Spoke to customer, he told the phone is not getting switch on and other issues with it, told customer the product is crossed the policy period and should visit the service center and if the service center are not helping please get back to us with job sheet, customer agreed and mail sent to customer about the same and closing the case.

    From last two days i am receiving messages regarding my product's delivery. They send me a name and number in the morning stated that this guy will deliver the product, but then in he evening they send send message that today they can't deliver. I am suffering this from last two days. Today in the morning i called to that number who has supposed to deliver my product, but he said he has no information regarding this.

      I purchased a 6000 plus lenavo mobile on 06. 05. 2016 from flipkart.
      Against prepaid invoice no. Del[protected] for rs. 7499 / -
      After using in a month it started problem with heating and drained battery. Complained same to leanvo and flipkart no statified response.
      Complain no.[protected] on 26. 06. 2015 at lenavo customer care.

      Please help me out. As after surfing related heating issue over internet i found same status which made me worried as a lot of customers of this product having same response.

Customer also placed complaint that the field executives doesn't deliver the shipment to customer door step and ask the customer to walk 2Km form his place and customer should collect the product.

            I ordered krayonz mens handkerchief for rs.249/- and i received a message that it will be delivered before 7pm today(2/07/15).I received a call by 12.00 in the afternoon and the delivery person named aswin asked me to collect the item by 4.00 p.M in the evening.Since all o[censored]s are employed we will be available after 5pm.I told him the fact and he said he will return the product to the seller.If the courier partners are not flexible in delivering the product as per customers availability your sales will come down because of them.Last time also i faced the similiar situation.They are not willing to come to deliver after 4p.M.Kindly take neccessary steps for smooth delivery as per customers choice.

                I ordered an acer laptop (order id: OD[protected] on 29th May 2015. Its been 1 month and I didn't get yet. Flipkart is making me fool by saying "wait for 2 days, wait for 4 days". Actually some wrong person taken away my laptop from their courier hub. Courier guys even didn't check the identity of the person and given him my laptop. From last month Flipkart is waisting my time by saying "We are looking in your issue". I want my laptop not refund, because it was an emi transaction so I am paying interest also for this or Flipkart give me the interest amount also.

                    I placed order for sub product dated on 22/06/2015. intially it was advised by them it will be delivered on 30/06/2015. Also as per tracking it is updated as it will be delivered at your nearest hub. I follwed up couple of times and also raised compliant by mail. I received a routing mail for a name sake. on 30th i followed up and they said it will get delivered at /our door step latest by 2nd of July. As im posting this compliant dated on 02/07/2015 i had convesation with one of their executive and came to understand my product is not reached cochin yet and it will take another 2 to 3 days to get dispatched which is not confirm yet. Kindly consider my request to sort this issue as i alreay done the payment for sub product. I expect a positive action fovouring me. Thanks and best Regards K.Sreekumar

                      I ordered mi band on 22 June Order ID - OD[protected] Cash on Delivery and estimated delivery date was supposed to be 3rd July 2015. However I was never able to track the item and I placed many calls but every time the same response - "Your order will be reached by the estimated date" . However today on 2nd July 2015, they called me and said that there was no contact with the shipment provider and automatically cancelled my product and when I called them they responded bluntly and said "The product will not be delivered." Now How will I receive my product as it is permanently discontinued from Flipkart. Resolution is simple - either deliver my product or compensate me for the inconvinience caused.

                        Dear Flipkart Team, In furtherance to my complaint, today at around 11.53 am, I had received a call from the number [protected] where an executive referred to my query and was trying to attempt a resolution. I clarified the problems to him and insisted that any resolution suggested should be mailed to him to which he replied that they "do not have access to emails". To this I inquired about his name and replied that he was "Akbar". I insisted to Mr. Akbar for his complete name which he categorically and vehemently refused and stated that this is his complete name, which I refused to believe. Mr. Akbar then decided to take my concern on a different tangent and started using a language which was not acceptable. On this I asked him to put me through his supervisor. After holding the line for a while another person joined the call and introduced himself as Mr. Rakesh Rankawat. I asked Mr. Rankawat for the details regarding Mr. Akbar to which he said that "In India, not everyone has a surname and it is possible to have only First Name". Such a statement came to me as a shock. I can appreciate that it is possible for an individual or so but making a general statement like this and that too, by a customer service representative, reflects the arrogance and above that the professional training he has undergone. I clarified to Mr. Rankawat that this kind of proposition is not acceptable but it made no difference to him. After a lengthy argument, Mr. Rankawat kept me on hold for a while and then clarified that the complete name of the executive was Mr. Md Akbar Badshah. I inquired about the development as to how this executive got a complete name suddenly, to which he said that it is not possible for him to remember all the details about his staff. I can understand that it is not possible to remember all the details but this is not acceptable for the name atleast. To this Mr. Rankawat, did not pay any heed, should no apologetic signs and wanted to change the topic. However, after a lengthy argument he accepted his mistake and advised that I can complaint to anyone I like but it will make no difference as its not possible to catch hold of a person in your organization with these details. What I want to point out here is the conduct of your insensitive and untrained customer care executives, who are highly arrogant and short of communication skills. If you are not aware of any policy, you may always take time to get back to the customer with correct and accurate details rather than getting into an argument. Hope you people take cognizance of this. 1. Md Akbar Badshah (Employee code - 75758. 2.                           I bought Oneplus One phone from flipkart at Rs.21, 999.I was getting next day delivery from Amazon, but since I was a regular customer of Flipkart, I bought from Flipkart, even when they were showing 1 week delivery. When I received my product, it didn't have a charging adaptor. When I complained, they told that it is not coming from Product Company itself. How come Amazon is giving then. Same day my friend ordered, she got the phone next day, with Adaptor.I won't buy from Flipkart anymore!!

                            Hi,

                            I made the below purchase of Lenovo S8 tablet (OD[protected] as the image attached with this mesaage on jun 18, 2015 and the device was delivered to me on jun 22, 2015.

                            It was defective with a camera issue reporting "camera error" message whenever i tried opening the camera.

                            I contacted the customer care team and made my query and they gave me the troubeshooting step like 'hard reset'. I tried it but still then i was not able to access the camera in the device.

                            I made three return requests but all were cancelled and the defective device is still with me.

                            I've been continuously calling flipkart customer care[protected] for more than 5 days and still then i am not able to return the device.

                            I have attached images of my order, delivery of the device and the three return requests i made herewith this message.

                            It is very hectic to keep the defective device with me and i am still not able to return it.

I asked Flipkart to accept the return as I had not opened the box yet, however even after repeated requests they are not accepting it.                                         Hello Flipcart, I received below mentioned handset on 25th June & immediately from next day speaker stopped working. Your call center taken return request but unfortunately you have started system generated appointments which are not at all suitable with customer so your un professional technical executive resolved my returned request without even calling.(Forget about troubleshooting & fixing my issue) I called up again on 30th June 2015 & explained same thing to your executive but your unprofessional executive answered me rudely.(Check your recording & keep that ready which may required in Consumer court). After continuous follow up I received call on 1st July 2015 at 1.30 pm & your technical executive asked to perform troubleshooting steps & after performing that handsets mike & speaker both stopped functioning. Moreover handset started heating like heater. If I am making, call receiver cant listen to me & I cant listen to him either. So again I called up on 1st July 2015 around 2.55pm & your executive set up another call with your technical team. Lady from your technical team did called up at 7.00 pm on 1st July & was just enjoying by looking at the customers that how I am suffering. She asked my wife to install smart check app & she vanished. Unfortunately my wife was unable to install that app as setting needs to be changed. here your technical team should have shown willingness & professionalism to help install the app which is missing? Now its been 6 days my speaker & mike not working & you people are just enjoying the customers pains. You have given me defective handset. Are Flip cart really serious in replacing my handset?? Is flip cart really want to give professional customer service which customer deserves? Is flip cart flying in the air as you have large hold in Indian market?
