Dear sir My name is sunil contact no [protected] don't remember my order no. I bought redmi note 4g 20 to 25 days back . And started having issue in it after 2 days . Issue is that while playing music there will be no sound for sometime and it will come automatically . I spoken to your representative and they asked me to reset my mobile and I did the same .Then again the same issue was there and I followed the same prosses . But this time they asked me to download smart check app .They called me up next day and I was not able to pick that call due some reason and next day got a massage that your request of replacing the mobile is declined . Is it a way to treat your costumer that in a day you can not call up twice as per redmi note representative and if you are not picking up the phone your request will be decline. I didn't want my phone to be replaced just sort out my issue . I found buying things from The Great Flipkart is not valued for money because you people believe in torturing your costumer as some time before your systems were to working as per your staff . You have taken things for granted . Revert me as soon as possible . Sunil [protected]

    Very poor service from flip kart till date my installation has not been done After the receiving the products all ready 3 days is over, after that today morning i have called up to your call center they says you will get the status within 4 hours Now as per your rules if the installation is not done in 3 days then we can get the refund There is no care of customers, no follow ups from your end After the delivery 3 day is over, no installation has been done I m suffering lot due to flipkart, I m wasting my time with flipkart Next onwards I m not going to purchase any products from your company Your call centers are for making the full to customers Today I want refund my money along with my old 32 inc tv, or complete the installation before today evening Other wise i m going to court & police to fill the report

        I have made an order for Fizzaro Slim Fit Women's Jeans which shows a MRP of Rs : 1499 and selling price of Rs : 449 (70% off). The page from flipkart showing the rates is attached. Order was made on June 04, 2015. The delivery was made in first week of June 2015 itself and I was shocked to find the jeans labelled Simply Jeans and having a tag showing the MRP as Rs : 299. I made a replacement request through customer care call, assuming that the product might have been delivered wrongly. The replacement was made on 10th June 2015 but again the same product of MRP 299 delivered in replacement as well. So please provide the proper resolution to the problem. Is it that the product of actual MRP 299 shown with 1499 in site and sold at 499. I have all the proofs with me and this act is a clear cheating of the customer, making him/her believe that he/she got a discount (saving) of 1000 Rs, while he actually had a loss of 200 Rs. Please reply to this complaint and take the necessary action as well as remove such cheating displays from the product list or list with the correct MRP itself. The seller of the product is PELICANINTERNATIONAL. Do the needful to provide the correct product of MRP 1499 with the promised discount of 70%. Regards, Jayajith Menon

          I bought a slimarmor back cover(white and black) for samsung galaxy core i8262 model which was ordered by me on[protected], 2.47 pm.I ordered it through flipkart for rs- 499(total including delivery may be) and the order id is OD[protected] and VAT/TIN No. was [protected]. The cover has been damaged recently and is not in a condition to be used anymore. You provide a guarantee and i wish that you please replace it with any colour you wish even if white is not available as it is still under warrenty. I have attached the computer generated invoice with this mail. I am hoping to get reply from you soon.The product was taken from Gizmo E bazar Arindam Banerjee

            To whomsoever it may concern, I ordered a lenovo A7000 on 10th of June using the flash sale, iam a flipkart first user. A offer was mentioned with the phone which stated office 365 subscription free for one year. i have received the phone today and haven't found anything regarding the office 365. Please checkout and revert ASAP, or else this will be my last purchase form flipkart. My order no: OD[protected] I spoke to a lot of flipkart call center guys named panjak, vinay but all disappointed me. Please look into the matter and don't ever tell me the offer was not there iam not here to sit and listen to your crap. I wish i could have taken a screen shot of the offer part. REVERT ASAP !!!                 I ordered a product "Lustre reversible belt" on 1st june and the delivery date was on or before 11 june. I waited till the last date but i was never notified about the delay of the product. I made so many calls to customer care but none of them gave me a proper reply and didnt ask for an apology also. when i made a call on the delivery date, the executive casually said that i will have to cancel my order without any regrets. i felt that they made a fool of me. The product was in stock still they gave an irresponsible reply. They never had a courtesy to inform me about not delivering the product. They think that i am their servant to make calls everytime to ask about reason for not delivering the product. They gave me a commitment of delivering the product which they failed to keep up. But the worst part is they never notified me about it which made me so angry. I request you to take a legal action against them!

                  I bought mobile lenovo a 7000 vide order no OD[protected] dt 29/4/2015 paying rs 8999/- by credit card and phone delievered on 6/5/2015 .On using the phone I found that three items (0, l, and reverse keys) not working and you need to press very hard. I didnot worry much as i thought may be this normal but now I took this phone to service centre and they informed me that they need to change touchscreen /keypad being a manufacturing defect, without any cost. But I dont agree to this repair and request to replace me with a new phone . Please note as per consumer court cases /judgements you are supposed to replace me with the new phone as product supplied was having manufacturing defect as confirmed my your jodhpur service centre.                     Dear Sir, I am Sweta Gohil from Baroda. I had Ordered two piece OM Flip Cover for HTC desire 826 (Blue) order no OD[protected]. 1) As per terms of flipkart if same seller and purchase 500 than delivery should be free.But for 500 purchase delivery changes considered 100 Rs. i.e. 50 each. 2) I got wrong parcel. 3) I requested for refund and initially they replied within 8 business hrs after parcel return money will get deposited to your account but after I returned item they were telling 8 business days required for bank procedures i.e. bank(all banks) taking time. With patience I wait till 10 days since 31-May-2015 to 11-Jun-2015(Today) but still I do not get refund. I would like to register my complain against this. As I get to know many people are facing these issue. So need to take necessary action against online purchase. Need to make strict rules and action. Thanks & Regards, Sweta Gohil.

                      Hi, I bought LG plasma TV from flipkart. Com which came with free installation and demo. When i raised an installtion request LG has asked me to pay 1500 for the installation. Claiming that if you buy tv online there is no free installation. I hAve raised a complaint with flipkart but no Response from their side. I am seeking resolution to my problem.

                                My debit card details misused

                                Till today I did not share my debit card details to any e-commerce website, I have shared only with Flipkart. Today i.e 10/06/2015 some one made transcation from my card of 4397rp. online purchase. My details got leaked only by flipkart as i have saved my details only in Flipkart....

                                Dear Sir, I have booked a shoes on 07th June, 2015 and I got the delivery on 10/06/15. Thanks for prompt action. However, Shoes size is not fit to me. It is 8 size I used to bear same size only. Hence, I informed to delivery boy and as per his instruction, I lodged the complain to customer care. They said just lodge the complain through login id. for change the size 8 to 9. Once I login I surprised to know the messages that You are not registered with us. Please sign up to create your account. Just I want to know if I am not registered user, how material is despatch to me and getting inform by phone/email about the dispatch status on regular basis. Again I talked to customer care and informed them about my problem they said there is some problem you may again try on 7 P.M. Just I want to know where is the customer fault to login again and again. This is my 1st dealing with Flipkart, with this experience neither I will buy in future through Flipkart nor will suggest to other customer go with Flipkart. I am unable to bear the shoes as it is not fit my foot. It is my request pls.resolve my proglem so that I can enjoy on my purchase. Regards Mitul Choudhary
