Bought phone ASUS zenphone2 on 11 may2015, started issues hanging, not able to pick phone or cancell call and heating .asked for replacement, company CS said tech will call, when he call we told him while talking to him phone is getting cannot put on ear had to put on speaker and we could not cancell because phone was hang he had to cancel, then CS (custom service ) send send mail phone cannot exchange, then we call again told issue is their, then inform technician will call, which never happen I kept calling 4 days same answer technician nobody call.Then we went ASUS centre shown them the phone got from him return. Send mail to CS, still issue still not resolved.
All my free time spend talking to CS with no answer, only my phone bill is increasing how is responsible to pay for this.

the sub clock was purchased through Net. One years guarantee is written on the watch. it is hardly one month over the watch stopped working in spite the best available cell"Duracell " is fixed.Pl arrange for replacement.
