I order the lenovo a600 plus mobile using debit card rs 7499 on sep 24 2015 .At the same day cancel some technical issues.But they are told me 8 working days to refund your money to your account but one month is over i didnot get my money they are give me ref no id buti talk to bank manager he told me flipkart didnot send money to your account ref no:IN[protected]

    Order no.- OD[protected] The above order was placed by me on 8th March 2015 for flats of the size 38. As there was a size problem so I went for an exchange for size 36 on 10th March. I was delivered the package with the size 36 on 22nd March which had a sandal of the size 41 instead of 36 which was given on the invoice and what I had ordered for. I lodged a complaint for the same on 22nd March. Since 22nd March I have made them several calls, have written enormous e-mails but neither they have delivered me the right product nor returned me my money. And infact when I explicitly wrote them that if they did not resolve the issue I would go to consumer forum against then they dared me do that which obviously shows that the company doesn’t have any fear of law or of any action against them. I was harassed so much by these people that I stopped using the site altogether. They have kept my money since then, have wasted my enormous time & resources, have harassed me mentally. I am still keeping the product with me. Although Rs.700/- are not a big deal but its not about money only but about ethics. I have been cheated and I want justice. I was delivered the package with the size 36 on 22nd March which had a sandal of the size 41 instead of 36 which was given on the invoice and what I had ordered for. I lodged a complaint for the same on 22nd March. Since 22nd March I have made you several calls, have written you enormous e-mails but neither you have delivered me the right product nor have you returned me my money. As you can browse the history from my registered mobile number & the order number so I am not repeating it all here. I have following queries in the matter: 1. You deliver the fresh product in two working days but it took you 12 days to deliver the exchange product which means there is a deliberate delay of services and you kept the money with you for longer period unnecessarily. Why so? 2. I ordered for 36, got 41 & then I was told that 36 size was out of stock. So either you took exchange request for a product which was not available in your stock & then you delivered a wrong product for cover-up or else if it was not deliberate then the right size product should have been there in the stock as wrong size was delivered. What among above was the situation? 3. You said that the fault was with your seller. So what are the steps you have taken against this seller? 4. When after a month it was decided that my money would be refunded then I was asked for a declaration form along with my id proof for refunding the money. Now firstly you refunded one of my COD order previously in the same account number but did not asked for any declaration then (ref order no.- OD[protected]. This product was returned at the same time so there was no policy change. Now again, either you did not follow the policy while returning quoted order or this time you were harassing me deliberately as I had lodged a complaint or you might have refunded the money of the quoted order to some wrong account as you did not ask for the declaration. Kindly explain your stand on the same, i.e. whether you committed a mistake in the quoted order or you are troubling me deliberately in present order. 5. If a product can be paid on COD basis, the return should also take place on ‘Cash at Door’ basis. Why do I have to provide my bank account details for any COD returns. 6. One day out of the blue I got a message from you that there would be someone at my doorstep to pick-up the return, when there was no intimation from your side about the mode of refund then how could you decide on your own, without consulting me about the return. Also wwhen I sent you a mail regarding the same rather than getting a clarification I got another message of cancellation of the return, obviously again without any intimation or consent. So do you decide everything related to my order on your own without your customer’s consent? 7. In total its almost 40 days now, neither you have returned me my money nor have you delivered me the desired product. So firstly, are you going to pay me any interest on the money that you have kept with you for so long unduly? Secondly, is this money being used for some illicit unaccounted purposes as I must not be the only consumer who is facing this, there might be thousands like me whose money is lying with you and this sum might be being used for some illegal purposes? 8. I have wasted money on the several phone calls that I made to your customer care for getting my money back and of course my precious time on writing e-mails and making phone calls as well, what is the compensation you are offering me for the mental & financial trouble/harassment inflicted upon me? I would also like to mention that I never expected flipkart’s services can be of so poor standards. You spend so much on your advertisements but its your services that publicize you. Your complain resolving mechanism is very poor and apparently you do not have any control on your sellers. The executive to whom the complaint was assigned was absolutely rude in her dealings, so obviously you do not spend on the training as well. Kindly respond to above in writing as I want a written evidence of your explanations. Rather I hope this time you would be able to spare your precious time and respond to me. And last but not least your another executive gave me [protected]@flipkart.com for writing the above complain on which there is a delivery failure so obviously another cheating. You have no transparency, no complain resolving mechanism, moreover you do not want to resolve any complain that's why you do not even have any e-mail id's for the escalation of any complain so you are fraudulent too.       I regret to state the followings: Refer to my orders Power Cell 7W LED 6500K Order ID OD[protected] & OD[protected] both dated 14 Oct 2015. Instead of Power Cell and 7W LED 6500K, I was delivered Mr Sourav Tapadar's Order Apparel VL05105 / Puma [8:[protected](1)] on 18 Oct 2015. The matter was immediately referred to M/S Flipkart Customer support service E-mail ID [protected]@flipkart.com. on 18 Oct 2015. It was promised that my issue will be resolved on 20 Oct 2015. On 19 Oct 2015 I got another mail from M/S Flipkart Customer support service that my issue will be resolved by 21 Oct 2015. I got another mail from M/S Flipkart Customer support service that the issue will be resolved by 23 Oct 5.00pm. I am getting daily getting computerized message from 19 Oct onward as under: The return pickup of the order Power Cell 7W LED 6500 would be done before 7PM by Mr Ankur Rothagi ([protected]). Request you keep the item ready for return with all in the box shipped accessories. I informed your local rep Mr Ankur Rothagi ([protected]) to hand over Mr Sourav Tapadar's Order to him and raise a fresh request for my order. He never bother to discuss about my order. I informed the matter at your Toll free number[protected] from 19 Oct to 23 Oct 2015. But no body seems to be interested to solve my problem. Further there is no link between computer and local person. Mr Sourav Tapadar's Invoice is attached herewith. My order has still not been delivered and I do not even know its status.           I have ordered a MI 4 mobile on Flipkart on 16 October 2015. I have paid the amount desired through my debit card and the product is not delivered yet. Periodical calls to customer care did not help. They keep on repeating the same answer and promise it would ship the following day since 1 week as i was stating i was in urgency to go out of station and i was postponing my trip for sake of mobile delivery as i fear i would not be available to take delivery. Its almost 2 weeks and its not yet shipped also, Pathetic service. I request concerned people to take action on this frauds

            Hi,
            I have ordered Lenovo K3 note yellow mobile (order# OD[protected] and its out for delivery on 19th Oct'2015 @ 12:30 PM, but I requested delivery boy to visit my home after 3:00 PM on the same day as no one is available to collect the shipment, but he rejected and told me that the item will be delivered next day at the same time (12:30 PM). I agreed that too.

            From next day when they supposed to deliver the item, the eKart Logistics (Courier) guys started saying that the mobile is lost (not traceable at their end).

            The question is, suddenly how the product will be missed when delivery boy tried delivering the item on previous day.

            I called Flipkart customer care for the same and they promised me that the issue will be resolved on or before 25th Oct’2015.

            On 25th Oct’2015 morning I got a message from Flipkart saying that the order has been cancelled and the amount will be refunded. I never cancelled my order and without my knowledge they did it.

            The actual cost of the mobile is Rs. 9999 but during offer period for old mobile exchange they offered Rs. 7424 and paid full amount.

            Flipkart kept my money with them for 10 days and returning back. There is no reliable delivery on the products with Flipkart. This is how the Flipkart is doing online business.

              Your valuable customer have ordered a shoe before and that of fadvantage filled product delivry boy didn't came with swiping machine and over all this afternoon tried to speak with your associate to[protected]
              that lady associate was busy educating me instead of doing her job properly.
              i have asked for a re attempt of that product delivery don't know if i can get it or not so poor management i ever sceen cause i also am an associate difference is you guys work for flipkart and i work for hp.
              cannot rate for this poor service provided by flipkart now a day cause i was really a satisfied customer of flipkart till today now i lost all my hope reguarding your poor service and managing abilities
              Customer care associate was so impatient to listen issues which i am facing rather a problem to your end
              so unsatisfied.
              i know this single comment won't make any difference still will always say such a poor service you people are providing... Good luck for your hopeless service.

                    This is the first and last time i am ordering from flipkart. itz a sheer fraud. I ordered 2 mobile phones on 17th oct 2015. And on the delivery day they cancelled my order, without any instructions. When i contacted them they said its their mistake but they can do nothing about it. I request people don't believe in this discount myth. I am waiting for my refund. And obviously going to take a legal action on this.

                    We had the same experience during the big billion days . we ordered a hand bag and they informed that the product is dispatched . after 1 week, they informed that the order has been cancelled and we can place a new order at increased price (as big billion days were over). we didn't leave it; called to the customer care, they informed it's due to the courier problem. we are no way related to the courier and it is flipkart's responsibility. we took up the matter, lodged complaint with the flipkart division heads and immediately they responded. Finally I received the bag with the same offer price. so don't lose heart, take up the issue, flipkart has to respond, b'cos without customers, they will not exist. Good Luck

I had ordered Sony Xperia phone for my parents anniversary in my hometown (Bilaspur). It has been delivered to my office address (Mumbai) today. When I called in the customer care no. the first guy cut my phone after keeping me wait for 15 minutes. I tried again, the lady of your department says that in our portal it is showing that it is not yet delivered after keeping me at hold for 20 more minutes. I said ok can you track and tell where the phon is right now, so she says VASHI hub. I asked why will it go to vashi hub if it is going to Bilaspur when the expected delivery was 23rd Oct. She says madam you have to call us after 7 pm if it is updated at that time that it is delivered to the customer. Pathetic delivery system, Senseless answers, Painful customer [protected]@ Flipkart.

                        On one hand the order status shows delivered on 22nd october, 2015.
                        and on the other hand it shows unsuccessful delivery attempt on 24th october, 2015 at 3:35 am IN THE NIGHT.

                        The pre-paid product has not been delivered to me. After i contacted the customer support they were not able to help me and took a complaint.

                        I have received no follow-up on the complaint. Hence before spreading the word about the kind of service on social media websites. I decided to file a complaint here.

                        Please provide me with the product within reasonable time.
                        Sony mobile phone is good bit it's service is very bad

                        I[censored] r mobile damaged they will say other reson and avoid ur phone warranty.

                          I buoght Motorola moto g 3rd generation on 17 October 2015. The payment was made from IDBI bank debit card or rupees 12999.00 on the 18th of cotober, i cancelled that item and still waiting for refund. Flipkart says that the initiated the refund on same day of cancellation but bank says they still not received the refund back. Please guide me what should i do. Sincerely, Mahipal singh.                           I have ordered Lenovo K3 note yellow mobile (order# OD[protected] and its out for delivery on 19th Oct'2015 @ 12:30 PM, but I requested delivery boy to visit my home after 3:00 PM on the same day as no one is available to collect the shipment, but he rejected and told me that the item will be delivered next day at the same time (12:30 PM). I agreed that too.

                          From next day when they supposed to deliver the item, the eKart Logistics (Courier) guys started saying that the mobile is lost (not traceable at their end).

                          The question is, suddenly how the product will be missed when delivery boy tried delivering the item on previous day.

                          I called Flipkart customer care for the same and they promised me that the issue will be resolved on or before 25th Oct’2015.

                          On 25th Oct’2015 morning I got a message from Flipkart saying that the order has been cancelled and the amount will be refunded. I never cancelled my order and without my knowledge they did it.

                          The actual cost of the mobile is Rs. 9999 but during offer period for old mobile exchange they offered Rs. 7424 and paid full amount.

                          Flipkart kept my money with them for 10 days and returning back. There is no reliable delivery on the products with Flipkart. This is how the Flipkart is doing online business.

                            Hello, I bought a HTC Desire 326G Dual sim hanset from Flipkart on bill dated 26.07.2015. After couple of months the problem started with the battery and it never took full charge and I also faced that the UI(touch screen) was sticking and it wasn't smooth. So, I went to the Authorized service center of HTC and they told it was a software problem and upgraded the OS but it never resolved the battery problem. They denied to change my battery or service it and they claimed that they won't provide any warranty for any mobile purchased from Flipkart. Currently, my battery don't provide me any backup and it seems my money is wasted on a faulty phone. I am trying to attract Flipkart's attention here to address my problem ASAP and provide refund or free service under product's warranty clause.                               I Was ordereed sony wired headphones from flipcart online by paying money through debit card as on date 15 Oct 2015 but.Yesterday they called me and told about that your product is missrout from ourside. So that i[censored] want that product u should have give fresh order. But it's not my fault for missrout so I wish that they have to callback that product &send me on correct address.

                                I have purchased Lenevo K3 note on 7th Oct 2015. After use of 4-5 days mic stopped working. The exact Problem was, when I called someone then he did't get my voice. At the same call when I connected to the headphone, other person got my voice clear. I have restarted my phone multiple times, then it started working fine. I requested for Return to Flipkart, they called me and suggest some steps to follow and cancel my request. I followed the steps and the problem remains continue. Again I Requested for return and they call me and suggested to reset the phone and cancel my request. I did it but the Problem remains continue. Third time, again I requested for return, they called me and diagnose my phone with their tool(Smart Check). They said phone is OK and there is no defect. And cancel my return request AGAIN. I am just feeling cheated by Flipkart and forced to use defected phone. Flipkart return policy is a white elephant, you can only got cheated by them. I will again request to return. And if they denies, I will not purchase any product from flipkart and will tell anyone about this cheat.

                                  They are all thinking that we are fool here to be back o[censored] all. Is this the way u treat the customer. Everyday am calling u all and u all are saying it will be done today night today night and so on.. When do this will get resolved, is that after we die it is going to get resolved. This is all ur mistakes and is that we need to be back o[censored] all. Atleat u guys should have humanity. Very cheap behaviour.

                                  I required some should call me or esle defintely this is will be taken in different manner.

                                  Very worst customer service. No proper response and the damaged product is still with us and even we didnt get our money back and we daily call back to ur customer services.

                                  Guys who responded to me that it will get resolved in 24 hours from past 20 days - ravitha, rahul, chaitanya.

                                    I have purchased a west coat o[censored]nited colors of beneton order ID- OD[protected] by online shopping from flipkart.com on 15 october2015 and the expcted date of delivery was 24th october 2015. But it has not been delivered on the commited date. I have gifted this item to my elder brother as it was his brother on 25th of october.                                       I am Swapnil G. Thaware from last few years I was regular customer of Flipkart. But now days I am hearing about more and more people experiencing issues with Flipkart service. Now this time happned with me. On date[protected] I ordered Noise back cover HTC of 449/- Rs. Having black and blue combination but I got totally black cover so I returned that product to your office. And requested my refund of money but no one is taking this problem whenever I was calling to Flipkart each time I was getting reply like “Sorry sir within 24 hrs our backend team will call you...”This happened on 12thOct, !6th Oct and 23rd Oct this fourth time happened with me. Now I am not interested in my refund of money I want compensation of this. Flipart wasted too much time for this small problem you taken completely one month for resolve... Is that type of services are FK providing to their customers. FK has to take this complaint at higher level. And if they not paid my compensation I will make this big issue in MEDIA. Even this mail will send to all TV channels. I don’t care what happens to me in this case. No matter of 449/- Rs. But problems I faced because of this is too much.
