    Hi, I ordered Puma Running shoe [OD[protected]] on 10th july. But item not yet delivered to me. It is showing shipped to our area but I'm not getting response from them. This is really irresponsibility of courier guys. Already took 7 days. How many days require to deliver item inside the bangalore.

      Hi, My order id is OD[protected]. I got the mobile yesterday evening and after 100% of charging, I checked the mobile. I was browsing for 5 min.. the temparature went to 38 degrees. soon then installed apps and saw some video.. in another 10 min the temperature went to 47 degrees. I have attached screenshot proofs with this. I need refund for the order. Please return and refund. I am not satisfied with this mobile for my heavy use. Thanks, Selva

        Hi Team, I ordered Mi4i mobile and it got deliver to my address on 06/25/2015. Order Id: OD[protected]. On the same day i came to know that the product which i have receive is a defective product as it gets heated within one minute o[censored]sage. On the same night i requested for return the package. The product can not keep near to my ear and there is 100% chance that it can get burst any time. However i received a call from the representative, he asked me to download one app so that flipkart team can check the temperature of my mobile one line. I am very much astonished by the fact that here use of this mobile will lead to risk to my life, but still flipkart team is asking to use that device in order to check the temperature. It just like bomb I am handling in my hand. It can blast anytime. The phone also has a problem of network issue and call gets disconnected while speaking. The. heating level is so high which could lead to permanent hearing loss. As suggested by the flipkart technical team advisor, I have updated the mobile and also did reset. however the problem is still persist. I can not use this cell phone as it get heated so badly. I would like know why flipkart give fake 30 days replacement guaranty when they do not want to provide the same. I am really frustrated and felling like suicide now a day. If any thing happen to me due to this frustration flipkart will be responsible for the same. please help me to get refund from the fake flipkart company. Thanks, Hemant

          Sir i bought a product from flipkart order OD[protected] And the product is defective so i requested for the return of the product as per flipkart rules .so they told me that pick up will be arranged within 3 days i called on 5th of july and today is 15 still pick up is not arranged i called to customer care many times and they say the same thing that tommorrow we will arrange it.., .and they refused to provide me the contact information of nodal officer ...service of flipkart is pathetic and they harass the customers so please look into this matter and they are not refunding my money

              Hi Team, I have brougt a photo frame "Bello Photo Frames MDF Photo Frame" of rs. 1855 INR from Flipkart, Flipkart Order id is "OD[protected] ". After delivery, when i opened the item, frame was found broken. I have raised the complain on flipkart for return but it appears that they are no interested in taking it back. I have been doing followup from 15 days but no output.

              Spoke with the customer as he is saying that the pick up has not been done yet as he has suffered a lot with the product he had received a damaged product but still the refund has not been done yet so informed to customer that we will escalate the issue to the relevant stake holders so that the pick up is done on a priority basis.
              Now a days Flipkart services are very poor. They have disabled the refund option as well as they wont replace defective pieces easily. I am also a victim, bought 3 smartphones worth 40K and none of them are working good. Sad I lost my trust with them now.

                  Spoke with the customer as he is saying the product is still in approved state as it was supposed to get delivered on 4th of july 2015 again the date has been changed to July 10th,2015 but still it is in approved state so informed to customer to place a fresh order as we don't have any information when the shipment will be get delivered customer said he had placed a order in a offer price he don't want to cancel the order if he cancel the order he wants the order in the same price from the different seller so informed to customer that is not possible we will escalate the issue to the relevant stake holders and we will check on this to get the product to be get shipped on priority.

                    I have bought my moto g 10 months ago from flipkart and it accidentally got broken, only upper glass is broken not the touch and display. So, I am trying my level best to contact Flipkart since 20 days so as they could provide me help with the issue but I found nothing.                       Purchased handset from flipkart and found defective as it was not picking signal.. Tried changing sim and ported the number as well.. However no difference... Took the handset at local store and checked that the handset is defective and cant be repaired.. Contacted ur customer service as well..no help.. Has to sell handset with a loss of 5000.pls help.. Handset was taken in may and ever since that facing issue.. Am without a handset as cant buy expensive handset. Again being a mediocre financially.. request ur assistance n support and reimbursement

                        I M Fighting with flipkart since last 10-12 days.. They blocked my seller account saying that products which i sell are duplicate.. I Sent them Tax Paid Invoices Of the same item.. also chalanged them to Check my warehouse or even check those products which i have sold on flipkart which they say duplicate.. I dont know reason why they are not responding.. i also asked them if some competitor is suing me .. They are just Not listening anything .. They Just wondor how can u buy this product so cheaper.. but that is not of their business .. what they should check is I SELL ORIGIONAL PRODUCT OR NOT.. WHAT THEY SHOULD check I BUY FROM AUTHORISED DISTRIBUTOR OR NOT.. WHAT THEY SHOULD CARE IS INVOICES ARE GENUINE OR NOT.. But they are not even listening.. This is a serious issue..                               I had ordered a product from flipcart. The delivery was to be made within 18th of July. On 13th a courier guy calls me to collect the product. The product was sent to the wrong address, so I told the person to delivery to the correct address, he refused and returned the product. I called the Helpline center, they told it will be sent on the correct address. Again the same think happened on the second attempt on the same day. On 14th they told me the issue will be resolved. On 14th also the same think happened. In the evening I get a message "sorry for the inconvenience, your amount will be refunded. I felt ridiculous, was it done purposefully or mistake??? Three times... Horrible services...

                                  ORDER # OD[protected] Loreal lipstick complaint product is not original, not genuine, quality is bad as it's causing itching and smelling bad. It's dry, stick and causing itching in lips but original ones(3 in number) that i am having suits to my lips. I am not going to keep this pirated product. Accept the return of product I am 100% sure that it's original lipstick. you can see clearly in the pictures that lipstic is broken and see the material difference.I was really not expecting such a fake product from flipkart end.big hole(hollow) is found inside lipstick, you can see that clearly in pictures. Kindly refund my money back.Otherwise i will send this lipstick for testing or you can also send them for verification and testing at your end. Product was delivered on Fri, 15th May'15 but ithis was the 4th time i am using this lipstick.you cant sell such products to customers. I certainly understand your concern. As informed earlier, as your product was delivered to you on May 15, 2015 and has crossed the seller, "WS Retail", 30 day replacement guarantee. I am sorry to inform you that the return of the product cannot be accepted as this is out of seller replacement policy.

                                    I have Requested a book on flipkart it was my mistakee that i didnt check the language. I needed a English version but i received an hindi version. I tried to speak to customer care they said to go online and do the needful. But in online only option they are alllowing is replacement, so i just mentioned in Notes kindly replace with a English version. But again due to their superb service they have sent a Hindi version. The E-logistic guy who delivered the book says to contact customer care as they cant take the replacement back. In Online again i have tried but only option is replacement. What shall i do...????

                                        26th May'15 I purchased the Dell 3740 Tablet and I found Struck/Hanging problem during operation and it was replaced with a different Model: with WIFI only(without 3G). Again I complained with FK and it was replaced with 3G/WIFI model on 23rd Jun.
                                        During SIM connection on 7th Jul the display got split in to two part and pink color, When I asked for replacement or cash return with Cust.Care they assured to call back in 24hrs, but not yet 2 times called and sent a complaint mail on 7th Jul.
