Hi All, I had order lenovo 600 plus on 5 may at sale but i got the faulty handset which not working perfaclty and i am tried to tell to flipkart executive since 9 may but no one want to give any solution. I am having issue with this phone because battery is to much heat up and i am getting voice clearly all time not even single time. i raised request and with out any solution they close my request i had called many time to Customer care but to appropirate response. so i am suggesting to all guy please dont go on line shopping with flipkart. this response i got from the flip kart We regret to inform you that your return request for following items in the Order OD[protected] has been disapproved.     Dear all, This is my worst experience on E-Shopping since last 4 years. I have placed an order on flipkart on 05.05.2015 with following details:: Fastrack 749PP03 Basics Analog Watch - For Men Qty: 1 Order ID: OD[protected] Item) Seller: Crosssales Review Seller Order Date: 5 May, 2015 7:19 PM Amount Paid: Rs. 989 through Cash on delivery After placing order it shows last delivery date 11.05.2015 & I was going to gift to my cousin on his b'day on 13.05.2015. On 10.05.2015 I have received a msg from him that your order has been canceled but there is no cancelation from my side. On 10.05.2015 @ 07:45 i have called to customer care regarding to my issue but there is no positive response from their side, they just say that 'Sorry from flipkart side, please place the sailor order again', I asked: what the surety that my order will not re cancel again, then they just say, they can't sure but please re-order.       Dear Sir/ Madam, This is further to my earlier mails and complaint to flipkart regarding the google nexus 6 purchased from Flipkart for rs.43999/- and got a replacement due to the instrument being defective as.it had severe heating up issue and battery drainage. The instrument was replaced and another handset was given of the same model on may 9 th 2015. The handset received in replacement also faced the same issue of severe heating of the instrument. Therefore, the very next day we mailed flipkart a complaint regarding the same and towards which their executive called us next day at 5 pm. Firstly would like to specifically mention that the executive who called us Mr. Sheikh Ibrahim was an intolerant person who instead of hearing out our issue with the handset, kept interrupting rudely and repeating standardly that applications are running so handset is heating. We allowed him to run all tests for more than half hour. Still he kept saying only one thing applications are running. He is so uneducated about the mobile software that he was instructing us to even stop the running of the inbuilt applications like clock and keyboard. Even then we acceded to his instruction so he could see the problem we r facing that is severe heating up of the handset which he could see as he accessed our handset remotely, Please note that within 20 minutes of his remote access to our phone he could see that temperature had risen to 42 degrees within such a short span of time still he went on repeating his standard statement as if he was told to speak the same. The conversation can be checked from their end as they are supposed to be having a recording of such complaints being a service centre as per the existing laws. We even contacted the Motorola service centre and Even after the Motorola service centre saying that the heating of mobile is not right and should not happen and instructed us to get back to flipkart itself as this particular model is sold online on few websites and only they have the authority to take it back as purchased also from there. There is a humble request to kindly look into this issue and help us for a refund as heating up of a phone is hazardous and too dangerous unlike any other issues of mobile handset and it can burst causing permanent damages as happening in many cases, especially with this particular handset having inbuilt battery. DOES IT MEAN I HAVE TO WAIT TILL IT BURSTS??? AND WE ARE SEVERELY INJURED?? You may further check our records, that we have purchased many things from flipkart and never asked for refund since we are facing a genuine issue we are approaching you this time. Awaiting and requesting you humbly for a positive and genuine approach from your end keeping in mind the customers safety and well being. Praying and having faith in your good office to resolve my issue. Thanks and regardsr website has good reputation and should not look like your office is hand in glove in selling such products which we purchase with so much TRUST AND FAITH. In case still you are not able to consider the issue with the handset provided by you as genuine, then We will be forced to take legal recourse so that no person will be injured/ death due to battery blast.         Hello, I am Sachin Rathor from Meerut-250004 (U.P.).i was gave the order of PUMA Taz Hero DP sneaker shoe on 3rd may but they are not gave me any response and they send me massage on my mobile number([protected]), Hi items puma taz tracking ID WSRC [protected] will be delivered today before 7 pm(10 may 2015) but they are not gave me on that day (10 may 2015) after then in the same day evening they send me again massage and said 'we could not complete delivery of puma taz hero DP on sunday 10 may, Delivery will be reattempted on Monday 11 may but they didn't gave me any call or response, after then they send me massage "we regret that despite of several attempts, we couldn't reach you to deliver your flipkart.com order OD[protected].we have cancelled the order.Who is the person can do this? How can he/she do that, my order cancel by me not your employee i was waiting for my order till yesterday, no information given by your side what was you required?if my order is not complete by you after then i will never ever use the service of flipkart and remove the application from my mobile, who can give this type of privilege to flipkart?

        I had a very similar experience with Flipkart. At first they delayed my order and kept pushing it forward and after that they very conveniently cancelled the order on their own.

        I think they do not have as many products as they claim and keep fooling their customers.

          Hi, Last year on the month of June I have ordered BlackBerry Z10 from FLIPKART site. At the beginning the Mobile was working fine, After few days I observed that mobile is Heating up even with out the usage and also started facing Network and WIFI connectivity problem. I wrote a mail to FLIPKART (Incident No::[protected] saying the same they asked me to contact the authorised service provider, they made me believe that if the problem still persists they said that they would be contacting the BlackBerry Team and get me some support with that, with that assurance I went ahead and checked it with the service center, they are just keeping the mobile for several days and returning it back saying that it has some software issues. After the service mobile was working good for few days and later it started showing the same problem again and again. I have reported the same to the FLIPKART and they are least bothered on helping me. I hope I would get some help with my post. Thanks Avinash

My company is located 1KM far from Hitech city. Don't they have minimum sense. Flipkart customer care is not at all good. They don't know how to treat the customers. In addition they are telling that they can't assure me when the product can be delivered. If this is the case then why these people are running the company without plan and estimation?
                      Still flipkart people are not delivering my product after delay of 4 days. If I mail them, They never respond to my mails. Always false information will be given by customer care people. Such a worst service I ever seen in my life.

                            Flipkart doesn't send any paper invoice usually. Please check your mail, they might have sent it there. If you don't found any invoice there, you may call them asking to send you a copy of the invoice, they might act accordingly.

                              3 centre Manager's and 5 Delivery Boy's caught in pune because they stolen the courier of mobile and laptops, before that Delhivery.com Tracking Team was calling us and talking rudely n they told me to co-operate or other wise they will take legal action against me, as they caught the theft of there own staff then why not taken the action against them, please take action asap

                                I PLACED ORDER NO:OD[protected] FOR 5 PIECES OF MICRO FIBER TOWELS SIZE 76CM X 76CM. I WAS SHOCKED TO RECEIVE TOWELS OF SIZE 29CM X 29CM. WHEN I APPROACHED FLIPKART FOR REPLACEMENT THEY REFUSE TO DO SO AND RATHER WITHOUT ACCEPTING THE FRAUDALENT PRATICE JUST WANTED TO REFUND THE MONEY AND RUSH UP TO CLOSE THE CASE. I HAVE REFUSED TO ACCEPT THE REFUND. I ONLY NEED REPLACEMENT. I REQUEST THE GOVERNMENT NOT TO ALLPOW SUCH BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES FROM PEOPLE LIKE FLIPKART TO CHEAT CITIZENS OF THIS COUNTRY. IF THEY COMMIT SOME SPECS ON SITE THEN THEY MUST HONOR THE COMMITTMENT RATHER THAN JUST REFUNDING THE MONEY AS WE LOOSEHEAVY ON OPPROTUNITY COST DUE TO LOSS OF TIME.

                                  Received Nokia NH 503 headset in non working condition and when tried for refund, site did not accept the request . It failed each time and then finally message recd that exchange or refund cannot be processed as we crossed 10 day period . Whereas the site was not even accepting the request .

                                    I had purchased xiaomi redmi note 4g phone from flipkart..but it has serious heating, hanging and camera issues..so i had to return it...the new device which i got is also faulty.. similar problems..when i contacted their customer cell they asked me to install smart check app and wait for one day...then when they called they performed the check and agreed to initiate refund...but then I didn't have my bank account details ready..so I was asked to call the next day...but afterwards they made me wait once again for 1 week to get a call from their tech team...when I got the call they said my device is proper..its funny to hear that device camera doesn't work because I've installed more apps !! saying this they declined my request...its not because of too much apps...this device hangs even while typing !! flipkart is cheating people and filling their pockets

                                        On the 8th of May, 2015, I had received a Razer Mousepad that I had placed an order for 200Rs. Upon unpacking the product packaging I didn't receive the original packaging but rather a simple polythene casing in which the mousepad was placed in. Now, I'm assuming that maybe the packaging had to be reduced so it was placed in a polythene pack. But upon further inspection of the mousepad, I had found that it was completely counterfeit. Frankly I'm disgusted because I have been using Flipkart for over a year and this is the first time I have received a counterfeit product. If I do not receive any proper reimbursement of the product or replacement, I'm afraid I will have to contact the Bureau of Consumer Affairs.
