But also disappointed with the same. On 19th I've ordered a LENEVO6000plus, but after recieving when i started using the phone, I came to know that there's a (touch) issue with the phone. On 25th May 2015, i recieved a call from technical person name called ASIFon 25/05/2015 at 2:56pm, he was very helpful to me, he took my replacement request and also confirmed that if the same issue is repeated in replacement phone. i.e. second time, I'll be getting a REFUND, even i had a TALK with other executives name AMOL date 27/05/2015, timing - 6:13pm, he also informed that if the same issue is repeated the second replacement I can get the refund as per company policy. Then again i had a talk with the executive name PARTH on 28/05/2015 at 5:24pm, he also told me same thing like AMOL and ASIF. My complain NO is[protected]. Today i received a call from technical name VINAY, he informed me that REFUND is possible only replacement can be availed. I told him repeadtedly that I had a talk with ASIF, AMOL, PARTH that i will get the refund, but VINAY is not agrreable. Then he transferred a call to MS. NADA senior person, she was also telling me same thing like VINAY, later she told me that she will call back today(29/05/2015) till 6.30pm after checking call recordings between 25/05/2015 to 29/052015, but she didnt called me yet, till date. Then when i called back to customer care I had a talk ith VIKRAM today(29/05/2015) at 6.32pm, he also told same thing like ASIF, AMOL, PARTH and told me that now I'll be getting a call tomorrow(30/05/2015) before 12pm. I have every call record in my mobile too, as a proof for REFUND said by above executives. THEY HAD PUT MY NUMBER ON BLACK LIST, which means whenever I called on customer care the executive VIKRAM, MANISH and so on say that useless excuses like (system is on upgradation), will get a call till 12pm next day, will get a call in 24hrs, bla-bla.. I WILL NOT GIVE A HALF STAR ALSO TO PHONE nor To FLIPKART. FRIEND DONT BUY THIS PHONE... IT HAs A TOUCH ISSUE PATTERN LOCK FRIENDS PLEASE DONT BUY ANY OF THE PRODUCTS FROM FLIPKART AS THEY ARE NOW TELLING LIES I[censored] HAVE ISSUES WITH UR PRODUCTS. I AM RAISING THIS ISSUE TO SACHIN BANSAL AND BENNY DAYAL and also I AM GOING AHEAD TO REGISTERED A COMPLAIN TO CONSUMER COURT AS M HAVING A PROOF OF RECORDING, will demand a compensation amt also. THIS IS VERY RIDICULOUS JOB U ALL ARE DOING. U DELETED MY POSTED COMMENT, NO REPLIES TILL YET. WHY ITS SHOWING Rs.14998 INSTEAD OF Rs.7499, SINCE LAST WEEK, THE SHIPMENT IS ALREADY RETURNED SHOWING IN MY FLIPKART A/c.
