    Dear Seller, I purchased Sennheiser CX 500 Wired Headphones through online and i received the product wrongly it means you sent me the different model headphone Sennheiser CX 300-II . Really I am feeling very bad the worst service you are giving if the product is unavailable means you you are giving suc a fake offers in dashboards .     Tried reaching customer on "[protected]" and there was no response. So sent e-mail to customer asking for alternate number. Customer had complained stating that he received a wrong product and also requesting him to share NEFT details, So that we can take a return & offer refund.

      Battery is draining very fast max of 3 hours. I have put a request for replacing it, but it is getting rejected. Now a days which mobile is giving 3 hours of backup. On first request they told to install smartchk and said every thing is fine and provided troubleshot steps. Those steps didnt worked I put one more request then sent msg to install smartchk and will call in evening, but in evening with out checking anything just rejected the request. One of the worst customer care center. My Order ID OD[protected].

      Spoke to customer on "[protected]" and got to know that he received a defective handset and he was un-happy about smart-check process and time taken to address his issue. So apologized for the inconvenience and it is found that we have already arranged for replacement which is "out for delivery". So closing the complaint.

        I brought a Samsung Galaxy S5 from Flipkart just before 20days and its showing heavy Backlight problem and heavy heating problem which i communicate to Flipkart TWICE but they are not helping and only telling to visit Service Center which i did and also Flipkart person talked with the person of service center but now they are saying that the person is not the Authorized Service Center and telling me to visit the Authorized Service Center which is 40 km away from my stay and rejected my problem by saying please visit authorised Service Center. I am sacing a lot of problem as i have working in a bank Please suggest

          on the evening of 24th june, 2015 at around 11;45 pm i had called the customer care to get details about a particular offer on the mobile app.The personnel was unable to explain his words and when i enquired once again about the particular offer he raised his voice and started talking in an abusive manner, when i told him to not take that tone with me..he simply hung up the phone.all the offers ended within 10 minutes and i was not able to make a single purchase because of the misbehaviour episode.I demand an apology from flipkart for this unpleasant experience.

            Hi, I have purchase TV & receive on 10 june but till date 25th june no installation. I have called near by 20 times on [protected] but no service provide and only lieing me each time. As I waste 15 days and another offer for purchase on other sites and also waste of money and conflict at home. receive 5 msg for installation for 21, 22, 23 etc but no one come for installation. please confirm to whom I can escalate the issue. regards Venkatesh Boddul

Customer says that he contacted brand and they denied service stating that (ExcelEnterprising) is not an authorized seller for Sony brand. Customer wanted to return, So requested him to get a job-sheet, so that we can validate & take return.

                Hi, I have ordered a photron product from flipkart for my camera which is 55 mm in size and the delivered one was 52mm. So I wanted a return for the product . One customer care executive contacted me in 24 hrs after i placed my return request and started telling that it was not our fault, its your fault that you ordered a wrong product. I told him there are certain products which ordered from flipkart and they have taken a return request. He started saying that may be other reason or other brunch . For wrong product placement, there is no policy from flipkart to return and refund. I was shocked that such thing could happen for flipkart also, which used to be a trusted site !!! Many time when we order a cloth which size is wrong, flipkart give a return policy for that, but not for this ?? How is it possible, I have many more complaints against flipkart regarding not returning my money in a mode I wanted to and which was promised and confirmed by flipkart customer care executive.                   I have bought a RED Mi4i phone from Flipkart. but the handset i got has so many problems in it. Very first day the phone is getting hanged & i have to reboot the phone so many times. It has heating issue & network problem also. Flipkart is making so many promises for this phone but the the brand is not worth to sale. i have asked for refund but there has not been any response from Flipkart. They are just making fool of consumers & selling fake & faulty products & later on not listening to the consumers. I need my my money back & dont want this faulty brand phone.                         on[protected] it is said that extra 10% offer will be given on STATE BANK DEBIT CARD but I tried with three active state bank debit card, I could not avail this offer. There was an error stating that "Sorry, your payment of Rs. 5399 has been declined by SBI. Your transaction id is TX[protected]. In the unlikely event that you are charged, the entire amount will be refunded automatically within 3-5 working days. Please try making the payment again." I was trying to order it the whole day but every time had a same response. I was ordering MOTO E 2 GEN 3G BLACK color and I need a reason for this to happen.

                            I reguraly purchased items from flipkart because of the service they provided. But now the quality of their service is going down day by day. I purchased a tablet from flipkart. I got a defective product so I requested for replacement. They cancelled the replacement themselves without informing me. After a dozen of calls to their customer care service, I was able to request them for the refund (as they were doing nothing for the replacement of the item). It has been almost 20 days, and they still have not sent someone for the pickup of the defective item. I needed this tablet for educational purposes and I am suffering a lot due to flipkart's bad service.

                              I had ordered a book "Public Finance In Theory and Practice" by Dr. SK Singh, S Chand Publications. The date of placement of order was 13th June 2015. The date of delivery mentioned was 22nd June 2015. However, the book has still not been received(as on 24th June, 19:30). The order number for the same is OD[protected]. Upon tracking my order, it says that the book has already reached the nearest dispatch centre. I don't understand the reason for this inordinate delay. I am expected to appear for an exam soon, and I need the book to be delivered tomorrow itself. Otherwise, I will be forced to cancel the order and look for other options to source the book. Please do the needful to ensure immediate delivery of the book by 25th June 2015, before 7 PM.

                                HI, From last friday i am trying to reach the concern person about my problem, now the mobile is available for replacement, but the representative is not agreeing to approve for replacement. he is very arrogant and disconnected my call. this is the way to treat your customer from 19/06/2015 i am requesting for replacement, but they are telling no stock but stock was available in website, they are cheating for the customer, because of the defective mobile i lost many business contacts and suffered a loss of 30000/-

                                don't bye any products in flipkart they are the great cheaters, they just kill ur time and patients in terms of calls. they wont provide you any solutions, they are a huge cheaters company, just humiliate you by representatives call

                                    Poduct : Eureka forbes aquasure water purifier Product cost:10000 Delivery date : 30 may 2015 Order id : OD[protected] mobile no.[protected] email : susheel.[protected]@gmail.com toll no :[protected] Complaint : i have bought Eureka forbes aquasure water purifier product from flip kart on may around 27 may 2015 in 10000 rs . as normally written in specification and terms, installation is done in 3 business days, so i have waited 3 days then have made a call in customer service for the installation which was pending and representative has confirmed me for next 24 hours and again i waited few more days, then after i am continiously follow up with customer care and all the representative is saying the same repetitive dialogue for the resolution like - Sir we are very sorry for inconveience and your installtion would be done in next 24 hours . - other one is saying Sir we are extremly sorry and understand your problem and now please wait for today only, we have sent mail in higher priority. - someone is saying we are giving you updated complint no .s these are the similar comments i was getting last 25 days now and i have remember the name of all customer care person which belongs to the technical installation department which are providing me worst response . i am preety sure on training they have got training for similar dialogues, and they always saying like you can not talk my superior and even we cant take your refund request whether they can not provide the services after 25 days. my installation is still pending and now i am unable to talk any responsible person who can sort out my problem since they are not transferring my call to superior or managers but yes they all the appreciating my passions level. some of the team memebername who has given the worst response and commitments are ; marry, shradha, musheed, vaqar(TL), victor(TL), and some of others who has given me fake resonse, i have talk with everyone twice and thrice alternatively. i have made alomst 100 calls in last 25 days and almost 1000 rs i spent which is more then the discount i got from flipkart . these are services never turn anyone to buy a single pin from flip kart . Resolution : Still i have bit passions as i have no option instead of installation, so i am still requesting please do my installation or refund my money back . now its 25 days over and after 30 days if after unpacking i got any issue with my product so the company will not consider it for exchange even. still looking for the some satisfatory feedback and response.                                         I have got washing machine delivery on 30th May 2015 and its been 25 days but still installation not done till date.
                                        Everytime I got fake commitment that it will get done in next 24 hours. I ended up calling 34 different customer care executives (including senior members) lost my 28hrs talking.
