hi sir ...i am shail ratna from bhagalpur ( Bihar) . I purchase karbon mobile from flipcart on 20 jan 2015. my phone's model is karbon titanium s4 plus . IMEI 1. [protected], [protected] . I used phone of 2 months nd the phone started having problems . Battery is fully spoiled nd earphone also defective . my phone is in warranty period. so i went to bhaglpur service centre which is in patal babu road bhagalpur in super market complex. they told me that wait for 15 days till i will solve ur battery problem but they can't . after 15 days they told me mobile battery is not available in anywhere so u purchase from other cities . so kindly provide me battery from bhaglpur service center as soon as possible becoze i hv been suffering so many problems widout my phone. thank u

    I see Changes in the Website Module for about last 4/5 days whereby I am denied "Login" to "My Account" by entering "My Email" and "Password" being Registered with "flipkart.com". With the growth of Business Mr. Sachin Bansal felt it necessary to Change the Website Module but he probably did not vouch the Capability of the IT Professionals before awarding the job. Now, the situation stands at a point where Browsing through "flipkart" Website has been made ineffectual apart from the fact that a regular Buyer with "Flipkart Account" is Not allowed to "login" in the usual way as it was previously. I advise that Mr. Sachin Bansal must Review his Policy afresh and put the earlier Website Module inplace scrapping the New one. Please note that I myself have Placed Orders to other Online Stores in the last 4 days for denying the "Login" and "Browsing" as well. It is likely that the other Regular Buyers will follow the suit if the new Module is not Scrapped immediately.

      Tried calling customer and there was no response. As per complaint customer says that touch screen does not respond and hence he was unable to download smart-check application. So we had also taken a request for replacement. However, the replacement was marked "courier return". When checked found that the product was not in-stock. So sent e-mail to customer requesting to revert back confirming if he is willing to take a refund and closing the case.

        I ordered SanDisk SDHC 16 GB 48. This is the order I'd [protected]. I ordered this item a week ago and didn't receive it yet.! My 1st address was wrong.! They called me took correct address and said tht I'll get my item before 2 days and util now 2 days are done.! It's been 7 days till now.! They said tht they will call me.! And I didn't receive any cal.! If they call me atleast I would suggest them my address.! Bring it to me as soon as possible.!

                Tried calling customer and there was no response. So sent e-mail to customer informing that Lenovo A6000 Plus does not come with headphones with the original purchase as it is not a box accessory and closing the complaint.
                In lenovo 6000+ order specification flipkart not mention head set read its a hand set(mobile piece)

                      Hello Flipkart Team, This is inform you that I had ordered Tupperware Super Storer M - 3000 ml Plastic Food Container via online, Flipkart. This was my first order with Flipkart I am upset and disappointed with the quality of services provided by Flipkart. The package I received was torn and damaged and when asked the delivery boy I was told to inform flipkart.                         I bought a Samsung 32FH4003 LED TV on 26th May 2015 and got it delivered on 31st May 2015. After receiving the product I tried to give my review comments for that product.. For the 1st time it gave a message that my comments are successfully updated. But I can't able to see my review comments in the site. Again when I tried to review it, it doesn't allow me. Whereas for other products it allows me to review it. Flipkart service is worst. They doesn't even allow us give a bad review so that they can cheat the other customers.

                          I am using this site from years and was very happy for the service provided so far but presently i have presented Moto G2 to a friend for my and she was facing some heating, hanging and other issue clearly the phone is having manufacturing defect and its under replacement warranty too i have register the complain on 2 june since then the technical department i trying to contact me ( what he hell ) i tried calling customer care many a time but now i thong they are human robot that dont understand any [censored]g work just say technical department will call you and technical department doesn't have a direct contact numeral and flipkart is so call one of the best ( LOL).

                            Customer disconnected the call stating he did not provide any complaint and will contact customer care later and provide the contact details of the concerned person..
                            flipkart is really a cheater kind of web site dont buy any thing from them .b`cause they dont care about there customers...
                            According to the policy, any FLIPKART ADVANTAGE product /s with total price above INR 500 come under FREE SHIPPING REGARDLESS OF NUMBER OF SELLERS.

                            NOT ONLY THEY CHARGED SHIPPING FOR FLIPKART ADVANTAGE PRODUCT, BUT WHEN I RAISED THIS QUERY WITH THEIR CUSTOMER CARE, SOME MR.SHRAVAN[protected] ANSWERED AND I QUOTE "ek se zyada flipkart advantage k seller hue, aur individual price 500 se kam hui to seller shipping price charge karega"

                            AND

                            when I tried to reason, his response was, "product aur shipping price same likhi hoti hai, aap ko lena ho to lo warna mat lo".

                            AS PROOF I AM POSTING TWO PICTURES, FIRST ONE IS DUMMY ORDER SUMMARY OF PENDRIVE, MOUSE AND HEAD PHONE (ALL FROM DIFFERENT SELLERS). HOWEVER SHIPPING IS ONLY CHARGED ON NON-ADVANTAGE SELLER.

                                Dear Sir/Madam I have bought one moto-e ist generation mobile from flipkart, order received on 27.05.2015 . The phone is hanging frequently and malfunctioning like auto call or some auto functions in facebooks etc which are beyond my control may be due to software problem or other manufacturing defect from the very first day.on my complain via telephone, i was advised to reboot it then problem will be resolved . But problem could not be resolved even after daily rebooting. I am requesting Flipkart persons from last three days to please refund my amount and take back your defective phone. They refused to do so and replied in improper manner that refund is not in their policy, whereas on Flipkart official site easy return & exchange has been mentioned in bold letters. In order to avoid any dispute I have requested to exchange it at the earliest as per their so called exchange policy explained to my husband. but so called technical person of Flipkart (who refused to tell his name ) is telling, that your mobile is required to be tested first and then exchange decision may be taken. I am really fed up with the response received so far from the prestigious firm like "FLIPKART"" and with this mobile. Please help me to exchange the mobile or refund my amount without any further delay, otherwise I may take all needful steps as per my consumer right. If my mobile is not replaced within 24 hours then I will be compelled to post the fact mentioned above in my timeline of Facebook etc and/or file a case in consumer court at your risk, responsibility and cost.                                     Spoke to customer and got to know that he was facing some issue with his handset and has issues with camera clarity and hanging issues. So T/S steps provided to as per yonx to try re-installing or use camera through a different app, also informed to re-boot to fix hanging issue. Customer says that he tried these steps and it did not help resolved the issue. So we have escalated the issue to our technical team and awaiting for an update.

                                    Sir, as earlier done same things once again done by Flipkart rejected my refund request by giving this message " We regret to inform that seller has disapproved your return request for Lenovo ... in the order OD[protected] . Please check your email for more details . Sincere apologies for inconvenience caused. Feel free to reach out to us for any further clarification." This is four times that my request for return cancelled. Please do needful I am in Big problem.

                                    Flipkart call to me but my problem is not resolved up to now
                                    Once again Flipkart call to me and they said they will do smart check on my mobile which they said yesterday also that after smart check they will do further anything but up to now no smart check is done by Flipkart.
                                    Flipkart told me that they will call today at 2 PM and do smart check but not call, yesterday also told me that they will do the smart check but don't call to me . This is what they are continouing for last 12 days and my problem is not resolved up to now. Refund my money as soon as possible i don't want this mobile
                                    sir i have purchase mobile from Flipkart on 24 may 2015 and complain to Flipkart about my mobile issues on 27 may, i have complain so many times to Flipkart but they are accepting and rejecting my request, not serious about the issues.                                     Sir, as earlier done same things once again done by Flipkart rejected my refund request by giving this message " We regret to inform that seller has disapproved your return request for Lenovo ... in the order OD[protected] . Please check your email for more details . Sincere apologies for inconvenience caused. Feel free to reach out to us for any further clarification." This is four times that my request for return cancelled. Please do needful I am in Big problem.

                                    Dear Sir/Madam, I have bought a mobile phone Lenovo A7000 from flipkart on 20 May 2015 and delivered to me on 24 May.                                       Tried calling customer on "[protected]" and there was no response. So sent e-mail to customer informing the we will not be able to take a return or replace the product and closing the case.

                                        I had bought a Xiaomi Mi 4i on 26th May 2015. There are many issues with the phone. The biggest one is its overheating. When the instrument is utilized fully, it heats up so much that you cannot hold it near your ears. Immediately after encountering these issues, I had asked for the return of the product. But I was given the reason that there is only a 'Replacement' policy for this product. So I went ahead and requested for it. But the customer care came up with other problems that they cannot replace if the temperatures do not cross certain limits. My question is whether the software understands better than a human. The other thing is, why would I include myself in so much hassle if there are no problems with the instrument? I would like to state this to Flipkart that do not mention it if you cannot deliver it.
