Dear Sir (Flipkart) I am your regular customer but this time I am upset . I feel this time you cheat me. I pay 990 Rs. for totally chip quality product. And your customer service department not supportive. Order No. OD[protected] Product is totally poor quality Like duplicate no label about brand Chip products I bought a Power Bank "Lappymaster power bank with high charging speed and A grade original lithium cell 12000 mh" .. 3 days back it got delivered at my location. after using 1-2 days i found a fault in my device ( Mobile Not charging done) and i didn't liked the product ...so i call your flipkart customer care to take it back ...but they are saying that you cannot give it back ( only replacement option) ...and the device is having a problem ...Please help me i am stuck in a big problem .. Note: please check attachment for chip product I don't like " Lappymaster" product I need another brand If possible please help

    Hi Team, I have bought a Brand New Apple iPhone 5s from flipcart last year around August. View OrderSat, Aug 16, 2014 (OD[protected]) I have faced many issue like the screen was going black and blue. I was getting blue strip in between operating phone and many more, basically it was software problem which I already informed the team to resolve it & and they have just wasted my hefty amount of time which is more important than money and also hard earned money. They did provided me the wrong Apple service center number and address this happen twice (let me know if you required mail proof) where Apple office never exist. Finally after making lots of such complain I got a call on one fine day for refund instead of getting replacement from Apple Store or flipcart. Later after getting refund I again trusted Flipcart to book Apple iPhone just because of below 2 reasons 1. Apple product 2. Flipcart services I though that yes it may be a product that I have received will be defective by any of Xyz reason and also as Apple had earned quite good name in market by satisfying all its customer and also Flipcart did. I have a Apple phone right now which is also ordered on View OrderTue, Sep 23, 2014 (OD[protected] Now in this phone again I'm facing many software issue the same complain are raised. I have called the customer care for the support as they just informing me that as 30 days are passed away so they cannot help me with this product that I have purchased and guided me to visit Apple Store. They also informed that they can only help me with the product of Apple service center says in written that they won't be helpful in solving my problems. If I'm visiting Apple Store they are just putting my phone under observation and wasting my time. Just one service center exist In Ahmedabad that also we have to stand for at least 20 minutes in queue. They fellow just update software to latest version every now and then and tell me that it is done. Is that the one you tell me service. When ever I'm saying that please resolve the problem or provide me a written document that you cannot help me out with the issue, they simply says that they cannot guarantee for software. Not mentioning any Apple issues as already Apple Store have check all the possible options. 1. iOS is only used by Apple devices. Then why Apple cannot guarantee for software. If not Apple then who will?? 2. What if Apple Store is not helping with the software, so flipcart also won't take care of customer. I think that both the company has earned reputation in market and also earned lots of money. We are just paying you people sitting on laptop just we do have trust. Online business is only based on trust. If this is not resolved I would make sure noone from my friend or family would take your service. No doubt it in not going to affect you in present but one fine day it will really do. I would like to get a way out of it as I'm really facing many issue in phone. Phone has became basic need in our day to day life. I'm not a fool sitting here spending 30-40 k just on useless phone which has really ruined my life from the day of purchase.       Dear Sir I bought a phone nexus 6.. 4 days back it got delivered at my location i, e Khatauli, Distt: muzaffarnagar...after using 1-2 days i found a fault in my device and i didn't liked the product ...so i call flip kart to take it back ...but they are saying that you cannot give it back ...and the device is having a problem ...Please help me i am stuck in a big problem ..help me asap possible.

Within 6 days o[censored]sage, I am facing some major issues in the phone.The battery is getting drained very fast, even within one hour o[censored]sage, Also the phone gets heated so that I cannot bring anywhere near my ear to attend a call.             Order No. : OD[protected] LENOVO A6000 I had ordered a Lenovo a6000 in the flash sale today i.e. 18-Mar-2015. After spending almost 2 hours I successfully managed to order one phone as it was available on first come first serve basis. But to my surprise I came to know that my order has been cancelled automatically by Flipkart. And when I called their customer care center regarding the issue they told me to register again for the next sale. This is not expected from such a big name-Flipkart. This is neither according to our expectations nor according to their reputation. Please reorder the phone or pay me back my precious time which I had wasted on this flash sale. Vineet

                This has reference to My Order No.OD[protected] for One Skybag Expandable Check-in Luggage. I received the Order in time. However, I found that the sizes were too big for Comfort. I accordingly... requested for a Replacement/Exchange/Refund. I was told by the Exec that since specifications were already laid out, it could not be acceded to. With due respect, in an online sphere, the probability of getting the specs wrong is quite high, and it happened in this case. But, I am also willing to buy a similar product of smaller specs. And moreover, the packing is still intact... Refusal to consider such accomodating requests sends a wrong message to the Customer, who saddled with a wrong Product, would be led to believe that the choice of the website was Wrong.

                  Order ID OD[protected] with Reference Number:[protected]Technician Visit-Videocon-VJE32HH-2XAF [Incident:[protected]] (4) Re: Order ID: OD[protected]Technician Visit-Videocon-VJE32HH-2XAF [Incident:[protected]] 1) Product was delivered and installed (32inch Videocon TV). 2) After installation, it was observed that TV was returning back to Channel 1 & High Sound Bar#30, soon after switching on TV (instead of switching to the last viewed channel & last set sound volume) and also observed that TV picture quality was not that much good and escalated the issue both to the Seller (Videocon) and Flipkart. 3) Technician resolved the issue of channel getting switched to #1 upon switch on ( & also High sound upon switch on) but in that process sound clarity got damaged and noise/echo is injected in the sound. That means, echo/resound is coming in a few channels and picture quality is also not so good(numbers & alphabets are appearing on the screen now & then). They claims that issue is because of Cable Connection and not having set top box 4) Since we strongly believed that it is not due to cable TV connection & not due to the absence of set top box, escalated once again to Seller (Videocon) and Flipkart 5) Flipkart arranged another technician from Videocon and they too claim the same issue (cable problem) and not agreeing for the existence of an issue. 6) As our neighbor's are having same kind of LED TV and same cable TV connection and getting good sound quality (without any noise/echo) and picture quality, we strongly believed that it is not due to cable tv connection problem(ie., absence of set top box), we once again escalated the issue to Seller(Videcon) and Flipkart. But this time arranged settop box from neighbours. 7) This time, With neighbors set top box, we are able to demonstrate that there is a noise/echo in the sound and deterioration in picture quality. However, as expected, this time also, Videocon technicians not willing to accept that there is noise/echo in the sound quality and picture quality. 8) Please be noted that so far they were blaming 'not having set top box' and not agreeing for the existence of the issue in the system. And even after demonstrating the problem with neighbour's set top box, they claim same thing that there is no problem. 9) Even our neighbour also argued with the Videocon Technician that how come sound is so bad and their TVs sound is good despite of old TV (but same set top box and same operator, same building) but they are not ready to accept the same. 10) I had already raised my concern with the Flipkart team when they were trying to mediate on this this issue i.e., "how come Videocon Technician can give a report that their own product is defective? If they do so, they would get an internal remark which is a simple logic to understand. That's why I provided my feedback to Flipkart team that either they could arrange their own technician (i.e., Flipkart technician) or another company technician to conduct an impartial 3rd party inspection. Unfortunately Flipkart rejected my feedback which is not really acceptable. Having running & managing a Billion Dollars business, if they do not have their own technicians to provide unbiased 3rd party inspections in case of disputes like this, how could they manage their business in the near future? Obviously Seller Technicians do not agree that their own product is defective. 11) In my case, in every visit of technician, am demonstrating that there is noise/echo in the sound which they are denying on the name of cable tv connection. Hence I demonstrated with settop box connection also and still they deny that there is no problem (and give silly reasons that some channels will not relay properly. If it so, how come others are getting those channels properly with same set top box, with same Hathway Operator, in the same building and floor? Even my neighbour also agreed that there is a problem in sound quality and picture quality but these technicians are agreeing and giving every time clean report to the Flipkart team & their management. 12) Since I am not satisfied with this product quality as a customer, requested Flipkart either ensure to replace the product or allow me to go for another brand TV(ex: Philips, which is even higher cost than Videocon) or refund the amount. 13) I aslo assured that I don't mind, even if they do not refund the amount but take back the product because it is difficult to bear such a pathetic Videcon customer care for 3 years. 14) Here my point is clear: Flipkart, being a such multibillion dollars company, must have their own technician team/3rd party technician team to provide unbaised verification and judgement in this kind of disputes ( I assured them that If any 3rd party technician, i.e, other than Vidoecon Technician, says that there is issue in the TV, I would agree for it without any arguments but they are not reay for the same. 14) I also said that atleast make arrangements to return the product without refund also.. that also they are not doing ..                   Flipkart, being a multimillion dollars company, must have an arbitration mechanism to resolve the issues in this kind of disputes because every seller in Flipkart says that their product is best and there is no flaw in their product. Hence either they(Flipkart) must have their own technician team or tie ups with any 3rd part technician teams to provide unbiased inspection & reliable report so that it could be acceptable to both the parties (i.e., customer and seller). Here in this kind of issues, we need to depend on only Videocon technician and their technicians never agree that their own product is defective which is a simple logic. In such case, how the customer voice will be heard and justice will be done the customer?

                  In this particular case, I was ready to loose my full amount without any refund and requested to arrange for the returning the product. This is enough for any one to understand, how much I dissatisfied with the product but flipkart does not care for the customer satisfaction which is really not agreeable.

                  Despite of being complained here, still they are saying thing... "seller(Video technician is saying no problem"... that's what the whole problem right? how could seller(Videocon) agree that their own product is defective? I am wondering that such a big company(Flipkart) do not an arbitration mechanism or 3rd party inspection mechanism and solely depending on what seller (Videocon) is saying by leaving the customer to their fate!... I think, unless Government applies rigid governing mechansim on eCommerce companies, customer will be cheated like this only by these eCommerce companies ..

                          I HAVE BOUGHT a jacket from flipkart on 29 january i got this jacket on 31 january on cash on delivery but i fully dis satisfied with quality of jacket and it was not same as it showed on wbsite of flipkart than returned it jacket pick has been completed on 7 feb than flipkart gave me17 feb as last date for refund of jacket. After than they are saying that they have been initiated refund in my account almost 5 times every time their neft got failed and they gave me another 5 days for wait this drama of filpkart is running since 7 feb now today 16 march i m suffered a lot by flipkart please help to get back my refund.                             ​Spoke to customer, he claims that while speaking in the phone voice is getting echo an voice is also breaking and he looking for replacement and he have this problem from the staring and he have done phone reset so many times but issue is not resolved. Informed customer will arrange for replacement and issue is resolved. Hence closing the case. ​

                                My problem has resolved now kindly to the needful to me at earliest.
                                It was really a horrible surprise for me to know that they are going to
                                take 9 days to deliver a product. I bout MotoG mobile and couldn't see the
                                expected delivery time because I was in anticipation of 2 to 3 days
                                delivery. Flipkart has become a sucker. They sell their loyalty for few
                                extra bucks. and they are exploiter by selling exclusive prod. They are the
                                new East India Company because by collecting 70 or 140 extra bucks they can
                                sell their loyalty. I remember my days in University when we used to stick
                                wall posters for flipkart in order to promote an Indian company and the
                                result is this. They have become the worst ecommerce website overnight.

                                  I HAVE BOUGHT a jacket from flipkart on 29 january i got this jacket on 31 january on cash on delivery but i fully dis satisfied with quality of jacket and it was not same as it showed on wbsite of flipkart than returned it jacket pick has been completed on 7 feb than flipkart gave me17 feb as last date for refund of jacket. After than they are saying that they have been initiated refund in my account almost 5 times every time their neft got failed and they gave me another 5 days for wait this drama of filpkart is running since 7 feb now today 16 march i m suffered a lot by flipkart please help to get back my refund.

                                    Sir, It is regret to state that, when I am going to receive the shipment being Shipment tracking ID FMPC[protected], that was opened and not packed well. So, under the suspect, I am not received the same and rejected it. Hence, I request your sir, kindly be sent another shipment with fully packed well and covered.

                                    Spoke to customer, he claims that shipment is open and didn't packed properly and he rejected the product and he looking for replacement. Apologized for inconvenience caused and informed customer to place fresh order and customer agreed. Hence closing the case.

                                      Order OD[protected] and Order OD[protected] ...i ordered a combo of Lenovo G50-70 Laptop as well as a cooling pad from flipkart on 8th March 2015...but recieved a faulty laptop on 9th..I placed a request for replacement on 10th...Flipkart told that replacement is not possible as the retailer does not have the product...in that case they will refund the money...but from last six days Flipkart is wrongly responding giving 1000 excuses and not settling the issue...everytime i call flipkart customer care, they tell that i will get a callback from Flipkart within 24 hrs...6 ...24 hrs have passed, still i dont have the right product or the refund of money...they even escalated my issue to Lenovo but they are also delaying this issue...i would like to take this issue up to the higher authority as i am suffering very much for it...my money is stuck with flipkart...no refund...no replacement...i cant take a new laptop...plz resolve

                                      Spoke with the cust as cust is saying that he can't able to switch on the laptop so informed to cust that we would not be able to arrange the replacement as the product is not available with the particular seller we will give you the refund.
