Dear Sir/Madam
I have bought one moto-e ist generation mobile from flipkart, order received on 27.05.2015 . The phone is hanging frequently and malfunctioning like auto call or some auto functions in facebooks etc which are beyond my control may be due to software problem or other manufacturing defect from the very first day.on my complain via telephone, i was advised to reboot it then problem will be resolved . But problem could not be resolved even after daily rebooting. I am requesting Flipkart persons from last three days to please refund my amount and take back your defective phone. They refused to do so and replied in improper manner that refund is not in their policy, whereas on Flipkart official site easy return & exchange has been mentioned in bold letters. In order to avoid any dispute I have requested to exchange it at the earliest as per their so called exchange policy explained to my husband. but so called technical person of Flipkart (who refused to tell his name ) is telling, that your mobile is required to be tested first and then exchange decision may be taken. I am really fed up with the response received so far from the prestigious firm like "FLIPKART"" and with this mobile. Please help me to exchange the mobile or refund my amount without any further delay, otherwise I may take all needful steps as per my consumer right.
If my mobile is not replaced within 24 hours then I will be compelled to post the fact mentioned above in my timeline of Facebook etc and/or file a case in consumer court at your risk, responsibility and cost.
