I have purchased AC from Flipkart and has been delivered on 24th May 15. After that installation service due for AC in next 2 business days, Since i have purchased stabilizers also which was scheduled to be delivered on 28th May was deliver 1 day early that is on 27th. When i got a call from Flipkart on subject matter, I told them to install the AC once stabilizer reached home in single go that is on 27th.
Now when I had called them on 27th to arrange to installation, they told me that AC will be installed today, but not happened, on next day when i called them again to know the status they informed me that now they are taking/opening the request for installation and will be done by maximum 30th May 15 at1.0 pm.Thereafter i called them everyday to know the installation status, everytime customer care executive makes fake commitment that today it will be installed but no progress was made in this regard & even no updation was made to customer. now today when this target date also crossed, I called them 4 times & they made again false commitment that today it will be done by 1.0 pm then 4.0 pm then 6.30 pm then 9 pm. But problem persist and they given me a new target now to get it done by 1 June 15 at the end of the day.
I would say that, customer care executive are making false commitment to me eveytime in every call and rather problem solving they give me new dates. Still that AC is not installed because of worst service to customer & putting customer in huge trouble. It svey annoying & irritating ! details are
