This is my ORDER NO - OD[protected] which is delivery on 14may2015, book on 7th may2015 but till now i am not received the ITEM. before the 14th may2015 i called up twice to helpdesk that they are delivered this product on the scheduled date they say that yes, so i am waiting at home for the delivery. 11am i called up helpdesk they said that for logistics issue they cannot delivered the product today. so i take leave for that so i loss my Rs.3000 of that day. i received the mail from flipkar that i get the product on 17th may 2015 morning 10.00 am so i am again take a leave and waiting for the product but i am not receive the product till 12.00pm. for the infromation i called the flipkar helpdesk they said that we are giving the resolution before 4.30pm (shilpa- helpdesk executve 11.39 am). so they are not worry about client timing and not punctuality in timing. so i loss my rs.6000 for the two days. can they bear this.

    Have ordered lg washing machine in Flipkart on[protected] and it was delivered on[protected]. It has to be installed by flipkart on free of cost per the promise made by Flipkart within 24 to 48 hours after delivery. Have called Flipkart for installation on apr-30, may-4, 5, 7 and 13. Every time I approach them they are giving false assurances and deadlines and they are not fulfilling. Even I have requested then to tack the product back and refund my money. But they are not paying attention to my request.

      I have booked an order through flipkart, order id:- OD[protected], this shipment is going to return with out my consent, i have contacted so many times to logistics company and flipkart also. they had always said that item will be delivered on next working days. and one times its very ridiculous, shipment company said that they can not find my address, if they can not find a government office address, how are doing the business, even they did not contact me. on this address i have earlier recieved so many items. pls ensure the delivery the same product as soon as possible

      Spoke to customer and got to know that his product was not delivered and was returned without his concern, So apologized for the inconvenience and informed him the reason why the delivery attempt was not successful. Customer acknowledged, informed him that it will not be repeated again and also we will try to deliver product promptly on time and closing the case.

          I bought a lenovo A7000 on 27 April 15 in a flash sale the phone is heated in starting time and it not supported otg function. I have talk to customer care for 6-7 time to resolve my problem but they did not provide any satisfactory answer and deny to replace the phone . they make a commitment to return or replace but in actual they cheat the customer by making false statement.

          Hello, On making a request the FLIPKART executive make a call and they make a call to solve the problem but not succeed than they provide the replacement of product. And send the product as soon as on priority basis.and newbproduct is working in good manner.Thanks to flikart.

            HI, My Order ID: OD[protected] Product : Lenovo A6000 Plus Mobile Bought one Lenovo A6000 plus through Flipkart.com flash sale on 28th February 2015. Within 2 days o[censored]sage, once when i put the memory card, the phone starts headed soo much on upper part and at that time battery is also getting drained very fast, even without any use. When I take the memory card out there was no heating. When i put it back the heating again starts. Flipcard sells this phone on the huge amount by making that flash sale. Most of the people becomes fool by this bumper sale. I also bought this phone blindly by trusting the bumper sale. I dont't know hy my problem will be solved. Can anyone help???

                I got a new moto e 2nd Gen phone. It is not working good. I see that when I am in a call, the person at the other end is not able to hear me properly. First few minutes it seems fine. After that voice is distorted and sounds very far. Every person talking to me is irritated and cuts the phone. Asks me to call from a alternate number. When I raised this issue with Flipkart, my request was rejected twice. This is deeply distressing as 1. I have paid and now i end up with a device that is not working. 2. I want cash back, but was told it is not in flipkart policy. 3. At least I was a replacement for a working device. My request is rejected twice. As a customer, this is very much irritating to receive a phone which is not working; to hear the executives say my phone works fine when its so evidently not working; my request is rejected even when i have not agreed that it is resolved and it is closed out. It is a shame to flipkart!

                While I checked in the online reviews, there are several cases where customers talk about the same issue that the receiver is not able to hear our voice. Similar to my case, Flipkart is not ready to accept this and the customer service readily denies this and closes the case. I have read more than 6 reviews where several people discuss the same issue.

                  Regarding order Id OD[protected], I placed an order for zenfone 2 on 6 may 2015, product got delivered on 11 may 2015, right from the next day, it started creating problem that was very irritating, continous signal drop, in sim slot 1, at regular interval of 10 to 15 min signal got disappeared, I called ASUS service centre and told them about the problem, they replied that it is problem of slim slot, and needs to be changed, So I requested for return on 12 may 2015, because flipkart (W S RETAIL) provides30 days of exchange if product is faulty, mine replacement request was accepted with return Id 19209214, I recieved a msg from flipkart to install smrt check app and was informed about a call which was scheduled on 13 may 2015 at 8 pm, I recieved call but because of network problem can't connect with technical team, flipkart again scheduled a call for next day, but on that day I was not aware when they called me, suddenly, I recieved a msg of next scheduled date or to contact customer care for early redressal, I called atonce and asked them to connect to technical team, customer care representative started fooling me and said that technical team can only be contacted at scheduled time . So I waited for next day, which was on 15 may 2015 at 6.30 pm, but I didn't recieved any call, so I call them back but to my surprise, they just tried to ignore the problem, So it's requested that please do necessary to sort out my problem, and do the replacement ASAP Thanks and Regard Shashi Bhushan [protected]

                    Received Xiaomi Red Mi2 with a faulty speaker. Phone is only usable with speaker on. Called Flipkart.com customer service. They refuse to replace or refund and are insisting their technical team first validate the handset is indeed faulty.                       I purchased 2 Nos. Samsung split a.c. OD[protected] and OD[protected], which were delivered and same day technician (2) Mr. Syed Sayeed cell No.[protected] and Mr. Nazir Ahmed cell No.[protected], were sent to me and one a.c. was installed correctly and the 2nd one was placed wrong location just beside window (road side) and in opposit to pillar. they charged me 1, 065 rupees per unit without giving the bill or receipt. however I request Flipkart to arrange for correct installation as soon as possible. Each a.c. unit cost me 25, 990 rupees excluding the installation charges which was gone with the wind. mir ahmed khan [protected]

                            Dear sir/Madam, My order Id is OD[protected], I bought Huawei Honer Holly on 6/05/15, and I received a product on 08/05/15( I paid Faster delivery option but i received after the assured date) The product I received was faulty one(The display gets blank while receiving a incoming call, the display does not go off while speaking a call). I gave replacement request on 08/05/2015. I received a call from Flipkart technical person, and I followed the instruction. He told "The problems rectified".After the disconnecting the call, the phone is still like before. I got cheated by Flipkart. Me and my friends are frequently using flipkart. Here I passed this information to all of my friends through social Media. We never use a flipkart again.The person from[protected] told me, "go to nearest service center", You are mentioning the defective product also got replaced. But your technical side shows that there was no problem. Thanks for the lesson you taught us. Thank you very much.

                              Regarding Order ID OD[protected] This is regarding order placed with order ID OD[protected]Moto G (2nd Gen)) ordered on 28th April 2015. The above product was received on 5th May 2015. After that I spotted Pink Vertical Lines on the Display of Moto G then i call on toll free no to register a complain. The concerned person registered it with Return ID 18984663 on 9th May. Accordingly i download the SMART CHECK APP for further processing as per the instructions provided. After getting no solution from your end again i call on toll free no on 12th May 2015 to check the status of my complain then the concerned person says that your previous request has been cancelled and will generate new return request with Return ID 19167194. So i wait for call for Technical Support Team. Due to some Network problem they are not able to rectify the issue after a call of more than half an hour. Then it refers the call for the next day and i didn't get any schedule timings for that. On 15th again it has been disapproved by the seller and the person again generate new Return ID 19399389 but i am not getting any timings for the technical support call. So today again i am calling to check the status then same thing happened again and a new Return ID has been given 19439888. PFB Snapshot for the above Scnerion- Inline image 1 Now tell me that this is the way to deal with your customer, you people are doing nothing just passing the time so that the return period has over. Note:- I am very much dissatisfied with the service provided by you. Now i am not gonna to replace this product, due to your poor services i want my money back on the same SBI A/c from which i pay the amount. Kindly send your people to take back your product from the shipping address.

                                  File a complain in consumer court against flipkart
                                  And worst service provide by customer care. I am also irritating by flipkart team:: Mi41 is in faulty state from 1st day and they stretched my problem and pain day by day now it's 9 day and no solution provided to me.

                                  Please guide me i want to do complaint against flipkart at higher level how can i do...

                                    I had ordered an Havells Ovale Pop Up Toaster on 20/04/2015 but the product delivered to me was defective and wouldnt even get started. so i ordered an replacement which was promised to me by 14 th may. But since May 11 th morning each day i get a message saying the said person would deliver it today but at evening it says it been resheduled for next day and when i ask them i just say that they had large number of deliveries to be made. Now on 15 th when i called one such person he told me that the product has been returned . This is been done only because i have already paid for it or else they are always in hurry to deliver

                                      Hi sir/madam, My self Devilal jain i got Moto E 4G 2nd generation from flipkart on 13 may 2015 @ rs 7999.. when i open box i saw that 1st sim is not enable its always disable showing.. i cant use 1st sim.. i complaint about it on flipkart same day.. customer executive told me that he arrange call about it.. but its 48 hours gone but i still not received proper call from flipkart technical team.. i already contact flipkart approx 6 time in 24 hours but they had still not taken serious action on it.. its very serious issue about flipkart.. they had no worry about customer issue company just want to increase business but not proper product they sell..                                         Flipkart has a subscription called Flipkart First. During subscription, it does not mention that its applicable for WSRetail only. Not even in Terms and Conditions section. Finally, after subscription, it shows in Account information that its applicable only to WSRetail. Figured out recently that its not applicable to WSRetail also now. "Free In-a-day delivery" was not applied to the latest order #OD[protected]. I tried registering a compliant on their 24X7 Customer support, but no satisfactory answer was received.
                                        Got a email that Flipkart is not able to contact me! That's a stupid reason in the age of mobile phones.
