    Hello, I was purchased a ovastar garment steamer from Flipkart on january 2015. And within 1.5 months its stop working, When i called service center number of Ovastar they told that I have to send to product to him for getting the steamer repaired and again take back from own paid courier. Which cost near 2500. I was not aware that terms & Conditions. When i search flipkart there was nothing mentioned like that. So i called up flipkart 2 months back and launch the complaint. After calling 10 times they took the complaint 1 months back. And given false promise for resolve the issue 5 times. i was called 4 times and today when i was shouting they arrange for reverce pickup after talking Manager at floor. Now when the person coming for collecting the products is asking the Brand Box. I was shocked when i was get delivered the products the box was smashed totally, So how could i know this type of senario will come. Because its already 6 months over i am suffering from purchased an item from Flipkart. After that when i was called customer care some person name deepali ( Manager) was taken my transfered call from executive. Was shocked she spoken with me. She is totally ignore to take return and teach me the conditions that i have to send the products via brand box. So my questions is where it was mentioned in flipkart that i have to spend 2500 courier charge for getting my products repaired. I want my money should given back to me, Or Replace my products.

      order id: OD[protected] placed order for xiomi mi4i on 9th july after registering a week before. the order was confirmed, Item was even confirmed by the seller but then automatically on 11th july item was cancelled. Is this seriously how you handle delivery? Order cancelled without any reason or contact? This really makes me regret my decision to shop at flipkart.

        order id: OD[protected] check my order tracking status right now. It is being shown about reaching AMD frm last 18 yrs. Should I complain every day about my product or you are not taking care of your customers?? It is only 2 hrs way frm AMD to my home but you are taking 3 days to deliver. Tomorrow is Sunday, den u will have nice escape to delay my order. Please suggest me wht shd I do or You guys are nt updating ur site time to time?? Waiting 4 ur response. Thanking you.

          Hello Customer Complaint, Please look into this issue ================================================== Order Details Order ID: OD[protected] Order Date: 4 July, 2015 8:20 AM Amount Paid: Rs. 7999 through EMI Flipkart Email : [protected]@flipkart.com Customer care number :[protected] Incident raised :[protected] ===================================== As It happened I have purchased A mobile phone through Flipkart.com on 4th july 2015. It was assured to me through mail that item will be delivered on 8th of July. I noticed that order is sent through red Express Courier. As per Courier website detail Item arrived on 5th July. I call the courier on 7th July to find out when the item will be delivered. They told me that they cannot deliver it by 8th July. I contacted Flipkart and got no proper response. I filed a complaint about the delay. Flipkart assured me that item will be delivered by 11th July. After checking through forums, It was clear to me that I am not the only one who is facing this issue. Thus I called them on 10th July to cancel the order as I was unable to cancel the order from Flipkart website. They have disabled the cancel button for me after filing complaint. After repeated call flipkart customer care told that we will take 4 days for item return and then a week to process finance. I informed them that item is not delivered to me thus I must not be made to wait. This is Flipkart internal matter with their courier services thus they must sort it out. They did not agree. And again assured that item will be delivered by 11th July 2015. Today Again I called them about the item. I was told that Item cannot be delivered even today. When I reacted, they sent me message to cancel the order. As I have already mentioned that they disabled cancel Button for my product. I have taken screenshot of website to support the fact. This is the case of gross fraud and harassment. Intially, they did not even register my Complaint. Customer care executive said that issue is registered. I cam to know that they do not register. Thus, I filed a complaint through their website www.flipkart.com. Today's Development. ===================== Still they have not called me even once. I have got a message that issue will be resolved on 13th July now. From 8th July to 11th July and now 13th July. ============================================== Consequences I am facing below issues due to this irresponsible behaviour. 1. They are neither ready to cancel the product through call and nor through website. There is no cancel button for the product on their website for the item that I have purchased. Though, they are insisting to cancel through website, there is no cancel button. I am attaching screenshot to support my claim. GROSS FRAUD. 2. I am stuck with Flipkart with my 7999 rupees in their bank account. 3. I have paid through credit card and it has brought the credit limit down by 7999. The worst part is that I am struggling to get my money back. 4. Due to irresponsible delay from Flipkart, I will have to pay interest to Credit Card. 5. I cannot go to other vendor as they are not ready to refund the money quickly. 6. The purpose(Birthday Gift) to buy this product is not served. 7. I have asked for compensation to tantamount the damage done. But They are not ready. 9. Flipkart and Red Express Courier Services both are indulge in this fraud. Flipkart says that the item has been shipped 7 days back. Red Express Courier says that they have received the item but they cannot process it. The Courier services office is 3 kilometer from my home.They have told that they will deliver the item by 11th July after failing to deliver the item on 8th July. It is gross case of fraud and customer harassment. I am unable to understand what is causing to delay this infinitely. In my understanding the waybill number is fraud.

                I was Purchased Xiaomi Mi4i Rs 12999/- from flipkart the seller is WS Retail Services Private Limited, i am facing the Problem with the handset is the temperature 43 ºC - 45 ºC, its getting over heat really i can not handle in my ear and some software issue like camera is always hanging and some times the mobile is automatically reboots even the completion of miui 6.6.20 Update. reg i requested for refund till they are not accepting and simply they are saying we are seller only of mi product and they are giving some troubleshoot work and update work for the issue its not workout the issue.                       This is about the online order no. OD[protected]. The said order was delivered on 29.06.2015 and juicer mixer grinder was found to be defective. The replacement was accepted and I was informed that replacement will be delivered by 07.07.2015. however on not receiving the replacement on the said date, i called the customer care and was told that my grievance will be addressed by 10.07.2015. In between i received calls from mobile no. [protected] and [protected] asking for when to deliver the replacement. They informed that it will be delivered at around 4 pm to which i had agreed. However in the evening at around 6.30 pm, i was informed that it will be delivered before 9 am on 10.07.2015. However till this time when i am writing this mail, no replacement has been received. The numbers mentioned above by me do not take call or are switched off. your customer care says we cannot help as the material has been shipped. This is extremely frustrating and annoying. Such irresponsible behaviour is not expected from a company of repute. Please look into my complaint and take corrective actions. Hoping for a positive reply and action

                                  I got replaced mi4i from flipkart.com, but the new handset is still having following problems:
                                  1 Heating problem very much
                                  2 Net connectivity very poor
                                  3.Missed call notification not coming
                                  4.Hanging issue
                                  I have complaint the issues to flipkart.com may time but they are forcing me to visit their service center. I have denied on the basis to following reasons;
                                  1 If the new handset is having same problems why should i visit service center
                                  2.I have to take from office for visiting service center, this is my new job and my salary will get deducted for leave, is flipkart.com will reimburse the same.
                                  3. what is the guarantee that my problem will sort out.
                                  4.I have made thousands of rupees in downloading the updation suggested by flipkart.com, will flipkart.com reimburse the same.

                                  In this regard i have made requests to flipkart.com to refund the amount of my handset into my flipkart.com wallet so that i can purchase any other handset through flipkart.com. I am not demanding any refund into my bank account

                                    Hello Everyone, This is in regards to my Order #OD[protected] which is Moto E (2nd Gen) 4G. I had ordered this mobile from Flipkart on 18 June, 2015 2:11 PM, from one of my friend's account (Gagandeep501). This is the first time i used Flipkart for shopping and to be honest i found your site where you DO NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. I would like to describe you what exactly the issue i am facing and i am not getting any positive respone or what i want from you guys. I bought this mobile from Flipkart on 18 June, And from the very first day i noticed Voice Disturbance issue in that mobile, hence i called your support to register complaint and i was assured that the issue will be resolved asap. I never heard anything from your side for approx 4 days, then i raised return request Via Flipkart app. I received a call from your support team asking me to perform some trouble shooting steps, which i did and you guys replaced my mobile for which i really appreciate your help. I received new cell day before yesterday and i came across the same issue then again i raised a complaint and now again your support team is asking me to perform same trouble shooting steps, which i dont see make any sense to perform troble shooting on a new cell and on the same issue. I am also working with IBM and working on servers all day so i better know where trouble shooting is required and where not. I have clearly mentioned that this is a known issue in all the MOTO E (2nd Gen) 4G Mobile phones as per motorola support as well. So my question is that, you FLIPKART, being such a big brand name provides this kind of service to your customers ?? When you can see that i am not satisfied with this mobile then why you are not ready to refund my money back. ????                                         Dear Sir, I had purchased Micromax X455i online on 12.06.2015 from Flipkart. On the very 1st day the battery had drained down and was not satisfied with the look of the phone. It was not pleasing at all. I have been continuing following up with Flipkart team but they are unable to resolve the problem. The replacement of the phone is not working out with me.                                         Spoke to customer and she complains stating that the battery gets drained out soon and wants to return it. So apologized for the inconvenience and informed her we can arranged for replacement in this case. However, customer demanded for a refund as she did not like the product and she is even willing to purchase a different device as an exchange.
