Am purchased htc desire 826 from flipkart on[protected]. But now touch problem create in mobile phone. So i am going htc care centre fof warrenty claim. But they do not provide any service. And contact to flipkart seller. But they do not solve my problem. Please solve my complaint. Other wise i am going throuh media because i hold invoice bill.

    I had purchased Lenovo A6000 in a flsh sale in the month of March. I had complained regarding the charger cable to which i didn't get any response from flipkart. And now my phone is not charging at all, it is at 0% charging from 3 days when i asked about the problem the service center person told problem is related to battery. My phone is still under warenty. Please help me. Local service centers are not ready to repair the phone which is under warrenty.

      I have ordered Moto E, and I got it on 27th March 2015, now my mobile is switching off without pressing power button, it's often happens, really I fed up with that problem..         We have ordered for an Morphy Richards Mixer on 3rd July worth Rs.3962 and got delivery of a GALA Spin Mob of RS.1500 on 9th July.When the courier was delivered I called up flipkart stating we have received a wrong part delivered of what we ordered and they have requested to acknowledge the product and raise a request of return for the same.I have placed the complaint on 9th itself and they have raised a complaint for return and refund and the Pickup will be initiated by 2 to 3 business days.But its almost 8 days and we dint here back from anyone to Pick up the product when called flip kart they say server down and call back but no proper response and informed pick up will be pickup will scheduled before 17th July 7 PM.           Dear sir, My self Pritam Ojha. Mobile no-[protected].I ordered Asus Zenfone 2 ZE551ML on 4 th July2015.Order ID- OD[protected]. delevary date 16 July 2015. I got massage from ECOMEX that my shipment[protected] will be delivered by Ecom Express today that was 13 July 2015. But not delivered. 14th July i called customer care service, they replied that shipment delivered failed because i was out of station. But that day I was in room because of my illness. Courier service given wrong information. The hole things i described to customer care executive and he apologise for the same and assure me by 16 July i will receive my shipment. But end of the day i have not received my shipment then i call again to customer care executive he told me he has no information about my shipment.He told me you have to wait another two working days.Today i call again to customer care but they have no information about my product.I am facing a big problem .Please help me.

            In a state o[censored]tmost disgust and anger I write that, I had ordered an aqua m4 sony xperia and received the same on 9.06.2015 with order-id - OD[protected] Right from the beginning the phone had software operatibility and battery issues. I called the customer care voicing the same problem, to which they responded with a call. I was unable to attend the call because of some personal issues. Again, after having called them several times I was assured that I shall be called back in an attempt to resolve the issues faced by me, but all in vain. I never received any call again thereby breaching the flipkart promise policy, according to which its the duty of flipkart folks to serve the customers which even includes changing of the product if the issue is not resolved. The result of all this led to the rife in the software issues in the phone which makes it almost impossible for me to use the phone now.Also, the display of the phone has vanished completely.For some applications to start, I have to uninstall and re-install them time and again to make them work. As far as I could comprehend, it has been an extremely egrerious deed on the part of flipkart that seeked in killing the month's time, after which they don't claim to exchange or return the product. This matter is viewed by me as highly disrespectful and has urged me not to buy any product from the site, henceforth. I shall also report the matter to my friends and colleagues and post the same on social networking site so that people become aware of it.

                  Sir i bought a product from flipkart order OD[protected] And the product is defective and size is to shot so i requested for the return of the product as per flipkart rules .so they told me that pick up will be arranged within 3 days i called on 15th of july and today is 17 still pick up is not arranged i called to customer care many times and they say the same thing that tommorrow we will arrange it.., .and they refused to provide me the contact information of nodal officer ...service of flipkart is pathetic and they harass the customers so please look into this matter and they are not refunding my money...

                    I went to buy an item in Flipkart.com on July 17th. When I was about to check out and pay using my Credit Card, it was mentioned as 'Save and Pay'. It meant that I can buy the item only if I allow Flipkart to save my Card details. This is ridiculous. Earlier, there used to be an option asking whether I want to save my card details. It has been removed and card information is being saved as default. This is wrong and not customer friendly. I did not buy the item from Flipkart due to this issue. It does have a feature to delete the saved card information, but my complaint is that the card information itself should not be saved by default. One could never know for sure if there is any backup or archive table in your database that still stores my information, even after I delete the card data. This mandatory saving of card data should be removed immediately. Until Flipkart does this, I will not be buying anything from them. Please remove the feature or at least make the saving of card data optional like before.

                    Save Card feature is still not optional. It continues to be mandatory while checking out. Flipkart never resolved this issue.
                    Flipkart cannot force the customer to save the card details.
                    Make it optional as it was in the previous days.
                    I want to buy an item from Flipkart.com. while making payment through Credit Card, it is mentioned as 'Save and Pay'. How come force me to save the card details. This is ridiculous. should ask with options whether SAVE or NOT. This mandatory saving of card data should be removed immediately. Until Flipkart does this, I will not be buying anything from them.

                          This is karthik recently purchased product from flip kart and retailer name is WS retail pvt ltd Placed order on 09/07/2015 hp notebook model no 15-r249TU and serial number – CND50612K7 product code – L2Z88P#ACJ for amount of Rs.27580 ORDER ID - OD[protected] delivered on 10/07/2015 with next deliver charges I made called to register for warranty with hp customer service they confirmed me this product has been already registered by other person in the name of Gautam Kumar . He has returned the laptop due to display issues and the warranty period is from 23/04/2015 to 23/06/2015, this is case id – [protected] registered by GAUTAM KUMAR, before purchasing the laptop from flip kart I called so many times executive said that you will be getting brand new product only from the website and he informed we are not selling fake product and second product confirmed me that if you don’t like the product can call any point will be refunded . I don’t need second hand product and I need refund amount with compensation immediately, else I am planning to go legally. I spoke to your floor supervisor Ms.Shraddha Sawant on 16/07/2015 she has given me complaint no –[protected] and promised me that you will receive call by 6pm

                            I ordered a Lenovo K3 Note mobile phone, and i paid extra charges for faster delivery option. They said they would deliver my phone by the next day. Neither they delivered my product nor they are refunding my extra charges. Even after sending an email they are not working it out. I just received an automated reply and nothing else yet! This is so far the worst service i have experienced by an e-commerce website. In fact my product is not even shipped yet.

                              Hi All, I have ordrerd a just bag 12 inches bag, when i have received i the order i didn't like the quality and size of bag, so i have requested t flipcart refund and take away the bag, the customer care person took bank details and promised that i will get in 24 hours. When i called now, they cannot do anything.Worst experience. The person saying me now "the perviously talked person may not now" that is why she promised and sorry like that.                                   Order OD[protected]. Flipkart delivered a damaged TV with the screen broken. When placed a request for replacement. They become so rude and start ignoring you. They ask you to ship the product back to them. When you raise a hue and a cry they promise you to resolve it within a week and then sleep over it. They are so irresponsible about their own mistakes. They are going to fall the same way the shot to fame. They should stick to books. they cant deliver anything other than books. Mr Bansal has built a cheat kart to rob people of their hard earned money. Flipkart feeds on peoples hard earned money. Dirty parasites.

                                        Hi, Order ID: OD[protected] My phone ordered from flipkart is not turning on so i took it to service center. I was really surprise They are denying any service for that phone since its bought from flipkart. Model 107 Now flipkart people are asking me to return the phone with original box how a person can keep box after 6 months. They will provide refund only if i have brand box. If they don't want to return my money get this phone repaired since it under warranty. I bought this phone in January 2015. Its not may fault that i don't have box since to claim warranty you need product and invoice copy no one ask for box. So let me know any other alternative or get this phone picked and repair and give it to me. If you are selling something which manufacturer themselves deny service no point in buying from flipkart.Flipkart plus any online sellers should be banned from selling any product for which brand will deny any service.                                         Spoke to customer, he claims that service is denied to do service due to they stopped repair or service for this model. Customer don't have brand box to return the mobile. Informed customer will check with concern team.
