I order a Redmi 2 Mobile Today morning and the order number is "OD[protected]". WWhen I placed the order it said it will be delivered within 3 working days and showed 13th Aug 2015. But when I see My Orders now it says 3rd September 2015. I called the Customer care and asked and they say it will take 23 days. Also, the pin code I have provided is of Bangalore, and the company warehouse is also here only. The Customer Care agent Deepak was rude and even his Team Leader Abhishek. Finally, when I said to cancel the order and refund my money, he said it will take 8 working days to refund. This has been a very bad experience with Flipkart. The support team was rude and did not even try to hear my problem.

But till now (10-aug-2015) . i didnt get any message but in my flipkart account it has cancel automatic without my knowledge . after sending message your was cancelled . Again they said order will delievered i dont know what happen .       Order number :[protected] Tracking ID No. : FMPC[protected] Item: APG Cricket Invidual Grace Ordered on : Tue, 28th Jul'15 While ordering it was referred vide sms that delivery would be made on or before 8th Aug'15. Received no communication about the status hence called up your representative Ms.Manasi who booked a complaint and mentioned that by 10th order's delivery details will be provided. As there was no feedback again spoke to Ms. Preeti, as she couldn't give convincing answers she transferred it to Ms. Kadambari who in turn mentioned that if by 5:00 pm if there is no response then we will have to place a new order. To this strongly protested as we do not want further delay on the delivery of the product. Surprised that a reputed company like yours is faultering commitments and no proper feedback is received and the numbers which are mentioned to lodge verbal complaint it is quite a task to speak to your reps. it takes approx 10 - 15 mins to speak and it is after several calls we get the number.         Sir, I bought 'LENOVO k3 note ' mobile phone on 31/7/15 from Flipkart. Since the device is getting heated excessively and loudspeaker not working properly, I complained to Flipkart. First they make a call to me and After said to download an app- Smartcheck to diagnose the overheating problem and speaker problem . Further I was told to activate this app Technical Section But no one called me. Again there was no call from Flipkart They disappointed me This is a big lie as always at the appointed schedule I made myself available and waiting for the call. It appears by delaying tactics Flipkart wants to cross the 30 day replacement warranty period and at last reject my request.           I ordered redmi2 and got delivered my orderno[protected] affter receving i found that i can make calls but i cant receive the in comming calls the touch is not working if i press 5 times may be i time it will work some time this is my issuue for this i called customer care they toold me to update the system i did it but still the problem remained the same again i called customer care they told me to download flipkart app to trouble shooting and i was told to wait the expert will call me next day at 6 3o pm i downloaded the app and waited for the call from expert but idint receive any call from the expert but next day received mail stating that my request for returning or replacing is rejected by seller what that meeans my issue will not solved or the handset will not be replaced is it my faoult that i belived flipkarts word that it will act promptly by replacing or resoved the issue why i payed money for humilating like this i want to resolve this issue immedatly [protected]@gmail.com mob [protected]

The battery is getting drained very fast, even within 3-4 hour o[censored]sage (100% to 5%), Also the phone too much heated so that I cannot bring near my ear to attend a call. This is a faulty set that flipkart.com delivered to me I am already registered call to replacement but company employee rejected my request 3 times. Apps "mediaserver" & "Media" running and consume 80% of battery and i tried to stop this apps but i am to successful. Please take necessary action to refund or replace my smart phone.             You have done it already 3 times before and making call back is senseless after this you close the case but in properly you have no solution about this.
            This is one of the worst experience in my life.

              I have bought Sony CP-F10L/C ULA USB Portable Charger 10000 mAh on 13.03.2015 having Order ID : OD[protected] and product code PWBEFCSSXHVFBQ2E through Flipkart but it was not working properly and surprisingly, it was experienced that the portable charger is consuming battery from my phone rather than charging the phone...!!! I am very disappointed with the brand "Sony" and then I move towards service center in Ahmedabad, India but I became more surprised when I was told that the portable charger is not original. You are requested to take the action on seller of the said portable charger who is selling through flipkart and refund the money which I have paid for your so called Brand.

                I've purchased MI4i phone by flipkart in june 2015, on seeing good configuration and in my budget price Rs.13000. But after getting it, it gives problem. Multiple problems. No apps download and after transfer apps by Bluetooth not working on my phone. Its work on wifi only. Many times call to customer care they change it twice but not successfully run the apps. They suggest to go service center which is 120Kms far away from Ludhiana which required more expenses and one leave to solution. that is not paralytically. Nor phone work in use in helmate. Automatically all setting are settle itself. Very dishearten and unhappy with this phone.

                    Hello i bought lenovo k3 note from flipkart the day i recived my mobile i put battery without any sim cards just to check its funtions after checking i was trying to remove battery so that i can put my sim cards in the slot but battery was not cuming out and its stuck in the mobile so i request flipkart to return the product and provide me new one but next day after puting request of my product i reviced a sms which says sorry seller refuse to exchange the product its just 24 hours and they are reacting like this and after that i recived a call which says i have to visit service center thats just cheating after just 24 hours i have to go to service center both compaies are selling cheap products without quality check there is a vedio i found on youtube which describe the same problem here is the link https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3KJoMU1KAQM

                      Order a phone from Flipkart Moto G 2nd Generation, it gets overheated and runs really slow and on top of that it has a battery trouble, battery gets charged to 100℅ in 2mins and gets discharged again, contacted Flipkart and they are giving future dates and times and no option to contact them right away even after contacting their customer service.

                                I Ms V.Shobhavathi working in Corporation Bank Tilak Nagar Delhi ordered one MOTO g 3g mobile and it was delivered to me on 04082015 after payment of 12999/- in cash. Delivery AWB[protected]. Order No OD[protected]. I tried to start the mobile but it's screen sensor is not working. It automatically runs on its own and I can not type any thing. Hence I requested for the exchange . One soft ware engineer tried to contact me on 6, 7 and 8th on different timings . though I explained the matter to him and requested for the exchange today I am getting a message that my request is disapproved . What I should do with this mobile now ?. I want justice .My bank will not permit me to hold such instrument .It is an offence to hold such non working instrument by paying full amount to the company.

                                      Order Date: May 21, 2015 Mail Received Ensuring Pickup And Refund : June 11, 2015 Pickup Done : June 21, 2015 I ordered a Mi4i from Flipkart.com. The phone was a severe headache to me as it had multiple problems so I called the cc and told about my issue. The CC promised me to pickup the product and initiate a refund as soon as the pickup is done. Finally the pickup was done and when i mailed them the pickup receipt, no response is being received from them. I had done several mails, a lot of calls but all in vain. They haven't initiated my refund and here I am stuck with my money with them and its more than a month. I want my refund and a compensation for all the troubles I have gone through.

                                        Respected sir we have registered a complaint against a delivery Man who had taken an amount of Rs.1478 for order no.OD[protected].Now he has felt his mistake and returned the amount. My matter has been resolved. I hope that such type of mistakes will not be done in future by your company . Now I am satisfied. Thanking you yours sincerely suraj vats
