Dear Sir/Madam I have bought one moto-e ist generation mobile from flipkart, order received on 27.05.2015 . The phone is hanging frequently and malfunctioning like auto call or some auto functions in facebooks etc which are beyond my control may be due to software problem or other manufacturing defect from the very first day.on my complain via telephone, i was advised to reboot it then problem will be resolved . But problem could not be resolved even after daily rebooting. I am requesting Flipkart persons from last three days to please refund my amount and take back your defective phone. They refused to do so and replied in improper manner that refund is not in their policy, whereas on Flipkart official site easy return & exchange has been mentioned in bold letters. In order to avoid any dispute I have requested to exchange it at the earliest as per their so called exchange policy explained to my husband. but so called technical person of Flipkart (who refused to tell his name ) is telling, that your mobile is required to be tested first and then exchange decision may be taken. I am really fed up with the response received so far from the prestigious firm like "FLIPKART"" and with this mobile. Please help me to exchange the mobile or refund my amount without any further delay, otherwise I may take all needful steps as per my consumer right. If my mobile is not replaced within 24 hours then I will be compelled to post the fact mentioned above in my timeline of Facebook etc and/or file a case in consumer court at your risk, responsibility and cost.       Spoke to customer and got to know that he was facing some issue with his handset and has issues with camera clarity and hanging issues. So T/S steps provided to as per yonx to try re-installing or use camera through a different app, also informed to re-boot to fix hanging issue. Customer says that he tried these steps and it did not help resolved the issue. So we have escalated the issue to our technical team and awaiting for an update.

      Sir, as earlier done same things once again done by Flipkart rejected my refund request by giving this message " We regret to inform that seller has disapproved your return request for Lenovo ... in the order OD[protected] . Please check your email for more details . Sincere apologies for inconvenience caused. Feel free to reach out to us for any further clarification." This is four times that my request for return cancelled. Please do needful I am in Big problem.

      Flipkart call to me but my problem is not resolved up to now
      Once again Flipkart call to me and they said they will do smart check on my mobile which they said yesterday also that after smart check they will do further anything but up to now no smart check is done by Flipkart.
      Flipkart told me that they will call today at 2 PM and do smart check but not call, yesterday also told me that they will do the smart check but don't call to me . This is what they are continouing for last 12 days and my problem is not resolved up to now. Refund my money as soon as possible i don't want this mobile

          I had bought a Xiaomi Mi 4i on 26th May 2015. There are many issues with the phone. The biggest one is its overheating. When the instrument is utilized fully, it heats up so much that you cannot hold it near your ears. Immediately after encountering these issues, I had asked for the return of the product. But I was given the reason that there is only a 'Replacement' policy for this product. So I went ahead and requested for it. But the customer care came up with other problems that they cannot replace if the temperatures do not cross certain limits. My question is whether the software understands better than a human. The other thing is, why would I include myself in so much hassle if there are no problems with the instrument? I would like to state this to Flipkart that do not mention it if you cannot deliver it.

                i am Order Lenovo A6000 Plus Mobile On Flipkart but when i get mobile i see this kind of issue in this phone. 1.battery is draining very fast 100% to 20% in one hour use. 2.battery is draining very fast when i am not use the mobile. 3.when i charge the mobile it take 6 hours to fully charge but when i use the mobile with charging battery not charging in staid of its getting low and low. 4.When my phone is in my pocket its heating continuously. 5.when charging touch not working properly press the key or display very hard for use it.                 Also I did not get call from other side.caller say your phone is off but my phone is not off its running but not getting call from callers. bad for my language.

                    I order for window 8.1 on 17th Jan'15 via above mentioned order. I bought for my wife's laptop and some how didnt use it because she left the job. After 5 month when i thought of installing it, the product never accepted the key due to which i couldn't avtivate the windows. On enquiring from Microsoft helpline I come to know that the same key has already been used by somebody else on 10th Feb'2014. As per them they can not help us because the .key has already been activated on somebody else system. I am baffled and can't understand how can FLIPKART can sell me already used product.                       Respected Authority, From Aesthetic Decor "Seller" from flipkart is selling few statue of lord Buddha having Kalash & Shree phal "coconut in Cup" witch is against the Buddhist culture & religion & it is hurting Buddhist religious feeling by selling or showcasing the wrong icon of Buddha from E-commerce web site/store. Also creating this kind of things will create misunderstanding between two religions also it is harming Buddhist religions feeling... As a follower of Buddha requesting you to kindly remove these kind of products & stop selling this kind of product from the sellers having mindsets to create misunderstanding between two religions... This is the first request... next step will be as per law of Indian constitution.

                      The product has a healing pot in the left hand with Herbs (Medicinal leaves) in the pot as is also mentioned in the product description. It is NOT a Kalash & coconut. So IT CONFORMS TO BUDDHIST CULTURE & RELIGION!!!

                      I am a follower of Lord Buddha and all i would like to say to you is PLS STOP SPREADING UNNECESSARY HATRED!!!

                      And for god's sake read the product description before you start commenting. Also if you zoom in on the image, you can see the lines on the leave in the Pot.

                                        Defective LED TV Sony BRAVIA MODEL KDL - 32W700B 80.1 Serial No. S[protected]J

                                        I purchased a Sony BRAVIA TV, MODEL KDL - 32W700B 80.1 Serial No. S[protected]J on 24/4/2015 through FLIPKART. Suddenly it was noticed, screen shows blurred with rings formation on the LED Screen with visible edge cutting on the objects & letters.I had given a complaint for recall the defective TV on 18/5/2015. As per the return policy you are supposed to give new TV as the complaint was given prior to 30 days.
                                        On 29/5/2015, vide ID No.25662901 the Service Engineer from Orbit Electronics, Worli, Mumbai came and opened the TV, but he could not attended the complaint.He told us that he will call after two days.But, he never called again. As this TV became defect within 30 days, you are kindly requested to recall this product and provide new Television.
                                        I preferred this model thinking to enjoy the latest technology and purchased Smart TV by paying heavy amount through Flipkart.As regards this complaint I have contacted 3 days to your Customer care Division.They will lisen all then their reply is that I will receive update with in 24 hrs., So far I have not heard a satisfactory reply from your side.If this is the response how can we purchase any item from Flipkart with belive.

                                        This complaint has also forwarded to National Consumer Complaint Board. If no proper action, I have no option left to go to consumer court. please.

                                        I HOPE YOU WILL RECALL THE DEFECT TV.
