Partial Smart check test already performed in the first replacement request why again defective Product please replace . i am also getting abusive
calls related to this purchase where person is forcing me use the same product.I am going
through huge mental Stress after this purchase. This product is defective please replace this product
or refund my Payment and ask your guy not to call and abusive me otherwise i will file police
complaint.

This is very unfortunate to inform you that how govt. is allowing such company to sell product
to the customer. In this scenario flipkart delivered defective product and expecting from me
to use this defective Product. i will never buy any thing from flipkart any more but what about
this loss. waiting for the resolution.

      I have registered a complaint on my Lenovo A6000 Plus mobile for a speaker issue. (Flipkart Order - OD[protected] Please track my complaints booked over phone. I was assured by flipkart executive for a call back at about 2.19 PM as well as 6.30 pm, no call was received. I was waiting for the call with my phone Since there is a real issue in speaker, I am continuously following this. Please make replacement of this phone. In this process totally I am upset, and i am feeling that, Flipkart is cheating me rather than resolving my real issue in my mobile

        As a gullible customer, it is my initiative to highlight this issue of delivering the FAKE product to me. Expect this mail will be forwarded immediately to your *CEO* to deprive all other customers to deal with a fair mind, in a wrong impression to get a genuine product by way shelling out the hard earned money. This is a pathetic situation, wherein the world is looking forward to move from purchasing the product from the open market to E-comm. This act of supplying a FAKE product is a true example, basis to buy the product from open market as will save us with the CHEATING act done by Flipkart. On good faith, we place the order for getting the genuine product & in turn, we get THIS. As a matter of principle, I will not allow my money to go to the wrong hands, hence I want my CHEATED Money back. The time spent on getting the ear-phones replaced, which is 50 KM away from my residence ( Janak Puri, New Delhi to Noida, Uttar Pradesh ) was absolutely wastage of TIME & MONEY, when the manufacturer confirmed that this is a FAKE product sold by Flipkart. Felt very bad, when the official of Skull Candy confirmed in front of 3 more customers that this is a FAKE product. All eyes were looking at me as I was the culprit. This moment was really SHAMEFUL and unforgettable. I look forward to Flipkart as how, my time & money spent on this horrendous act is reimbursed to me along with my refunding the complete payment. Do expect an apology mail from the CEO of Flipkart.

            I bought the Daikin AC from flipkart and it promised to provide the cashabck. but now when i checked with flipkart why the cashback is not credited they are saying i am not eligible for the cashback as i did not contact time in the stipulated time. but during the booking it is mentioned no where that i have to contact flipkart.

                ORDER ID:OD[protected] I ordered a nexus 6 from flipkart last week, it was delivered within 3 days. the model delivered to me was having a mic issue. here starts the real drama. Flipkart's technical support person called me and accepted that the phone has a hardware issue. He assured me that on Monday i.e. 13/07/2015, flipkart's courier guy will come and handover me the new piece of nexus 6 and will take the faulty device back. Yesterday whole day i was waiting for the courier guy but no one came. In the evening i called the customer care and told them the whole scenario. The customer care executive asks me to send the phone by a courier to Flipkart's Bangalore office. I reported this issue on flipkart's twitter acount and got a reply that they will arrange a pick by today afternoon. No one came today and just few minutes back when i called the customer care and told them about their commitment, the customer care executive very harshly replies that pickup facility is not available at my location..CAN YOU GUYS BELIEVE IT. FLIPKART PICK UP FACILITY IS NOT AVAILABLE IN NOIDA... Really i am fed up with the company's response. they are trying to beat american companies like AMAZON with such a pathetic customer service. I am posting this issue so that other customers should not face the same issue as i am facing. Its better to wait then to buy a product from flipkart. My 36000 bucks are in vain...

                  I received the call from your technical person and he guided me to some steps for software update after which according to him the problem would get solved. I followed the steps but the updates are not available. I need a replacement or refund within 48 hours. I registered my complaint on the toll free consumer complaint and am also writing here for quick action.

                    The flipkart has sold the Daikin AC which does not cover under warranty. Flipkart still says it is under discussion byt Daikin has clearly mentioned that any product sold in e-commerce website does not cover warranty. for which flipkart has agreed to pay the service charges but still the product does not cover the product warranty

                      Dear sir, I have ordered 3 Moto phones in the past 1 year from Flipkart for my family. Recently I ordered moto g first generation on 8th June. Within a day of ordering I had registered a complaint about overheating and malfunctioning of the phone. But your customer care said that this is nothing unusual and this happens when the phone is new and there was nothing to worry. So I agreed. But within a month the phone became unusable. When i called up customer care on 10th July again, they told me that Flipkart is no longer responsible for the phone as you give just one month warranty. Order no. OD[protected] Now please tell me who is at fault. I took it to the service centre and they said phone had problems with its screen, software as well as the battery. Please do not break the trust I have on Flipkart. I kindly request you to help me out.

                            I recently purchased a cell phone online through flipkart (Model: samsung galaxy s3 neo) on 2nd june 2015 (Oder id: od[protected], that piece turned out to be a defective one & then i returned it on 22nd june 2015 and got a new one.
                            However after using this replaced new handset for a few days this again got hanged and has become not usable. I logged a second complaint with flipkart on 13th july 2015 and i am continuously chasing them for refunding my money but it seems my requests are falling to deaf ears.
                            Kindly help me in this case to get my money refunded asap.

                                I am an author and looked into selling my books through Flipkart. Being in Australia, it turned out that this was not viable. So I politely pointed this out to Flipkart and asked them to remove me from their files. This initial request was over a year ago and after it was ignored, I asked them several times to take me off their mailing list. Each time, I get a "thank you for reaching out to us" response, with a promise that someone will get back to me. My requests that they stop emailing me - and sometimes they do this on a daily basis - have changed over time from courteous to using bold and large typing to demand that they leave me alone. And still the harrassment continues. Is there any way you can make them stop? Thanks and regards, Jennifer Hanning

                                And just got another one. How do I make this stop, apart from deleting my email address and having to inform 100s of people of my new one?

                                  I had ordered a Red Me smart phone via order no.[protected]. I received the phone on 10th of July 15. On using it for 3 days, the phone started to malfunction and on investigation, I realised that the phone is a copy of Red Me. I had ordered the phone because my colleague has a Red Me phone and I liked it. When I compared the features of my phone with him, I found that my device name is Dior and his is Red Me. His version is MIUI 6.5.4.0, the same is missing in my phone. I also shared this with the expert and he confirmed that the phone I received from you is not the one I had ordered. I had bought the phone for Idd festival which is on Saturday 18/07/2015 and am really disappointed by you people and feel cheated. I request you to please solve this problem at the earliest and get in touch me soon.                                     Dear Sir I had purchased a videocon mobile from flipkart but now my mobile phone which i purchased from flipkart yet not working properly last three-four month. and i find the service centre in delhi may 2015 and i submitted the handset their in june 2015 after 7-8 days they told me that the IMEI no. of your handset is wrong mentioned in the this Invoice. so you can change the invoice where you purchase then we will repair it. on 23/6/15 i complain on flipkart but till date i didn't get any suitable response from them. So apologized for the inconvenience and we also see that a refund for missing quantity is initiated back to customer's account. Customer is aware about the same, Hence informed TAT & closing the complaint.
