipment with delhivery awb[protected] has been delivered today[protected].since i was in a meeting i was not able to attend the delivery person call for just only 3 min for that he is using rude words and threatening me.This was the worst experience flipkart and my mom is alone in home how can i believe these kind of delivery persons and at what quality he is been recruited.I will not leave this issue as easy sure i will rise this problem everywhere i dont know the delivery person name buthis contact no is [protected].Need reply from flipkart ASAP

                    I placed few orders in aug and september on www.flipkart.com However the orders were cancelled by flipkart team. They mentioned that the refund ll be done shortly. Around 20 emails and 50 calls done to their customer care, they have been giving dates without any solution. Some order examples are OD[protected] and OD[protected]. Since they are online, they are now working like rogues and not refund more than Rs 15000

                      I was buy a new HP laptop from flipkart by salespell retailer. It is delivered me on 30-sep-2015. When I going to HP service centre for extended my hp laptop warrenty they said me that invoice is o[censored]nauthorized dealer we can not provide any HP services for that laptop & also one yr warrenty. I submit my complaint to flipkart customers care by telephone & mail. They assuered me provide new invoice within 1- 2 days. They sent me new invoice with some modification bt retailer name not change so issue remain same. I replied on mail & submit my query by phone they assuered me we are forwarding your query to higher team your issue is resolved as soon as possible. After 1-2 days when I not get any mail or call then I call they frwrd my call to senior team they say we are looking your issue & also contacting with retailer your query is solved in same day. Last date of extended my warrenty is 5 -Oct -2015. So nxt I call him many times they give me only assurance. On 6 Oct when I applied for laptop rejecting they say we are process your request bt after 3-4 hrs I get message that retailer is not accepting your request so we not proceed your request when I call him they say we are contacting with dealer soon u get some result. Still now I am daily call & mail to flipkart bt getting no result.
                      It is fraud case on purchasing time it is not showing it is our unauthorized dealer or in that dealer u are not getting any HP services.
                      I pay to flipkart for genuine product & in hope that I get all HP services from HP store & flipkart provide me full support (invoice, damage condition etc). Bt after paying I not get any services.
                      HP also provide me a list of flipkart authorised dealers name. Bt there is no name of salespell in it.
                      Now flipkart is not responding me properly.

                      I want to solution as soon as possible. With my extended warranty & manufacturing warrenty.

                        I bought MOTO X PLAY (Order Id: OD[protected] on 20th September, from Flipkart​ and within a week it started misbehaving, it got heated itself when idle, while charging, playing game, calling someone, watching movie. And when I asked them to give a replacement for the product they asked for smart check. Their representative called and said to get another phone to do smart check. They asked to reset the phone and also asked to do the factory reset instead. And then they rejected the replacement, without knowing that the problem isn't resolved yet. I again mailed them in this regard, they again asked for the same via mail and when they called I was unable to pick the call and they gave the time 6:00pm for next call. But they didn't do so and again rejected the replacement request. We concerned MOTO Care and they said that #Flipkart have the policy to replace it within 30 days and they will do so. But still they are not doing this. Earlier also they did the same when I bought MOTO G (2nd GEN.) (Order Id: OD[protected] on from their site. There was battery issue in that set and they kept on saying that their representative will call me to resolve the problem but they didn't called and the time of 30 days got over like that only. They are ignoring my problem again in the same way.

                          I've ordered an "ASRock H 61 PRO BTC Motherboard" on 21st september 2015 and my order ID is "OD[protected]" and I've got the item delivered by 26th sep 2015. But after I've installed the item I came to know that it was a defective one. By then i've requested for a replacement and someone from flipkart called me and had a conversation regarding the problem and approved the replacement and promised the date for replacement by on or before 9th october 2015. After this i've waited patiently till yesterday (9th oct2015) and I havn't got any replacement. While I'm checking my orders page it shows that the return has been cancelled. I've tried to reach flipkart through mail but there is no response even after 24hrs hence I made a call to their customer care but they neither have a proper reason for cancelling the return nor a proper solution so I'm here now for some help..

                              HI i have order 32VU LED order#OD[protected] through flipkart on Aug 15th. They have sent me defect product and asked to raise replacement order.Still id didn't get the item.Every time CC people are taking 4 days time and unable to resolve the issue. there is no use after sending the emails to flipkart heads, [protected]@flipkart.com and [protected]@flipkart.com. i don't what these stupid guys doing this type o[censored]n ethical business and they are mainating very worst poor CC service to continue their cheating. Am requesting all the users to raise cash on delivery items and don't take the products then they will come to know the what is ethical business is. Regards Suji

As on checking we found that the replacement has been shipped so as per the customer confirmation we cancelled the replacement.

                                I had ordered an ebook on flipkart for a friend on 5th October which she wanted to read before 7th Oct. The only reason i ordered the ebook was because flipkart website said it is 'AVAILABLE INSTANTLY'. When i ordered the ebook on 5th Oct and payment as made, to my horror i was neither able to download the ebook nor view library. SO i called FP call centre immediately. I was told my issue will be resolved before 9th Oct. I didn't know 'AVAILABLE INSTANTLY' for Flipkart meant 3 days. The story just begins here. On 6th Oct i receive an email saying my issue will be resolved before 10th Oct...On 9th Oct i receive an email saying my issue will be resolved before 11th Oct and on 12th October i receive an email saying my issue will be resolved before 12th Oct.

                                Flipkart ebook FAQ says below:
                                "Can I cancel an eBook order?
                                Yes. You can cancel as long as you haven’t already downloaded the book or read through the web reader."

                                I haven't been able to download the ebook since 5th October so i am eligible for a cancellation and refund. When i spoke to Flipkart call centre the lady was not aware of this and said can't cancel after ordering the ebook. I now no longer wish to read the ebook as my friend needed it before 7th Oct. I patiently waited till today (10th October) but now i want refund ASAP.

                                  I ordered a puma ceylon II DP running shoe worth Rs 1999 on 5th August via Order no. OD[protected]. I received it on 17th Aug but due to small fit I requested for an exchange ( one size larger). I received the exchange on 27th Aug but found out that the pair consisted of both right foot. Then I called up customer care to hear that the return request will be updated n they will contact me in few days.The update showed replacement request rejected. What am I to do with a shoe pair consisting of both right foot? Now they say THE ORDER NUMBER CANNOT BE TRACKED! !

                                      My registered email id is [protected]@gmail.com Flipkart has not resolved my issue since last 2 months I registered complaint on last week of july 2015 and today is 10-oct-2015 I want to return my dell external hard disk to flipkart and they keep on saying that they have mailed to dell and dell is not responding to their mail so they cant help me. Now they are saying that they did not made any promise in written so they cant help me. Dell has denied their service to me because i am a flipkart customer check below link and search for neeraj deode in page https://www.consumeraffairs.com/computers/dell_svc.html?page=3 Flipkart and dell is not helping me So beware to all people if they are flipkart customer, I will suggest not to associate themselves with flipkart I suffered loss of more than Rs4200 and mental harassment from flipkart

                                      Complaint resolved on 15-0ct-2015 After putting complaint on Consumer Complaints forum they called me back and without any demand they took my hard disk and refund amount in my bank account. --------Statistics-------- Duration of issue was 82 days. total 5 complaint filed in written. Total 7 oral complaints filed at customer care. --------Suggestion------- (1) Don't buy any item from flipkart if they don't provide you any promise in written. It's consumer right to ask them their promise in written otherwise flipkart can deny your case at any time by simply saying you don't have anything in written. (2) Be ready to fight if you get call from flipkart support team because they try to dominate customers to end their issue by saying that they follow flipkart policy (3) Beware about brand policy which you are selecting, like Dell don't treat flipkart customers as direct customer so in my case they don't provide new hard disk to flipkart customers, repaired hard disk are provided in replacement to flipkart custormers

                                      Spoke with the customer as he is saying that he was facing problem with the hard disc so he went to the service centre and they replace the product it was working but after few days the replacement product was also not working so he went to the service centre once again and they said that as it was a online purchase so the replacement product which was provided to you it was a repaired product so customer asked why the repairing product has been given to him the service centre peoples replied to him that as it was a online purchase so we used to provide the repaired product to the customer as they are not buying the products from dell as customer is stating that why should he suffered in between dell and Flipkart. He said that it has been informed to him that a mail has been sent to the Brand they are waiting for an update to get the update from the Brand.So informed to customer that we will escalate the issue to the relevant stake holders.

                                        Purchased asus zenfone 2 laser order no. OD[protected], phone is having proximity sensor issue and got replaced, same problem is still there in replaced phone also.. i am getting struggled with this issue and every time getting call from flipkart customer care and saying to check many thing and only data is getting watsed, almost 3 GB wasted for system updates. at last they are saying phone is ok and no issue, need to visit the asus store. issue facing is simple understanding and anybody can understand i.e. display is going blank whenever call is initated and as soon as keeping to ear but not getting back once you removed from ear which supposed to get back. but smart check it is getting pass. flipkart people not ready to recheck the issue with s/w and saying not possible,

                                        by checking in net and seen with my friend, problem is there in most of the phones. simple flipkart is hiding the issue. need my money back or need to solve the issue and need penalty and my data charge.

                                        Spoke with the customer as he said to call back tomorrow as he is busy now.
                                        I have purchased Asus zenfone 2laser 550kl on 2 Nov 2015. The problem was the power button was not working and hanging all the time even closing the camera it was articles and restarted automatically.
                                        When I send the returning my product to ware hose they cannot received my phone.the courier charges also waste of my money 450/- it's not usefully at my wallet only spent on ws retail products .
                                        There is no ws product available. and they told me send again with courier charges it wll refund to my wallet that is 450+450 totally waste of my time and money.
                                        They are selling defected products with the same problems
                                        Here the cost is 9999+1000+500 courier charges and also expenses but still my phone was not replaced nd not resolved. I'd. OD[protected]

                                        So guys don't waste your time to buy defected phones with 10 to 20 days replacement time and also stupid controls.
