Hi, I am writing to you to complain about the mobile I bought from your online store on 8th August and received on 11 August. I have logged return request, but your customer support executive are saying wait it's under process... I am asking how long I have to wait. I have been a loyal customer of yours for the last couple of years and have successfully made many purchases over the years. Unfortunately, however, this time I am dissatisfied with the service you have provided. Especially from Customer support team. They are very rude while talking. The mobile phone I ordered was the latest smart phone, the lenovo A 6000 plus, order OD[protected]. My reasons for choosing this model was that you advertised it on your website, Unfortunately, display touch functions is not working properly. It means you have delivered damage, defective or Not as Described state, it has scratches back side of the phone and battery side too. For these reasons, I would ask you either to refund the purchase price in full or send it to my flipcart wallet . I look forward to your immediate response. Or else I have to take some legal action. We have already addressed this complaint and we have also arranged for return & refund as the product is "out of stock". So closing the case as the issue stands resolved.
Flipkart is having one month return policy.. . .. ... . What happened to that?

Solve the issue immediately flipkart...
I had ordered T-shirt from flipkart & which I was not able to were because of small size i ask for bigger size they told product is out of stock. So i ask to take it back & refund It have been almost 15 days i am writing mail to them they din't pick-up.

    Order no - OD[protected] I Have Order a Micromax Led On 8-8-2015, i got delviery on 10 . From the time of delivery i tv is not working it has a display problem i have given a complent on[protected] they said after visting of techinen they will replace the tv.but the techinucation came n give report but since today they did not replaced tv. they said delivery will on[protected] between 8 am to 10 am but no delvery upto now now there. r saying delivery will be on[protected] filpkart cheated me alot by saying false statements so i want to file a case on flipkart

    Customer ordered for television and the product was defective and only the audio was working and no picture display. The technician visited customer's place and confirmed that it needs to be replaced. We have already arranged for replacement and the same will be delivered by 19th Aug, 2015. So closing the case as the issue stands resolved.

      So I have received the tablet on 13th August in the evening and I am one of those lucky few who got a discount from app as well. After using it for few minutes I realized that display is turning off spontaneously although inactivity timeout is set to much longer interval and it was happening during active usage. I decided to log an issue with Flipkart the following morning (14th) and I was promised to have a call back on the same day in the evening. Call back did happen but it wen to my brother so he rescheduled it for 15th at 12 noon. I decided to call anyway in the morning but I was told to wait for call back at 12 which didn't happen. So I called again and I was told that I should expect another call back at 5 in the evening. At 5 there was no call back so I called again and at this point I was quite frustrated. I was told again that someone will definitely call me back in 10 minutes. No call backs until now. When I checked the order page for Refund status, I see this: We're sorry. We are unable to process your refund request. Reason : The issue has been resolved between you and the seller. Hence, there will be no replacement or refund. I am not sure as hell spend my money on a faulty tablet so I really hope someone from Flipkart gets in touch with me and process a refund. Not just for the tablet but the complete order, the faulty tablet, it's cover and the memory card. Update on current status: Digiflip Pro XT911 Tablet - Rejected - Requested DigiFlip Flip Cover for Digiflip Pro XT911 & XT901 Tablet - REPLACEMENT Sandisk MicroSDHC 32 GB Class 10 Ultra - REFUND ACCEPTED I need all of these products refunded since I have lost any faith on Flipkart's ability to produce and support a quality product.

        I have ordered samsung galaxy J5 mobile in Flipkart on 13th Auguest. My order number is OD[protected]. I paid the whole money through credit card... But, They have cancel my order with my permission on 14th Auguest due to unavailability of vendor. In the same time, in website they were updated as follows, " Pick up has been scheduled. We'll pick up the item you wish to refund by Monday, 17 Aug'15 ". I was confused that how can i return the product without i receiving... Then i request them to change the status in website because it was wrong... but so far they didnt change the status correctly... In addition they didnt start the process of refund of my money after 3 days.. Kindly take necessary action to refund my money Rs. 12089/- as soon as possible...

          I order one K3 Note Lenovo on booking Date i got it on 12th and i requested flipkart on 13th that this phone is not good for my health and all as its having lots of issues and Major issue is this Phone is Over heat while we talk they talk me over phone and said phone allowed upto 48 degree and they given me code to check i check it shows 38 degrees there i told flipkart 48 degree means you want to hear a phone with upto 48 degree near my ear how it can possible and i am returning it i dont want this phone as Hanging, Camera and touch all is not as mentioned and they are refused to return Also rejected my retun request as they mention hassle free return in 10 days replacement guarantee but this is not true..                 Sir/Ma'am, I've sended a return threw courier, and paid 410 rps for the same, I've contacted your customer care person regarding my money should be refunded in my account and he say's we will refund your money in your Flipkart Wallet Account after that you can contact us and we will transfer your amount to your account, I said ok, and yesterday i've got my money in flipkart wallet and called your customer care person and ask for transferring the money in my account, but she clearly say's we can't do this, this is rediculous, i also told to her that your previous person said the amount can be transfered to my account after getting the amount in flipkart wallet, but she not listen anything, I only say yes for the flipkart wallet system that the person said we will transfer your amount to your account, this seem's flipkart are not genuine to their customers. Now i want my money transfer to my account as soon as possible. Please revert me back regarding this as fast as you can.                     My order no OD[protected], I ordered Lenovo A 7000 Cell Phone on 26th of July 2015 full payment in advance thereafter I won't get my order yet. and also flipkart cancel my order to giving a foolish reason, they can't deliver my product to given address. Between last two month I had ordered two other mobile handset from flipkart and they delivered in same address by flipkart. But Now why they did this nonsense I don't know. I want my product not refund please help.

                    Just notice their first response against my complaint and you will decide how irresponsible they are.

                    “They mentally harass me, they ruined my feeling, They don’t care my emotions”. They don’t understand how big loss I bared from them. I can’t completed my commitment to someone just because of them.

                    Please clarify me after two product successfully delivered in the same address, how can they told me my product can’t deliver just because their delivery partner unable to deliver my product on my address. It’s really hard to believe this.

                    Hence I decided to make a compensation claim against flipkart and i will do the same.

                      Mobile is heating at regular intervals. I have complained three time to flip kart. But they are not responding. they are ignoring what i am complaining. they have done the dignose but my mobile was not heating regularly but at 2 to three ties in a day.

                          I have purchase a mobile from flipkart vide order no.OD[protected]. I think that is my blunder mistake to choose Mi4i. Since first day not working any apps in it. after replace it same problem is there. From today it hang up in a way no call attending. Wrost phone in my life. After touch to customer care they suggesting to visit service center that is not practicall. Because its far away from my city ( Ludhiana, major town of punjab). 120 kms that need one leave for every issue and spend 800 per problem. So I suggest to every one pls avoide to purchase the fake company phone. No hear, no solutions. I'm trying to visit now consumer forum for my last solution.

                            I bought shoes from flipkart they were something called 100 walker boots it's been only a month and the shoes are damaged and I have only put them on for some 5-6 times. This is very unsatisfactory and upsetting from the website and the seller and makes me rethink if I want to buy merchandise from flipkart again

                              Hi Team, I am following up this issue from 17-10-14 onward still problem has not been resolved. i tried to contact through email 5 followup email follow up from my end the response from your side is only you have requested for the time but issue not resolved. I followed up throw flipkart customer service even they failed to give proper update just booking a issue but no response. So this is the final statement which i was sending i dont want to send again statement please dont ask for the same like updated because the banker is denying so for every statement i am paying 100/- for updated one. I contacted bank manager the issue is from your end so i dont want to roam here and there i made payment for flipkart so you people need to resolve and please let me know can you people resolve this issue or not or can you let me know the procedure to book a case in consumer court against flipkart.                                 I have ordered a product on 7 June 2015, it was delivered on 12 June 2015 by 1pm and returned it the same day i.e., on 12 June 2015 by 3pm. I asked them to refund money into my account and gave my account details. They have sent me reply saying that my issue will be resolved by 19 June 2015, 4pm. Later mailed me that the problem will be resolved by 30 June 2015, 8.30AM. On 28/6/2015 the mail was like this - "We understand your concern regarding the refund for your order OD[protected] and I’m glad to inform you that the seller has initiated a refund of Rs.418/- to your bank account on[protected]. This refund will reflect in 5 Business days as per standard banking procedures. In case you do not receive your refund as mentioned, please get back to us and we will certainly assist you further." Again on 30/6/2015 i received mail - "We are continuing to look into your issue on priority. We reassure you that we will resolve your problem by 30 Jun, 8:30 AM. " On 30/6/2015 i got a mail from them which is as follows - "We have successfully processed your refund request against your order OD[protected]. The amount of Rs. 418.00 is credited to your beneficiary bank account. " I have checked my account and found that the money was not refunded in my account. I called them and they sent a mail that it will be solved by 13/8/2015. Even I called them before complaining here. I want my money to be refunded please help me in this regard. If the Online shopping companies will behave like this then the customers will not buy from them anymore and moreover they took back the product within a day but money has not been refunded till now. I want Justice.Please help me regarding this.

                                  Order number: OD[protected] Reference number is[protected] spoke to Mr. Rajshekhar on 13 August, 6:15 pm. After the call, I got a mail stating that the return request is Rejected/ closed/ Resolved. However the Return request is not closed. Representative has asked me to use the product for another 24 hours. If the issue still persists I have been told that the return will be initiated and based on my choice I will get refund or replacement. (I want refund) The phone has not shown any improvements. It has become worse and due to heat, phone is lagging, screen becomes irresponsive. I am absolutely unhappy with the product quality and the reasoning given behind not approving the return. - Representative kept me on hold 3 times - I was told that supervisor is busy, cannot be contacted. I will get a return call. It never happened - I was told, first 24-48 hours the phone's processor heats up and then it becomes normal. No product manual, instruction guide, official page states that - I have already passed almost 72 hours with the phone, the issue is still there. Kindly arrange a pickup and provide the refund as early as possible, as I do not want to use this faulty product. I am passing through agony as I had purchased so many products from flipkart in last couple of years still I have to go through such hassles. Even the delivery did not happen on time for the product. Request you to expedite and take actions at the earliest. Please arrange a pick up and initiate the refund so that I can buy another product from flipkart.

Customer says that he was promised for a refund. However, unable to find any note on the same in the previous interactions. So informed customer that we can only offer replacement provided it is found that the device is defective post smart-check test and closing the case.

                                    Hi I have purchased a HP 15-af024AU APU Quad Core A8 - (4 GB DDR3/1 TB HDD/Windows 8.1) Notebook (15.59 inch, Turbo SIlver Color With Diamond & Cross Brush Pattern) form Flipkart on August 3rd 2015 . I have paid the complete amount through online. A offer for HP Laptop bag was bundled with this product which Flipkart haven't sent to me which was received on 8th August. On speaking to their customer care they are straight away denied of about the offer. And meanwhile they have even update their website without the offer.                                       Hi All, To share my experience with all you guys, pathetic customer support, no responsible person who can resolve customer problems, every executive will tell you to wait for another 4-5 days and no one turns back... My Excat concern which is happen with flipkart i had order a product from flipkart My order no is OD[protected] and i had order a product moto g 3rd gen from my 1st sallery bt they people given me empty box and when i try to flipkart every excutive pickup my call bt they spoke with me very rudley and says that wait for this date and i suppose to get the delivery bt at the time when i recive the new product and returning the old product box and charger they had return back my product and fe update the status that cx already have the prodcut andafter that my request got canel till i havent recive the cofermation and also when i spoke with her senior team they person told me that replacement or refund nt possibal at the time im very harrased rt now we doesnt have any infrmm or what will i have to do kinldy i[censored]r not able to provide me the prodcut so y u people giveing me dates that u will get resuoltion...

                                      I wish to share my experience with u all for shopping on flipkart. I received my honor 4 X phone without earphone. This phone has been gifted to me actually. We chose urgent delivery so they charged Rs90 as a shipping charge however earphone missed. We can't trust on its service. It shows somewhere something is happening like seal is being opened in between packing to delivery or something else.
                                      My order no was OD[protected].
                                      Ordered made and received one month ago on 9 july but Why i am complaining now because i am gonna buy something again but I have to think before making my decision to buy from here. If they will repeat again then who will be responsible.
                                      please ignor my compalint i dont want replacemnet or the refund becuzz rt now im in out of station so onse we came in my address i will call u again

                                        I ordered Laurals women watch from Flipkart.com on 30th july. But i got the defective watch on 3rd august. I put a replacement for it on same day. Flipkart told me that they will pick and deliver the replacement on 11th Aug. But on due date they canceled my replacement for no reason. I want to gift the watch to my sistor on her engagement but all goes in vein. kindly take strict action against them and I want the compensation.
                                        Dear friend you go to your mail when flipkart is accepted your request then you got mail from flipkart return form for returning to him print it that affix the box send it return to him you will got a refund after they received the product.
