Hi,
I have ordered JBL J03B head set from flipkart on 5th May. Actually it needs to be delivered on 9th May. But, When the day has come they changed the delivery date to 11th May.
This is the status which I found in flipkart site,

When I called to customer care, They replied me that product is expected to come to Hyderabad. It has not come to Hyderabad. I asked them, If it has not come then why did you updated as it has come to Hitech City hub? then they checked and told me that due to pincode it went back. My company is located 1KM far from Hitech city. Don't they have minimum sense. Flipkart customer care is not at all good. They don't know how to treat the customers.
In addition they are telling that they can't assure me when the product can be delivered. If this is the case then why these people are running the company without plan and estimation?
Received call from delivery guys that they are near to my home and asking me to wait on 8th May . But they haven’t come yet. If I call tele support they are telling the same stories that your order will be delivered on tomorrow before 7pm. Again called today, the same dialogue.
Now received response from email team as Tomorrow. STUPID response. Honestly for individuals I never blame company. But they need to keep their words.
