      Flipkart doesn't send any paper invoice usually. Please check your mail, they might have sent it there. If you don't found any invoice there, you may call them asking to send you a copy of the invoice, they might act accordingly.

        3 centre Manager's and 5 Delivery Boy's caught in pune because they stolen the courier of mobile and laptops, before that Delhivery.com Tracking Team was calling us and talking rudely n they told me to co-operate or other wise they will take legal action against me, as they caught the theft of there own staff then why not taken the action against them, please take action asap

          I PLACED ORDER NO:OD[protected] FOR 5 PIECES OF MICRO FIBER TOWELS SIZE 76CM X 76CM. I WAS SHOCKED TO RECEIVE TOWELS OF SIZE 29CM X 29CM. WHEN I APPROACHED FLIPKART FOR REPLACEMENT THEY REFUSE TO DO SO AND RATHER WITHOUT ACCEPTING THE FRAUDALENT PRATICE JUST WANTED TO REFUND THE MONEY AND RUSH UP TO CLOSE THE CASE. I HAVE REFUSED TO ACCEPT THE REFUND. I ONLY NEED REPLACEMENT. I REQUEST THE GOVERNMENT NOT TO ALLPOW SUCH BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES FROM PEOPLE LIKE FLIPKART TO CHEAT CITIZENS OF THIS COUNTRY. IF THEY COMMIT SOME SPECS ON SITE THEN THEY MUST HONOR THE COMMITTMENT RATHER THAN JUST REFUNDING THE MONEY AS WE LOOSEHEAVY ON OPPROTUNITY COST DUE TO LOSS OF TIME.

            Received Nokia NH 503 headset in non working condition and when tried for refund, site did not accept the request . It failed each time and then finally message recd that exchange or refund cannot be processed as we crossed 10 day period . Whereas the site was not even accepting the request .

              I had purchased xiaomi redmi note 4g phone from flipkart..but it has serious heating, hanging and camera issues..so i had to return it...the new device which i got is also faulty.. similar problems..when i contacted their customer cell they asked me to install smart check app and wait for one day...then when they called they performed the check and agreed to initiate refund...but then I didn't have my bank account details ready..so I was asked to call the next day...but afterwards they made me wait once again for 1 week to get a call from their tech team...when I got the call they said my device is proper..its funny to hear that device camera doesn't work because I've installed more apps !! saying this they declined my request...its not because of too much apps...this device hangs even while typing !! flipkart is cheating people and filling their pockets

                  On the 8th of May, 2015, I had received a Razer Mousepad that I had placed an order for 200Rs. Upon unpacking the product packaging I didn't receive the original packaging but rather a simple polythene casing in which the mousepad was placed in. Now, I'm assuming that maybe the packaging had to be reduced so it was placed in a polythene pack. But upon further inspection of the mousepad, I had found that it was completely counterfeit. Frankly I'm disgusted because I have been using Flipkart for over a year and this is the first time I have received a counterfeit product. If I do not receive any proper reimbursement of the product or replacement, I'm afraid I will have to contact the Bureau of Consumer Affairs.

                      Dear Sir/Madam, I order one power bank from Flipkart on 30th of April. As I am going out of the country within a week, I placed it earlier. They brought the product to Salem, Tamil Nadu, the city where I am currently now. They called me on Saturday and asked me to receive the product. But I could not receive that product because I was outside. So, I called Flipkart and requested them if they can deliver it tomorrow. The person from Flipkart told okay they will manage to deliver it on Monday. I told them it's okay, thanks for your support. And today morning I came to know they have cancelled my order without informing me anything. How can they do that without informing their customer. Now when I call them and ask they just keep saying make new order now. But I have no time to stay here to receive the product if I make new order again. Because it will again take 2 weeks for them to deliver it. I am completely disappointed with what they did. Hope to get help from you. Thank You!

                        Dear Sir, I bought the Siam mi4i on their first sale on 30 April 2015 and now I'm facing heating issues from day one and I'm very dissapointed with the phone and I bought this phone on emi from flipcart so I want either flipcart can refund my money or they can replace the phone with asus zenphone 2 and I'll pay them the diffrence in amout between these two phones.                           Hi, I m really disappointed with the flipkart services. I ordered an Iphone 6 for Rs.45454 and selected the option to get the order with in a day. After the completion of the order they have cancelled my order by themselves stating a reason that it can't be delivered with in a day. And now stating amount will be refunded on 19th may, and today is still 10th. If they can't deliver with in a day they shouldn't hav kept such option pay Rs.90 will deliver within a day. Now coz of which i got to wait till 9 more days to get my money.                             I had ordered dsl 2750u on flipkart, "Please find below, the summary of your order OD[protected]" - message by flipkart Suddenly after 6 days i received a mail that the order has been cancelled as per your request, when i hadnt given any request. Now the price has increased by 25%. The customer care guy says i have received the intimation but no proofs. So i have came to conclusion that the low price shown are only to disturb our relations with routinedaily vendors. I have already fought with the local vendor that you are charging high prices, now i will have to go back to him and request for the same product since now its confirmed flipkart is cheating on prices

                              I have bought lenovo mobile A 7000 from flipkart the online store. I received it a few days before. I just opened it to check whether it is working or not. I tried to insert the Sim in the Sim slot but I found it difficult, so I din't tried to insert it forcefully, it may cause product defective then it would be difficult for me to replace it. I checked the site that whether they replace it or not. I found that money back option was also avlbl there. I was trying to get my money back because the camera is not too good, phone gets heated while playing games. Sound is also not audible sometimes. I have lodged the complaint of return, they called me, I mentioned primary problem of heating and secondary of Sim slot. I also requested them to return my money but they refused. Then, I started to use it for two days, I found that the clarity of voice sometimes detoriates and volume at the highest level is also. Again login to try to replace it but I found that the return request was rejected and I am not able to request it again, they blocked me for doing so. I bought many thing from the flipkart but if any issue occurs then they used to return the amount when the amount were less but now I have paid Rs 8999 for the mobile and they are not giving it back.

                                Dear Respected sir/ madam, order no:-OD[protected] email id:- [protected] sir i order one dress from flipkart and the issue is that dress is still not delivered to my home. when i order the dress after 4-5 day i received sms that "your order will be delivered by today by rajiv dhand:-[protected]"i try this number but this was not reachable then i wait and in evening i received the sms that my order is cancelled, then i try this number many time but its was out of service. And they never call to me on my contact as mention in the order. Regarding that i call the costumer care also and they ensure me that they ensure will not cancel the order and deliver the dress before 9-5-2015. And they sms me the information with the contact detail of the person who is delivering me the dress. then I wait for the sms and no any sms was come from FLIPKART.COM. Now the condition is that today I received the sms that my order is cancel and they send me the money back. But now sir the issue is that I am ordering the dress and without informing me they are cancelling my order and not give me the required information . and their costumer care is also lying. So this is my humble request to that plz take strick action against thet plz and provide me my dress as soon as possible. regards Bharti gupta

                                    I bought Xiaomi Mi4i from flipkart. This phone is heating to more than 40 degree in less than 5 mints in light usage. I have complained about this to flipkart and they are not ready to REFUND NOR REPLACE the phone. This is really disappointing of flipkart as i have been a sincere customer to flipkart and looked up to it. I want flipkart to take this phone back and return my money.

                                      I Ordered Mobile (Moto E) by 3rd May 2015 and flipkart promised me to deliver the product on 8th may. My dads b'day on 9th May. I ordered this item only because flipkart promised me to deliver it on 8th may. I didnt received it on 8th May 2015. I called Flipkarts customer care twice on 8th may and again twice on 9th may. Despite sympathy they didn't do anything. If i cancel the order on 9 may then flipkart will not return my money on same day. That means my money still with flipkart and I cant buy mobile for my dad on 9th from other stores. If I want to buy then I have to spent some extra mony. I cant use money which i spend with flipkart. Why flipkart keep promised date if they are not able to deliver product on that day ? I want to file a case on flipkart for hassel the given to me.

                                        I have booked a USB 3.0 pendrive having order ID: OD[protected] The courier man said it can't be delivered to my house so come to some near place like 2km away.. When I ordered the item with pin code..the seller said it can be delivered and I have bought many items with that seller at my door step.. I am having bad day with this blue dart courier service.
                                        Yes, Even I have faced same issue with Blue dart, when I had ordered Moto G from flipkart. They just cancelled my order without notifying me, saying that we can't deliver on your address, whereas Blue dart has delivered my orders 2-3 times on same address before.
