reference my order no. OD[protected] dtd. 04/07/2015, they have cancelled my order stating that there is delay from their seller, and till date they are refunding my money. in addition to this, they have requested me to place order again, i had choosen to pay through COD method, now this time to my surprise, the product is different from which i have ordered. i.e NOVA NHC-2009 instead of (NOVA NHS-800/00 with pouch, OIl & cream)

    After countless requests to remove me from their mailing lists, I have just received yet another email from Flipkart asking if I need help to complete my registration!       I had ordered a Lenovo K3 note in the flash sale on 29th July. I have complained customer care with complained no.[protected] for priority delivery of my order number is OD[protected] placed at 3:01 p.m IST time. So the product is supposed to be delivered by 30th. After checking the status online and finding out that the product is still not packed yet, I called up the customer service number. I was told by an executive who told me to call after 2 hours. when I called after 2 hours Mr. Mayuresh attened my call and told that they have already informed the retailer that is WS Retail Pvt. Ltd. to ship the item on priority.The status of the order till now on 31st July remains same as "Wed, 29th Jul 03:58 pm Item has been confirmed by the seller " Not received the product yet. There is no escalation matrix for Flipkart to handle customers complaint. They are incapable of conducting a sale for the mobile because without any prior notice they changed my expected delivery date to 6th Aug 2015 where as while placing order it was 5th Aug 2015 and their website did not allow to opt for Next day delivery. WS Retail is just a fraud company incapable of disposing 50000 handsets sold in that day sale. Please look into this matter let me get my product as soon as possible.

      I have been harassed by the customer care person Pradeep Kishore today from flipkart. He has cancelled my order without any cancellation request. This is really crossed limit how much a customer can bear. Please take strict action against flipkart for the same. you can listen to recorded conversation where I have never ever asked to cancel my order. I have purchsed this item in sale after waiting for more than a month which they spoiled.
      I am also facing the same problem (Order No: OD[protected]. Placed the order on 29th July for Lenovo K3 Note, Black. It is supposed to deliver on next day but they have given 3rd Aug as expected Delivery Date. All of a sudden they changed the expected delivery date as 6th Aug. 6th Aug is an expectation. Lenovo guys loosing their reputation due to inefficiency of Flipkart / WS Retail. Flipkart customer care executives also careless to talk to customers and simply advising to cancel the order. worst experience with flipkart.

        I had ordered a Lenovo K3 note in the flash sale on 29th July for next day delivery and Order number is OD[protected]. So the product is supposed to be delivered by 30th. After checking the status online and finding out that the product is still not packed yet, I called up the customer service number. I was told by an executive who seem some what irritated that for next day delivery I have to wait till 9 PM. Not received the product yet. Today on 31st July, I called up the flipkart again. The executive who handled the call informed that the product delivery is delayed and I am expected to get it in the next 5 working days and not able to provide information on when it will be delivered exactly. Looks like this is the standard answer for everyone. If FlipKart is not able to keep up a commitment then why publicize as single day or next day delivery. I am terribly dissappointed. It supposed to be birthday gift and Flipkart made a mess of the moment.

                    I cant believe that I am dealing with Flipkart, you guys closed my tecket withoout taking any action or giving me solution, Very negative and pathetic image flipkart is leaving on me...
                    I created this ticket as I was not able to talk to any flipkart agent from seller support.
                    I am planning to start a business with flipkart and its been a week that, Flipkart agents every time, promises me that, I will receive a call within 24 hr from Account manager who will guide me further steps, but there I see that no one calling me. fake promises.
                    and you guys closed the ticket without taking any action or helping me out...
                    this is not at all acceptable.
                    if this is how you guys treat your retailers, I am thankful that I got to know it soon.

                    if this what you guys are getting paid for and not respecting your job, you will never be able to succeed in your career. Thank you so much for this kind of miss behavior.

                        Online Mobile phone/accessories doesn't have 100% guarantee that it is genuine product, so far it is depend on retailer . coz they sometime give huge discount on branded phone, but they are cheating us & providing us fake same to same duplicate mobile with fake IMEI no., that is a major issue service center not repairing the phone,

WTF if you don't want to take shipment why are you send address to me. and i request to Mr Kishor Kumar that please hold shipment one more day with you. I would like to request you flipkart team that kindly don't make such kind of issues and request you to please take shipment from post office and return the money or you can also debit your convenient charge from your warehouse to post office as its just 4-5 Kms away from yours.                                   Purchased a LG Refrigerator few weeks back order number : OD[protected] . It is making some loud noise some times. It will not happen every time, but some times. Asked flipkart to take back the product, they are rejecting the request without even contacting me & updating the status saying "The issue is resolved by the seller", But actually it is not. Got calls from flipkart customer care few times and they are trying to explain some non sense things which are NOT TRUE. They are saying we can take back the product only if the same product is not available with the same seller. if the similar product is available with the same seller then we can do exchange. I checked and the product is not available with same seller. Still they are not accepting to take back the product.

                                    Dear sir, This is to inform that I ordered a knee cap from Flipkart and it was delivered on 27 July 2015 (order ID: OD[protected] . It turned out to be a completely different design and of bad quality. I called up the customer care and requested for a return and refund. I was denied the same and told that the policy does not allows only replacement and no return or refund. Now, while placing an order the policies are never visible or clearly mentioned that this product would not be returned and the money refunded. This is a new technique the company has devised to lock in the customer's money and compelling them to accept the product they choose to deliver. This is simply outrageous and disturbing that these companies dare to tell the customers on their face that they can file a case with the consumer forum but they will not change the policies. Please tell me if this is fair that they make their policies invisible, the way they design their webpage so that the customers are trapped and harassed. I am also concerned that the authority of this forum is at stake since these companies do not even care to recognise its power and authority.                                       purchased a mobile in june order id

                                      default mobile recieved with poor quality of sound and over all quality as camera, sound not as per product price

                                      flipcart applied condition to return and denied to refund
                                      1. software installation for mobile check up
                                      2. mobiel will be replaced by customer by paying by customer

                                      Both demand is irriatating and nothing mentioned on site during purchase

                                      finally mobile has ben replaced and again a mobile has been recieved with missing of screen guard and screen cleaner and packed is not sealed properly

                                      i m feeling cheated and disappointed .Pl refund my valaubale money immediate

                                      Wanted to inform customer as per previous offer for initial product(phone) the screen guard was sent to him, however he had issue with the initial product the replacement was sent customer wanted screen guard for replacement which is already informed form concerned team that he will not be eligible for the same with replacement product. Tried calling customer to inform the same but there was no response. Mail sent to customer about the same and closing the case.
