Dear Sir/Madam,
I order one power bank from Flipkart on 30th of April. As I am going out of the country within a week, I placed it earlier. They brought the product to Salem, Tamil Nadu, the city where I am currently now. They called me on Saturday and asked me to receive the product. But I could not receive that product because I was outside. So, I called Flipkart and requested them if they can deliver it tomorrow. The person from Flipkart told okay they will manage to deliver it on Monday. I told them it's okay, thanks for your support. And today morning I came to know they have cancelled my order without informing me anything. How can they do that without informing their customer. Now when I call them and ask they just keep saying make new order now. But I have no time to stay here to receive the product if I make new order again. Because it will again take 2 weeks for them to deliver it. I am completely disappointed with what they did. Hope to get help from you. Thank You!

On checking the status, unfortunately the order is cancelled as the consignment was returned to the seller by “EKL COD” , as they could not attempt delivery due to certain courier related issues.
I understand you are in need of the product you have ordered and hence, I request you to place fresh order so that we will attempt to deliver the order without fail.
