I purchased Moto G on 15th may 2014.. and I got it delivered on 19th May 2014 from Flipkart. When I opened the box whole screen card was having scratches(I think we don't get scratches in a new phone), and when I switched it on it worked fine for 3 days. On 23rd may 2014 I started facing problems with "calling functionality".. I also called Motorola customer care number and also visited service centre but the issue isn't solved but it is getting even worse. Then I checked the box of my phone and I saw that the phone was manufactured in March 2014.. and I received that piece in May 2014. " What are you doing Flipkart???? Want to clear your stock of old defective handsets ??" [HATS OFF TO YOU] I also called Flipkart replacement service on 26th May 2014 and they ensured me that their technical team will call me in 24hrs for a replacement but its the 29th May 2014.. I didn't got a call from them. I think they are trying to avoid the replacement. Please flipkart either replace my Moto G with a new working Moto G with a "100% Guarantee" that "it will work fine" or else REFUND me my MONEY back (its my father's hard earned money please dont disrespect it) Please get to me as soon as possible. And one more thing please this time dont send me a defective piece, I am so frustrated by your services (trying to fool customer's by sending a defective piece manufactured 2 months before). Now I got the secret behind your success.. Great Work... Now Please dont cheat me this time. .. PLEASE !!!

I think they are trying to avoid the replacement.

Please flipkart either replace my Moto G with a new working Moto G
with a "100% Guarantee" that "it will work fine" or else REFUND me my
MONEY back (its my father's hard earned money please dont disrespect
it)

Please get to me as soon as possible.

I am facing following problems:
1. Calling problems with both sim card slots. While on a call both
sides are unable to hear each other.
2. unable to access 3G internet.
3. Battery charging taking long than usual and it does not last long
as been promised by you on your site.
4. After charging phone to 100% both the speakers and the mic stops
responding and i have to restart it everytime.
5. I am facing the problems since 23rd May 2014 morning. And I have to
restart the phone 5-6 times a day, or even more.
6. USB OTG stops responding and makes the phone speakers and mic dead,
problem is resolved only after a restart.
7. I am facing so many problems with the device that i even cant
recognize them. Please REFUND me my MONEY.

And one more thing please this time dont send me a defective piece, I
am so frustrated by your services (trying to fool customer's by
sending a defective piece manufactured 2 months before). Now I got the
secret behind your success.. Great Work...


Now Please dont cheat me this time. .. PLEASE !!! and PLEASE
REFUND ME MY MONEY BECAUSE YOU HAVE FALED TO SATISFY ME AND I NOW
CAN'T BELIEVE ON YOUR SERVICES.
I TRUSTED FLIPKART AND YOU BROKE THAT TRUST WITH A DEFECTIVE MOTO G,
PLEASE NOW REFUND ME MY MONEY AND TAKE YOUR PHONE BACK.

      Hi, This is to bring in your notice that on[protected], I ordered “Google nexus 5”(OrderNo: OD[protected]) from your website, it would be delivered between 26 to 28 of May 2014 And I already paid the amount of Rs 29990 through my credit card but you cancelled my order without any communication to me. I don’t have any information on what basis you people cancelled my order? You people spoiled my wife’s Birth Day because I want to gift her. I had to purchased it from “Croma” by taking money from my friends. I felt very embarrassed. This is not expectable at all from your website. I believed Flipkart.com is most trustable site. I want my money back right now (Rs 29990), with compensation. I have dealt with so many websites but this is first time I am facing such kind of problem only with Flipkart.com. It is really painful.         I have given overall 3 orders from which first 2 gets cancelled due to duplicate orders, and now i received mail from Flipkart customer care saying your order has been cancelled as there is a price error in website, so we are giving you promotional wallet balance of Rs.1000/- which i do not need. Flipkart is a online mega store and not expect such a stupid mail saying we are sorry.Whatever error occurs in price for which i am not responsible, so Flipkart.com have to consider my order seriously. Flipkart.com cannot cancel any order without prior notifying the customer. I have given this order as there is clearly showing a 66% discount on google nexus 5 32GB black mobile. Flipkart can give debit note to Digital Matrix(seller) and receive all expenses but cannot cancel order given by customer.They have to consider this order seriously.

          I had ordered Moto G and its flip Cover (Order No.OD[protected]) on 18th may and paid the amount in advance and waited for the delivery till 24th may. But the product was not delivered and when contacted to customer care the executives first won't connect the call to team leader or supervisor and only asked me to trust them and they are having technical issues and when i had talk with supervisor then they promised me to call in 1 hr or 8 hrs or till evening but each and every time they failed to do so.i am very much dissatisfied with flipkart's service.If you guys cannot deliver the product why you take orders.I hope some concerned person from flipkart reads this and resolves the issue for me coz they have blocked my cash for around 25 days and i am not able to buy another phone now.Giving 500 rs as good will is not the resolution i wanted.i hope somebody hears this.             Memory card Order No: 0D[protected] Mobile phone order no: 0D[protected] I've ordered a moto e mobile phone from flipkart website, where there was an offer like if we order moto e on the first day then we'll get 50% off on Transcend 08 GB class 4 Memory card and back cover for the phone provided by WS retail. So, since I've ordered the moto e on the first day, I got a mail from flipkart to avail the offer before[protected]. I booked Transcend 08 GB class 4 Memory card provided by WS retail whose actual price was 230/- and delivery charges 40/- on[protected] using my flipkart account. I got an SMS on my mobile stating that your order is booked and you need to pay 270/- rupees. I called flipkart customer support center and explained everything. one of the representatives said that that was actually due to application issue, anyways you need to pay only 50% on it. On[protected], courier boy reached me with the memory card and asked me to pay 270/- rupees which is 100%, I've just rejected it. When I spoke with the customer support, they said book it again. But, when I tried to book Transcend 08 GB class 4 Memory card provided by WS retail, its not availble in the list shown.

              Hi Team, Need your help for the order I made. I was searching for a flip cover for HTC desire 601, and precisely remember that intent to order same. However I received flip cover for HTC 500, when I called customer care executive, they denied for changing or returning. It is unfortunate to hear such thing from flipkart.                   I booked one order on 24 may 2014 my order id OD[protected] I had paid the money in advance and i was ensured that order will reach me next day on 25 th may 2014 but next day there is no intimation whom to contact when will the order reach, the i track my order in the flipkart website, it said that order reach bhiwandi, it is despatch, then i call the customer care, they ensured it will reach at 7pm then i waited till 7 then i call the customer care i aske the customer care to give me the courier man mobile number but the caller said she wont give, then she said wait till 9 pm i waited till 9 pm in my office but then also there is no confirmation then i call customer care at 10:55 AM then the caller said your order cannot be deliverd because of some problem, such type of harassment is going on, FlipKart charge extra money for delivering me on time but they fail. i trust the company as it was written in there website that Guarantee delivery with in 24 hours extra charges Rs90. but still after being harassed so much i have not been provided with the solutioon

                    Hi, I bought a Samsung phone (star pro 7262 on) in Flipcart.com online store on 4.4.2014. I attached the bill of sale/parcel attachment with this. The problem with the phone is not reading the sim card/network as it is defective. I complained about this problem on 10/4/2014 for the first time. I also went to the service store, they were not able to help/solve the problem. Service company advised/suggested me to contact the Flipcart and ask for a refund/replacement as the problem was not able to be solved by them. I contacted the Flipcart customer care about 15 times during the last month and half about this issue without much luck/success. And I was also misled by their personnel several times which makes me furious and disappointing. The last customer care personnel whom I contacted was less helpful than ever and less professional. His details as as below: Zaheer Ref/complaint No: 16632545 I am forced to complain about this issue as it cost me so much money and my precious time which needs fair compensation. I am willing take this issue to any level to exercise my consumer rights.

                      i bought a philiphs shaver in 10 days it stopped working i asked to replace but their were no more product so they told me they will refund me my money i gave all my bank details account details n customer care executive neha told me that i will get refund in 5 working days the reverse order was delivered at 13 may today its 26 may n still i have got no refund and my alll balance is wasted in calling executives till now atleast 150rs r wasted in calling and stilll no refund is given n these sites creates a thought in all online customers that online shopping is not safe

                      Flipkart has delevered me the wrong product and i returned it nd requested for refund in bank transfer 1month before.bt there is no refund innitiated in my account yet.nd the main part...flipkart is saying repetedly that it hs bn refunded alrdy.my order id is[protected]

                        i am a regular shoper on flipkart.com.In past i received all the ordered items of reasonable quality.this is the first time i felt cheated myself.
                        ON 14/05/2014, I have ordered micromax canvas turbo A250 online thr flipkart with order id -- OD[protected] / amount 14475/- i did not receive any order details on my mentione been d email id- [protected]@bhelhwr.co.in.simply i have been sms on monile no- [protected] that order would be delivered on 23/05/2014.i received this order on 16/05/2014 itself.when i opened the box there was no invoice/bill copy of phone as well as no signed/stamped warrenty card within it.main problem arises when it has been observed that its receiver as well as sim slot is not working and it is confirmed by micromax service centre at haridwar.
                        therefore you are kindly requested to refund my amount and take ur phone back

We have open and insert SIM but network is not working than we have may this SIM will not working but again another as well the same error. we had do complaint to Flip kart but they need 72 hours for Call me back than they will take issue to higher authority. We are using Online shopping as they promise to Deliver us Good & Fine products but now my Freight also has faced the same problem he is getting New Mobile but it is not service which they told us on TV adds & On Net as well.


                          I need my Mobile in next 24 Hours with Correct Products if not than i need full Refund with New Mobile Phone.

                              I bought a phone Lava 406Q on May9, 2014. From the first day, i am facing many problems. The phone switches off automatically in evry 2-3 hrs. And to switch it on, i have to always take off the battery and re insert it! It dosen't switches on from the power button, althogh there is full charge! Secondly, the Back cover of the phone is really very loose. Just a small press and the cover comes out. And thirdly, the touch keypad of the phone is very bad, it keeps hanging while typing!! Its is requested to please check and replace the phone as soon as possible! Else.. I will Have to take severe actions against the company!

                                I have purchased a MOTO G Mobile phone (Order ID - [protected]) on 14.03.2014 by Axis Bank Credit Card from Flip Kart Online purchase scheme. During that period there was an offer of 15% cash back. Since today I haven't received my cash back. I contacted the Flipkart Customer service many times and was told that the Cash back will be credited by the end of the month.


                                I have been getting the same answer since I purchased.I have checked with Axis Bank also regarding the offer and they said the Cash will be credited, othewise complain to Customer Service. Since today no action was taken in this matter.I would request the high officials to get my Cash back offer.

                                  Refund has been processed to customer on 10th, Informed the same to customer and provided with transaction id
                                  Spoke to customer regarding the issue, is resolved as the product is returned and the amount is refunded. Also confirmed the same with customer. So closing the case.

                                  I returned the above product which was received in the warehouse on 30th September and amount of rs.990 was refunded to remiited debit card account . it is very disappointing that there is no initiative taken by flipkart to refund the money as earliest as possible. Today's its 11th Oct, 2014...almost 12 day from the day refund was initiated and still I had not received my money. Worst service...poor, disgusting, irresponsible and really frustrating!!! I want my money!!

                                  I subscribed for flipkart first subscription on OCT 6th. I didn't find the privilege relevant for me and I cancelled it on Oct 28th. As per your terms I must get the 11 months amount refunded. i bought the subscription for 399. Subtracting 1 month's 33.25rs, I am eligible to get Rs. 365.75 . I immediately received a mail saying"You are eligible for 365.75 rs refund". But you have refunded only 264.75(Rs. 101 less than the eligible amount) On 31st Oct.
                                  I am attaching the online bank statement SCREENSHOT for proof.
                                  I had complained about the same on November first week also. A representative called me and he was unable to give me a proper reply.Atlast he made me to hold the line for more than 10 Min's which forced me to cut the call. I then mailed through the flipkart complains(on your website). As a result, I got a call from the customer service saying "Rs 101 refund has been initiated and you will be credited with the amount in 7 working days". It's been 3 weeks since the phone call and no money has been debited till date. The SCREENSHOT proves the above statement too.

                                    i am online purchased moto e handset on[protected] through cash on delivery at rajahmundry, my mobile speakers ie., hearing and loud speakers are not working properly. the loud speaker is automatically shutoff, then simply knocked the back panel or restart my handset it is working and hearing speaker from the begining not working propery. how can i do?

                                      I have recently purchased TWO Moto E’s from your website on the launch day ( Order No: OD[protected] and OD[protected]). I was entitled to the launch day offer which said that there would be a flat 50% discount on the Moto E Shells and on a Transcend 8 GB Class 4 Memory Card and that I would be entitled to free E-Books worth Rs. 1000. On repetitive calls to your call center after placing the order, I was told that I would receive a mail by the 21st May and that all 3 offers were valid until the 31st May. I received the mail for the Moto E Shells and the Memory Card, however I received no mails for the E-Books. When I called today about how I should download the free E-Books, I was told that I was supposed to give a missed call on [protected] within 48 hours of placing the order and it was in the terms and conditions. I read nothing of that sort on your website when placing the order(Sending you a screenshot of the order details from your website). Also I have now been told that even though I purchased TWO Phones, I was not entitled to 2 offers because I placed the order from the same email address. Again it was not mentioned anywhere on your website about the same and I am entitled to TWO offers for purchasing TWO Phones. This is absurd and discourages me from using your website for any of my future purchases. I would request you to kindly read the reviews that people have written about Flipkart. You would realize that people have started disliking your website because of these problems that the customers are facing. If these practices continue, then Flipkart will cease to exist soon.

I understand they offer "Transit Insurance" for the product untill it reaches the customer. But, mobile phone showrooms offer Mobile insurances against theft or damage after purchase.                                       I had order two ball from flipkart one is argentina ball and another was nivia shinning star football in argentina ball there was no fault but the nivia shining star ball was having many fault it's box was broken and the ball was having pen marks and the ball was having cut marks in it that when I try to fill air in the ball all the air comes out of it and then i talk in custamer care they tell me that they will exchanged the and give me a new one but the played trick with me and send me the message of exchanged of argentina ball and when i read that message i recently call them but they dodn:t pick up the phone atlest i have did 10call to them form10days but after the 10day the pick up my phone i tell them that what the fault work your member have did on 5august they said me that they will escalate my issue to concerned member than next day they sent me a message that the seller had dissaporved to accept my return request and when i have read this message i called them atleast 10times but they cut my call

After placing, my order is approved and i got the confirmation mail too with the order numbers.At night 10:30 p.m i got the message like the orders was cancelled.I have done the procedure in a proper way and also they mention that there is no cancellation of products on the big billion day.                                       Flipkart is Exploiting the Sentiments and Urge of Online Shoppers; and lure the aspirers with degraded, sub-standard products in the way of wrong product shipment.

                                      Complaint:-
                                      Ordered a specific brand of Mobile back Cover which cost Rs.119/- on Discount Offer which Flipkart Claim its actual value Rs.1199/-
                                      Paid the money in advance using online banking.
                                      After 5 days, i received a parcel and opened to find a different brand which is ugly and spoiled.
                                      Called up the customer care to report and requested to send the same. Came to know Flipkart only refund the money once the product is returned/collected and the money will be released only in a week's time.
                                      As a matter of fact i selected the right product i wanted, paid as instructed and waited for 5 days; now i am forced to wait for another 7 days to get my money back. And also i did not get the product i ordered.

                                      No fault of mine, i was forced to wait for 5 days, received a wrong product, now forced to wait for another 7 days to get my money back.

                                      This is not just one case; i myself have experienced more than 7 times in a total order of about 20 nos.
                                      On an average, a product costs about Rs.1000 X 10000000 wrong shipment a day.
                                      Rs.1000 crores- out of which atleast 400 crores is kept with them as refund money on a daily basis; which get released only in 7 days time. So Rs.400 crores X 7 days = Rs.2800 crores in a week.
                                      Also about 40% of the wrong products delivered never comes back, since customer does not take the trouble and time to return it. That is, another big Gain; because FLIPKART pushes those dead stock which is otherwise Liquidated at negligible cost.

                                      Sending a wrong, gullible and spoiled product instead of a credible brand/product which the customer has rightly ordered.

                                      As per the statistics, Flipkart delivers more than 2 million products on a daily basis across India. Of which about half of the products are sent wrongly either intentionally or by mistake.
                                      That is a million product which is been cleared off from Flipkart warehouses which other wise does not sell or no single customer will ever buy those products.
                                      Only less than 40% customers who received wrong product take the effort to return;
                                      Flipkart in reality cheats, deceives and breach the Trust & faith Online customers has put on it.
                                      Also they hold the money for about a fortnight, which accumulates to billions of Rupees on any given day. Billions of rupees in Flipkart account getting accumulated and cycled only in a fortnight is a huge Scheme - a fraudster scheme which any body with sense could understand.

                                        On 30th April I ordered a mobile Karbonn Smart A27+ (Black) (OD[protected]) from Flipkart.com website. The order delivered to me on 3rd May, after using it for 17 days, I found some problems with the set. So on 21st May I requested for return (ID: 5131535 ). Till now nobody even call me from your end although its mentioned "We will contact you within 24 hrs to clarify your request." I called up customer care[protected] on 22nd but they failed to give me any information and the reason they told me is " System Upgradation".
