Hello, I have ordered a Philips juicer mixer via flipcart in month of November 2014 on occasion of diwali. Its real unfortunate that its not even 1 yr since my purchase and the product stopped working yesterday 03/07/2014 suddenly.

The product seems absolutely fine from outside and no wear tear has been caused. There is so issue with power machine inside. Its real unfortunate to experience such inconvenience form a brand like Philips. If this is the service i will make i don't order anything from Flipcart.

I need immediate assistance on same

    We have purchased a phillips trimmer vide order no OD[protected] on 9 june15 and the product is delivered on 17 june15. To our surprise the trimmer is not even started and is completely defective product. While booking order flipkart stated it is under 30 day return policy. But when we called flipkart care on 11 day to return they said it is under 10 day return policy only. We were never appraised about the same in the site or in our invoice. We feel like cheated and request flipkart to replace the defective product

    Tried reaching customer on and there was no response. So sent e-mail to customer stating that the product is post replacement period and hence requesting to contact the brand as the item is still covered under manufacturer warranty and closing the complaint.

      Order ID: OD[protected] Hi.. My order no is as per above and expected delivery date was 2nd july 2015. message came to me for deliver product up to 7pm but not delivered that time. i had called to courier person he said " i have your produt and i am on the way for delivering to you" but after 24 hour of expected date they not delivered the item. more than 3 time i called to customer care they gave me wrong information every time. when 1st call they said "you will get it second day of expected date" 2nd call they said "you wait up to 7pm (3rd july 2015) you will get" 3rd call they said "your order is cancel and product is return because your address is not valid. I dont know how is possible because pincode was ok for delivering item and i had called to courier person and give them address too.. and more than 20 called to them but no answer.

          This kind of product and service is not expected from Motorola and Flipkart.There is continuous problem in the handset. I am not being able to use the phone independenty. I always have to carry an alternative android set with me as I am facing to much issues with the Moto G( 2nd Gen) sent to me. The slim slots are not working. Sometimes the handset gets switched off automatically. This is a continuous problem with the product. Now, coming to the services... Also the services is not proper. Please read through the recent service issue faced. I had given the moto g( 2nd Gen) for service at Siliguri Branch( India) during my travel vacation. The problem was that the slim slot was not working. No network was showing on the phone. I had taken the effort to spend my half a day during our vacation and had gone to the service centre. Firstly, the technical person in Siliguri opened all the parts, did something on it. Then he formatted the phone. Next he gave it to me telling everything is fine. when I inquired about the problem he told there was no problem other than software issue. But the problem still persists after getting it to my destination( within 2 hours). Now, I shall go to the external authorities/consumer forum if the issue is not resolved. This is not just a case of 1 phone but a clear case of harassing consumers. Firstly you are selling technically defect product( ie it is giving frequent disturbances) and next you are not providing correct support service. Please note that we shall take necessary actions if we do not get a correct product and service for which we have already paid the full amount. For your reference, please find the attached invoice copy of the phone below. Taking into consideration the facts and situations stated above and that the customer has already spent too much time in getting the product free of problems( but to no avail) and is now facing mental disturbances due to the same, I request your team to take necessary actions and get the problem resolved as soon as possible. Kindly refer further details of the purchase of handset from the invoice copy attached along with the complaint.           Spoke to customer on "[protected]" and he complains that the sim slot is defective. He even visited the service as it was post-replacement period and they had done some software update. However, customer says that issue is still not fixed. So apologized for the inconvenience and requested him to visit the service center again as the device is still covered under manufacturer warranty. Customer agreed, So closing the complaint.

            I have ordered Honor 4X from flipkart for Rs. 9, 999. I have received the mobile on 1st July (2days back). After a day, i observed that it has a screen guard attached to it. Then i got a doubt that it is a second hand piece. I know that original brand new piece does not have a screen guard. I confirmed that from the manufacturer (Huawei). I did not get any doubt about the product while opening the seal. It was so proper like a brand new piece seal. Then i called flipkart customer care and i talked to 4 different executives but they don't have any answer why they sold me a second hand piece. One executive told me that they can replace the piece with a new one. But i want to understand why they sold me a second hand piece? Why they are cheating consumers like this? I am sure that this second hand piece is a defective one and some consumer might have returned it to flipkart earlier. Order no: OD[protected]

              In a day delivery is wrong commitment Flipkart in-a-day delivery is completely wrong commitment. I ordered one cell phone on 2nd July 2015 12:32 PM and now its July 3rd 2015 5:57 PM (More than 24 hours). I don't know if flipkart understand that a day could not more then 24 hours. Very disappointed because I ordered on my office address and now I am leaving for the day from my office and will back on Monday

                    I subscribed to the flipkart first option by paying rs.500 by which in accordance to my pin code number they claimed that we will enjoy these benefits: 1)Dedicated Support 2)Free Standard Shipping 3)Free In-a-day delivery After subscribing for the same on 27th june, we proceeded to order various products. Even after paying rs.500, they charged us the delivery charges. I order Advanced microeconomics theory book by HL Ahuja for which they charged rs.708 including the delivery charge i.e of Rs.80 and we also ordered Pipal White Satin Handkerchief pack of 12 which was for rs.159 but they charged rs.70 on delivery. I called them up to complaint in customer care but she brutally disconnected my call while listening to my complaints. I want my money back.                           I had ordered moto x 2nd generation to my residential (Pg) address in noida and made the payment 22000 from my credit card. Now my aspected date for delivering the product was 20 june 2015 but they delivered it before the date which is 18 july 2015 to my pg owner without informing me. Sir its a matter of 22000 which was already paid by me to flipkat through my credit card. If any of the misshapening was done to my product what was the liability of the company they don't even call me for feedback whether i got my product or not.                               Dear Team, I have ordered (Order # OD[protected] one Goderaj refrigerator from flipkart on 5th June 2015. When I got delivery it was delivered as 4 star in place of 5 star. I have registered complaint and there are total 7 times request approved for me (3 times for refund and 4 times for replacement). Still Flipkart has not replace the product and now they are forcing me to take refund or keep the product. I am not accepting refund as the time I have given order there was some offer on flipkart and I got approx[protected] /-Rs discount. Now they are refunding me the price which I have paid (not price as on today which is increased by[protected] Rs/-). Mistake has been done from them and they are frocing customer to bear the loss of their mistakes. Some false commitment done by them are as below 1) When I request initially, your customer care colleague provided me wrong information. As per flipkart the refrigerator was not in stock and that's what they were unable to replace it and they approve the refund. flipkart also sent me email saying that product is not in stock at my area pincode and after their email confirmation, I immediately place one more order to prove that how you are providing wrong information to customers. Check in your system there are 2 orders placed by me (Second order was dummy just to prove that you are a big cheater). 2) secondly When my replacement request was approved, flipkart team member Mr Akram Khan assure me that this time I will get the 5 start refrigerator and he will double check with seller seller before delivery but there is no communication between you and the seller. Same product delivered again with 4 star. 3) Multiple times you have approved refund and replacement (7 times approval) and everytime a new person from their side came and approve/reject the request by mentioning wrong comments which really not discussed with customer. When I called to check the comment mentioned before closing the complaint, there was some wrong comments mentioned by their team (i.e. customer agree to take refund, customer is happy with the product, Customer have no issues like that) 4) Last time the product came to Ahmedabad from Mumbai and not delivered to my home. When I contacted flipkart team, It was said to me that there was some invoice issue and because of that the product was shipped back to Mumbai (Really not sure if issue was with invoice why the product was shipped to Mumbai??) 5) Today Again I have got the same refrigerator which is same as previous (i.e. 4 star and that too after many reminders and confirmations too). The product was not delivered to me as when the courier person open the box I checked and it was 4 star. I told courier person that it must be 5 star this time then he checked with some concern team from flipkart and Mr Tushar from flipkart asked him to take back the refrigerator. I am really not sure that is the way to deal with flipkart. They are just playing with my feeling and mentally harassing me and their intention is just bother the consumer but not actually resolving the issue.

                                  4th WRONG PRODUCT in a ROW. Recently ordered a Pair of CAT shoes and got only for LEFT leg. Both the shoes were of LEFT LEG. When Asked for refund the website asked for BANK DETAILS. But have had such bad experiences with the company cant risk more. WRONG PRODUCTS and Damaged Products received earlier Voltas AC Mi 4i mobile Phone broken Tempered Glass ( TWICE ) CAT SHoes ( wrong leg side ) ... Its really horrible how the company delivers the products and asks for bank details. Not just me have many many friends with severe issues from FLIPKART. The worst Shopping website... The management team have no sense of talking and the managers have no sense of CUSTOMER care. And always keeps waiting and wastes time. A complete mental TORTURE specially when some product is Urgently needed and required. !!!

                                    I had ordered an electric sewing machine. The first time it was delivered it turned out to be defective. So I decided to get it replaced and get the same machine again. Since then I have received two more replacements of the machine and none of them works. I tried calling Customer Care and it said please log in to flipkart and we will see you there. I want to get rid of this machine and either get a different machine from a better brand or just return it.
                                    Please help me with this or I am never shopping on flipkart again.

                                      order was never delivered. the delivery guy just came one day on which my phone was not reachable and went back. after that I called so many times regarding the delivery. everytime an excuse was given; no one ever came to deliver the product again. I have already paid 10k for it.

                                        I have places an order of order number[protected] and payment made through credit card and I cancelled this order on 23 june5 I got sms that my amount refund upto july but I have not received my refund on my credit card til today I have recording of all calls and conversation and sms which was rceived from ur side and your customer care number not answering my call it force me to go consumer forum and explain whole matter on social media sites.
