I bought a smartphone from #FLIPKART and look what happened with me.., Beware
Every smart phone acclaims that it brings our near ones more near but in my case things gone worst, the only mistake I made was choosing #FLIPKART for ordering a smart phone for my mom as a token of thanks on her birthday.So I ordered MI4 64GB worth 22000 (8th april) which is not a small amount for me who has not yet started earning.I was making savings for this from last one year.After 3 days of ordering I got the phone which I really appreciate.I sent the phone to my mom who lives in a nearby town.And I sold the old phone.But after a day when I happily tried calling her to tell her about the details of video calling but to my utter shock the number was unreachable.I tried calling her many a times but still the response was same so I got worried .Then in the night I got to know that she is not able to put the sim card in it.At first I thought she does not know how to do it.But when I went home I found out that the very expensive phone I chose to gift my mom, was defective.But as my phone was in warranty period I filed a complain .At first FLIPKART people said that I should go to a MI store located at the other corner of the city.It was my exam time but still because it was my hard earned money I took the pain and went over there.But they said that it is new product so its parts are not available.(#FLIPKART people from next time whenever you give people an advice please confirm it first because even our time is equally valuable).So i called Flipkart again, First they tried conviencing me but then finally they agreed to replace it and asked me the address as the phone was with my mom so I clearly gave my mom's address and they confirmed it, for pick up the defective piece BUT next day #FLIPKART representative came to my address and asked for the phone In a rude manner he said your phone has been deliver here so pick up will also be done from here only(Please note that they confirmed the address) But then he cancelled the replacement request on his own.Then I again tried to place a new request on my address but #FLIPKART people said that it will take 24 hours to cancell the previous request instead it took 130 hours (6 days to cancell), And in these hours I have called them more 30 times just to make sure that they are proceeding but every other person on #FLIPKART gave me a diifferent answer like some said it will take 12 hours, 24 hours some even said that it will take another 4 days just to place a request.Finally when all is done and request has been cancelled I placed a request and again they confirmed my address this time I gave my address as they have said I cant change address, I was happy and thanked so many times to the person talking to, But after 3 days of placing the new request I got call from my mom saying that #FLIPKART representative are at my hometown and asking for a defective phone.I was so frustated I did not know what to do.Now again I am repeating the same routine and facing the same problem. Since then I am fidgeting with #FLIPKART people.their response is horrible, Me and my mom are suffering for their lack of communication and commitment.i am not asking a phone for free, i paid 22000 for it, All my gift plans were ruined but #FLIPKART has not bothered even till now when I just hope they replace it.I have written this post because today its me but tomorrow it may happen with you also.If out of so many ecommerce companies we are choosing #FLIPKART and if they are not treating us as their precious customer rather they are not responding to our complains then its time to rethink of our choices.It is a thing to bring in notice to all cause we The young educated generartion can not tolerate this type of ignorence.

Flipkart Customer Care's response The issue is already addressed and we have also provided refund to customer. So closing the case as the issue stands resolved.
