I'm Nitin Kumar, I had Order Lenovo A6000 Plus (Order ID-OD[protected] on 29/7/2015 from Flipkart and get the Delivery on 31/7/2015, After getting the phone, i found out the Touch is not working also the applications on the Device getting malfunction itself, I've got faulty product and want a replacement, then i request a return on flipkart on 4/8/2015 (Return Id[protected]also attached a Image file, I was informed that they call me on 5/8/2015 for the approval, but even a single call not received by me, then i called to their customer care person regarding the replacement but he clearly say's their was no information about my return, this is rediculous from the flipkart, i also give their my order no. and they told me the same, now this is really a rude service i've got from the flipkart, then the person told me that we requested your return and you will get a call from us for the final approval on 7/8/2015 at 12:00p.m., but as same as previous i didn't receive a single call from their side, I'm in a fix now.
And Today i've received an email regarding the request of return disapproved by the seller, then i made another call to their customer care person and told to get me touch with your Senior Person, the Senior made another return request (Return Id[protected] & assured me they will call me today or tomorrow for the final approval, now i've lost my mind & waiting for their reply, it's been 4 day's and my issue is not solved yet.
I'm very disappointed with the flipkart service and with the seller's rejection, I've paid 7499rps and not get the Working Device yet.
I want a replacement or my money back.
Please look into this matter and revert me back as soon as possible.

The reference number provided by your team is not working. The bank officials told that the refund is not initiated.
