I am currently facing 2 problems with my Moto E handset which I purchased in July 2014 from flipkart (thus i warranty period). Below are the problems: 1. Moto E handset's volume is disabled for few days thus I am unable to hear the ring for receiving calls, no volume for videos which are played, can't hear to music. The ringer starts working automatically after few days. I am facing this problem once a month from last 3 months. 2. Handset gets switched off automatically.

    I had purchased Mi India Mi4i on the very first sale conducted on the 30th of April via Flipkart (Order Number OD[protected]. Three days back the front camera of my phone started giving issues. As soon as i turn on the camera, the display becomes highly pixelated and pink in color.The above mentioned issue is only with the front cam. Yesterday i received a call from your product specialist and i was asked to follow some steps at the end of which the problem was confirmed to be a manufacturing defect and a replacement was processed (ID :[protected]. Since i had ordered the phone while i was in Mangalore and the phone seemed to be working fine for ten days or so, I came to Kolkata for my vacations without the box. I received a mail stating that the product cannot be exchanged without the product box.What should i do in this case? I am not expected to carry the product box everywhere I go. You cannot foresee a manufacturing defect creeping up in a 13K handset some 10 days after its purchase.Please help!!!

      We had ordered few electronic items - HDDs, RAMs, Keyboard and Pen Drives. The order was accepted but after 3 days we received a message that we cannot fulfil this order. Later on they sent us a RAM that was faulty. They said we cannot change it as vendor would not give us the guarantee. The invoice was in the name - Keyideas Infotech Private Limited, New Delhi.           I have bought a new Ienovo A6000 plus handset from flipkart and recieved on 13th May. Order ID: OD[protected] Now, when i am using the phone, I am facing a lot of trouble issues. When any call comes, i am not able to pick up the phone using slider options as the UI gets blocked. Call gets cut in between due to network problems in this device as we tried with the same sim in some other phone, calls are made and recieved properly.I am not able to access the Playstore in the phone. I have raised an activity for it's replacement and followed all the steps which your technical support asked me to do. Software and hardware versions are also up to date in the device. And, still i am facing the same problems. These UI blocking problems are occuring when i am not using the heavy applications on the device. The technical support are just following the casual talks and are not looking into the matter seriously. Especailly i explicitly mentioned one of your guy named " Avesh " to not to close the activity which i have raised for my handset replacement. But now, i have recieved a message saying that your activity has been closed. The replacement scheme is within 30 days and i want my set to be replaced as i am not able to access applications and calls properly on my device. LOOK INTO THIS MATTER ASAP

          The above complaint is already addressed. Customer had complained stating that there are multiple issues with the device and sim card does not detect. It is found that we have a;ready approved the replacement and hence closing the complaint as the issue stands resolved.

            1) Heating issue seems like i am holding hot battery in my hand. 2)After playing game for 10 mins gets heat up .. Game size only 48 MB. 3)Performance issue: Hanging a lot. 4)Camera: After taking continuous 10 shots this phone starts heating and hanging. 5)You Can not put this phone on ear while taking because of heating issue. Since the device is getting heated excessively, I complained to Flipkart. First blindly they replaced. After persuading I was asked to download an app- Smartcheck to diagnose the overheating problem. Further I was told to activate this app Technical Section would contact me and provide a PIN But no one called me. Next it was scheduled for next day. Again there was no call from Flipkart. Next date they disappointed me third time. For this lapse the excuse Flipkart gave was that they tried to contact me and my telephone route was busy. This is a big lie as always at the appointed schedule I made myself available and waiting for the call and was close to mobile phone. It appears by delaying tactics Flipkart wants to cross the 30 day replacement warranty period and at last reject my request.

                I placed order with flipkart for beauty products worth 999, and while i put products worth that amount into my cart they showed that the offer had been applied. Nothing about placing order with the same seller was mentioned. Infact they showed that the offer had been applied. But later when i got the product and got back to the customer service to redeem my offer they refused to give it to me. The reason being that the order was from two sellers. If that was the case then you shouldn't have put the offer in my cart in the first place. I am so disappointed with the services.

                  Good Day Iam your old customer .I purchased MILAGROW M8 PRO 3G QUADCORE (TABTOP) Item No. OD[protected]. I have a lot of trouble with reference to its processing like this tabtop is getting hanged now and then, the touch sense of tabtop is not functioning properly as per the commands, even the charger is producing a powerfull current shock when touched, the tabtop is producing heat which is while by while increasing and seeming to heat like an iron, moreover there is a need to reset tabtop 4 to 5 or sometimes more than above times a day, the display screen is blinking and leading to get heated like an iron that was leading the probability to burst.I bought it in exchange with the same product last time. And when we compare this tab to other companies tabs like samsung, apple, huawei...they dont have such troubles.I am very displeased by the quality of this product.I hope you will definetly let me out of this trouble and do the needful as soon as possible.

                          CAUTION "DO NOT BUY THIS PHONE" FLIPKART SAYS IF THE TEMP GOES ABOVE 45 DEGREES ONLY THEN THEY WILL REPLACE.                               I ordered lenevo 6000plus on 5th May 2015 under order no. OD[protected] I told flipkart I am not satisfied with the mobile because it is getting discharged automatically and ii have to open open and again fix battery to switch on the phone.flipkart customer care send link to check the technical fault and they say there is no technical fault. And me facing the same issue continuously.there is no help from flipkart till now. I am asking ti either refund me or retuen with new phone.now i am regretting for why did I choose flipkart.

                                Order number : OD[protected] Return Request ID: 19902582 I requested return for this item on 23-MAY-2015. I did not receive any link to install any Smart Check App. I got a call from technical team at 12.33pm 24-may-2015 intimating me that without the app they cant approve my return request so they will send me the link to that app and will call me back the same day. I just got a message indicating that a call back is arranged on 25-MAY-2015 at 3 30 pm. Your customer care executives behaved rudely and even dropped my call twice when I asked them to send me the link for that app again. I am extremely frustrated with your customer care attitude. What if I dont receive the link till 25th and when the technical team calls again they will again postpone it to a later date indicating the same reason. You are using dirty tactics to avoid the exchange of items. If the issue is not resolved this will be my last purchase on flipkart and I will advice my friends and family against buying items on flipkart.

                                    I ordered ASUS ZENFONE 2 the order number is OD[protected] on 11th May 2015 I got it I requested for refund on 12th May 2015 for that flipkart team called me at 8 pm on 12th may 2015 I told flipkart I am not satisfied with the mobile because it is not getting charged after 60% and it is overheating within 5 to 10 minutes o[censored]sage they told me they will send me a links by that smart link the mobile phone condition will be checked but I did not get any link from Flipkart. Again I called flipkart toll free number on 21st May 2015 they said flipkart technical team would call me on 23rd at 6:47pm he also told the same i.e. they would send me a link after 4 hours flipkart technical team would call me. It is 24th May till now I did not get any call. I paid 20000 rupees for the 4GB RAM honestly telling you I am regretting for why did I choose flipkart.
