I made a purchase of New Honor Holly phone against exchange scheme with Samsung Samsung Galaxy S Duos S7562(Rs.2000 off) (IMEI_No:[protected]). The total purchase amount was 6999/- out of which 1950 was the exchange price and difference of 4049 was paid through CC. It's been more than a month now I have not received my refund of 1950/-

      Hi I bought a product from Flipkart.com on may 2015 for the mobile phone HTC Desire 826 Then my phone had stopped working all of a sudden and I called flipkart on there toll free number spoke to them they said that they cannot help and can just arrange a callback without even thinking for the inconvinience i was facing. They clearly said that they can arrange call back in next 24 hrs that is the best they could do. Someone called from Flipkart stating that we will ask for the collection and will refund the amount. I said that please provide a confirmation on email the same but he rudely said cannot gurantee. I asked him to send the replacement set for the same. Without thinking about my inconvinience he said that they can refund the cost of the phone but not the EMI charges and also no compensation for the inconvinience I faced. They said that they initiated the refund on 8 aug n gave a ref no. For the same but it still doesn't reflects in my bank account. I would suggest every one not to buy any thing from Flipkart as they only know how to cheat customers. My order id is OD[protected] I have been a loyal customer with them and thinking about this trust i booked the product with them but will ensure if my problem is not addressed in the right way will have to take this as high I can. I have no option but to raise the complaint in the consumer court for the same. Flipkart just knows to cheat their customers they are cheters.. Kunal bhojwani [protected]

        These flipkart guys only know how to fool people. I have added some products like winter wear clothes in my cart at the the time of adding it is available in my pincode bt aftr some time it shows seller doesnot deliver this product in your locality evrytime they do like these. When they increase the price of any product then they deliver in any locality Y the hell u guys are doing like this U guys are in e commerce business try to attract as much as customers last time in big billion day sale u guys have also done some kind of fraud U have apologized for that also mr bansal then why r u not taking serioulsy u increase the price of product 50 % and then you give 30% discount what is this???? What is your monopoly of doing business I have problems with what you guys are doing have you guys checked your complaint list its above than 4k and you guys have solved less than 2k at a rate 37%

          Respected Sir / Madam
          I had booked Microsoft Lumia 640 Cyan vide
          Order no OD[protected] on 09th September 2015
          But after 11 days my order was canceled by you on 19th September
          stating that item was not in the stock and I was told to book a fresh
          order for the same.
          On 19th September I booked it again vide order no OD[protected]
          and on 28th sept my second order was also cancelled stating that item
          is not in the stock.

          I am regularly in touch with you over e-mail and phone but in-spite of
          my many humble requests my both orders were cancelled by you. where as
          your representatives continuously assured me till morning of 28th that
          my order will be delivered on time i.e. 1st oct. but again all was
          gone in vain.

          now this time i am again booking my order vide order no
          OD[protected] dated 29th sept. 2015 on your guidance and
          request, so kindly take care of my order so that it can reach me on
          time and please please please don't repeat the past experience.

          You can see that I had already waited for a very very long time for my
          commodity, so now I humbly request you to kindly issue necessary
          instructions to the seller so that I can get my product on time

Today also configuration not done ...thanks for the great customer service ... Will you please take your stuff back and give us our valuable money. No more talks required on this subject pls.. Will go to some other respected online shop and get some reputed brand other than haier and flipkart

            It's taking too long... absolutely ridiculous .. In this case you should remove your false commitment from the website as within 48 hours service commitment.. Now u calculate how many hours you taking to process ..
            It you can't process in a day time ie itomorrow .. Pls cancel my order and return the money ..

              Order no. OD[protected] I have ordered for double bedsheet on flipkart mobile app.. but after three days my order was automatically cancelled . And also the price of that bedsheet is increased by rupees 50. And I don't know what to do with that. I want my same order for same price . And tell me the reason for this inconvinience . Thank you .

                I have ordered Gionee Marathon M4 on 27th September, my order#OD[protected]. I have received the order on 1st October. After two days o[censored]se I found that device is having hardware issue. Its getting lagged while playing video(720p or lower resolution), In-build Games(comes along with device) and getting extremely heated that unable to hold in hand while usage of just 5min of every activity even while viewing gallery pictures. I have placed a refund request on 3rd October as there were no replacement available with the seller. After raising this request today I found that my request is rejected and reason provided is "unable to contact". I didn't received any call and not been busy or having network issue though. I have raised another(2nd time) request and within 10 min I have received call from seller who has tried to convince me that this product is fine. I told him that I have been using smart phones from last 5 years or so. After sometime he disconnected the call. Suddenly I shocked to see that my refund request is again cancelled with reason that it has been sorted out between seller and buyer though I never told him the same. I have raised another return request today Need help to resolve this.

                  I was searching some shoes in puma brand...sunddenluly i look at the following picture in flipkart. And i get intrested on that product, and i could not order the product at the same value of shoe(see the pic) ..thats why i give a complain on flipkart..

                    I purchased a Moto X Play device from Flipkart and received a defective piece having display flickering issue. On complaining to Customer care, I was told to get a job sheet from Motorola. I visited a Motorola service center but they refused to give a job sheet without repairing the device. What can I do now??

                      Hi team, i have booked the above mentioned product (moto xplay) on 21st sep 2015, at that time it said product available hence i booked the phone and made the payment of 19, 999 and gave me a expected delivery of 05th oct, 2015. now when i contact them they say its out of stock so my question is at the time of making the payment why didnt they let me know it was out of stock moreover how did i get the option to book which was out of stock, i am seriosuly pissed with the service these guys are providing hence i wud like to get the resolution asap and plz if possible also give me one reason y i shud do business with them again.?? Thanks but no thanks..:(

                        I bought Lenovo A6000 Plus on the first day.And now the display is not working.I contacted the lenovo service centre for replacement they provided only service after that also some other problems.So I need replacement for the phone within this week.

However the paper plastic work done on the suit. And whenever I am sending a request for return every time the server error occurs .                             Responded but issue still not sorted out, Very poor support from Flipkart and Om computronix
                            No proper response from Flipkart, very poor support, as usual just forwarded one email and Om Computronix again denied to replace the product.

                            Zero rating for Flipkart.

                              Order number : OD[protected] I ordered a watch for my mother in flipkart. And i placed the request on 28 th of september 2015. I was promised by the customer care that i will receive the product by october 6th. And the product was in packed state for more than 6 days and i was keep writing email to the customer care about the tracking status. I was getting a same reply that i will get the order before october 6th, But today they cancelled the product saying that it is returned by courier flipkart reply **Thank you for taking your valuable time to write to us. I'm sorry to know that your order has been cancelled. Please accept our sincere apologize for the inconvenience caused to you due to this. As I see that due to some unforeseen circumstances, your consignment is being returned back to us by our courier partner. Unfortunately, I’ll be unable to reinstate your order and proceed with it due to technical constraints and your account security. I would like to inform that the refund Rs.7400/- has been initiated to your Credit Card and this will reflect in your account in 8 business days as per standard banking procedures. Kindly give the reason why this order has not been processed yet...this is the 2nd time i m facing the issue from the flipkart.                                       I purchased Asus Zenfone 2 Laser ZE550KL for Rs.9999 on 28th September, 2015 and made a payment through credit card. I had given the address of Dahisar- Mumbai. Accordingly the item was dispatched on 28th September from Bangalore Whitefield Warehouse with Delhivery Prepaid No :[protected]. On 30th September the item arrived at nearby location at Borivili which means the item should have been dispatched by 1st October. Acordingly a sms regarding out for delivery was also received on 1st October. However, later at evening an apology message was received that it is unable to deliver. So my wife on called the concerned delivery number. It was replied that there was some problem with the delivery so it would be delivered till 3rd (i.e. after 2 days even though the item was in the same city). As expected the item was not delivered on 2nd October. On 3rd October, a delivery boy came and started taking signature from my wife on the documents and pretended to search for the parcel. But he could not get itand said that he must have forgot in the office. On asking when he will deliver the parcel then, he arrogantly told that either today evening or tomorrow. My wife immediately rubbed off the signature and wrote that the item is undelivered. She told him that due to the arrival of the parcel she stayed in house and could not go out. Upon which the delivery boy arrogantly replied that you have no need to stay at home as we would keep at your neighbour's house. Till evening also the delivery boy did not delivered the parcel. Thus, on 3rd October too the item was not delivered. On 4th October, the delivery boy came and asked for an ID proof. Upon that my wife told that yesterday u said u would keep the parcel at neighbour's house also and now you are confirming the ID? Upon which he arrogantly said whether you want the parcel or not? and he kept the parcel in his bag and started leaving. My wife ran behind him and asked how could you go without delivering the parcel? upon which he rudely replied you go and complain against me or better give my phone number and ran off. On calling the delivery customer care and narrating the whole incident they coldly apologized and said that they will deliver it through some other delivery person. My wife also called flipkart and narrated the whole thing upon which they just apologized and said that we will cancel the order and refund back the money. This means these people do not bother to make arrangements for the delivery. They do not bother to convince the customer. They dont care that the customer could not get the item on time. Its really pathetic that a so famous and big company like Flipkart who advertise themselves as customer friendly and advertise taking big celebrities has such a irresponsible behaviour. Just by mere returning the money would be enough for the mental stress my wife and myself has gone through? The mobile was a gift for my wife. How could they play with our emotions attached to it? How can these people dont care for their customer's emotions? Since, the item was brought on Credit card, how could these people give me my interest for these days of the credit? I want to caution all the customers to beware of these people. I want and written apology from flipkart and want to know what action they have taken on the delivery person.
