Sir/Mam,
I am writing this mail with regards to the delayed service provided by Flipkart,
I.e on 5th june, 2015(friday) i ordered one Moto g handset through Flipkart
And i opted for one day delivery guarantee, which Flipkart takes only Rs-90/- for one day delivery guarantee.
While placing order too i got the message that my product will be delivered by 6th june, 2015(saturday) as according to one day guaranteed delivery,
But today is 7th june'2015 (1.45 am) till now i haven't received my product,
I don't understand why they are promising one day delivery if they are unable to process our request.
The promised date of delivery has been passed and till now i haven't received my product.
I have attached all the relevant document to support my statement.
