    i had ordered for 2 pairs of shoes when i tracked my order i found out that it has been cancelled on its own when i called customer care they asked me to place a fresh order not only that i ordered for another book and when i tracked it i found out that it was also cancelled on its own and the customer care wasn't of any help either. my orders are getting cancelled on their own and i am very disappointed with Flipkart.

        I purchase the said phone and received delivery on 21st june, 2015. I register my complaint on 9th July, 2015 but there is no response till date. This phone quality is very poor having touch screen problem, speaker problem, Hang on problem etc. They are not listening about now.

          LENOVO A6000plus IMEI NO.- [protected] /[protected] my all gadgets are from lenovo. But my Experience is very worst with this lenovo a 6000 plus mobile . it heats very much, sometimes I am unable to talk due to overheating.             I have purchased Lenovo A7000 on 24 June, 2015 and received on Sun, 28th Jun. They specified internal memory as 8GB but when I received the product it was on 4 GB available because of OS & pre-installed apps. So as a buyer I am dissatisfied with the product and contacted Customer Support very next two days for refund. First I spoke with a Customer Care Representative & she said will not issue me refund even though not satisfied with the product, then I requested to escalate the call to Team Leader but she refused and when I demanded for coz I conned by the false sale then she transferred call after 25 minutes of call. Here I spoke with Team Leader Sheena and she said they Damn care about the customers as whether they satisfied or not after purchasing, she also refused to issue me refund. Then I requested to transfer the call to Manager.. after 35 minutes of call.. she transferred. Here I spoke with Flipkart Customer Care Manager Devi, she was soo rude on call and says no one from Flipkart, Care their customers after purchase, even if they misleaded and not satisfied. I told her, I will file a complaint on Consumer Court and Grievance Cell but still she says damn care.. I endeded up call with utter grief.. I have been cheated and misleaded by false sale..                 Order Id- OD[protected] Product- HTC Desire 820S( Mobile phone) Return ID:[protected] REJECTED Its hanging, touch working itself, problem to unlock mobile, gorilla glass alignment is not correct. I had requested 2 times for return but flipkart rejected both times and told me to take your mobile to htc service center. Today I had a talk with customer care executive Mr. Joslyn and he straight forward told me to take it to htc service center while flikart's WS retailer have policy to replace product within 30 days. I have not spent Rs.16499 for this wrost product. I want replacement of my product with new product immediately.

                Why are you people asking me to go htc service centre while you have displayed policy of 30 days replacement during payment.
                Why you are not updating my delivery address of my order. Earlier you updated that incorrect address yourself and now not correcting...this is rediculas..never expected this type of service from flipkart. Please do it ASAP so that I can send my courier to your given address for replacement.

                  Your executive was supposed to pick up d item 15days before...he was delaying... the next day i again got a message that it wld be reattempted today for pickup...but the executive dint came on that day too...i called him...he told i ll come ...this excuse went on till 4 next days...bt thr WS no action taken in Actuall... i called flipkart Customer care and registered the same Complaint again 5days back...but tht person is not here yet for the pick up...the name of the pickup executive of Flipkart is Ganesh Kamble... i ll suggest u not to keep such useless exectives because of which even the company seems useless !

                      Hey, This is one crap customer service and a eCommerce company.. Had ordered for Lenovo K3 (white) paid in full (EMI option)... ordered as a gift for my mom on her birthday... 1. Order Delayed 2. Did not receive any calls from the delivery partner. 3. Cancelled the product even without my knowledge... Is this how you treat a premium customer who has ordered 20+ phones and who has been a loyal customer? Over above i get treat like a (Specially Aditi - customer service rep), she does not even know how to speak to a customer who is frustrated... ignores to help and threatens to disconnect the call also does not sound professional even a bit Order number: OD[protected] email: [protected]@gmail.com You guys have ruined my birthday surprise to my mom, had a lot of feelings and sentiments attached when i ordered this phone for her... you guys have screwed it apart. lets wait and watch if the manager (Rajeev) can help me, who has promised me that he will try his best... I have all the cal recording to screw u guys... plus i have call logs where i have nt received even a call from your delivery partner. How the hell can you just cancel my order?

                        I have purchased Digiflip Pro ET701 Tablet on 23-Mar-2015 Invoice No : # BIL[protected]. Approximately after two months it has stopped working (No power on). So I have submitted it to a service center (Satyam Communication J-34 Noida, Sector-18) on 26-May-2015. They asked me that this will take maximum 20 days to get repaired, but today even after 56 days it didn’t get repaired. Service center person asked me that company is not providing us the spare part to repair the item. In this case I would request to replace the product or refund the amount. I have attached the scanned copy of Job Sheet provided by the Service Center.

The phone worked fine for the first few weeks, but suddenly the phon's speaker stopped working, I have checked on the online formuns this is a very common issue in Moto E .                               Hi Team, Flipkart has initiated Refund for my phone, However when I spoke to them they said we will replace it. Now i am getting calls for phone pickup, What the executive from flipkart said and what they are doing is completely different. I don't need refund, in fact i need phone to use it immediately, I can not be without phone..because its very important for my work. If i had over the phone I have to wait for the refund and still than I would be badly impacted. As agreed by Flipkart for replacement, I would request them to provide the replacement only.                                 Spoke to customer and got to know that he purchase (Philips GC1010 Steam Iron (Green)) in Aug, 2014. Customer says that the product is now not functioning and wants a replacement from Flipkart. So apologized for the inconvenience and informed him to contact the brand to get it fixed using manufacturer warranty. Customer agreed, So closing the complaint.

                                        requested for return of order no. OD[protected].. Scheduled date of pick up was 11-7-15 as per return request no.[protected] . But not picked up on scheduled date. Had contact with Flipkart customer care for pick up soon. Again rescheduled by Flipcart on 18-7-15 for pick up.Still not picked up as on 19-7-15 night. Flipkart is paying no attention towards pick up of this order no. OD[protected] and hence my money have been blocked by Flipkart
