Complaint : i have bought Eureka forbes aquasure water purifier product from flip kart on may around 27 may 2015 in 10000 rs .
as normally written in specification and terms, installation is done in 3 business days, so i have waited 3 days then have made a call in customer service for the installation which was pending and representative has confirmed me for next 24 hours and again i waited few more days, then after i am continiously follow up with customer care and all the representative is saying the same repetitive dialogue for the resolution like
- Sir we are very sorry for inconveience and your installtion would be done in next 24 hours .
- other one is saying Sir we are extremly sorry and understand your problem and now please wait for today only, we have sent mail in higher priority.
- someone is saying we are giving you updated complint no .s
these are the similar comments i was getting last 25 days now and i have remember the name of all customer care person which belongs to the technical installation department which are providing me worst response .
i am preety sure on training they have got training for similar dialogues, and they always saying like you can not talk my superior and even we cant take your refund request whether they can not provide the services after 25 days.
my installation is still pending and now i am unable to talk any responsible person who can sort out my problem since they are not transferring my call to superior or managers but yes they all the appreciating my passions level.
some of the team memebername who has given the worst response and commitments are ; marry, shradha, musheed, vaqar(TL), victor(TL), and some of others who has given me fake resonse, i have talk with everyone twice and thrice alternatively.
i have made alomst 100 calls in last 25 days and almost 1000 rs i spent which is more then the discount i got from flipkart .
these are services never turn anyone to buy a single pin from flip kart .
Resolution : Still i have bit passions as i have no option instead of installation, so i am still requesting please do my installation or refund my money back .
now its 25 days over and after 30 days if after unpacking i got any issue with my product so the company will not consider it for exchange even.
still looking for the some satisfatory feedback and response.
