I am writing to you to complain about the mobile I bought from your online store on 8th August and received on 11 August. I have logged return request, but your customer support executive are saying wait it's under process... I am asking how long I have to wait. I have been a loyal customer of yours for the last couple of years and have successfully made many purchases over the years.
Unfortunately, however, this time I am dissatisfied with the service you have provided. Especially from Customer support team. They are very rude while talking.
The mobile phone I ordered was the latest smart phone, the lenovo A 6000 plus, order OD[protected].
My reasons for choosing this model was that you advertised it on your website, Unfortunately, display touch functions is not working properly. It means you have delivered damage, defective or Not as Described state, it has scratches back side of the phone and battery side too.
For these reasons, I would ask you either to refund the purchase price in full or send it to my flipcart wallet . I look forward to your immediate response. Or else I have to take some legal action.

Flipkart Customer Care's response We have already addressed this complaint and we have also arranged for return & refund as the product is "out of stock". So closing the case as the issue stands resolved.
