I have purchased mi 4i mobile. But i want to return my mobile. Flipkart person told me that you can not return your mobile as per policy. But i have seen on flipkart website that 30 days return guarantee. I am attaching snapshot which i have taken from flipkart website. I hope yoy will resolve my problem.

    Dear Sir, I had purchased a mobile (Samsung S3 Neo) on 13.05.2015 and I was suffering a heating issue and some other issue for which I had made a replacement request on 25.05.2015. I had recd a call from flipkart and they asked me to Trouble shoot the mobile like software update, Factory setting, etc. I had done all the things and again I am facing heating issue and new issue of speaker. Now I had again call them so they told me to diagnos the phone and they provide me mail for downloading the smart check application for which they had provided me a link on mail but again that link is not working and till now the phone is not diagnosed. Further they always provide me the time for diagnos on which I am not available. I had send complaints on mail several times but till now I had not been provided with any kind of resolution. Now I am facing pain in my ears due to speaker issue. Further I want to tell u that nothing is mention in filpkart policy about phone diagnosis and the time for diagnos which is automated as per them. Sir please provide me a solution ASAP.

      I bought Lenovo Flex 2-14 Notebook from Flipkart and it was delivered on 23rd May. The laptop did not start up at all, probably with a problem in the monitor. I called Flipkart and placed a return request[protected], they told me somebody will call me up within 2 days. A guy called up on 25th May, asked me some basic questions and told me 'product specialist' will call back within 24 hours. The specialist called up on 26th evening while I was only way to home. He suggested few troubleshooting steps but since I was not able try them right away, he told me to call back if the steps do not work. The incident 19935960 was closed. The trouble shooting steps did not help, I opened another return request on the same day[protected]. Again Flipkart customer support guy told me they will call back with 24 hours. I did not get any call the next day (27th May), however got an sms saying some 'We tried to reach you but was unsuccessful..' crap. I called them back, they gave me lame excuse saying my phone was out of reach and I will get 'call back' again by next 24 hours. This time I was frustrated and insisted to get it solved asap. The guy told me that I will expect the call by 12 noon the next day. Today is the next day (28th May) and I got no call till 11.30. When I called up the support again, the guy told me I will get a call back by 8.00 pm! I have become truly frustrated now, and not sure when I will be able to get the issue solved, or get a replaced new laptop. The main issues I am facing in their procedure are - 1. The 24 hour turn around time for each call-back is pathetic. They do not have any number where consumer can reach to a technical guy directly. 2. Two support guys saying different thing - one promised me I will get a call back by 12 noon, but another guy told me that 'it says on his system' that I will get call back by 8.00 pm and he cannot do anything about it. It complete distrust in the Flipkart brand. 3. They do not call up and blame that my mobile was out of reach. 4. They have no other number, or escalation path. Either I have to call the helpline, or the technical time gives me a 'call back'. I bought for my work from home, which I am unable to do, and have no idea where to get help.       Spoke to customer and got to know that he order for (Lenovo Flex 2-14 Notebook (4th Gen Ci3/ 4GB/ 500GB/ Win8.1/ Touch/ 2GB Graph[protected] and the product received had defective motherboard. Customer had request for a replacement or a technician's visit to have the issue fixed. However, as the product was out of stock, we have already taken a request for return & refund. So informed customer about the status and TAT for refund to reflect and closing the complaint as the issue stands resolved.

So sent email to customer informing that only Rs.50/- off was available under item level offers and requesting to share snap shot to validate if there was any scratch card offer listed at the time of purchase and closing the complaint until customer reverts.

          I have placed a order of 9 Watt LED 10 bulbs on 20/04/15. After receiving the Order we noticed that there are 9 Bulbs only out if 9, 5-6 was damage. We put complate & on 28/04/15 Pick was done. Replacement delivery date given was 07/05/15 but till 08/05/15 there was nothing received & @ flipcart site it was shown as processing only. on 9th May I was called & cancelled the Order & requested for Refund. Since 9th May i have continuously calling & Mailing to Cunstomer care but still today not received Refund. I want Refund with Interest @ 18 % & my mobile bill of Rs. 200. In below category there was no option of LED bulbs so selected Mobile handsets

            We have booked a courier through blue dart on 20th May 2015. before booking it was informed in blue dart that it has to be reached before 3 pm of n25May 2015. If they are not able to commit they should tell us clearly. But Bangalore office informed that it will certainly reach. We contacted buchireddypalem office of blue dart on 26th may at 11 am, it was informed that the courier will be delivered at 3 pm. When we checked at 3. 30 pm, it was still not delivered. When we checked inb uchireddypalem office, one mr. ramana informed that delivery boys are not there & it will be delivered tomorrow. he is very rude in hes reply. he said if you want courier today than send some one to collect at buchireddypalen office. Blue Dart service is worst & pathetic by ordinary standards. Service is third class and customer service is rude as if they are doing any favours on customer. Lesson : do not pay hefty amount to send courier by blue dart. Instead send by ordinary courier. Message to Blue Dart Management : If you are not worthy of obeying commitments, declare that to customer before taking courier. Customer can find some other option. Do not boast of being premium courier company, your service is worst.

              My email id is [protected]@hotmail.com Whatever orders I am placing on flipkart all my orders are getting cancelled automatically. Even this guys are not transferring my wallet amount into bank account . I have placed an order for Samsung mobile and at that time flipkart was not able to deliver me that mobile so In case of that they provided me compensation of about 1600 ₹ in that amount i have used about 400 rupees but the remaining amount I am not able to use as flipkart have blocked my account. Even after some days I saw an offer on flipkart website that micromax canvas selfie mobile is available for only 40₹ at that time to when I placed an order flipkart dint provide me that mobile and at the same time one of my friend have received that mobile for 40₹ and when I called the flipkart cs department regarding this issue this guys have blocked my flipkart account and they are not providing me that not mobile nor compensation about this incident . I want flipkart to unblock my id and provide me that mobile as if they can afford to provide the mobile to another customer at that rate then why I am the exception.

                I have bought a Micromax television from Flipkart for Rs. 23990. The product reached me on 29th April 2015. After viewing the TV, I found the picture quality was poor and I booked a complaint. A technician came after a couple of days and informed me that there is some problem with the software and he will come back and rectify the problem on the next day. But the person had not returned and hence I called the customer care again. After a couple of days another technician visited and informed that he will replace the set. But after he left, I received a mail stating that my return request is initiated. I called back the customer care. The person informed me that since there is no stock to replace, they have initiated the return request. He also informed that my money will be refunded soon so that I can buy another TV of my choice. Later, we were informed that they will arrange for a pickup and refund of money. But in spite of several mails, calls, etc the product was not picked up and the money was not refunded yet.

                  I had ordered an Asus Zenfone phone 5 via filpkart for which i got the phone within few days. The problem is they gave me a damaged phone. A sim slot was not working. When i contacted the customer care they told their technical teams will contact me. Since i am working in bank i requested them to contact me on the time i gave them so that i will be free to access the net. But they never do so. Now i am daily calling the customer care and requesting. "I feel like the customer is the slave for flipkart"

                    I Purchsed IFB fully automated washing machine, however proper information is not updated on flipkart site. for this we have to purchase water softner which is essential for every IFB Automated machine, and its ver higt consuming electicity and water, which is not mentioned on the site, now i placed a refund request and for last 15 days i m following up for this and every agent advised me wait 24 hrs. i dont know till what time i have to wait.. its really pathetic.

                      I placed the order on 19th may got a delievey date of 22nd may but didn't get the product yet and they are saying product has been delieved to me on 23rd may, even on that day i was not in town.My Order ID : OD[protected] mob - [protected].Now they have sent me courier slip on which someone else signature is mentioned which says these people are trying to make fraud with me.I already paid Rs 3000 for this through my credit card...refund the money asap or else m going to make FIR over this.

                        Dear, I booked order for one laptop @ Rs. 28790 on 23rd morning and I was message that order will be delivered on 27th Wednesday. since it was on COD basis I had to have my debit card at home accordingly. however I got a call on 25th afternoon that your goods will be delivered but you have to pay first and than only will be allowed to open the box. I refused that person. than again I got a call in the evening that will deliver it was around 6.30 pm. I requested the delivery boy that I will reach home in next one hour so please wait, he did not, than again it happned yesterday and I requested to wait but no way. my biggest surprise that if you can deliver on 25th the next working day than why give a date of 27th. being a working person had to plan accordingly. but none of your person understood it. than today I called at no. given [protected] and was informed that due to no delivery order has been returned and I will have to reorder. I chose online to avoid going to shops and having hassle free delivery, but feel that Flipkart is now very big and has no respect for need customers like us. hence I cancel my order. and will follow the same old route. I could have buyed on 23 / 24 by giving a bit extra but atleast would not have been wasting time writing mail. regards Mohinder

                          Flipkart is popular as india's most trusted online shopping site but my experience really proves it wrong. I ordered an asus zenfone2 and an ink catridge on 21st and the day of delivery was 27th. I tracked my order once in a while and was showing improvements.But yesterday i recieved a message from flipkart that all the items will be send back and the money will be given back in short notice. What the hell, i waited a week for my phone to arrive and at the last moment they are saying they wont be able to deliver the item because of some issues with courier service.what am i supposed to do now .The cash will take few days to be delivered into my account and have lost my valuable time. It was truly a horrified experience with flipkart and it pulls me back from making any more online purchase. Most dissapointing fact is flipkart has still not made a notifications that it will not deliver in my locality.I tried buying it again and entered my pincode and it says there are sellers available which means even if i book another item it will be shipped and it will be send back when it reach the courier centre.

                            I have purchased a HTC desire 826 mobile phone from Flipkart . The order was confirmed, shipped and yet to deliver. Then a Person called me from Flipkart ([protected]) demanding for money saying if it is not paid the order will be cancelled. I asked for a reason, instead saying the reason he was threatning me saying if the amount of 40 rs is not paid my order will be cancelled . This is a worst experience for me as a customer, who paid all the money to buy a phone ... Finally the Person cancelled my order . I dont know the proper channel to take action on these kind of cheating websites other i would have screwed these Cheaters The person who called me and threatened said irrelevant reasons while I questioned 1. As the product is out of stock how it can be given on extra 40 rs to get delivered in next 1 hr( If the Product is out of stock then how the payment was accepted) 2. How a person from a big org can ask me the card details and demand if the payment is not done in next 15 min the order will be cancelled I hope something will be done here to control these cheaters For any Queries please call me on [protected]

                              i have got new nivia heat shoes from filpkart . In less than 10 days i stared to tear .And its not been used often too and i don't think its handled harsh .As its not even one month .I am asking you to kindly replace my piece as it seems to have a manufacturing problem. my order id : OD[protected] .                                 i ordered an Canon PIXMA MG2470 All-in-One Inkjet Printer in sale. my given address was as told to me was incorrect, so without calling or confirming they returned my order and the suggetion was when i called them was that give fresh order. why??????? why i have to buy same thing with more money...why they cant call me once, thats for i gave them my phone number...plz this noot once this happens twice with me.

                                  this is Nani tammareddy who ordered a HTC desire 826 phone in flipkart on 26th may 2015, my order id is OD[protected] . your customer service responses make me very irritating. I've ordered a phone on 24hrs guarantee delivery, when i traced the product it has shown that the product is misrouted in the same city. I've also provided my mobile number on the address, If the address mismatches then why is it not intimated to me over phone. when i asked same to the customer care executives they irritatingly advised me to book another order of the same product and kept me on hold for 20 minutes . Flipkart customer care executives are irritating the customers with their irresponsible answers. Ultimately a Customer is Suffering . Flipkart doesn't act customer friendly . Alright, If I re-book the order who is going to compensate the offered amount . I bought it yesterday on a special 10% discount and 1000 rs off and got it at 19, 790, today the price is 23, 000. As a customer I am completely Irritated with your services. I want the delivery of the same product immediately. Find an alternate and revert back ASAP . call me on [protected], thank you

Customer is not ready to accept any apologies and wants to know why Flipkart did not intimate him about the same before marking "courier return". So apologized for the inconvenience and requested him to place a fresh order if needs the product and also informed him that we have initiated refund back to his card along with TAT.

                                    There's NO such thing as "FREE & EASY RETURNS" when it comes to Flipkart!. As the name itself says, they just "FLIP OUT" when somebody places a request for Return!! They make sure you go thru every kind of EMOTIONS that is "humanly" possible! Problem / Issues with the product: Power On/Off Button NOT Working! It's a hardware issue, and the executive was asking me to install an app which will help me in turning the phone on & off. Really!! I DO NOT want any kind of "Stop-Gap" arrangement. I want the product to be fit in every way! I have paid for a fully working product and not for semi-broken product. I had placed a Return Request for the Order ID: OD[protected], got one or two calls from the executives, told them what the problem is and have kept my fingers crossed from the past 10 days for the Replacement. The very next day, I received an SMS informing me that the Return Request has been disapproved for the Order ID: OD[protected]. This is just GREAT! Checked the Order details, and it says Flipkart has already provided me with a replacement!!! This must be a JOKE? coz the problematic phone is still with me. Check the attached screenshot. I keep getting the messages that they are looking into the issue. But so far no concrete steps have been taken from Flipkart in attending to the issue. They say they tried to call me but I was not reachable. The funny thing is, I NEVER received any calls from them! Yesterday I received an SMS saying they would contact me today i.e., 27 May, 2015 @ 05:00 PM. But I doubt they would really call. I have been going thru a lot of complaints registered by the customers, and I have absolutely lost faith in Flipkart. Request Flipkart to replace the product at the earliest and live up to their claim of "FREE & EASY RETURNS"!.

                                    Unable to reach customer on his primary number. Customer complains about power on/off button not working. However,it is found that we have already approved the replacement on 28th May, 2015 and the same is dispatched. So sent e-mail to customer informing the same and closing the case as the issue stands resolved.

                                      Sir, I write this mail after failing to get repaired HP Deskjet Ink Advantage 3545 All-in -one Wireless Printer, purched through Flipkart, by the technician of HP service. I have placed an order ID : OD[protected] on 20th Jan2015 and Invoice was issued on 20th Jan 2015 for Rs.6399/- Susequently, HP printer WID No.D80586 bearing serial no.A9T81-80019 was delivered to my address at KRISHNA MADHAVAN NAIR, No11, 2nd Floor(Above Dr.Ratnam clinic) 2nd Main, 27th Cross, Jayanagar 7th Block, opp Popular Bajaj showroom, Bangalore -560082. All of a sudden the Printer got developed some problem and it is found that no copying and printing are doing. Consequently, contacted HP customer care and technician came and seen the printer. He said that something to be changed and gone. Now it is almost one month, the printer is not working. The technician is responding to my calls. The sad part is that the new printer could hardly be used for two months. This is the situation. If it can not be made to perfect working condition, I want an immediate replacement of this printer.                                         ORDER NUMBER OD[protected] Delivered on Sat, 9th May'15 LG 32LB582B 80 cm (32) LED TV I BOUGHT LED TV FROM FLIPKART THEY DELIVERED IT ON MAY 9TH 2015 AND I UPDATED A NEW ADDRESS WITH THE FLIPKART CONTACT CENTER THE SAME DAY. THEY SAID IT WILL TAKE 5 BUSINESS DAYS TO GET THE INSTALLATION DONE SO I FOLLOW UP ON THE 15TH MAY 2015 TO CHECK THE EXECUTIVE SAID THE ADDRESS IS NOT UPDATED AND THEY STILL SHOW THE OLD ADDRESS SO I UPDATED THE ADDRESS AGAIN AND WAS PROMISED THE INSTALLATION WILL BE DONE BY THE 17TH MAY GOT A SMS CONFIRMING THE SAME BUT IT DID NOT HAPPEN AFTER THAT I CALLED ON 19TH AND THE 21ST AGAIN AND WAS GIVEN THE THE SAME RUN AROUND. I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY INSTALLATION.
