In a state o[censored]tmost disgust and anger I write that, I had ordered an aqua m4 sony xperia and received the same on 9.06.2015 with order-id - OD[protected]
Right from the beginning the phone had software operatibility and battery issues. I called the customer care voicing the same problem, to which they responded with a call. I was unable to attend the call because of some personal issues. Again, after having called them several times I was assured that I shall be called back in an attempt to resolve the issues faced by me, but all in vain. I never received any call again thereby breaching the flipkart promise policy, according to which its the duty of flipkart folks to serve the customers which even includes changing of the product if the issue is not resolved. The result of all this led to the rife in the software issues in the phone which makes it almost impossible for me to use the phone now.Also, the display of the phone has vanished completely.For some applications to start, I have to uninstall and re-install them time and again to make them work. As far as I could comprehend, it has been an extremely egrerious deed on the part of flipkart that seeked in killing the month's time, after which they don't claim to exchange or return the product.
This matter is viewed by me as highly disrespectful and has urged me not to buy any product from the site, henceforth.
I shall also report the matter to my friends and colleagues and post the same on social networking site so that people become aware of it.

Flipkart Customer Care's response Tried calling customer and phone is switch off, sent email asking for alternate number and convenient time. Closing the case until customer reverts.
