Updated by Harsh Dixit I bought Microsoft Lumia 640 Xl from Flipkart the first piece which i
receive was not able to get the network and it was very slow.
I have requested for replacement The second piece which i have receive it
has bigger problem It hangs up in every 10 minutes I tried with charging it
up it get heated i did not install any application or not even logged in
to my Microsoft account.
There must be software/Hardware issue and i have faced the same issue twice.
i was a frequent buyer and i was a very big fan of flipkart but after this
experience i expected they will initiate my refund process they again
offered me re-placement which i disagree.
Now please let me know is 14000 rupees is so much important for one of the
biggest online retail companyto cheat there customer.
14000 is big part of my salary moreover i bought this phone for my wife to
gift her on her birthday now how do you expect me to trust one more time to
flipkart.
If you guys really want to help me you have to initiate the refund process
otherwise you can enjoy with my money i wont mind it will be a big lesson
for me.
