      Respected sir/madam myself bharath, i had purchased a moto g (2nd generation) Android mobile phone from flip-kart ordered on Sunday 3\05\2015 and delivered on 5\05\2015 tuesday evening . It is such an disappointment that the of the phone is not working properly from last 2weeks even though charging every day and alternate days and it automatically gets down within 4hours . i am really disappointed about this service . so, please i am requesting you that to change the phone and give me the best ones as fast as possible. please...!!!

          Hi, I bought an AC through flipkart and it was installed in my house on 17th May'15 (Sunday), After the installation the person who came for installation told me that the Outdoor unit is not working and I need to contact the Flipkart customer care to get that fixed through their technicians. From that day onwards I keep calling the customer care and I have been asked to repeat the complaint everytime and they commit saying the technicians would come and fix the issue and they would send a mail. But nothing happened till date and I have the records of all the calls that I have made to Flipkart Service. I am really feel bad about the customer service given to the customer after buying the product, No call backs, No close looping process but the customer service just works as pitty feeling service when we call with some issue. We rely on Flipkart products and we go for it but if Flipkart is just delivering a product that does no meet the customer requirement and never bother about customers after delivering the product then what is the use of buying the product from Flipkart. I do not want to express my anger at this stage and I want to try once through mail to see the response of your team. I am not going to leave it just like that if my complaint is not resolved before Sunday as I have already waited for a long time.             Nikon DSLR-D5200 was ordered online on "19/05/2015" which was delivered on 22/05/2015. As per the order a 8GB memory card and Carry bag was free. But when delivered package only contained the carry bag and DSLR, memory card was not there.               I bought a Microwave Oven, LG MC2844EB 28 L, from Flipkart on 17/11/2014 vide order no – OD[protected], and the said product was installed on 21/11/2015 vide LG request ID No- RNA[protected]. Recently, my Microwave oven stood non-functional for which LG was communicated with, vide request ID –RNA[protected]. The attending person came and declared that 2 parts, namely the Magnetron and Capacitor, needs to be changed and the changes would be chargable. After showing him the Invoice copy, he told me that the changes would not be chargable if I extend the AMC. Even after repeatedly communicating with Flipkart and providing all the necessary documents they did nothing, sans giving me verbal assurances. In the meanwhile LG people came, repaired and got away with 1776 INR. It was never communicated to me during buying the product that warranty was not applicable. I would want to take the case to Consumer forum and Court of law. Kindly guide me for the procedure.

                  I ordered a stuff from flipkart. i selected "one day delivery" option for which i have to pay extra charge also. but on the promised day they couldn't deliver and they given me Rs.180 as a token of apology and charge of "one day delivery". but on the very next day they canceled my stuff without giving any prior information to me. They given me the excuse that their was delay in delivery so they cancelled the order. Question 1:- Why they have given the "one day delivery" option? if they can't fulfill it. Question 2:- Without taking my permission, how they canceled my order? After this also when i reordered the stuff they couldn't deliver the stuff on the promised day.

                    Bought phone ASUS zenphone2 on 11 may2015, started issues hanging, not able to pick phone or cancell call and heating .asked for replacement, company CS said tech will call, when he call we told him while talking to him phone is getting cannot put on ear had to put on speaker and we could not cancell because phone was hang he had to cancel, then CS (custom service ) send send mail phone cannot exchange, then we call again told issue is their, then inform technician will call, which never happen I kept calling 4 days same answer technician nobody call.Then we went ASUS centre shown them the phone got from him return. Send mail to CS, still issue still not resolved. All my free time spend talking to CS with no answer, only my phone bill is increasing how is responsible to pay for this.

                      Spoke to customer and she confirmed that she got the refund. However, the product is still not picked-up. It is found that the last attempt for RVP was done on May 19th, 2015 and it was not successful due to operational issues. Customer has the product packed and kept ready for pickup. So escalated the issue to the concerned team and we are awaiting for an update..

                        We booked Apple MagSafe Power adapter - 85W Sr No.MV3015WA40XBA for Rs.3400 with 1 year warranty. We bought in September 2014. The Charger stopped working in the first week of May 2015 and we took that to Apple Service provider - Unicorn Infosolutions Pvt Ltd., . There we found out that, the product we bought through Flipcart (invoiced by Edge Infosolutions, Mumbai) is not ORIGINAL product. Am very disappointed that the product you advertised as Apple product turned out to be a duplicate. I request for only a Refund of the money I paid towards the charger Am attaching the following 1. your order No.OD[protected] - mail 2. Copy of details on the envelope delivered 3.                           I came across few problems with my new Asus Zenfone 2 (4GB) (64GB-Storage) (ZE551ML) model. 1. While charging it heats up like hell, even on the top front screen and at the backside near the camera and volume controls, u cant even touch the phone at that time, calling u cant even think about at that time. In the long run, it may damage the phone. 2. It was told that the phone comes with a ultra boost charger which charges the phone very quickly but its not happening in my case. It takes around 2:30 hrs to charge from 0-100% which a normal charger can do as well. 3. Even after mild usage the battery drains out within 18 hours and during heaving usage battery does not even stand for more than 10-12 hours. 4. While playing music, i[censored] do any other other work on the mobile, then the music player does not work properly, it stops for few micro seconds between the song repeatedly. 4. Basel of the screen at the bottom right corner has slightly more gap and not completely even. Please look into these issues and kindly provide a solution to it asap.

                            First Bad Experience... with flipkart I have purchased Mi4i which got worst battery backup have to charge twice a day for minimal usage even on singe sim that is again on 2G network. I have taken many products from but I have problem with this phone, requested for replacement 12 days back, so irresponsible Flipkart Customer care team... sad thing is post sale service is worst by flipkart.com Below is the information for the same: tired of calling Flipkart CC multiple times.                               It is highly unethical to collect customer's full money and sell a defective product when ordered online. This is the typical drawback of buying products online that too from a renowned company. The volume control button in my phone is not at all working right from the day 1. I was told to lodge a complain with customer care when approached but later I understood it was just to borrow time as there was no resolution to my problem. I never expected such unprofessional behavior from a company like Flipkart, but my experience with Flipkart says even Flipkart does not focus on customer service. Enlighten me if I am wrong.                                 I have purchased a moto E 2nd gen phone from flipkart on 12th May 2015. The phone was having a few problems. There is a small white dot in the display. Phone is getting heated in standby mode Phone is not scanning a wifi network. I have filed a return request quoting the first two problems but not getting any proper support from the customer care. Each time when I call to the customer care, they are saying that I will get a call back from the technical department in another two days but this keep on being extended. Today I contacted customer care and asked me to connect to technical dept and they have connected to me. They wanted me to connect phone to internet and that time only I realized the wifi connectivity problem. Instead of solving the wifi connectivity problem, they now want me to put a sim card with data connection. I dont have a sim card with data offer right now. We use wifi always here. Why the technical tem is not able to solve my issues..? If they are not able to solve why flipkart is not processing my return request and give me a new piece...?? I am waiting for a week after buying this product with my hard earned money and is not able to use it. Please do justice to the customer and solve my problem immediately.

                                    I purchased a lg 42lb550A led TV from flipcart. The wall mounting is provided by the manufacturer of the TV. In micromax, Philips the wall mounting comes within the TV box whereas in lg when we give the information to the lg service centre regarding the product then their service engineer visits our home with the wall mounting and install it for free. But after receiving the product when I contacted the lg service team they told me that when you order a product online we do not provide it for free .you have to buy it at rs.3500.This information was not provided to me earlier by flipkart and they needed to arrange the wall mounting for me as it is provided by lg by communicating with them .I felt cheated because for a middle class person 3500 rs means a lot . I want flipkart to refund my money.

                                        i bought a moto e 2nd gen mobile on flipkart. they are having a guaranteed 30 days return policy. i was delivered on 14th march and i am having a lot of problems in this mobile. so i complained it to flipkart before their timeline of 30 days. but they did not give a proper response. thay called me after 1 week they called and gives a trouble shooting steps. i tried that, but no use. after that no any single response from flipkart. due to my work, i can't able to followup with flipkart. after a certain time i got a message that the return request is rejected. i shocked and called them, they said the same and refusing to return this defective mobile. many buyers are having issue with this mobile, but flipkart is not giving a proper solution. i have attached a screenshot. in this, its showing that the issue is resolved between seller and buyer. but the issue is not resolved till now. i did not confirm to flipkart that my issue is resolved. help me to return this defective mobile to flipkart and get my hard earned money. mobile no. - [protected] Return ID: 17380535

                                        No single response from flipkart. so its clear for me that flipkart not caring their customers.

                                        Spoke to customer and he says that his handset is defective and has speaker issue. So requested customer to visit ASC and get a Job-sheet for further assistance and closing the complaint.
