I bought Microsoft Lumia 640 Xl from Flipkart the first piece which i receive was not able to get the network and it was very slow. I have requested for replacement The second piece which i have receive it has bigger problem It hangs up in every 10 minutes I tried with charging it up it get heated i did not install any application or not even logged in to my Microsoft account. There must be software/Hardware issue and i have faced the same issue twice. i was a frequent buyer and i was a very big fan of flipkart but after this experience i expected they will initiate my refund process they again offered me re-placement which i disagree. Now please let me know is 14000 rupees is so much important for one of the biggest online retail companyto cheat there customer. 14000 is big part of my salary moreover i bought this phone for my wife to gift her on her birthday now how do you expect me to trust one more time to flipkart. If you guys really want to help me you have to initiate the refund process otherwise you can enjoy with my money i wont mind it will be a big lesson for me. Thanks, Harsh Dixit

            I orderd moto g on june 5th and expected the delivery on 7th june i choose the one day delivery nd paid extra 90 rupees for that. but i didnt the product on 7th june i informed the delay to flipkart customer care bt i didnt get a proper feedback from them . They fraudelently charging the extra amnt by saying on day delivery please tak a necessary action on this .Please make them to pay a compensate for their delay My order id: OD[protected]

              I had ordered books from flipkart -Order No: OD[protected].On the 9th dy of delivery, I receive a message stating that the order is cancelled due to unavailability of stock.it is really annoying to receive such kind of response from a reputed firm.It was a gift for my Dad's birthday.This spoiled all the surprise. I dont understand why the order is taken with the payment when there is no stock.this kind of behaviour is unacceptable.Please provide a proper reason for such a response from you.

                i am very unhappy with the service by your esteemed company. i ordered a pair of shoes on 27th May, and the ordered was supposed to reach by 5th june, but by 5th june there was no information provided by you..and on 6th june late night after complaining i got a message in which it was written that the order has been cancelled. I was very shocked that such esteemed company will do this kind of work. Now i have ordered the pair of shoes on Amazon.com and i will receive it in couple of days Thank You Very Much

                  Order No. OD[protected] I had ordered for an Mi4 16GB and soon after I started using it noticed that the instrument was getting pretty hot and was almost impossible to hold against the ear. I called 3 days later and informed about the issue and a replacement was promised. I tried following up but to no avail and every time some executive would tell me that you guys are working on the issue. Last night while using Whatsapp, the display suddenly conks off, reappears after 30 mins, and this morning again, just as suddenly it conks off again. Why when I have paid the full amount in advance was my phone which is still in warrenty not replaced by you guys. Even though I called much before the 30 day replacement policy was up, I got no response. I am very disappointed with your service and am going legal if this is not sorted.

                      above said items was ordered by order No. OD[protected] on date 20.05.15 and returned on 28.05.2015 vied courier receipt No.[protected] and Item reached at bhiwadi on 03.06.2015 but amount of RS. 439/- is not received in my wallet til 08.06.15.

                          yesterday flipkart sent me a courier by EKL COD .TIN NO [protected] . Note that I have never placed an order for this product. when i opened the parcel i discovered that it was not ordered at all. i paid the courier guy 549 rupees too. I have sent many mails to customer care but no help. no concern at all. the product order ID IS OD[protected]. Tracking id is FMPC [protected].Note that this order is also not seen in my order list.I would request flipkart to solve it as it is a serious error on their part.

                            I tried to purchase few products which are having great discounts but when i tried to purchase them through mobile its showing that you have to use mobile for the purchase but when i tried to download the app it shows that its not compatible with my mobile. So here the flipkart would have allowed purchase through mobile browser. Due to this i have missed the deals and why flipkart try to do such kind of marketing. This is not at all fair.Even though if they solve this now there is no use. If proper reply is not given i would like to suggest this to all. Nothing comes Back once it is done So its your responsibility to answer me for this. This may seem like a small issue but without treating your customers why to run such a kind of sites to make yourself more popular. This is not the first time i have missed many offers on big billion day. From now its my turn to make people to realize what happens if we deal with this kind of sites.

                            How can i give an order without having the source, as i mentioned before my mobile is not compatible with your app so you would have allowed the usage of Fipkart through mobile browser. You have given a big add in news paper but it seemed like a trap to improve your site. Nothing is beneficial to the customer.

                              I ordered one iphone 6 on 25 th of may 2015. And i got delivery on 29th of may. I got duplicate handset instead of original. I paid 54720 by net banking. And now i am trying to get reversal of payment from last 10 days. Flipkart escalations team giving the same excuse from last 10 days, that they are still serching for errors. i didn't get any positive feedback from flipkart. Seriously Flipkart is making fool to the public

                                Hi, I have ordered a new AC from Flipkart in May 2015. The product delivered has been found to be faulty within 5 days of its installation and have requested for a replacement on May 21, the request for replacement was confirmed and I was promised that the same shall get replaced by May 28. Even after repeated reminders the AC has still not been replaced. Meanwhile, one of the employees from Flipkart has uninstalled AC at my home on June 7. To my surprise, I have been informed that the same can not be replaced now as the carton for original AC was thrown away. I have not been informed about the return policy even after multiple reminders and have spent more than 3000 on installation & repair of faulty AC. Would strongly recommend that as an organization like Flipkart spends more time on improving there customer services. Waiting to resolve my queries (order no. OD[protected]). However, it is found that we have delivered products to customer even recently and hence informed him that reason why his above order was not delivered and requested him to place a fresh order. Customer agreed, So closing the case.

                                      Sir/Mam, I am writing this mail with regards to the delayed service provided by Flipkart, I.e on 5th june, 2015(friday) i ordered one Moto g handset through Flipkart And i opted for one day delivery guarantee, which Flipkart takes only Rs-90/- for one day delivery guarantee. While placing order too i got the message that my product will be delivered by 6th june, 2015(saturday) as according to one day guaranteed delivery, But today is 7th june'2015 (1.45 am) till now i haven't received my product, I don't understand why they are promising one day delivery if they are unable to process our request. The promised date of delivery has been passed and till now i haven't received my product. I have attached all the relevant document to support my statement.                                         Flipkart being a big giant in the ecommerce market is expected to cater to the deliver the bundle of satisfaction along with quality and correct product to its customers..And the same was my belief... which however seems to be a myth after I got the delivery of my recent order.I had ordered this product on 25th may and after waiting for 7 days they send me a wrong product and their CC executives are saying that this product is out of stock.I got the order which enormously big for me and obviously of no use..This is something which is not expected from a brand which promises to deliver value for money to its customer.If this product was not available in their stock then why they send me a wrong product. they have wasted my 7 days. Now they are saying that then can give me refund but will not give me any compensation. But they have wasted my 7 days.
