I am a member of Flipkart and i wanted a game, NBA 2K12. I have been searching for the game for a long time but it is always "OUT OF STOCK". I have seen this with another products also. Flipkart doesn't restore their products. Once it is out of stock, they don't care about it. This is the only thing I hate about Flipkart but it is the worst con. I really wanted that game and i am still waiting. I hope it comes soon. I hope Flipkart restores it real soon.

    I RECENTLY BOUGHT A BLACKBERRY PLAYBOOK FROM FLIPKART. THEY CHARGED ME OVER THE MRP . ALL OTHER SITES OFFER DISCOUNT AND THESE PEOPLE ARE SELLING IT RS 360 OVER MRP. MOREOVER THERE WAS NO APPROPRIATE RESPONSE FROM THE CUSTOMER CARE DEPARTMENT EITHER. ANYONE WILLING TO BUY ANYTHING, I WOULD SUGGEST YOU CHECK PRICES ON OTHER SITES LIKE HOMESHOP18 ETC. FLIPKART IS PATHETIC.

        I ordered CAPDASE case for HTC DESIRE S but was delivered WILDFIRE S case on 6th Jan 2012.
        The product id and other product details were correct in the shipment message.I logged complain against wrong product delivered to their customer care. They called me back and made sure the product will be replaced. When i didn't get their further response i wrote back to their customer care.
        This time they replied the product will not be replaced as it doesn't fall under 30 day replacement programme.

        Now, i ended up paying for the wrong product which i don't require.

        It seems FLIPKART is now specializing in sending incorrect products or any products of their own liking to the customers and ignoring any mail or telephone communication made to rectify their mistake.

        I have ordered an HCL tablet, for which they have wrongly delivered the product and now refuse to revert to any mails that I am communicating to them. Furthermore, every time their tele support person will require complete details and then say that they will revert on the same

        Flipkart is getting to be highly unprofessional and bad service provider, totally unexpected from such a promising company.

          I had made the payment for the purchase of a laptop on the 7th Feb 2012.

          The same was shipped, but was never delivered to my address.

          Thereafter I made several phone calls for the re-shipment of the same, but it was still not delivered.

          finally, i made a request to cancel the order on the 23rd Feb. The company promised a refund in 5-7 business days.

          I have not received the refund till date.

          Each phone call to the company takes an average of 30 mins and i have made atleast 20 such calls.

          I have also sent two emails to the company - but no reply has been received.

          I want the company to refund my money and compensate me for the loss of time spent on phone calls @ Rs. 1000/- per hour.

          Furthermore, bank interest should be paid from 7/2/12 to the date of final refund.

          i order bluetooth before buying they told it will work on samsung mobile but after buying it is not working Please replaced it and send the correct one .
          Dear Sir / Mam,

          I am facing problem after buy this Items,

          Before buy this Items i conform from your customer care that in this blue-toot (Sam-sung HM-1200) you can listen music on samsung mobile (Star three duos),

          But now it is not working,
          Again i talk to your customer care he told to me i will get back to you with in 24hrs. i not get any call.

          After three days again i call but same answer?

          Still today I not get any call from them OR i am facing same problem.

          THIS TYPE OF SERVICE ON FLIPKART ? (PLEASE HELP)

KOTTIGEPALYA, MAGADI MAIN ROAD, BANGALORE 560091..KARNATAKA...i want to say that i have ordered on line a micromax X222 mobile from flipkart.com OD# [protected] but i hv received a defective one,the mobile does not show the memory card status..then i did call to the flipcart toll free number and told everything about the mobile he told me i hv understood ur problem. and we will receive ur mobile as soon as possible within 72 hrs..but there is no response from the flipkart company... now from last 20 days.i hv talked to the flipkart company or complaint to the flipkart company many time near about 15 to 20 times to show their improper service..and to show their misconduct or no response about my mobile...but the flipkart customer care agent always told me that we want really sorry and we will reverse pick-up soon..but as my knowledge or company norms ..the defective product should b receive within 15 days....but i hv complaint from last 20 days of receiving the product..sir...i am suffering a lot from this problem and feel tired.the flipkart agent gave me a fake information in this regard..and he didn't want to reverse pick-up my new defective mobile which i have used only once from the date of receiving.. and i have packed this mobile as it is...

              I had purchased a set of SONY SRS-D5 multimedia speakers from Flipkart.com for Rs.2700/- on 4th Feb 2011. The Product was delivered to me on time but when i opened the package i found that the power adapter which is supposed to power ON the speakers is missing. Now inspite of them sending me an Replacement speakers the new package too has the same component missing. Flipkart now says that the product does not come with an POWER ADAPTER. I do not understand that how can a speaker be sold without an POWER ADAPTER whereas the product manual clearly says that it is supplied in the box.

                I HAVE BUY DELL LAPTOP BATTERY FROM FILIPKART.COM. As per the filipkart.com policy that the defective items can be return accepted, but after 15 days of request their is no return pick-up by the said company even after making of five reminders. kindly look the matter and take necessary action.

HAND BLENDER (HBLD7YPDDASGUHZB) from Flipkart.com as per the filipkart.com policy that the defective items can be return accepted and item delivered to day (13.07.2012) but i have found Mixing/measuring beaker in broken condition against Order No. OD[protected] dt. 08.07.2012. I attached herewith photography of the said item.

                  Dear Sir,

                  This is to inform you that I am facing problem of replacing my product bought from www.flipkart.com, The Online Mega Store!

                  Please note that I ordered for BlackBerry 9670 (Reliance) vide Order Id : OD[protected] dated 16.01.2012 from Flipkart.com. That Sir, I received the product and paid cash of Rs. 18705.00 to the delivery boy. But, when I tried to use, it did not work. I immediately informed Customer care of Flipkart.com. They said that it is a CDMA product and CDMA service is not available in Guwahati. I pleaded them for help for replacement of product with a usuable one as I already made the payments. They said Flipkart.com is not responsible for that as I ordered the product from their website and product details is there in the site. I said I very well understand that, but it is not clearly mentioned in the product highlight. I ordered the product going through first look summary and in product nomenclature it is written BlackBerry 9670 (Reliance) and how do I know it CDMA and not GSM. Most important part is that they say in website, Replacement Guarantee of 30 days for any problem. But, they are adamant now.

                  I then returned the product to their distribution point in Guwahati and the representative in Guwahati Mr. Mondal said that he would certainly help me and would provide positive news in 24 hours. But after long wait of more than 20 days, they have not replaced the product nor refunded the money. Please look into the matter and help me out.

                  I have purchased a PHILIPS Induction Cooker through Flip Kart 15 days before. But the product is working properly. The Cooling Fan is not functioning and the Cooker repeatedly stops heating. Now i am unable to cook through this cooker.                     Pathetic and utterly disappointing service from letsbuy :

                    I ordered two laptops on 9th feb,2012 order no- 838510 & 839707.
                    I paid 60 thousand for these two product and after one week of order the first item is not even shipped(God knows whether it will be shipped !!) and the other is shipped through SAFEX( never heard about this courier !!), but when i check the shipping status SAFEX website does not show any detail.
                    This is terribly pathetic and disgracing service from letsbuy.
                    When i call the customer care even after 10 minutes of waiting no one replies( now i wonder whether they have any customer support ??) !!!!
                    No reply of emails !!!! This is beyond one can tolerate !!!
                    I will suggest all of you to never ever shop through letsbuy.com !!!

                    I bought a Prestige PGMFB Sandwich Griller from letsbuy.com on 05/08/2011 and they haven't even shipped the item yet. I contacted letsbuy.com customer support and they are repeating a saved scripts in computer like there is a delay from the manufacturer itself. so It will take time.

                    Lets Buy — Order not Dispatched

                    I have ordered 2 Nos. V-Guard Instant geyser (Order No: LSB-523091) on 22nd October 2011. The company has promised to deliver the material within 3-4 days.

                    But now more than 15 days have passed and I have still looking for the order to be dispatched from Company.

                    I have tried to contact the company by emails / phone calls. But they have not responded to any one of them.

                    Please check the matter.
                    Same case with me. I placed one order LSB-809864 on 26.01.2012. The status shows order shipped by blue dart. The tracking no, provided were false and fake. They provided tracking nos. 3 times. The 3rd time the item was shipped from Delhi to Delhi and received by someone named Vishal. Whereas I stay in Orissa. I have called up to them atleast 20 times and written dozen emails but with no avail. Planning to sue them in the court.

                    I have received all the items, ..though they were shipped by various couriers and on different times.
                    But it was delivered by 7 working days.
                    Among the free gifts the 4gb pen drive is yet to delivered(i expect the delivery today).
                    For the pen drive they had given me a blue dart way bill number which dint exist,
                    by repeated calls and emails, ..they have shipped it by the same waybill no.
                    So, finally all items are delivered with a bit of delay and some catch up with the customer care.
                    I will suggest you to write them email to their customer care.

                    I have received the items.
                    Though initially the customer support was below standard, ...later they did pay attention to my emails, though replied after 24 hours
                    Still they managed to deliver the item by 7 working day (Mon-Fri is their working day, as they say :( ...)
                    The two laptops are delivered along with the gifts through different couriers.
                    Only one free pen drive is not delivered, ..which i think will be delivered by today.

                    So, ..on overall verdict i will say it has not been a bad experience, ..only thing is that they should improve their customer support.
                    One more thing i would like to mention is for small items (ordered one 8gb micro sd after i ordered the laptops, ..and was delivered by 2days), .they deliver the iems really quick, ...
                    may for items like laptops or tvs they take a little more time to dleiver, ...but they do deliver by 2 weeks.

                      I ordered Philips PET717/94 Portable DVD Player at price 3450/- for my 3 year old daughter from FlipKart.com on 14-Feb-2012 at 7:12 PM under order OD[protected]. I also got the message and mail for this confirmation. But around 8:00 PM I got the call from there office[protected], the person on the other side was saying that we have this stock unavailable in the list so we can't deliver this product. After asking for this he gave very stupid reason that they used to update our inventory in the evening. My concern is being a commercial site how they are not able to maintain there inventory after every purchase. This seems to be like cofirmed booking of the railway ticket in tatkal and when you board the train you were informed by the TT that your ticket is not confirmed as no seat was available when you book the ticket.

                      Now when I try to find the same product I am not getting the at this rate. So I want to file the complaint against them for this cheating and harassment and also need the same product at that price only.

                            I placed one order (My First) No. LSB-809864, on dated 26.01.2012 for 2 nos. Ajanta OLC-20 Digital Wall Clock.
                            Latter after browsing net, i came across hundreds and thousands of complaints against letsbuy.com.
                            I called up and also wrote to them, i was assured that the item will be despatched soon.
                            On 03.02.2012 I got a mail from them that the item has been dispatched through Blue Dart with AWB No.[protected].
                            When I tried to track the same in blue Dart's site, the no. provided found to be a fake one.
                            I again wrote to them, and also called them. I was replied on 09.02.2012 that they too are puzzled and they are escalating my complaint to their logistics department. The complaint no. given to me was CC[protected].
                            I believe they are cheating their Customers.
                            I would request the Consumer Court to take appropriate action against them.

When I requested to talk with their seniors, after a long wait the call was dropped from their side.
                            I have made numerous calls and written dozens of emails. However, I am not getting any help and the product ordered not received todate.

                              My laptop model is Compaq 510 and i have to ordered a battery form www.Letsbuy.com which is "Lapcare HP Compaq 510,530 Series 8 Cell Battery[protected]" amount will be 2049rs. On the this site they are given the delivery time 4-7 days and did'nt delivered on time. i have given the order on[protected] its delivered on 10-feb-2012 after 12th days. And this model of Battery is not required for my laptop. i have to call them but they told me that they are given me same produt which i have to orderd.
                              The main point is it meance they are selling the rong product.
                              Because i have order the same battery model which is my laptop model..

                                on 22 dec 2011 i bought micromax a 75 for rs 9000/- from letsbuy on 27 dec i got it. within 1 or 2 days it stopped working properly. i couldn't make and receive calls on it. i write more than 10 emails about manufacturing defect but the company didnt reply, then i sent legal notice thru email ( i m a advocate) the very next day company sent me mail that their internet was not working so they couldn't reply my mails, i told them to change the defective product , the company has return policy also, but they denied, then i sent the mobile to nearest micromax costumer care , they said its motherboard is defective, from the last one month my mobile is with customer care , probably i will get it aftr 1 week (for repair) but it doesn't mean i will not take legal action against leysbuy and micromax not to replace the defective phone, i will definitely . i jus waiting for the right time.

                                today i have received the product. when i opened the product i found lots of scratches on watch glass, glue on the glass with dirt, some spores (scratches) on watch dial, even watch strap doest look genuine(its a local strap).

                                Letsbuy.com is a cheater company... they never resolve any problem. I bought BP monitor machine and found that machine is not functioning properly. After various rounds of telecon and mail exchange, they always say you have to go to service center, whereas service center says you have to contact the person who has sold it to you, other wise to entertain any complaint the service center will charge me. Now where the hell should i go with this defaulted machine... these companies should be closed down who can not take up their responsibilities.

                                  LETSBUY.COM is an online shopping site. I placed order for BlackBerry Curve 3G 9300 of Rs. 12,999 on 12th May 2012 ( Which letsbuy published on their site )the order got confirmed and my Oder ID is 1050101. 14th and 15th I called them for the shipment confirmation, they told me once they send the product you will get mail and SMS. I did not get anything. I called them on 16th evening 3.30, they repeated the same. At 4.30 PM I got a call back from Letsbuy and they told me the order was cancelled do to the product is out of stock. By the long argument and repeated calls they told me DO TO THEIR MISTAKE they published Rs12,999. It’s original price is Rs 14,500/. Now they cancelled my order, I did not get my money back yet. I called them they told me I will get my money back with in 21 days.
                                  Sir, Please consider this as a petition against them, because from online reviews we can understand they are cheating so many people like this. I think they are collecting money from common people and doing their business, after one or two months they return money back. With out interest they can use our money for their business.                                       We had purchased one Samsung 3d HD Plasma TV 43 inches PS43D490. Billed on 21/12/2011 and delivered on 29/12/2011 by Flipkart.com worth Rs. 40890

                                      It is covered under their declared policy of 30 day replacement guarantee.

                                      We have been trying to request them for a replacement before the expiry of the 30 day guarantee time. But, they are delaying it on one pretext or another. We fear it is a ploy to beat their 30 days deadline and then back out on the pretext of 30 days being over.

                                      We request honour of their guarantee.

                                        I placed an order at Letsbuy.com. Order number LSB-719873. The offer was for an LG 32 inch TV along with a free Reliance DTH. The TV was delievered on time on the 23rd of December but the tv stand was missing. I called Letsbuy and they said I need to contact LG. I called LG and they said I need to call a local LG service center in my locale. I called them up and they said the part that is missing does not have a product code and it is something that can't be ordered.

                                        I then emailed Letsbuy and LG on Jan 15th, asking them what can be done for this, no response so far from letsbuy. I did get a call from LG though, and they were helpful in suggesting that I mount the TV to the wall but ordering for a new stand will take time and also I need to pay for it.

                                        So far no contact from letsbuy at all regarding the missing part or the Reliance DTH that was promised during purchase.

                                        I had purchase LG oven from www. Letsbuy.com site.My order no. is LSB-267722. I have received product but there r missing oven food making bartan Kit. In marketing there r same price that particular product with food making bartan Kit.But i purchased from your site with trusted name.

                                        I had communicated letsbuy consumer executive many times. They said me ur query will be solved in 48 hours.But i am still waiting reply from 10 days.
